Chapter 11: Hades City
Date: November 4th, 2024
A lot of us currently just want to go on ahead and attack things without a plan. That was obvious because thats just how some of us are but the likes of myself discourage such with Madoka notably saying: "We cant just run off wherever we want to. Who knows what kind of tricks Ziggurat has set up for us.." Demore of Africa's representative team replies: "That would be true if I werent here. I can see every building on this structure with my eyesight. *points in a direction* Do any of you see that really tall tower over there? It appears to be WBBA headquarters." Tsubasa replies: "So thats why no one could find anything but a hole where its supposed to be.." Ryuga starts walking toward it: "What are all of you waiting for? Im going there because I know strong opponents are guarding it. They didnt take over the WBBA for no reason after all." We had no choice but to go with him because he wouldnt change his mind so easily. But that did end up working out. Seconds later, we had taken down a bunch of weak subordinates of Ziggurat's who were guarding WBBA headquarters. Kyoya groans: "Those bladers were pushovers, wheres the real challenge around here?! I demand to know!" We are able to get inside without much trouble and begin to split into smaller groups to take on each of the building's floors but before we could, we felt a strange power as a bunch of mysterious children appear out of nowhere. Some of us try to dispel whatever this is to no avail. Instead, Aigami from Dark Side Of Dimensions appears with a dark aura surrounding him. Ginga recognizes the aura: "It cant be.. That aura is from Nemesis.."
Aigami smiles: "So you noticed? *gets serious* We are the Prana. And I will create a new and better world. But that world cannot exist as long as any of you exist. I will send all of you to a world befitting all of you." Tithi, the wielder of Death Quetzalcoatl replies: "That doesnt sound very fun!" Some of us attack him or launch their beys but that does nothing. He holds his Quantum Cube in his hand and speaks again: "Against the Prana, there's nothing any of you can do. And soon enough, this world will be destroyed and THEIR new world will be built while I leave to create my own new world. A world where peace reigns because all dissent has been destroyed! All worlds will be destroyed and replaced with superior ones where nothingness or conformity exists!" Without warning, we are sent off into a whole other dimension where theres only despair. Benkei screams: "What is happening?! WHERE ARE WE?!" Millions of those mysterious children start appearing before us and walk slowly towards us. Aigami arrives to this dimension with a twisted grin on his face as his form becomes corrupted and distorted despite having already just used Artifical Barian Battlemorph to transform. He speaks again: "This is where your lives will all come to an end. There is no more future for any of you. The new world I will create has no room for anything but destruction and despair, a world constantly in misery and chaos! And I will also help destroy all worlds that arent like the one I will create at all! Theres nothing that you can do to stop me. And now that youre here, youre in my reality now. Here, I control everything around you."
Many of us try to attack him again but to no avail despite trying much harder this time. "My power is too great for you to overcome. I will not be done in like I was in my timeline. Instead, I will do exactly what I have been planning to do for so long! And soon, I will also find Yugi and his friends and finish all of them off too. They will all be killed and erased just like all of you are about to be." Aigami then leaves just like that, leaving us there to deal with this new dimension which is becoming darker and much more dangerous by the second. Many physical means of death have begun to appear such as spiked walls. Things are getting really bad really quickly. The mysterious children speak as they get closer to us: "We are the Prana. The Prana will consume you all and leave nothing left. You will be absorbed into the Prana. The Prana will soon rule over many worlds. This is the end." Ryuga groans as he launches L Dragon Destructor to try to stop this to no avail. We all try to stop whats coming towards us from all sides. Nothing works. Not my sword skills, not the Blader's spirit, not the bonds of friendship, not magic, not even science. All methods we have available, even fusing together not do change the circumstances for us. Barla yells: "We have nothing left we can try! How the hell are we supposed to make it out of this alive, then?!" No one has a straightforward or definitive answer. All we have is each other. I tried using Artist's Eye but that didnt work either. We do what we can to hold off whats coming to get us at least but that only delays what appears to be the inevitable. Overtime, we all talk and start thinking, trying to come up with something new to try.
But nothing is come up with until someone had the bright idea of trying to alter this dimension itself. We tried that, it didnt work either. But it led to us doing more thinking right as the children began to erase some of us completely. It turns out my use of Artist's Eye was probably on the right track after all. Many of us choose to ignore our current situation to close our eyes and use the power of our imaginations. Because Mother Anarchy was somehow kept out of this dimension, we didnt directly have her support at all at the moment but as usual, we found the will to keep going by working together with one another. I even said: "Everyone! If the imagination is how we can get out of this, we need to use it in a positive way, thinking of our hopes and dreams. That may be enough for us to overcome the darkness in this strange dimension!" Within a couple minutes, things began to change. The children seem to be recoiling based on what Im sensing right now. Theyre backing up, allergic to our creative thoughts. Since martial arts, energy, bey spirit, science, bonds, and magic werent able to do anything, the imagination was our last resort. And it worked like a charm. Against the darkness of the dimension, we struggled to fight using the imagination but we still went for it. We just kept thinking and imagining things to be better than they currently are for us. We imagined so many different things that our brainwaves were somehow having an effect on the dimension. Its like it was built to operate through somewhat psychological means of all things. Before we knew it, the darkness in the dimension began to recede.
And those of us who were erased came back and those who were almost erased find their bodies restored to normal. The dimension was still strange but now, we could find a way to escape. There just had to be a way. And there were actually many ways. We tried as many ways as we could and were very much surprised when many of them worked just like that, causing the dimension around us to vanish just like that. And now, we were back in WBBA headquarters. Aigami is shocked: "How did you escape? That shouldnt have been able to happen.. Not without the power of the once Nameless Pharaoh.. *puts on the Millennium Ring which he clearly stole or otherwise acquired some time ago* I WILL DESTROY YOU ALL!" The area around us changes into a strange environment. The one seen in the dimension duels of the Dark Side Of Dimensions. Aigami smirks: "Now, I can use the power of my spirit to end all of you!" He instantly brings to life his most powerful Cubic monsters but much bigger than they were before. I speak: "So we are in a dimension duel sort of thing, are we? We can do what you just did as well, Aigami!" With my mind, I bring my ace monsters from my deck to life. They appear bigger than they usually are due to the passion I currently feel within my spirit. My fellow duelists such as Bray do the same. This leads to a brawl between the monsters while Aigami tries to get us all. He speaks: "This is not how I expected this to go but these changes to reality will not stop me from ending all of you! If the Prana cant kill any of you, I will just do it instead."
I sigh: "It would be great if we had more duelists to face against Aigami with besides us. But no matter. We arent going to give up for even a second. If our enemies want to crush us, they will have to put in every last bit of effort it takes to render us unable to fight back. Breaking our spirits wont work on us anymore because we refuse to give up and have been through that crap enough times as it is!" I draw my sword and attack Aigami as soon as I see some part of him I can get. I barely do any damage but any damage is better than none so I back step out of harm's way as he focuses on me and the others around my position. He looks down on us without actually physically doing so: "All of you will be the first ones to die!" The battle is fierce and goes on for a while because Aigami can just screw with reality as much as he wants to but things shift out of nowhere. Dominic yawns as he begins mainpulating reality himself to cancel out our foe's efforts to: "This is no big deal. I can counter your reality manipulation for the time being. You should have never chosen to be such a nap causation, Aigami." Several others join Dominic in messing with reality or at least, Aigami's sense of reality. Our foe up to now has been using a lot of mind games as opposed to physical attacks to get us. That has made it a lot harder for us to fight against him but we arent deterred. We have spells and tech that stops attempts to play mind games with us using mysterious powers. Having lost his advantage, Aigami gets desperate and starts attacking us more physically but he doesnt have the experience in doing so that we do.
And with his mind now somewhat unstable, that was going to cost him big time. After 15 or so more minutes, he is on the brink of defeat after someone takes the Quantum Cube from him, tosses it to Yappa Yappa, and the ex-villain uses it against Aigami, having figured out how to use it well enough from watching Aigami use it. As we continue to fight him, I say: "You are losing because of how anarchism has brought us together, Aigami. That as well as the bonds of friendship, the power of community, and our dreams of a better future for everyone! Your loss will be remembered as being due to how anarchism brought us together and empowered us to take action against you!" Within the next couple of minutes, Aigami launches a last ditch effort to win in part by taking his cube back only for a bunch of us to dogpile him to knock it out of his hands and scramble for it or to get away in time for the finishing attacks to nail him right where we need them to. He screams as the attacks bring him down. Somehow, with a final burst of strength, he snatches his Quantum Cube back and uses it to retreat before any of us are able to do anything to him. That goes to show how frighteningly powerful he has become since his original defeat. We are able to go up several floors with trouble until we see Gentu from Stitch blocking the 6th floor's access point via the stairs. He crosses his arms. Kyoya yells: "Hey, get out of the way!" Gantu refuses: "I wont move from this spot, annoying Earthling."
Some of us try to attack him but hes like a brick wall now apparently. Klaus speaks: "This guy wont move so we will just have to make him move! But still, even I realize that it wont be so easy!" Gantu laughs: "You arent getting past me." Someone yells: "Teleport now!" We do just that, tping to the other side of Gantu. He turns his head to glare at us: "How dare you pull that on me!" He pulls out a blaster and knocks some of us to the ground with it. Madoka yells to him: "Hey, why are you even doing this?!" We hear a muffled giant explosion out of nowhere. Gantu grins: "It appears Spiral Force is now beginning to decimate whats left of this puny planet! To answer your question, weak human, Im only here for the money. Hämsterviel was offering less than Dr. Ziggurat was. I switched employers the first chance I got. *easily blasts or kicks back many of us with his massive size despite having to constantly keep his head ducked* And now that Ive been given new abilities and one of Ziggurat's Arrangements, Im never returning to Hämsterviel as long as I get paid what Im getting paid now or better." Tsubasa replies: "We know all about you, Gantu. We dont have to fight." "And what makes you say that? It appears you know that little Earth girl and Experiment 626. Otherwise, you would have never heard of me up to now.." "When we regain control of the WBBA, we will be willing to pay you more than Ziggurat does." I add: "We know you just want money to survive, Gantu. But also, I have a better idea. Work with us in this situation and we will give you free necessities and more on board a space station.
Sure, you can still get paid by the WBBA or something but we have places where you can live and thrive and have all you need for free." "Thats impossible. I dont believe anything you say." Bray steps forward and proves my words effortlessly through a visualization spell and video testimonies. Gantu puts his blaster away only to get it back out as a bunch of enemies appear to attack us from several sides. He blasts some of them: "I agree to your terms as long as Im left alone and you keep that annoying Earth girl and her friends away from me! I just want to be left alone." I reply: "*takes down several foes in one go* Thats awfully honest of ya, Gantu. See, we want everyone to live happily and healthily without having to worry about paying bills or anything. Welcome aboard the fight for this world's liberation." With Gantu now on our side, we move up several more floors without encountering any resistance and soon reach the head office of the WBBA headquarters. But when we get there, we see Skeptic of the Paranormal Liberation Front who laughs at us: "I hope you enjoyed making it up here without much of a challenge because its time for all of you to go down now instead!" He button mashes his computer while the Garcias appear to stop us from nailing Skeptic. Argo Garcia laughs: "Sorry but we wont let you take out our friend here!" Enzo giggles: "We got you right where we want you! Amazing, huh?!" The building changes around us, splitting us up across the different floors. Im now only with Japan and China's teams. And we see Professor Poopypants from Captain Underpants appear in front of us.
He laughs: "It sure is a good thing that that Aigami sent away all those striking workers on this floating city to some other place! That meant I had time to prepare for the likes of all of you! I am Professor Poopypants! And since Aigami failed to kill you, its my lucky day because I get to kill all of you instead!" Masamune laughs: "WHAT KIND OF NAME IS THAT?!" Yu sighs: "Masa-moo-moo! Focus!" "Hey! I thought you were done calling me stuff like that!" "We may all be grown up now but that doesnt mean you should be laughing in a situation like this!" Poopypants laughs: "Youre right! Because Im going to end all of you right now! Prepare to be shrunk!" This whole encounter, myself and several others have attempted to attack him but its like hes as hard as a super hard kind of metal like his body is a mech or something now. Not even my sword could hurt him through a powerful thrust. The villain wastes no time in shrinking us. His speed and reaction time have become superhuman. Otherwise, someone could have knocked his shrink ray out of his hands before he could even use it. But that isnt the case so he gets to use it. And he gleefully steps on us to kill us one by one only to encounter a nice surprise. I smirk despite being shrunken myself: "Hey! We're now too fast for you to be able to step on!" "Curses!" The fight against him is just completely absurd. Hes so powerful yet so comedically prone to failure and underestimating his foes. In an attempt to gain an advantage, he unshrinks us and uses several rays to make himself stronger, faster, and more muscular.
"Take that! You dont stand a chance against the newly improved Professor Poopypants!" I call him out while fighting him back easily due to him being as cartoonishly and hilariously evil as he is: "I know why youre evil. Youre just upset that people laugh when they hear your name. And I get that. You could just change your name or ignore the laughter and accept it. Its hard to be taken seriously when you have such an absurd- *explosions, sounds of fighting from in and outside of the headquarters* name. Your name makes me laugh too but Im trained to take all threats and opponents pretty seriously. So I can look beyond your name. You know, if you joined with us, you could just invent and invent and we would take your inventions seriously. And you could just change your name to something else that isnt that funny of a name?" Poopypants stops attacking us so we stop attacking. He considers my words: "All this time, Ive been doing this wrong.." Basically, Poopypants joins our side, leading to an unpredictable series of events in which we eventually find ourselves back at the head office of the WBBA. Skeptic widens his eyes: "WHAT, THIS CANT BE HAPPENING, HOW DID YOU ESCAPE?!" Poopypants replies: "Ive had this all wrong! I dont really know what to do with myself anymore but I know that its not working with the likes of you or Ziggurat!" Argo Garcia appears and fights us only to get humiliated and defeated in seconds because of Poopypant's antics. Im not exactly sure what happened in the hour after all of that but before we knew it, we were outside of WBBA headquarters with every enemy previously in control of it dead, captured, or far away, having retreated from the whole situation.
We sort of just gain control of the WBBA from there and work together to teleport the WBBA building back to where it was before it was yanked to be part of the new version of Hades City. With that done, the Garcias are being captured as we speak and now, we just have to figure out how to get to where Ziggurat and the others are. We split up into smaller groups to cover more ground, having been reminded how effective that is by Skeptic splitting all of us up earlier just like that. The group Im in encounters Koma Village. Ginga is shocked: "Why is my hometown on Hades City?!" Klaus replies: "Something just isnt right about this at all.." Thats when a bunch of Koma village inhabitants walk towards us with friendly expressions on their faces. Chiyun speaks: "Something is up with these people. Their smiles look forced and unnatural.. Chiyun can guess what Ziggurat's game is with having Koma Village on this floating city but Chiyun still doesnt like this at all." The villagers suddenly turn murderous and pull out unseen weapons. But we fight back and manage to defeat them, causing them to dissipate as energy into the ground. Hyoma speaks: "This is just too strange.. It seems pointless for Koma Village to be here so why is it here then?" He accidentally trips a landmine and is left bound to its explosive power, injuring him somewhat in the process. I heal him with magic right away. Pirate Blaster yells: "This whole place is rigged with traps! There is something here that Ziggurat doesnt want anyone to reach or this is just some distraction. Either way. This makes no sense from what we know, arr."
We walk further inside the village but more carefully so we don't accidentally step onto any bombs. We dont have time to disarm them so this was literally the best that we could do in this situation. Letting them all go off is too dangerous because most of my comrades with me arent as well protected as I am. Thats because to have to change soon. Our enemies just keep getting tougher and come up with more and more wild and/or strange plans. The sheer randomness that we have seen so far on this floating city really goes to show what I mean. For a while, we dont see or hear or smell or sense anything off anymore. We just keep avoiding booby traps and almost give up on searching in the area when we see a twisted version of Season 0 Yami Yugi smiling at us. Some comrades have joined us on this city as reinforcements so now, we have some MHA characters with us. Uraraka speaks: "Hey, who is that over there?" I reply: "A threat to us all." I try to use my shadows to counter Yami's but it doesnt work nor do any attacks by us or our beys. Instead, he just laughs as darkness surrounds all of us and even kinda covers the floor below us: "Yami No Game. Game start." Hikaru yells: "Stay calm, everyone!" Yami moves closer to us: "This game is simple. If you can survive all of the booby traps and manage to reach the bottom of the mountain in this village before the time is up, you win. If you lose, I will inflict a penalty game on any of you who is unable to make it! You have 30 minutes. Time is ticking. Dont waste your time trying to hurt me unless you want the shadows to judgement game you instead of me." We are resigned to try to reach that checkpoint. I speak: "I have the highest chance of surviving all the traps. My armor and being a zombie are why that is so."
We all try to stay calm about all of this but it was hard. I did what I could to avoid the booby traps to reduce the damage I take but dont move as carefully as before in order to reach the checkpoint faster. It was a long and annoying process but I made it there on time and threw open the massive wooden gate to step to the bottom of the mountain. The cries of agony heard from those who failed by myself and anyone who managed to make it despite the fact that the game stopped teleportation or flight from being successful were heart wrenching. Yami's laugh could be heard echoing throughout the entire site of this Yami No Game. Once the shadows faded, Yami appears before us with a wider grin: "You have survived and made it to the checkpoint. Now, prepare to die. Im going to kill each and every one of you. *pulls out a knife*" But before he could do anything to us, hes blasted away by Piccolo in his Orange form. He speaks: "Sorry Im late. Goku and the others will arrive shortly now that most of this world has been liberated." Time passes and Yami is obliterated by a massive force as thats what it took. We also found out from capturing a spy of Ziggurat's placed in the village that he had plans to somehow turn the village into fuel for Twisted Tempo while trying to find anything that he could use to make himself and Twisted Tempo more powerful such as any remaining fragments of the star fragment that helped make most beyblades in this world. Appears we stopped that research from advancing or it was deliberately stopped to focus more on fighting against us and/or other projects.
It took us a whole other hour to get to where Ziggurat and the others with him were. The city is much bigger than it first was. We literally knocked down a lot of buildings in order to be able to get rid of many potential obstacles in the way. The city kept trying to reconfigure itself but some of our comrades saw right through it and guided us to where we needed to go. Many booby traps had to be navigated but we got some flying reinforcements who helped us take care of them after demolishing the remains of the enemy air forces that were all over the world. It was such a relief to have them as reinforcements because we faced some villains at the front steps of the main Hades Inc building on Hades City. As well as minor enemies we just ignored up to now. But then, my ender dragon friend Shadow took care of the minor foes in one go. They didnt see him coming. I pet the dragon for a good job well done before getting focused again. Mr. Compress grins at us: "Well, it looks like we got quite the show to begin soon! Im very much excited! Arent you?!" Ryuga replies: "If you arent going to fight, dont waste my time and step aside." "Oh how you hurt my feelings! Mr. Ryuga, I promise that Im going to be fun in my own way. You dont need to worry about me not fighting. After losing so many of my associates, I have so much reason to fight now including for my revenge at last!" "Whatever. Lets see if you can back up that mouth of yours!" Pizza Da Hutt suddenly appears again. But this time, he looks determined to kill people. "I have been sent out for all of you! Ziggurat promised 1 billion space bucks and I couldnt say no to that!" Dark Helmet groans: "Why did I get stuck with these losers?! This sucks!"
And just like that, someone nails Dark Helmet because he was too busy complaining. And then, the Superballs villain screams at seeing some more of our comrades show up as reinforcements. In the front of them is Yuya riding Odd Eyes before he jumps down gracefully and smiles: "Lets have some fun!" Kyoya complains: "What are we doing just standing around here? I dont have time for this! WHERE'S ZIGGURAT?!" We split into 2 groups with one group handling the villains outside. The other group runs past them and quickly busts through the lobby of Hades Inc where a bunch of robots are waiting for us. Sonic grins: "Oh look at these robots! I got them!" And just like that, hes broken all of them. We get going immediately after that and hear Ziggurat's voice: "I see putting distractions in your way has failed over and over again. So I will just allow you to come get me. That being said, you wont like what you see once you find me and the others in this building who have very recently gotten newly improved arrangements according to all of this wonderful data Ive been collecting lately! The forces I had keep you from getting in here were truly insufficient in stopping you. I underestimated you but now, thats not going to happen again. Im going to make sure all of you are completely crushed and I have a lot of allies who will be assisting me in this task. When we're through with you, your bodies will serve as nice fuel for Faust and Twisted Tempo."
It didn't take long for us to reach the control room of Hades City where Ziggurat has been expecting us. "Welcome, foolish whatever I should call you all. But Im not concerned about namecalling any of you. You are just in time to meet myself and my associates in our newest and greatest forms and heights of power!" The knight clone of Gunnr The White Witch from Ragnarok Online/Origin, Overhaul, El Macho, Mitch(Phineas & Ferb), and Dr. Hämsterviel appear, all villains who aren't particularly threatening to us except in the case of Overhaul. El Macho flexes his muscles: "This will be fun! El Macho is.. *injects self with substance to become hairy and very purple* back! And this time, Im in full control of myself even while looking like this!" Dr. Hämsterviel yells: "Shut up! Lets just kill all of these fools and get it over with!" Damian walks into the room: "Dont forget about me and Hades Kerbecs. I rule over everything! I am the strongest!" Ziggurat clears his throat: "Now you know who youre up against. Youre up against all of us but we arent simply going to fight you all here. No. Skeptic managed to escape from all of you after faking his death so now, hes going to split all of you up once again!" Seconds later, I found myself facing Damian along with many others. The arrogant blader laughs: "So I get to kill all of you myself! Perfect! Allow me to show all of you the power of Hades!" He merges with his bey, making his already existing armor like accessories turn into full on golden armor to go with his white cape. "HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA! BLADER AND BEY ARE ONE. I AM UNSTOPPABLE!" He sets the room we're in on fire instantly with: "HADES DRIVE! BURN IN THE FURNACE OF HADES!"
But myself, Kyoya/Leone, and various others disperse the flames with many different techniques only for Damian to do it again several more times. That was until Zane uses a lot of his ice power to put out the flames. Our foe gets annoyed: "So you can easily handle Hades Drive despite how much more powerful it is than it used to be. Very well. I'll just have to move much faster than I expected and show yoh just how much Ive learned since Kyoya crushed me so long ago! HAHAHHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHHAAAA!" Unlike many other enemies, our constant attacks currently being unleashed against him actually actually hurt him. But he only laughs harder even though he bleeds out: "I have no need for such cowardly abilities as regeneration! I AM THE STRONGEST BLADER OF ALL TIME! Now, lets not waste anymore time!" Hade's Gate appears before us and we try to destroy it but that does nothing. Not even a energy blast was able to put a dent into it. Ginga yells: "We will stop you, Damian!" "We'll see about that, Ginga! Now.. SPECIAL MOVE: OPEN HADE'S GATE!" The gate unlocks its chains and bursts open before the chains of Kerbecs wrap around us and begin to attempt to pull us in. I stab the floor of the room we're in with my sword in at effort to stay put and make it difficult for those chains to pull us in. I put in everything I have into doing that but that only delayed what was about to happen. Resistance efforts by others also fail as well, even Ginga's own hard work and Madoka's analyses werent able to help us this time around.
We get pulled into the Underworld and my sword came with us because I held onto it so tightly despite literally jabbing it into the floor. And soon, we are inside the Underworld, surrounded by wailing or burning souls and all kinds of other nightmarish things. Damian speaks: "You will now all suffer!" We couldnt resist what happened next. He put all of us through torture in various parts of this Underworld we have now found ourselves in. By the time he stops that just to see if anyone is still alive, most of the others are already dead. Ginga widens his eyes: "DAMIAN!" "Whats wrong, GINGA?! Did I GO TOO FAR?! AHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAAHA!" The standoff is interrupted by the other ongoing fights somehow ending up sending those partaking in them straight here. Dr. Hämsterviel complains: "I hate random scenery changes!" Damian smirks: "It appears all fights are going to conclude here! Perfect! All dead bodies will soon be fed to THIS WORLD!" Im one of the few who survived what Damian just did. Theres only around 10 of us in total. Zane speaks: "You havent won yet. You still have to fight us. And we dont intend on losing!" "HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA! AND JUST WHAT CAN YOU DO WITHOUT YOUR FRIENDS HERE TO HELP YOU?!" I reply: "Plenty." I attack him with my best attacks. He is unable to dodge as I efficiently wound him in many places with my sword. Damian coughs up blood and clenches his stomach. "WHAT IS HAPPENING TO ME?! I WILL GET YOU FOR THAT!" Using the Underworld to power a punch, he lands a massive hit on me that deals heavy damage.
I bleed a little bit and spit some out of my mouth: "You are very powerful but your fighting skills arent good enough. If you knew how to wield violence correctly or had actual experience, you could have stopped me from hurting you and done some massive damage in turn. Instead, you have just allowed all of this to happen." He glares at me and tries to target me through a lot of basic untrained tactics. He has power but no real technique behind it. What was he saying what he has learned again? Zane yells: "Swiftdrawer! Look out! His body language indicates that he has just been playing with you and is about to get actually serious!" Damian laughs as he starts catching my sword with his fists whenever I attack him with a focus on whatever really breakable parts of him I can reach most quickly. But I know what to do in this situation. I let go of my sword. Not used to its great weight, Damian drops it just as I pull out my BRAIN Blaster to disintegrate his arm. He cries out in pain, allowing the others to attack him only for him to block all of their efforts. I put away my blaster and pick my sword back up nearly effortlessly. I then back away, confusing Damian whose attention is now split between his pain and fighting us at the same time. Piccolo yells: "Dont let up! This isn't nearly over yet! He should have died from all of the blood he has lost but hes still standing and fighting back!" I just wait for the right opportunity to attack Damian. When I see him turn away from me, I run at him at well over 100 MPH and strike his face with my sword, causing him to suffer more serious injuries. But hes still not done yet. Damian uses the chains of Kerbecs to tangle us all together before slamming us into the ground below, dealing a lot of damage in the process.
Ginga exclaims weakly: "Just what has Ziggurat turned you into?!" "SOMETHING FAR BEYOND YOUR UNDERSTANDING!" The villain comes at us and moves so fast that none of us are able to do anything against his sudden spree of punches. He was like a blur to us for several seconds untll Zane finds a opening in his movements and unleashes his ice at Damian when the time was right. And thanks to that, Damian was stunned for a couple of seconds, long enough for the rest of us to get back up and regain our bearings. But our foe quickly recovers too despite bleeding constantly, missing an arm, and being wounded and disfigured in many different areas. Ryuga laughs: "Now this is a challenge I enjoy! L Drago! Lets unite as one as well! If Ginga and this challenging clown can do it, so can I!" I wasnt paying attention to who else survived what Damian did to us earlier. I was more focused on my next move. But just as we engage in a truly brutal and violent clash with him again, Mitch is sent flying into Damian while screaming: "NOT AGAIN! CURSE YOU, MEEP! NOW I CAN NEVER HAVE ALL THE CUTENESS IN OUR GALAXY!" Damian kills him: "Get off of me, you weakling!" The villain turns his attention back to us only to be blasted by a combination of various rays created by Doofensmirtz and others which were clearly supposed to mess him up but only made him grow in size by a factor of 3. "NOW I TRULY AM THE STRONGEST! THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR-" He gets cut off as other villains are sent flying into him or otherwise. El Macho gets killed by Damian instantly despite still being incredibly powerful and nearly at full strength. Dr. Hämsterviel scampers away before that could happen to him too and retreats: "WORKING WITH NACIREMA AND ITS ALLIES WAS A MISTAKE! CURSE YOU ALL FOR SOMEHOW MAKING MY LIFE WORSE!"
Overhaul, seeing an opportunity uses his quirk to disassemble Damian before he could be attacked again himself only for Damian to restore himself through the Underworld or something and kill him in revenge. Mr. Compress retreats before our eyes too: "Its getting far too dangerous for me to continue my little show! Till next time, all of you! I cant wait to see you again soon when Im much more prepared!" Dark Helmet tries to retreat but Damian kills him too while not responding to any of our successful hits on him. Gunnr laughs while she recovers from being knocked back herself. But Ziggurat yells: "Damian! Kill her too! Shes only just a clone! We will find a way to bring the original to our side but for now, just do it!" He tanks an attack while saying that before Damian complies and kills Gunnr. Ziggurat moves to be next to Damian: "You know, Im losing patience of how long its taking to kill those of you who are still alive and fighting. Damian, you know what to do, correct?" "Of course, Dr. Ziggurat but it all depends on Faust, doesnt it?" "Youre right. But never fear, he knows what the next step is already! *weird evil laugh* You can attack us as many times as you want but thats not going to stop what we have in store for you now! We will bring together all of my interests, plans, and precautions together into one singular thing as you are about to witness! Prepare for even the laws of physics to fall at our feet!" Damian suddenly returns us to Hades City where everything is now violently shaking including the bodies of our many now fallen comrades. Suddenly, the floor drops, sending us into the bottom of the city.
Ghost Gal exclaims as we all get back up: "We must be in the core! From what Ive heard, doesnt that mean.." Yep, Faust is here and he is having Twisted Tempo constantly unleash energy to clearly constantly destroy whatever terrain this city is flying over at any given time. But then, Damian and Ziggurat effortlessly land without any fall damage, having floated down. Faust pushes all of us back and intensely pins us all into a wall: "We will now unite into one as planned, Dr. Ziggurat. We will create the new future of Hades Inc together." Ziggurat and Damian laugh at us. Ziggurat shouts: "You are now feeling the awesome power of the newly revived and empowered Faust! And now, watch as we merge together to unleash your doom!" Without warning, the 3 merge together not just with each other but Hades City itself as well, causing us all to start freefalling as the fusion forced Faust to let go of us. Zeo yells: "ZIGGURAT WILL GET WHAT HE DESERVES ONCE WE FIGURE OUT HOW TO SURVIVE THIS FALL! Faust may have his own body now but that doesnt mean hes unbeatable nor will he be even through this merging we're seeing!" Using our bands, we get ourselves down to the ground below to safety and ensure the bodies of our fallen comrades are teleported to a good place for safe keeping for now. Just in time too as the fusion is complete. They speak with a calm arrogance in their tone: "I am Neo Hades and this world will now belong to me. Prepare to die, all of you."
They fire energy blasts that have energies from Twisted Tempo and Kerbecs most notably behind them. For the first 20 minutes, due to everything that had happened up to now today, we were all left unable to fight back against the fused villain who just kept destroying everything around us in attempts to kill us all with energy blasts. But then, we got it all together again and unleashed a ground assault that actually caught Neo Hades off guard long enough for them to be pounded into the ground by the likes of the Z Fighters. They get somewhat annoyed: "You dare knock me down. I wont permit it." They punch back extremely hard, causing shockwaves that extend outwards for miles. I yell: "How many times are we going to be left directionless in terms of defeating an enemy?! We know we have to kill or at least knock out this enemy to win but we have no idea how to do either of those due to the sheer power they have! At least Koma Village was sent back to its actual location but that doesnt truly help us here!" We keep trying to resist our foe the best we can but it ws like a one sided fight especially because so many of our comrades have been killed within the past few hours today.. 30 minutes pass and more of us have died with no progress on a counter to Neo Hades. We refuse to give up but it feels like we are locked in a losing battle of pure misery and terror with no way out of it. I start focusing more on acting as opposed to talking or thinking again. We all end up doing that, somewhat shifting the tides in our favor but it still wasn't enough. Just what will it take to win this one?!
What can we even do to have a chance at victory here? I have nothing.. But then, the pirate ship Pirate Blaster and others have called home for a long time appears with a lot of passengers on it. Ginga yells: "What are all of those unarmed people doing up there?!" Jackin Skippy replies from the ship's communications: "These people are really angry! They want to help!" I sigh: "That is a really bad-" I am interrupted as someone casts a spell to teleport all of them to the ground as countless others show up at the same time too. A lot of them are bladers but not all of them. Neo Hades stops to react to the new arrivals only for said new arrivals to swarm him as soon as they saw them stop. The fused villain is then pinned to the ground by the sheer weight of those of them most directly risking their lives to stop them. Bray, having survived the Underworld speaks to me: "My friend. We must collaborate on the level they all are from now on." "You're right. When individual techniques fail, we must use or create new combination techniques. We are much stronger synchronized than even as singular fighting units.. If we do it well enough, writing about these kinds of situations may get less repetitive for me.." "Indeed. Now then, we shall work together right away if you're up for an idea Ive had." "Bray, what do you mean?" "Swift. Use your Artist's Eye: Evolution and I will use our mental connection to combine the powers of our minds. One's imagination is powerful indeed but what happens when it isnt just their imagination thats being used. What if someone else contributes?"
"The power of the imagination multiplies and puts less burden on the mind while thinking hard enough.." "We are going to try to send Neo Hades to sleep while they remain pinned in place." We do just that, by having our minds linked together through our connection, Bray and I are able to combine the imaginative powers of both of them to force Neo Hades into a nightmare-dream combination through my Artist's Eye's evolved form. This will buy us some more time. We use the time to plan to figure out what to do from here and while we dont figure it all out, we do at least figure out enough to stop Neo Hades from killing all of the innocent people upon waking up by resisting what we sent them into. The villain glares at all of us by turning 360 degrees several times in a row: "You will not stop my plans to create the future of Hades Inc by stripping this world of everything that makes it enjoyable to any human being." Out of nowhere, even more of our comrades show up as reinforcements, having been freed up from battles to liberate other worlds. Neo Hades attacks them and kills a lot of them but the remaining ones still standing join with us to form an intimidating front along with all of the pissed off innocent people who are still here, too angry and determined to let the fear of death control them. Neo Hades looks unnerved by this due to the cowardly natures of Damian and to a greater extent, Ziggurat but quickly regains composure in order to attack all of us. But now, we start acting much more collectively. Those of us who can take a few hits get in the way and take on all of the damage without anyone dying. I stare at the fusion with a renewed vigor.
I know Im not the only one to do so. If individual efforts as part of a group fail, then individuals must try to think as a collective, using several individuals instead of one to counter particular moves made by the enemy. This is also SAO boss fighting 101. They try to ignore us and jump to get past us but a mix of ranged and magical attacks hit them, taking their attention away from all the innocent people gathered together in solidarity and defiance. We fight so well coordinated that it takes some time for Neo Hades to actually adapt to what we're doing. Before that happens, we land some critical offensives against them before they suddenly ignore another magical assault in favor of going at frontline fighters with myself with energy blasts, knowing that we were the real threat so the spellcasters backing us up shielded us in turn and just as our foe was about to blast them, we got aerial reinforcements including Shadow. Its just this massive back and forth for a while despite Neo Hades focusing on trying to kill all of us in one strike because so many of us are sharing the pain. Having so many of us fighting changes the rules of the violent confrontation thats going on completely. But then, they manage to just stop moving and take all the hits while preparing something big. Seeing this, some of us yell out warnings, causing many of us to stop and change positions to move behind our foe. And attack from there. This forces them to react by first turning up by which point the assault had already connected, breaking their concentration and forcing them to begin their massive attack again. Because of this kind of strategy for fighting, even as many of us died or were seriously hurt, something began to drastically change.
Neo Hades starts speaking again: "YOU LIED AND USE ME, ZIGGURAT, I SHOULD HAVE QUESTIONED WHY YOU HAVE SO MUCH MORE FAITH IN FAUST THAN YOU DO ME!" Now, the fused villain is having an unstable personality struggle that limits how they can hurt us. I instinctively unleash my signature technique. Ive used it so many times that it takes only a split second to decide to use it. All of my sword techniques have come to be this way too. As Ziggurat and Damian butt heads inside of the fusion, it is up to Faust to continue their efforts against us which he does by suppressing their personalities: "You will not interfere in the mission started by you, Dr. Ziggurat. Nor will you, Damian. I will create-" But the takeover left them wide open to a massive attack only for them to recover from that like it was nothing and say: "If that is your best, all of you are doomed to oblivion." Faust controlled Neo Hades turns the tables on us, running on his programming as opposed to any emotions he feels. This makes him the perfect fighter in this situation. However, suppressing the others would end up costing him as Damian and Ziggurat both turned on him completely and truced with each other in order to focus on Faust. Now, their shared body was acting constantly contradictory. And thats what we were sort of waiting for. All of us unleash as many techniques as we can while focused on hitting various spots. And by techniques, I mean the kind you can physically afflict without hesitation or rest over and over again. Like the effortlessness of punches but through more complex techniques.
We can do that sort of thing after all. And soon, Neo Hades was beginning to break apart due to the infighting and the wear and tear and injuries created by all of our attacks. But was still very much holding on with a serious resolve as the body sort of becomes autonomous to be more efficient with its attacks. This led us to unleashing signature attacks in a giant burst of rapid attacks after someone shouted for all of us to do that as its the best way to handle this and further make things harder for the fusion. They fight back with a seriously intense series of counters to everything we try no matter how many of us are involved in specific actions in order to attempt a win here. But this cant last forever. They will eventually fall. The body is mostly cut off from the fused minds now which offers advantages at the cost of a steep disadvantage that just leaves a figurative limp in its wake. The accessement of the minds arent going to the body that much anymore, making their abilities to counter what we throw at them that much more scrambled over time.
And then, just like that, after the fusion began to dysfunction to the extreme from taking so many hits, Neo Hades fully began to defuse with Faust dying in the beginning of that somehow. Ziggurat screams in agony: "FAUST! NO, NOT AGAIN! THINGS WERE GOING SO PERFECTLY!" Damian laughs: "You HAD THAT COMING MANY KILOMETERS-" He is cut off by the arrival of.. Diablo Nemesis who grabs the fused body and eats said fused body before struggling to stay in control. We hear Rago's voice through Nemesis: "It appears it isnt yet time to destroy this world and all who oppose us." Pluto replies: "Yes. Any foolish enough to challenge us will have to wait for the time being." Nemesis then vanishes just like that. Bray speaks to me and those still surviving who are especially precious to both of us: "I shall admit.. I didn't expect it to end like that.. Attacking Nemesis before it finishes powering up would be pointless. Or would it? *looks around us* No, we have even more pressing matters." Most of our comrades who have fought alongside us in this world have been killed off along with many of the angry citizens who came to back us up to an extent. Most are still here but many are grieving due to you know what. We work together with our other comrades to heal the wounded and do everything else we possibly could to make things better. Through well prepared plans, we are able to bring back everyone killed but that costs a lot of energy and mana. Abstractoa appears out of nowhere and speaks to all of us.
"You have done the very best you could. I will assist you for the rest of this battle now that battles I helped in have been concluded in other universes." They go on to reassure us and state that things could be better but that we can still make them in fact better. They were of course right and about 27 minutes after Nemesis came and then left just like that, we were back in gear, just roaring to go. Dominic yawns: "Being killed again was not fun. War never gets easy on the mind no matter how much we experience it." I nod: "In most wars, someone dies and thats it, theyre dead. Not so much for us. They come back eventually or are a undead so they cant die again. We have to live with the reality that we will face death and see one another die over and over again all the damn time." Its true. Normal wars are horrifying and traumatizing in ways wars like the ones we are fighting 90% of the time at this point are in other ways different to normal wars. It has taken sheer willpower for all of us to retain the core parts of our personalities without the scars of war eroding them. Thats just the truth of it all. Social interactions are also key to that as well as being able to actually have some time away from war. We choose to regroup at the legendary Beylin Temple. Its calm and peaceful atmosphere helped us not think of the conflict with as much stress. We also end up making plans to confront Nemesis in Central America where the being probably is now at the moment. And of course, Mother Anarchy is back with us to give us some of the moral support we need to keep pushing forward.
And after we rest up, replenish supplies, and all of that good stuff, we teleport to the site of where Nemesis was originally revived to see a much bigger temple than there was before which means someone built it to replace the old one that ended up being totally destroyed. Ryuga grins: "So Nemesis must be in there, yes?!" Thats when Kagara Ōtsutsuki appears from who knows where along with her Divine Tree. I sweat: "This is a huge problem. A really big-" I am cut off as Kagara vanishes and several familiar enemy bladers appear in her spot. Johannes laughs: "Well, wasnt that illusion just so much fun?! Hehehehehe! We have so much more in store for you! After all, we cant let you go see Nemesis before the power up is complete so we are here to keep all of you busy for the time being!" I pick Johannes as a target for me to take on alone by replying: "Johannes, I will be your opponent." "Meow! Wow! You reacted fast! Very well! Okay, knight in shining armor or whatever you are, it will be my pleasure to rip you to shreds!" Bray speaks to me: "Some of us shall not let you face him alone in case it gets too tough." I nod: "Thats logical. Hes a tricky one and has a menacing aura around him at the moment. That tells us that he really is far tougher than he used to be at this point." But before we could face off, something happened but then unhappened so we just ignored it. Johannes laughs again: "It isnt everyday you get to see another moment in which all of existence is destroyed and then brought back through some means! It really is amusing when something like this ends up happening!"
So he knows that secret about existence itself. None of us are really that surprised by that at this point. I reply as we prepare to square off: "You know about that too. You know, you villains always overlook that fact and so do we. The fact is that when something like that happens, there's a nonzero chance that any 2 groups of reality destroyers end up encountering each other while fighting their opposition despite being from vastly different places and never even hearing of each other before. So if Katherine and all her allies like you people managed to win, you could end up getting bent in such an encounter anyway, bringing all your twisted ambitions to an end just like that." "Youre absolurely right but all I have to say is bring those suckers on! Meow!" "Okay, enough talk. Im ready to fight you." "Not so fast! They still have to figure out who they will face first themselves!" Rago's 3 guardians of sorts make various expressions. Cycnus says: "We will do as Nemesis wishes us to." Johannes speaks again after a few moments of the others talk: "Actually, we will fight right now, you and I. But not here. Follow me through this perfectly safe portal Im creating at this moment!" He jumps in and vanishes through it. Myself and those coming to back me up just as I would back up them, if needed jump in after him. We found ourselves at Dynamus's temple. He laughs: "I think this is a great place for us to do battle! I hope youre-" He is interrupted as the ground shakes: "WHAT IS THIS, MEOW?!" Someone I know appears from the ground with a grin on his face. Its Electro Destroyer but that makes no sense. Krush of Robloxia rid himself of his own darkness so Electro Destroyer shouldnt even exist anymore. Thats the name he took when he evolved during the time I helped fight against him during the Calamity In Time.
But in a strange twist of fate, he was gone as fast as lightning. Bray disintegrated him with her BRAIN Blaster: "No one shall interrupt this fight." I add: "Im doing this not just to keep you off of everyone else, Johannes. But thats all Im saying to you." In truth, Im studying him in case all of us here fail to beat him anyway. Im also trying to keep him busy and prevent him from just slipping away as he pleases. But the minor villain is not concerned at all in the slightest: "Meow, it doesn't matter what your reasons are. Im still going to crush you and maybe kill you if youre annoying enough! I cant wait to see the looks that will soon be on your face!" "We'll see about that." But then, something actually happens to interrupt our standoff. A few seconds later, a somehow freed Gofast appears only to be suppressed by Abstractoa and several others who foresaw my counterpart coming and be sealed away once again. Abstractoa briefly speaks: "Not today, Gofast. Not today." Those who just came then left right away, trusting in the plan for dealing with Johannes wholeheartedly. Our foe speaks: "Meow! Is there anything ELSE that wants to get in the way of our battle?! No? GOOD! GO, BEAT LYNX!" He launches his bey so I respond in kind: "Tornado Wolf! Lets begin by not attacking that much." Johannes laughs once again: "Big mistake! If you wont attack, I-" "Now! Axis System Mode Switch: Defense!" My bey goes on the defensive, resisting all of Lynx's aggressive attacks come from high up due to having a much taller spin track than normal. "Hey! Thats no fair! Arent all good bladers supposed to play nice?!"
I look at him with a deadly seriousness in my eyes: "Would you consider that important when the lives of many hang in the balance due to war if you were what you call a 'good blader'?!" "Meow! So intense! Sheesh! Oh, Im going to enjoy playing with you before I finish you off!" "*calms down* I will do what's necessary. Fair play isnt good enough in a battle to the death. And I see a certain look in your eyes. You really do want to kill me.. Why should I use fair play when things are on the line like they are for my side? But what am I saying? Im not actually interfering directly with the battle. Taunts and lies arent considered cheating in most competitions. Beyblade is no exception. The definition of fair play is too narrow too often. It ignores the fact that trickery through words is pretty standard stuff and all that. But still, Im not here for fun. We're not here for a good time. We are here to fight and save this world from your master." Our battle is only just beginning and I knew that Johannes wouldnt accept a loss in this situation just like that. Hes too tricky and surrounds himself with too twisted of a crowd to be humble upon losing. He'll just try again in a new way if he loses. Thats just how its going to be here. But Im ready for just about anything he and Lynx can throw at me and Tornado Wolf. "Im coming! Your defenses wont hold out forever! Lynx! Claw your way into that wolf already! Lets end this quickly, I dont care as much about taking my time as I thought when I really thought about it! But thats still not going to stop me from having fun!" "Tornado Wolf! Mode Shift: Stamina!" To be continued..
