Natsu Dragneel:
Backstory:
Natsu Dragneel is a Mage of the Fairy Tail Guild, wherein he is a member of Team Natsu. He is the younger brother of Zeref Dragneel, having originally died 400 years ago, being subsequently revived as his brother's most powerful Etherious, E.N.D. (Etherious Natsu Dragneel). During this time, Zeref brought him to his friend, Igneel to be raised and taught Dragon Slayer Magic. He also had his signature scarf knitted from Igneel's molted scales by Anna. He is among the five Dragon Slayers sent to the future from four hundred years past, having an additional purpose in the assistance of the defeat of Acnologia. He was then found by Makarov and was brought to Fairy Tail, where he would become a member.

Weaknesses: Natsu suffers from motion sickness as a result of his Dragon Slayer Magic, which causes him to become severely nauseous while riding transportation. Natsu cannot eat the fire created from his own Dragon Slayer Magic to replenish his stamina. Natsu cannot resist damage from the fire that comes from Fire God Slayer Magic and is also unable to absorb it without first depleting his own Magic Power. He is very reckless and not so bright outside of combat. Fire Magic is inherently weak against Water Magic.
Issei Hyoudou
Backstory:
Issei Hyoudou is an extremely lecherous individual, he is known as one of the most perverted individuals in Kuoh Academy alongside his best buddies, Matsuda and Motohama. He was asked out on a date by the Fallen Angel Raynare, who disguised herself as a normal human, only to be mercilessly killed at the climax of their date, due to his possession of a Sacred Gear, later revealed to be one of the eighteen Longinus, Sacred Gears that hold enough power to kill Gods when fully mastered. However, in his last moments, he subconsciously called out to Rias Gremory, inadvertently summoning her with the aid of a leaflet he received earlier, becoming reincarnated as a Devil under the servitude of the House of Gremory. At first incompetent and utterly unable to perform the most basic and rudimentary abilities of Devils, as well as being regarded as the weakest Boosted Gear wielder in history, he strives to become as strong as he can be to achieve his goal of becoming a Harem King and protect his loved ones.

He is extremely perverted and is often preoccupied with stripping female opponents rather than defeating them, though this is less common later in the series. The Incomplete Juggernaut Drive is activated when Issei is overwhelmed by negative emotions such as anger and continual usage of it decreases his lifespan, he also acts only on the instinct to destroy while in this state, abandoning his own intelligence. The Dividing Gear would decrease his lifespan upon use (no longer the case after obtaining the Dividing Wyvern Fairy). Pseudo DxD lasts for eighty eight minutes. Issei cannot control Ryuuteimaru properly and it consumes too much energy, making AxA last for a short period of time. Additionally, after its deactivation, Issei is left exhausted for a few days, with Ryuuteimaru rendered completely immobile for the same timespan. Issei needs to chant to activate Diabolos Dragon God. Issei's Boosted Strength goes back to normal after one of a few conditions are met, 1. Issei uses a powerful attack, 2. Issei receives a large amount of damage, 3. Issei Boosts too much and is overloaded with Power, 4. a significant period of time passes without Boosting, 5. Issei deactivates the Boosted Gear. Subsequent hits after Boosting will have their power reduced (will still be stronger than before the Boosts).

In the city of Magnolia, there was a teenager, strolling through the crowded streets, bumping into any female close to him, supposedly by accident if not, for the fact that every time with each bump, he was tapping each of them with his left hand while apologizing with each bump. As he entered a center, he knows two people instantly buy a café; two busty women with chests bigger than everybody he's bumped into so far by the names of Lucy Heartfilia and Erza Scarlet, enjoying strawberry cake with their friend Natsu, who was almost literally inhaling stacks of meat. Issei grinned as he approach them, and pretended to trip on his feet and with a yelp, landed on his face. Lucy and Erza moved to help him up. Lucy expressed with concern,
"Oh my gosh, are you okay?!"
"Yeah, I'm just clumsy like that."
Issei brushed off. Erza gave a nod, and softly warned,
"Alright. Take care where you step next time."
"Right, thanks."
Issei said as he gave him a couple of friendly pats as he walked away until he was certain he was fair enough distance away before smiling and snapping his fingers with his right hand. Suddenly, all the women he touched had a magic crest glow on the spot he touched them. It was swiftly followed by all the women's clothes obliterating, leaving some of the people naked. They all shrieked with all the unaffected women gasping in shock while most of them men cheered from the various sites. Lucy cried out in horror as she covered her chest and privates while Erza just ate her cake, only mildly surprised by the sudden nudity. Natsu with his enhanced hearing, happened to have heard the finger snap and looked, only to see it was the man who tripped happily yelling "Oppai!". He stood up and ran to Issei, catching him by surprise with a punch to the face. Issei landed on his butt, complaining,
"Ouch! Why did you punch me? I didn't do anything!"
"I heard a finger snap, and originated from you. What did you do to my friends?!"
Issei was shocked that he was heard, questioning how sharp his senses were. He tried to come up with an explanation, but wound up stuttering.
"You're saying it's him?! Come on, Natsu! Beat his ass!"
Lucy cried out behind Natsu, while Erza sent a death glare towards Issei.
"Well, it looks like it's not your lucky day, chump."
Natsu said as he punched into his palm. Issei summon his Boost Gear, so that he may equip on his Balance Breaker scale mail
"I guess I can't get out of this one."
Issei formed a red ball of energy the size of a basketball, throwing it at the Dragon Slayer. Natsu skillfully deflected the blast with a mere flick of his hand. The impact shook the town, decimating a merchant building in the process, sending civilians scrambling to safety. Issei launched another attack, throwing a punch, but Natsu fluidly evaded the blow as if they were dancing a deadly dance.
Natsu slammed his flaming fists together forming an ethereal seal, crackling with Dragon Slayer energy, he roared,
"Fire Dragon Iron Fist!"
Charging towards Issei with his fiery knuckles blazing. Issei responded with a punch of his own, but the resulting explosion forced them both back, causing him to grasp his burnt arm in agony. The intense pain was so severe, it felt as if his arm had been seared not just on the surface, but deep to the bone marrow. The armor was seriously cracked.
Drawing in a deep breath, Natsu channeled the fire's power, consuming it and becoming empowered, he proclaimed,
"Fire Dragon Roar!"
Unleashing a focused blast that surged forward, filled with the element's raw might. Issei reacted swiftly, utilizing the Boost to increase his speed, and narrowly dodged the fiery assault, escaping its reach with a mighty leap backward.
Natsu soared into the air, a whirlwind of fiery whips spinning around his fists, as he called out,
"Fire Dragon Wings!"
His assault met Issei's determined charge, resulting in a clash of blows. They traded punches in a cross parry into each other's faces, each sending the other reeling backward, crashing into the ground with a powerful impact. Both combatants let out a gasp of pain after landing the blows, feeling the force they had exerted.
Despite the bruising on Natsu's cheek and the cracked helmet of Issei, they both regained their footing. Natsu taunted with a confident grin, saying,
"Well, you're not exactly weak, but we know who'll win. You're nothing."
He cracked his knuckles with anticipation, ready to continue the battle. Issei's voice rang out, filled with determination,
"You don't know that! Let's go, Ddraig!"
He called upon his armor, his left hand glowing as he utilized the Boost, surging his power an additional seven times, granting him a swift and powerful strike. With his enhanced speed, he easily dodged Natsu's next Dragon-Slayer attack, moving at an astounding 256 times his base speed. He seized the opportunity to land a powerful punch into Natsu's abdomen, sending him hurtling through the air and crashing into a building, shattering it upon impact.
Issei pumped his fist triumphantly into the air. However, moments later, a roar echoed from the debris as Natsu emerged, engulfed in a fiery blaze that consumed the surrounding wood and rock. His voice carried a hint of danger as he declared,
"You've made a serious mistake! I'll shatter you to a million pieces. Fire Dragon Sword Horn!"
Natsu surrounded himself with a fiery aura, charging forward at lightning speed, executing a powerful headbutt that collided with Issei's chest. The impact forced him backward, a painful blow that intensified the already blazing conflict between them. Natsu gripped Issei's armored head and shouted,
"Fire Dragon Grip Strike!"
He unleashed a powerful point-blank explosion. The force sent Issei flying backward, and the impact weakened the effect of his Boosts, leaving him open to Natsu's relentless assault. The Crimson Lotus: Fire Dragon's Fist followed quickly, a barrage of fiery, explosive punches that landed rapidly, each blow producing a fiery blast that intensified the attack's impact. Issei was battered by the rapid succession of fiery strikes, left unable to counter or defend effectively.
Recognizing the need for greater strength, Issei rallied himself, declaring, "Must get stronger. Must get faster!" With the transformation into the Welsh Sonic Boom Knight form, his armor repaired itself, enhancing his power and speed further. His left arm surged with increased strength and speed, doubling his power 35 times to exponentially multiply his power to an astounding 34 billion times his base strength. Issei had become exponentially stronger and faster, preparing to re-engage with his foe.
Natsu, unprepared for the sudden and immense power exhibited by Issei's transformed state, was caught off guard. The subsequent attacks of Issei's three Balance Breaker forms, Supersonic Impact Booster, Solid Booster, and Dragon Blaster, unleashed with such force and speed that Natsu could barely perceive them. Blast by blast, the power of each strike intensified, sending him flying backward and crashing into a mountain in the northwest, obliterating it in a thunderous explosion.
Issei let out a sigh, watching as his Boosted power started to decline back to its normal state after his powerful assault onslaught. However, the rubble of the demolished mountain suddenly burst to life as fire and lightning surged forth, and Natsu stood tall, bleeding and panting from the battle. He mentally remarked,
"Damn, he can become incredibly strong. His blows match my strength, and he's way faster. I can't let him reach that level of power again."
Issei grew apprehensive, realizing that boosting his speed again in time would be impossible. He watched as Natsu prepared his assault, gathering fire and lightning energy into his left and right hands, shouting,
"Lightning Fire Dragon Mode! Lightning Fire Dragon's Brilliant Flame!"
Natsu launched fiery, lightning-charged spheres towards Issei. Desperately, Issei managed to double boost his power 25 times before getting engulfed in the electrified sphere of intense fire, facing the impending impact head-on.
"I'm just getting fired up!"
With Fire Dragon King Mode activated, Natsu summoned a dragon form made of flame, igniting his aura.
"Fire Dragon King's Demolition Fist!"
He roared as he charged forward, delivering a punch packed with ferocious, explosive power. The impact shattered Issei's armor, the attack was devastating, sending him crashing through numerous buildings in a brutal frenzy, leaving a trail of destruction. Miraculously, Issei's boosted power shielded him from mortal harm, though he coughed up blood from the intensity of the strike.
"Ugh, who is this guy?"
Issei murmured, glancing down at the burnt imprint of a fist on his chest. With a groan, he managed to force himself to stand, his armor reforming as he did so. He was only able to double boost his power 25 times before narrowly evading Natsu's Fire Dragon King Roar, feeling the intense heat of its near-vaporizing energy as it passed by.
"I don't think so!"
Natsu roared, channeling intense heat and enveloping himself in fire as he ignited his entire body with
"Fire Dragon King's Purgatory!"
The blazing sphere of fire consumed his target and everything nearby in a massive explosion, breaching Issei's defenses and dealing substantial damage, though he refused to back down, fighting for his life. Issei asserted, his eyes brimming with determination,
"No! I've faced opponents stronger than you! I am the Red Dragon Emperor and I'll show you a future of Deep Crimson!"
With a surge of power, he elevated his scale mail to the next level, transforming into the Cardinal Crimson Promotion form. His spectral wings stretched wide, tinged with a pale pink hue, as he defied Natsu, ready to unleash the power of a Demonic Dragon King inside him.
"Here comes the pain! Supersonic Booster: Sonic Impact Booster!"
Issei leaped into action, matching Natsu's speed and clashing with him once more. Their clash was so intense that the country of Fiore trembled beneath the weight of their titanic struggle, a cataclysmic brawl.
Issei aimed for a Solid Impact Booster, but Natsu reacted swiftly, shielding himself with dragon scales to endure the assault. The kinetic energy surged past, devastating Magnolia further.
"Keep your claws off my city! Fire Dragon King's Brilliant Flame!"
With a roar, Natsu channeled a dark fireball from his palms, amping up the intensity, and fired the blast straight into Issei's face, attempting to overwhelm him. Issei groaned, but his sheer force of will held his Balance Breaker together, preventing it from shattering.
Natsu attempted to land another Fire Dragon King's Demolition Fist, but Issei skillfully ducked beneath, launching a powerful kick in response. Despite Natsu's enhanced durability with dragon scales, the blow still made a difference, though he seemed unfazed.
"You call that a kick? I'll show you one! Fire Dragon King's Claw!"
Natsu propelled himself forward with fire, delivering a powerful kick to Issei's armor. It shattered some of the armor and cracked his ribs, causing him considerable pain, yet he resisted. With a defiant shout, Issei yelled,
"No! I can't lose! Crimson Blaster!"
As he formed twin cannons from his back and unleashed a combined beam of red and green energy. Fire surged around Natsu, who inhaled the blaze that had been created during their battle, his breath turning to fire as he loosed his Fire Dragon King's Roar, clashing with Issei's Crimson Blaster. The two attacks met and exploded with a tremendous force that could be seen from the very reaches of outer space, a cataclysmic display of power.
Issei's intuition held true as Natsu emerged from the settling smoke in a furious state, his body partially transformed into a draconic rage, activating his Dragon Force – his most formidable form. With rage burning in his eyes and a wrathful roar, he declared,
"Look at what you did! You destroyed my town! Now that everything is gone, I won't hold back in burning away even your ashes!"
The intensity of Natsu's wrath was tangible, a testament to his fervent passion for Magnolia and his unwavering determination to vanquish his foe, now unburdened by restraint. Issei retreated, his left hand shooting out Ascalon II, a weapon crafted specifically to slay dragons. Yet, as he swung defensively against Natsu's burning draconic aura, the enchanted metal vaporized upon contact, unable to withstand the fiery heat, over 200 million degrees Fahrenheit, almost eight times hotter than the core of the sun. Issei's heart sank realizing the futility of the attempt.
He chuckled, his voice tinged with arrogance as he taunted,
"Ha! Guess I'm too hot to handle! Dragon Force Fire Dragon King's Destruction Fist!" Natsu summoned his entire strength and punched Issei's armored head with an explosive force that sent shockwaves rippling out onto the vast sea. The force of the blow was overwhelming, powerful enough to reach the faraway shoreline, the impact akin to an explosive rocket bursting through the air.
Issei retaliated with a forceful punch, pushing back against Natsu's powerful attack. He then revealed four cannons from his back, charging them and doubling his power by 35 times. Unleashing his Infinity Blasters, he released spiraling red and black energy blasts. Natsu, undeterred, inhaled air, summoning a surge of fire, and countered with Dragon Force Fire Dragon's Roar. Despite the heightened firepower of the Infinity Cannons, the Dragon's Roar proved overwhelming, sweeping Issei with scorching flames that engulfed him in its blazing embrace.
Breathing in deeply, Natsu gathered as much fiery energy as possible, gathering power to execute his ultimate technique.
"Get ready! You're done! Hidden Fire Form: Crimson Lotus: Phoenix Blade!"
He then roared, igniting his entire body in flames. With immense fervor, the Dragon-Slayer charged forward, his uppercut sending Issei soaring through the air. Natsu aimed to strike with a powerful headbutt, using the momentum of his leap to intensify the impact, like his earlier Fire Dragon's Sword Horn.
"It's all or nothing! Let's go, Ddraig!"
Issei roared, double boosting his power to its full extent, multiplying it 50 times for a quadrillion times boost to his speed and attack power. With incredible speed and force, he kicked Natsu past him, unleashing his own ultimate technique, Blazing Inferno of Scorching Flames. A massive, island-sized blast of blazing fire surged forth, a manifestation of his intense battle spirit.
Natsu, caught unprepared, witnessed the incoming fireball, and ignited his hand with a whirl of flame.
"Purgatory Slashing Dragon Fire!"
In a desperate attempt, he charged toward the impending inferno and punched it. Initially, he succeeded in halting its motion, yet the fire was relentless and persisted in burning away at his arm, even despite his nearly fire-proof resilience. The heat intensified, making it feel as if his arm was being consumed by the all-encompassing fire.
Natsu, now in a life-threatening situation, decided to use a last-ditch effort. Summoning Thought Projection Magic, he projected his astral soul out of his body. With Dragon Force activated, Natsu lunged towards Issei, readying himself to unleash what he thought was his final attack.
"I will defeat you! For my strength, and my friends! Dragon Force Fire Dragon King's Demolition Fist!"
Natsu punched at Issei's soul, but the attack was effortlessly blocked, and Issei caught the blow in his grasp. Natsu was frozen in shock, as Issei smirked, declaring his ambition,
"I've got friends too. Nothing will stop my dream of becoming a Harem King!"
It was all too late for Natsu, as his body succumbed and started to vanish. Desperately, Natsu's soul cried out, soaring high into the sky before being engulfed in a brilliant explosion that outshone even the brightest celestial bodies, a symbol of his inevitable defeat.
Issei, his fight concluded, finally landed within the wreckage of Magnolia, the remnants of their titanic confrontation. With a gesture, he dispersed his armor, and then utilized magic teleportation to return home. In his departure, an enigmatic king's chess piece remained where he had been, the only tangible piece signifying his presence and the remarkable battle that had unfolded.
Strength: Okay, so this took a lot of thinking. Finding Issei's upper limit was difficult, and while he has shown power canonically as infinity, that's not his typical upper range. But I did find something. Issei's Diablos Dragon form is about on par of Ddraig's casual strength of blowing up large mountains, which is about 45 Teratons of TNT. Multiply that by 2 by the power of 50, that grants Issei power of 701 Yottatons. And while Natsu may become stronger at the end of the 100 quest manga, he's currently only at 237.76 Yottatons. That's almost a third as powerful as Issei, and not even the aid of Seven Fire's King Mode could top that, only bringing the difference to nearly 1.5X.
Speed: Even if Natsu had the more consistent strength, since Issei's boosts only last until he deals or takes signifigant damage, Natsu could not keep up. Even if Fairy Tail as a whole is 10X faster than light, we underestimate how much a quadrillion multiplication is when it comes to High School DxD. At base, Issei dodges lightning at Mach 209, and supposedly he scales to characters vaguely above light speed. But multiplying Mach 209 by 1.12 quadrillion equals movement and reaction speeds of 270 billion times light speed. That's the kind of speed to travel across galaxies comfortably. So Issei will always have the oppertunity to land the killing blow at full power.
Skill: Natsu is definitely more experienced when it comes to practicing combat. Issei starts and (sort of) ends his main adventure within his high school years, while Natsu has been training since childhood under Igneel's tutilage and Fairy Tail's teachings.
Experience: Both are roughly equal in experience between the time they've fought in their stories, and the various amount of foes they fought, including fighting dragons and gods.
Powers: Natsu certainly has the stamina advantage, being almost immune to the heat energy of Issei's attacks, and recharging his power and stamina each time he inhales fire. And his 200 million degree hot aura would help melt the dragon slaying sword of Ascalon II before it would touch his draconic body. But he has no answer against Issei's repeatable muliplication ability, and even if he tried attacking Issei's soul with Thought Projection, but Ophis' power of infinity makes him immune to soul damage. Even breaking the Boost Gear wouldn't work because the armor can just be repaired if sufficiently damaged.
