It had been a while since Ben first became a superhero, he gave himself the alias "Ben 10". It was so obvious, his name is Ben, his surname is Tennyson (related to Alfred Tennyson) and Ben rhymes with 10.
Currently, Ben, Gwen and Max were at Mega Mart. Max was just doing some normal grocery shopping. Ben took the chance to get some of his favorite cereal which was branded by his favorite franchise Sumo Slammers.
Meanwhile...
A certain old man was working inside his secret lab, his name is Aloysius James Animo. But he was simply known as "Dr. Animo". Animo used to be a scientist and inventor. Unfortunately, he became angry when a man named Kelly won the Verities Award instead of him. Dr. Animo's unethical and twisted mutant experiments were found out and caused him to get disqualified for the chance to win the award. This made him angry and use his talents for evil and his own personal gain.
Currently, Animo was working on a long-term project he called the "Transmodulator". But it was missing a few things.
"Ugh! All I need is a few lousy components to finish my work!"
As soon as Animo said that...
"...if you're looking for anything and everything at cheap and affordable prices, head on over to Mega Mart! We've got all sorts of things at low low prices! We-"
"Ah... just what the doctor ordered."
As soon as the Mega Mart ad began appearing, Animo said those words. Then, he headed to the nearest Mega Mart.
A Few Minutes Later...
The Tennysons were finished with grocery shopping, now they were on the checkout. Suddenly...
CRASH!
Someone came crashing in riding on what appeared to be an oversized rabid hamster, and that someone was...
"Wait... A-Animo?!"
"Hello, Ben Tennyson. I'd love to stay and chat, but I'm late for an appointment for my victory. Ahahaha!"
After Animo said that, Ben slammed on the Omnitrix (the watch-like device). He found out the device's name when he was fighting on one of his battles.
FLASH!
Blue muscle surrounded Ben, followed by his eyes multiplying into four. He grew two extra arms, before he became muscly and big. The Omnitrix appeared on his left upper shoulder.
"Fourarms!"
Ben turned into an alien he called "Fourarms", Fourarms was big and burly. And he was super strong as well. "I'm about to cancel that appointment!" shouted Ben, before he started charging towards Animo and his mutants.
Once Ben was close enough to Animo and his mutants, he started punching the mutants. However, the mutants were wild and aggressive. They were able to fight back, Ben was having a bit of a hard time with them. Meanwhile, Gwen took cover and hid somewhere because she knew she wouldn't stand a chance. Max then readied his old "plumber" (intergalactic police) gear, before heading into battle.
Max tried to help Ben by firing at the mutants with his laser blaster. However, this didn't do much as the mutants were tough. Then, the mutants started chasing Max all over Mega Mart. "Hahahahaha!" laughed Animo, before he got down. Then...
"YAAH!"
SMASH!
"Oomph!"
Ben tackled Animo and pinned him to the ground. Then, he shouted "Call your mutants off or I'll smash you to bits!". Just then, Animo pulled out his laser blaster before firing it at Ben.
PEW!
"Agh!"
THUD!
"Oomph!"
The laser sent Ben flying, before he hit the ground hard. "Ungh..." groaned Ben, before he rubbed his head and got back up. Then...
FLASH!
"WHOA!"
BOOM!
Animo tried using his Transmodulator on Ben. Luckily, Ben was able to avoid its blast. The laser hit one of the shelves, causing it to explode.
BOOM!
"Hey!" said Ben, before he continued fighting with Animo. At this point, everyone had left Mega Mart. Even the cashiers. Now it was just the Tennysons and Animo. Ben tried smashing Animo into the ground, however...
ROOOAAARRR!
"Huh?"
"LOOK OUT!"
"AAH!"
SLAM!
"Oomph!"
THUD!
While the mutant hamster was chasing both Max and Gwen, it accidentally hit Ben. This sent Ben flying and crashing into the ground again.
After Ben got back up, he decided he'd had enough. He cracked his knuckles, before going towards Animo's mutants. The mutants tried killing him, but Ben was able to knock them all out with big, strong punches.
BAM!

BAM!
Eventually, Ben was able to defeat all of Animo's mutants. "NO!" yelled Animo, before he tried firing at Ben. However...
PEW!
"No you don't!"
Max fired at his blaster and prevented him from doing so. Suddenly, Ben tackled and pinned Animo to the ground again. This time, he was successful.
A Few Minutes Later...
Soon, the police showed up. They took Animo away. "Curse you, Ben Tennyson!" shouted Animo, before he was placed inside one of the police cars and taken away. "I hope you learned something from this, Ben." said Max, after a quick data search he found out about Animo's past. And Ben learned that life wasn't all about winning awards or getting praise. Sometimes, the goal of getting praise and honor goes to someone's head. Just like what happened with Dr. Animo. "Yeah. I'll never be like him." replied Ben, he now knew what longing for praise or honors could do to someone.
Meanwhile...
KLANG!
"You're stayin' behind bars for a long time Dr. Freakimo."
Animo was placed behind bars. After the sergeant left, he shouted "Curse you, Ben Tennyson!" once again before he spent a long, long time in jail.
