Sandy and Patrick are standing outside the Krusty Krab, still shaken from what they saw last episode. But SpongeBob is already there—smiling, wiping the floor, humming the Krusty Krab theme like nothing's wrong.
SpongeBob (cheerful):
"Hi guys! Did y'all come for a Krabby Patty or just to scream again?"
Sandy (trying to act casual):
"Hey, SpongeBob… what's that red stuff on the floor near the freezer…?"
SpongeBob (smiling with hands behind his back):
"Oh, that? Just jam. Raspberry. I spilled it yesterday. Silly me!"
Patrick (dumbly):
"Ohhh… I love jam."
Sandy (raising an eyebrow):
"And where's Squidward?"
SpongeBob (without blinking):
"Haven't seen him since yesterday. I think I saw him pack his bags and hop in a taxi. Might've been going to… oh, I don't know… Clarinet Camp."
Sandy and Patrick look at each other. They believe him.
They don't bring up Mr. Krabs. Not yet. They don't want to upset SpongeBob… because something about him feels off. Like behind that smile, he's just waiting to snap.
Act 1: False Leads
Sandy and Patrick go to the local Bikini Bottom Inn, looking for Squidward. The desk clerk tells them there's been no one with that name checked in.
Patrick:
"So… not Clarinet Camp?"
Sandy (whispering):
"No, dumbass. He's not at fucking Clarinet Camp."
They split up to keep looking—but we cut back to SpongeBob, who is now walking home. Alone. Still humming.
His smile fades the moment his front door closes.
Act 2: The Basement Returns
The door creaks open. We're back in the basement.
Squidward is no longer whole. Half his body is missing—his legs are gone, replaced with surgical tubing, wires, and crude attempts at patching. He's barely conscious. His eyes are glazed, pupils twitching. Blood drips slowly onto the steel floor.
SpongeBob enters. Hands behind his back. Slow. Calm.
SpongeBob (cheerful, polite tone):
"You've been such a good patient, Squidward. But we're not done."
He pulls out a knife and something small and sharp—a yubitsume blade. A tool used in Yakuza traditions to cut off fingers.
SpongeBob (coldly):
"Today's going to be a little… personal. I've decided something."
He leans in close, whispering the most sick and twisted thing imaginable, voice soft as ever:
SpongeBob:
"I'm going to turn you into a woman, Squidward. I'm going to give you a vagina."
Squidward tries to scream, but he's too weak. Just a breathless whimper as SpongeBob rolls out a surgical tray covered in tools.
He puts on new gloves. The camera slowly pans up to SpongeBob's face.
He's smiling.
Final Scene:
Cut to Sandy and Patrick, still searching. Sandy stops suddenly.
Sandy:
"Wait. Why the hell did we just believe him? We didn't even ask about Mr. Krabs. We didn't ask shit. Why… why did we just leave?"
Patrick:
"Because he smiled."
Sandy (whispering):
"Yeah. And it scared the shit outta me."
