(Wiz and Boomstick - Official Death Battle Theme Song)
Adam: Mark Grayson, the Invincible Viltrumite and Guardian of the Globe.
Randy: And Steven Universe, the Human-Gem Hybrid of the Crystal Gems.
Adam: It's not easy trying to uphold the legacy your parent's left behind. But even more so the said parents are actually sent to conquer your world before having a change of heart.
Randy: He's Adam and I'm Randy.
Adam: And it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor and skills to find out who would win... a DEATH BATTLE.
Invincible is gonna be INVINCIBLE in DEATH BATTLE
(Invincible Main Theme - John Paesano)
Adam: Mark is a human/alien hybrid from his human mother Debbie and Viltrumite father Nolan Grayson, who came Earth to serve. However, it wasn't until he accidentally throw a garbage bag into space did he discovered his powers and Nolan began training him to use it.
Randy: But that's where things went very wrong. Shortly after discovering his powers, the Guardians of the Globe were ambushed and killed with only Omni-Man as the survivor, Amber leaving him after she got angry about Mark hiding his identity from. But worse of all, it was his own father who killed the Guardians!
Adam: So as it turns out, the whole "spreading peace" thing is a big, fat lie and that Viltrumites follow the "survival of the fittest" and were sent to other planets to conquer them in the name of their Viltrumite Empire. And Nolan wanted Mark to join him. Naturally, Invincible declined and was determine to protect Earth from Nolan. Buuuut...
(Omni-Man brutally beats his own son)
Randy: Holy Zeno!
Adam: And yet even after such a beating and Omni-Man questioning who will he have left after everyone dies, Mark states he'd still have him, which made Nolan have a change of heart and flee from Earth. But despite such events, he and Nolan reconciled in the future and prepared Earth for the oncoming Viltrumite invasion.
Invincible
Superhuman Strength: As a Viltrumite hybrid, Invincible is able to bench press 400 tons and is even capable of carrying large cruise ships which can weigh well over 100,000 tons
Superhuman Speed: Invincible can casually fly at speeds as fast as lightning as well as near the speed of light. Like his father and other Viltrumites, Invincible can cross interstellar distances at Massively FTL+ speeds
Superhuman Durability: Invincible has near-invulnerability which allows him to easily shrug off gun shots and even planetary explosions
Superhuman Endurance: Can cross interstellar distances in a single breath and can continue fighting with severe injuries and minimal rest
Regeneration: As a Viltrumite, he is capable of healing from deep as well as life threatening injuries that would easily kill a normal human
Longevity: The older Viltrumites get, the slower they age. His father Omni-Man claimed he would outlast everything and everyone he knew on Earth before he looked 30
Flight
Able to hold his breath for two weeks
Telepathy: Has alien technology in his ear that allows him to hear and transmit other people's thoughts
Reactive Evolution: Viltrumite DNA aggressively heals itself for various situations, such as reproduction with other species or long-term survival
Resistance to Extreme Temperatures: Viltrumites have Smart Atoms that release energy that allows survival in extreme conditions; such as space and even the surface of the sun
Resistance to Cosmic Radiations: Consistently able to travel through space without suffering any ill effects
Immunity to Earthly Diseases: Viltrumite cells can't be killed by Earth illnesses
Adam: Being part Viltrumite, Mark possesses Smart Atoms. Smarts Atoms allows Viltrumites to adapt into their environment and grants them insane healing factors, as well as allowing them to get stronger when they survive near-death experiences.
Randy: It also grants them superhuman strength, durability and the ability to fly and hold their breathe while in space for two weeks. And the older a Viltrumite gets, the slower they age. Sounds like the perfect ability to use on Tinder, maintaining your physique despite being older hehehe.
Adam: *Rolls his eyes* Of course you would do that.

Defeated Robot
Became Emperor of the Viltrumites and spread peace throughout the galaxy over the course of 500 years
Randy: Invincible has shown why he's one of the strongest Guardians of the Globe. He's taken on multiple pure-blooded Viltrumites and Flaxans, moved the moon with The Tick, took a beating from Omni-Man and had the fucking balls to criticize Batman of all people. He's also survived being infected by the Scourge Virus, a virus specifically designed to kill Viltrumites and beat Universa, who flew from beyond the observable universe to Earth and back in less than 24 hours, clocking in at 34 trillion times FTL.
Adam: And alongside Nolan and Thaedus, Mark destroyed the planet Viltrum Not granted it was destabilized and Thaedus admitted they needed to hit at the same time or else they would die, it's still impressive considering how massive Viltrum is compared to Earth. A combined effort puts this at 911.4 Ninatons of TNT, so dividing it by 3 puts Mark's power at 303.8 Ninatons.
Popup: During the Invincible War, an alternate Invincible claims he has killed Spawn. But it's debatable if that version is as powerful as the original one.
Randy: Speaking of which, Mark has battled and killed equally powerful Viltrumites like Conquest and Thragg, both of whom are more than a match for his father. Conquest destroyed a ship from the Coalition of Planets that destroyed the sundisk, which ranges from a whopping 8,641.8 Tenatons of TNT to a staggering 120,000 Tenatons of TNT. And Conquest's Smart Atoms lets him resist Atom Eve, whose matter manipulation works at the atomic level.
Adam: But that's nothing to Thragg who's killed Battle Beast and defeated Dinosaurus who one-shot Omnipotus, an entity that can wipe out solar systems which delivers an output of 1787 Foe! And after becoming the Emperor, Mark would spread peace throughout the galaxy in 500 years.
Weaknesses
His Smart Atoms have limits to the temperatures they can withstand
Weak to high frequency sounds that can cause him intense pain and even death
Even higher precision waves can lead to hallucinations or coma
His powers can be "dampened" with some technology
Rognarrs are one of the few species that are capable of injuring and even killing Viltrumites
The Scourge Virus, an artificially engineered illness that infects Viltrumites and severely negates them of their powers resulting in coma and/or death. Mark was able to recover from this due to his royal bloodline and got his powers back a few days later.
Plant Klaxus can harm and poison him
Reluctant to kill (Though this does change over time)
Inherently quick to anger when he hears of news not pleasing to him
Adam: But Invincible is far from being unstoppable. His Smart Atoms have a limit to much temperature they can take and their enhanced hearing are vulnerable high pitch frequency sounds, which also dampens their ability to fly. Plus Rognarrs are capable of killing Viltrumites thanks their sharp claws and very dense bodies that can withstand Viltrumite blows.
Randy: And early in his career Mark has a habit of holding back since he's afraid of hurting civilians around him and has been shown to be quick to anger when things don't go his way, though he does learn to how to go all out at time goes on.
Adam: But it just goes to show how Mark came a long way. From redeeming his father to bringing peace to the galaxy. You can say that Mark Grayson is-
(INVINCIBLE title card)
Invincible: I don't care how strong you are. I don't care how fast you are. I can see the future... You don't live to see tomorrow.
Steven Universe meets the Future of DEATH BATTLE
(True Kinda Love - Estelle & Zach Callison)
Adam: The Diamond Authority was an alien superpower set on conquering the universe for their own gain.
Randy: They're literally diamonds. Like, shiny alien rock people.
Adam: As the most powerful of the Gems, the Diamonds led armies of lesser Gems, including Pearls, Amethysts, and others to prepare planets for destruction by the authority. These armies were trusted to obey. But they had one tough adversary: Rose Quartz. She'd been living on Earth and really liked the place, so she was leading her own group of Gems in rebellion: the Crystal Gems.
Randy: To which the three Diamonds of the authority responded by trying to destroy every Gem left on Earth. Which, uh, sounds like overkill. But in a huge blast of light, every Gem was corrupted or destroyed, except for Rose and her closest Gems, a Garnet and Pearl. She'd managed to defend them all with her shield.
Adam: Well, now with the Diamonds rebuffed, Rose was able to settle down, and she even met a human she got along with: Greg Universe.
Randy: What a badass, I wish my last name was Universe. They got along so well, that one thing led to another, and uh, whoops! Rose had to give up her body so their son could be born.

Randy: Since Rose gave up her body to give birth to Steven, he technically has all of her powers and abilities. He's way more tougher than your average kid. He can create bubbles to either act as a shield, which is his bread and butter, or into boxing gloves. He can teleport things, shapeshift into get bigger, resurrect dead people with his tears or even heal people with his saliva. Hope he doesn't have any bacteria. Speaking of, He can also transform plants with his saliva life and a humanoid form, like with watermelon seeds.
Adam: He can also make an astral projection if he's knocked out and possess people in their sleep. But after discovering his mother's true identity of being Pink Diamond, Steven taps into her Diamond abilities. In which he taps into Pink's Diamond powers with Pink State, where his bubbles and shields become hexagonal in shape, able to fly and slow down time to a near crawl.
Randy: The catch, however, is that Steven loses control over his emotions. And if Steven gets an emotional breakdown, he becomes a giant pink monster that amps all of his abilities up to eleven.
Feats
Overpowered and pacified the Cluster
Shield can block attack from 3 Diamonds
Dodged light-based attacks
Survived the G-forces of FTL travel
Fights on par with Garnet & Amethyst
Led Homeworld in Era 3
Defeated Amethyst, Spinel, Bluebird, Jasper
Adam: Steven has taken some gem invaders under the Diamond Authority's army to conquer Earth in his mother's legacy. He's withstand the G-Force during interstellar travel, dodged lightspeed attacks, able to fight on par with the likes of Amethyst and Garnet, and used his telekinesis to pacify the Cluster, which is capable of destroying Earth once it grows big enough.
Randy: And he's battled powerful Gems like Peridot, Lapis, Spinel and Jasper. Lapis once lifted the entire Ocean into the atmosphere and even killed Jasper in his Pink State. And he can take hits from the Diamonds like White and Yellow. In fact, we can scale Steven to Rose Quartz, erm, Pink Diamond blocking that blast from the three Diamonds in Homeworld, which is from another galaxy. From the distance of Homeworld to Earth and the energy needed to fire that blast, that's over 48 trillion times FTL and an output of 2 Tenatons of TNT.
Adam: And Steven managed to block that same attack in his Pink State, which he also killed Jasper with though he was horrified. When Steven turned into that giant monster, he was powerful enough to overpower the Crystal Gems, Lapis, Peridot, Bismuth and even the three Diamonds and the Cluster, only being stopped by the good old "power of friendship".
Weaknesses
In the early seasons, Steven had little control over his powers, which resulted in them working with unexpected results (Such as almost ageing himself to death and turning himself into an out of control cat monster on accident) or not working at all. However, this becomes much less of an issue in Seasons 2-3 and is nonexistent from Season 4 onwards.
Is a pacifist, prefers to avoid combat unless necessary
Has yet to master Pink State form
Loses control of his emotions upon becoming Pink Steven. Can turn into a giant monster upon having a mental breakdown
Like all Gems, striking Steven's Gem can permanently kill him
If Steven's gem is removed, he will slowly die unless he comes into contact with it again.
If Steven goes into other people's dreams too much he gets sleep deprived.
Adam: That being said, Steven is far from perfect. He's a pacifist above all else, preferring to solve things with Talk no Jutsu and power of friendship over violence unless absolutely necessary and he has trouble controlling his powers early on with near fatal consequences, like when he nearly aged himself to death since he's only half Gem. Speaking of which, Steven can also die if his Gem is shattered or if separated from it for too long.
Randy: And we've stated before that Pink State is a double-edge sword, for while Steven's abilities get stronger, he loses control over his emotions and is easily triggered. In fact, Steven becoming that giant monster is a result of him suffering a full-on meltdown.
Adam: Of course, if it was up to Steven Universe, everyone would just be friends.
Steven: I changed. That's the final piece. All those struggles, I learned from them, and I grew! Oh my gosh! It's not just my Gem powers I've forgotten! All this "happily ever after" stuff has made me forget the first power I ever had: The power to change!
Adam: All right, the combatants are set. Let's end this debate once and for all.
Adam and Randy: It's time... For a DEATH BATTLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
Beach City
Invincible: You left me no choice.
Invincible stood over Jasper, taking deep breath and his fists clenched. The Gem groaning beneath as she was brutally beaten and her Gem having cracks. One more hit would be enough to permanently kill her.
It started after his father Omni-Man revealed his true colors as being the real murderer of the Guardian of the Globe and an spy preparing Earth for the invasion of the Viltrumite Empire. In an effort to escape the criticism, Invincible fled and arrived in Beach City.
But it seemed that few people are aware of Viltrimutes as Jasper senses he was one and fought him, which led to this predicament.
Invincible raised an arm to end the Gem once and for all but was knocked away by a pink shield.
?: Jasper!
Recovering from the sneak attack Invincible turns his to see a human running towards them; Steven Universe. But it seems he was too late as Jasper's Gem shattered and she dissipated, horrifying and angering Steven.
Steven: You monster! You and your dad are gonna take this world over! I won't let let you!
Incinvicble: Wait, hang on! She attacked me-
FIGHT!
(Fire Dragon Force - Therewolf Media)
Mark had no time to react before Steven tackled him, launching the both of them out of the beach house and onto the sand. Steven pummeled Mark's face with his fists with all his hatred, imagining it was the face of the half-Viltrumite's father.
Invincible: Stop!
grabbing onto Steven's wrist. Steven started choking him with his other hand, trying to free his wrist from Mark's grip. Mark managed to punch Steven across the face hard enough to make him roll over. Mark got up and watched as Steven put a hand on his cheek...
... and then gave him a look that would make even the Cluster run for the hills.
A pink bubble appeared around one of his hands, and he sent it towards Mark's chin in an uppercut as he rose from the ground. Mark tried to block the following blows that Steven threw at him, the half-Gem's fists coated in two pink bubbles in the style of boxing gloves. Steven finally hit Mark hard in the gut, making him step back while doubling over. Steven summoned his shield again and bashed Mark with it before using it to block a punch from the hero that sent him sliding back.
Invincible: Listen, we can talk this out!
Steven: What is there to say?! Just leave us ALONE!
Steven shouted with enough force to produce another sonic wave that made Mark's ears bleed and staggering him. Steven charges forward with a fist coated in a pink bubble and threw it at Mark's face, but his blow was blocked. Mark looked up at him with a silent, serious expression, then punched Steven into the sky.
Steven summoned a pink wall of spikes and brought it down on Mark, who punched through it as he flew up to meet the Crystal Gem in mid-air. The two half-aliens traded blows above the ocean, punching and blocking. It was an even contest of fisticuffs until Steven encased himself in a large pink energy shield and rolled into Mark, pushing him backwards through the sky before bursting. Mark charged and threw a punch, his fist meeting Steven's own as a pink bubble appeared around it. The bubble shattered on contact with Mark's knuckles, and the hero punched Steven several more times.
Steven suddenly flashed a brighter shade of pink and time slowed to a crawl, making Mark move like a sloth in the air. Steven took this opportunity to encase the half-Viltrumite in a pink bubble and punt it through the air, sending it crashing through the clouds. Another flash of pink, and time returned to its normal flow. Mark broke free of the bubble, before the two superpowered teens flew towards one another. Their collision caused a shockwave that sent clouds scattering and knocked the combatants back.
From ground level, one would see what looked like blue and pink comets slamming into each other again and again. Steven spun around a few times, then threw his shield, which ricocheted all across the sky in random directions, striking Mark in a dizzying array. After a few seconds, it returned to Steven's arm and disappeared; the Universe child then covered his fists with pink bubbles and charged, hitting Mark with a double-fisted punch. Four hexegonal shields then slammed into Mark from different directions, holding him in place. Above him, Steven created another spiky pink wall and sent it down towards the restrained Viltrumite.
Mark gasped, before putting all of his might into breaking free, and sent pieces of the shields flying with a flex of his arms. As the wall got closer, Mark threw a punch up at it that broke it into small pieces, and then flew at Steven so fast that his opponent was caught off guard as he was tackled upward.
Mark did a U-turn before plummeting towards the beach, slamming into the sand with Steven in tow. Mark picked Steven up and threw him towards the beach house. Steven slammed into the wall and fell to the front step of the house. He sent out another flash of pink, and before he knew it, time had come to another stop.
Smiling, Steven launched himself from the porch and planted a pink-covered fist into the frozen Mark's face. Time went back to a normal flow again as Mark flew back from the force of the blow. Mark charged and traded more blows with Steven, the half-Gem taking several involuntary steps back as he blocked. Steven then engulfed himself in a pink energy sphere, briefly forcing Mark back. Mark threw the hardest punch he could at the shield, causing it to shatter was Steven was launched backward. Mark charged forward, but Steven conjured a pink wall between them, causing Mark to collide with it. Steven pushed the wall until Mark's feet were sliding across the surface of the ocean.
Mark managed to shatter the wall, but wouldn't get a chance to charge again before Steven created a rectangular force field riddled with hexagonal patterns around him. With a gesture of his hands, the force field starts sinking into the water, threatening to bring Mark into its depths. Mark struggled to hold up the field as he looked at Steven from where he was.
Invincible: Come on, we don't have to do this!
Steven: Like I'd believe you! First your dad killed the Guardians of the Globe, then you killed Jasper and now you want to talk peace?! I don't trust you, not when my family's lives are at risk! So please, leave. Us. ALONE!
A third sonic scream launched from his mouth, unintentionally shattering the force field and causing Mark more pain as he covered his bleeding ears. His Viltrumite senses couldn't take anymore of that screaming.
And Mark couldn't take all of this anymore.
All of this was so unfair. He never wanted this either. His father was the one who started this whole mess, and Mark was left to pick up the pieces.
When Mark opened his eyes, there was only anger in them.
He had been pushed to his breaking point.
With a roar, he lunged at Steven.
He was first plowed through the sand, then through the town as pieces of concrete flew from the road, sending the citizens into a panic. Next, Mark carried Steven up very high into the sky and punched him away before charging again. Steven brought up his shield, but it was shattered by Mark's next punch before he was hit with another blow.
And another.
And another.
And another.
Steven finally punched Mark across the face, and the two of them swung their fists wildly at one another, their knuckles meeting at breakneck speeds. Finally, a right hook from Mark sent Steven flying a good distance, his head reeling and his body spinning through the air until he stopped himself.
Mark charged.
Steven charged too.
They drew their fists back, and sent them forward...
Only one found its target.
Steven gasped as Mark's fist plunged into his stomach. He could feel it inside of him, feel it moving. His lower back then burst open in a spray of blood. Little pink shards fell out of his body among with his blood and guts. The pink aura covering his skin disappeared nearly instantly.
The gasps of pain made Mark stop short. He looked at Steven's face, seeing the blood starting to dribble out of his mouth.
Invincible: No...
He hastily pulled his hand out of Steven's body. Steven silently plummeted towards the ocean as Mark watched. Before he hit the surface, Mark caught him in his arms and brought him to the beach, falling to his knees while cradling Steven.
Invincible: Oh, no, no, no, I'm sorry, please, I didn't mean to, it's gonna be okay. HELP! I NEED HELP!
Steven looked up at him, barely clinging to life.
Steven: My... my Gem...
Invincible: Your... Gem? Are you... one of those "Gems" too?
Steven couldn't tell him, letting out a cough that sent more blood flying out of his mouth. It got onto Mark's outfit, making him wince.
Steven: My Gem... I need it... You shattered it...
The last threads of life in his body faded away. His eyes closed fully and his breathing stopped. Mark stared in growing horror, knowing what he had done.
Invincible: No, no, no, wake up! Please! Wake up!
No matter how many times Mark pleaded, he received no answer.
Mark lowered his eyes as his tears fell.
Invincible: I'm sorry...
KO!
* Invincible laid Steven down before turning and flew away, tears streaming down his face.
* Garnet, Amethyst and Pearl arrived, only to be horrified upon seeing the shattered Gem of Jasper and Steven's body.
Results
(Fire Dragon Force again)
Randy: Yeesh, that's one more guilt Mark has to carry.
Adam: Both half-human protectors put up an incredible fight. At first glance it could go either way, with even the tiniest of slip-ups giving the other the opportunity they need to win.
Randy: But the more we dive deeper into the analysis, the more we can determine why Mark won out in the end.
SPEED
Adam: This is a very close call. Invincible fought Universa who can travel beyond the observable universe and back in under 24 hours and Steven blocking White Diamond's attack. At first White Diamond's 48 trillion may trump Universa's 34 trillion, but remember that there's a distinct difference between reaction speed and travel speed. Steven and Invincible tie in this category.
Randy: But same can't be said for next one.
ABILITIES
Randy: There's no doubt Steven takes this by a massive mile. While Invincible is able to fly naturally, he mostly relied on his fists and body. In contrast, Steven's Gem and Diamond-related abilities gave him plenty of long range and defensive options. Steven's super scream could negate Marks' flight and the ability to create life gave him the numbers advantage.
Popup: Technically, it requires a very precise frequency to be able to cancel a Viltrumite's equilibrium. But for the sake of this fight, we can argue that Pink Steven's super scream can nullify Mark's equilibrium.
Randy: However, abilities can only get you so far when you don't have the smarts or experience in dealing with your opponent.
EXPERIENCE AND INTELLIGENCE
Adam: Both Invincible and Steven has battled a large variety of foes and have used their wits get get out of bad situation and outsmart their opponents. However, unlike Steven, Mark had been educated in both school and in battle. While both tend to hold back, it is important to note that Steven is a pacifist and will avoid a confrontation at all cost. While Mark does the same, he eventually learns to balance his Viltrumite need to fight from his human need to defend.
Randy: Steven is no slouch in making plans, but many of them involves aiming for the weak spots like the Gems which Invinicble does not have. And while Steven's Pink State makes him and his abilities stronger, it's also where he becomes more prone to losing his temper and emotionally unstable. Invincible has experience defeating similar opponents and thus there's no question he could turn that against Steven. Thus Invincibles wins here.
Adam: Which brings us to the next category.
DURABILITY
Adam: Invincible and Steven had gone through a lot and managed to pull through thanks to their Viltrumite and Gem/Diamond physiology. However, Mark gains a significant edge here in that his Smart Atoms allows him to adapt to his environment. Both also have regenerative healing factors, but as long as a Viltrumite's head or heart isn't severely damaged, Mark can heal from any long lasting damage Steven throws at him.
Randy: In contrast we know that enough damage reverts a gem back to their core Gems, which can be shattered and permanently kill them. There's there also the fact that Steven's human heritage actually weighs him down as he can still suffer from fatigue and exhaustion, something Viltrumites like Mark have no problems with. Invincible takes this as well.
Adam: Still, with Steven's still potent healing factor, Pink State and monster form and his wide array of abilities, Mark needed to be strong enough enough to deliver the killing blow. All roads lead back to power.
POWER
Adam: Both have shown incredible feats of strength. However, taking more closer look reveals that Invincible is way more powerful. Even using their lowest feats puts Mark above Steven. Lapis lifting the entire ocean into the atmosphere ranks at 10 Zettatons of TNT, but Mark is able to move the Moon alongside the Tick which is around 2.5 Yottatons, 215 times stronger. With their highest, Mark still pulls ahead. Scaling to Pink Diamond blocking the blast from White, Yellow and Blue Diamond, this puts Steven's potential at over 2 Tenatons.
Randy: Nothing to scoff at, But Mark has killed Conquest and Thragg, who's displayed far more impressive feats of strength. Conquest destroyed that Coalition of Planets' ship which can obliterate that sundisk, worth 8,641.8 Tenatons of TNT and Invincible and Thragg bested Dinosaurus who one-shot Omnipotus, the same being that can devour reality which delivers an output of 1787 Foe, way stronger than anything Steven can dish out.
Adam: Steven gave it his all, but Invincible's Viltrumite heritage, greater combat experience and overall strength spelled the end for the Human-Gem.
Randy: Steven was no more Invincible's Viltru-might.
Adam: The winner it Mark Grayson, aka-

COMPARISON
Invincible
= Nearly equal in speed
+ Much more stronger
+ More experienced
+ Superior regeneration
+ No visible weaknesses
+ Able to control his emotions better and thus keep a cool head in battle
- Less versatile abilities
- Flight can be negated by Pink Steven's super scream
Steven Universe
= Nearly equal in speed
+ More versatile abilities
+ Pink State's super scream could negate Invincible's flight
- Much more weaker
- Less experienced
- Inferior regeneration
- Gem is a vulnerable weak spot
- Prone to anger in Pink State
The connection between Invincible and Steven Universe is that both are pacifist teenage heroes who are hybrids due to their parents being a human from Earth (Debbie Grayson and Greg Universe respectively) and an alien from another planet (Omni-Man and Rose Quartz respectively), in which they gain powers from their alien heritage
* Both are members of a heroic team (The Guardians of the Globe and the Crystal Gems respectively) in which they fight regularly aliens and monsters that invaded Earth
* Both would eventually learn the terrible secret of their alien parents that had been hidden from them (Omni-Man had killed the original Guardians of the Globe, whereas Rose Quartz is revealed to be Pink Diamond) in which they're sent to Earth to conquer it by the empire they had served (The Viltrumite Empire and the Diamond Authority respectively).
* Both would experience trauma as a result, but would later try to rectify the mistakes of their parent and race
