Chapter 904: Dream: After that Psycho fight.
(B. Lewis Residence, Franklin Avenue. Royal Woods Michigan.)
Amanda B. Lewis is in the living room, and she's watching TV, and she sees it's all over the news. Lady Ace, defeating Frightstrand once and for all, and her foe is now locked away somewhere secured. The footage shows Lady Ace, after she landed one powerful punch knocking out Frightstrand, and allowing the authorities to subdue and detain her.
Amanda sighs and she is glad it's over. 'Now that bitch is out of my life, and won't ever come back.'
Michelle then shows up and she sits next to her wife. "You doing alright? Happy that psycho is locked away?"
Amanda nods. "Yeah, I am. I'm glad Frightstrand is out of the picture and locked away where she cannot come back, and I'm also glad that Lincoln is safe and sound. I don't want that freak of nature to ever come near our family again, because if she does, then jail is not a good thing for her."
Michelle also agrees, and then she asks. "Why the heck is Frightstrand even after Lady Ace anyway? What does she seek from you?"
Amanda thinks about this. "Well, I can make only three wild guesses. First, she might seek a challenge and sees me as someone whom she can test her strength and one day defeat. Second, she might be doing this out of random spite and boredom and wants thrill in taunting me around. Lastly, she might have some weird crush on Lady Ace, and is toying with me."
Michelle is surprised by these three possible reasons, and then she continues. "By the way, Katherine Mulligan contacted me earlier, and she has more news on Frightstrand being locked away. Now the place where she is being held will run some tests and get a sample of her DNA and figure out why she is like this, and then they'll try and cure her of these powers before she does harm to anyone else."
Amanda is shocked to hear this, but she smiles and nods. "As long as she doesn't become a threat to everyone, they have to do whatever it takes to ensure she doesn't get out, or just get her powers out of her. We don't even truly know who she is, or where she came from, maybe those scientists can figure that out, and if they do… Then Lady Ace will be there to know the truth."
(Outside, at the backyard.)
Lincoln and Jordan are both here, and just enjoying some peace and quiet, and calming down after that crazy ordeal from previously, Jordan then looks to Lincoln and she holds his hand. "Are you doing alright, Lincoln?"
Lincoln nods. "I'm just glad it's all over, and my mom did it and defeated her mortal enemy once and for all. I don't know why Frightstrand is always coming after Lady Ace, but at least she won't return to do any more harm or damage."
Jordan nods, and then she remembers something. "My mom had this idea that Frightstrand is doing this as a way to test her strength and beat Lady Ace and her powers, but I think she's just crazy and wants a foe to fight, almost like she's living her life as a supervillain fighting a superheroine."
Lincoln thinks about this. "Well, either one is possibly true." Then he changes the subject. "But enough of that, we don't need to worry about that maniac. I'm just ready for our very first date, at the Sadie Hawkins Dance."
Jordan smiles. "And I look forward to it too." She then leans onto the shoulder of Lincoln and she remembers another thing. "Also, my friends are ready for it as well, and even the other gal pals who want to meet with Rusty and Zach, this is gonna be fun." Lincoln chuckles and he wonders how that will work out.
Unbeknownst to them, Leni and Luna are watching them from the kitchen window, and they smile seeing Lincoln and Jordan being together. "They are totes a cute couple and I am so happy for them" replied Leni. "I'm glad they met long ago when they were babies, and look at them now, ready for their first ever date and at the Sadie Hawkins Dance too."
Luna smiles. "Same, I'm proud of how far our little brother has gone, and with Jordan as well. But, my concerns, is that Chandler McCann might try something, since he always has his eyes on Jordan Rosato. He is just too troublesome, and I don't want that dork to ruin their date."
Leni nods. "Agreed, perhaps we can figure something out. Our prom doesn't start at the same date as the Sadie Hawkins Dance, perhaps we can figure something out, or perhaps ask our moms to ensure nothing bad will go down."
Luna smiles, but then Michelle and Amanda show up, and then Michelle speaks. "We heard everything, and we're all in an agreement" replied Michelle. "Let's make sure the Sadie Hawkins Dance is not going get ruined."
(back to reality.)
Michell wakes up, and she sees that she's in the living room, and she sees the blanket on her. She remembers, she's down here and double checking on plans for the wedding of Albert and Myrtle. She gets up, and she grabs her notebook and heads back upstairs.
But Michelle smiles and thinks about her dreams. 'Whatever they have planned, I know it'll work and the Sadie Hawkins Dance will be saved from trouble.' Then she remembers something else. 'Right, tomorrow Amanda and I are headed to the Restaurant to Another World for date night, this is gonna be fun.'
A/N: At least Frightstrand is gone for good, and now Lincoln and Jordan can concentrate on the Sadie Hawkins Dance, but they must be cautious for when trouble might ruin their date night, and thank goodness they have family who will ensure it doesn't get ruined. I hope you all enjoyed reading this new chapter guys.
