Alright, so, I was given some character ideas and permission to use these characters by CRabbit, which I checked them out on their Deviantart account, Shantae340, to get more of a backstory about them and, though it seemed questionable about some things about them, I'm willing to give them a go as they each look interesting and each have different powers and strengths, though I don't know how often I'll be putting them into the story and I will be leaving somethings about their personalities and about themselves out as to keep this story in it's current rating, but they will make great additions to the team and maybe more to come as more doors open up for Spyro and his friends. Chapter 185: New Friends Come to Equestria Part 1: Worlds Destruction
It was day time in another world, in which that world is known as Remenant and in the ruined city of Vale, a group of five girls were walking through the market district of the kingdom, walking through the ruined city as they tried to get past it without trying to draw attention to themselves after what had happened to them. One of the girls was a black hair girl with pale skin, wearing a black dress with a red hood with black socks on and red and black boots while carrying a massive red scythe, ready to fight if anything came at them. Another of the girls was a blonde haired girl with what appeared to be wearing a gray jacket with an orange tank top underneath, grayish brown pants and wearing a pair of brown leather boots. She had a robotic arm after loosing her original arm in a previous battle and had on a pair yellow gauntlets that looked like they has shotgun shells in it, pointing them in front of her as they moved through the city.
With them was a white haired girl in a greyish pale blue short skirt dress with a sweetheart neckline and a white, tulle peticoat, carrying a duelers sword that was modified to hold something near the hilt of the blade, looking around while keeping her saber up. The fourth member of the group was a dark haired girl with yellow yellow eyes and a pair of cat ears, wearing a white tail coat with a black crop top, black skintight leather pants with a white belt, carrying a semi-automatic pistol, looking to the buildings to make sure they wouldn't be attacked. The last girl in their group was a brown haired girl, wearing a black and yellow striped shirt with black jeans, carrying with her a pair of revolvers, looking around to make sure they wouldn't be attacked.
"Stay close girls." The white haired girl said. "Who knows what's here now."
"Weiss, we know what's in here." The brown haired girl said, keeping an eye out for trouble. "A bunch of Grim looking for a whooping."
"You said it Jade." The blonde haired girl said, loud and proud. "I'm ready for some payback for all the friends we lost and for my arm."
"Yang, keep it down, will you!?" Weiss asked. "Do you want to attract all of the Grim here!?"
"Hey, all I'm saying is that I'm sick and tired of this sneaking around." Yang replied. "And why are we coming back to Vale when we know we need to be at Atlas?"
"Because there is something that Ozpin said might help us against Salem." The black haired girl up front said. "Something about meeting someone who might help."
"Ugh, you ask me Ruby, we can't trust anything that Ozpin says now." Yang said. "Not after what we had just learned from Jinn."
"Maybe." Ruby said. "But I think we have a chance. Blake, what do you think?"
"I think we should leave." Blake, the cat eared girl said. "This place isn't exactly a safe place anymore. Not since the invasion."
"Aw let them come." Jade said, lifting up one of her revolvers. "I'm itching for a fight."
"Quite unfortunate for you then." A voice said. Tehy all looked up, weapons at the ready as they saw Larxene standing on one of the nearby roofs, looking down at them with a grin. "Because you just found one."
"Who the heck is that?" Ruby asked.
"I don't know, but she looks like trouble." Yang said, cracking her knuckles. "And I love trouble."
"I bet you do." Larxene said, snapping her fingers.
A moment later, a couple of Morning Stars followed by several Lance Soldiers and regular Soldiers appeared from the void and from the shadows, surrounding the group as they saw they were surrounded by a whole army of Heartless, looking at them hungrily while everyone got ready for a fight.
"Ok, these things are new." Ruby said, twirling her scythe around and pointing it at the Heartless. "What the heck are these things?"
"They're definitely not Grimm." Weiss said, twisting the blade as ice and snow swirled around her.
"Who cares what they are!" Yang said, cracking her knuckles again as her gauntlets activated. "I'm ready to do some damage!"
"Just try to not hit us in the process, alright?" Blake said, turning her pistol into a katana.
"Hey, there's plenty for everyone." Jade said, spinning her guns around and smiling. "And I have all the ammo in the world."
The Heartless then charged forward to attack the group, which they all seperated to take care of the Heartless closest to them. Ruby started off by swinging and spinning her scythe around, slashign through the heartless like they were nothing before moving the scythe around a bit, turning it into a sniper rifle and blasting one of the Morning Stars, though it didn't do any damage to it, the shot did get it's attention, distracting it long enough for Yang to land a solid hit, a shotgun blast ringing out and sending the Heartless flying, knocking over and destroying several of the Lancer Soldiers before slugging a second one, the same bast ringing out as she continued to bash through the heartless left and right, jumping up as a couple of blasts sent her itno the air and tackling one of the Lance Soldiers before it could leave.
Weiss and Black were back to back, deflecting several attacks from the heartless before Blake changed her Katana into a small scythe that was attached to a ribbon, swinging it around while Weiss was creating circles and sending blasts of ice, fire, and thunder towards the Heartless, either freezing or eletrocuting them while at the same time, catching them on fire as they ran around to put themselves out, Weiss cutting through them while Blake turned her weapon back into a semi-automatic pistol, blasting the ones running around as they fought. Jade however was alone, her revolvers firing in all directions, the bullets punching through the Heartless as if they were nothing but thin air, laughing as she was enjoying herself as she dodged another Heartless's attack before shooting it in the back, flipping her guns to turn them into a pair of short swords, slicing through the heartless to rejoin her group and to not get surrounded.
On the roof of the building, Larxene was watching the fight, observing each of them carefully as she studied their moves, how they fought, their abilities and their weapons to see what they were capable of as they fought, rejoining the group as they fought together, shoulder to shoulder to keep the Heartless back.
"Well, I must say, you girls certainly know how to fight." Larxene said, raising her arm as they looked to her. "But unfortunately, I'm on a very tight schedule, so if you don't mind..."
She then snapped her fingers and a moment later, the clouds above them started to rain down thunder, the earth shaking underneath the group as it startd to throw them off, which the heartless took the chance and lunged forward, one of them landing a solid hit on Yang's robotic arm, causing her to yell in pain as it started to spark and move randomly, everyone looking to her as she fell.
"Yang!" Ruby shouted, slashing through the heartless to get to her.
A moment later, the clouds broke away and allowed some light to come through, only to reveal an orb of pure darkness to appear, which it started to suck everything up from buildings, to plants, even to some of the animals and the Grimm from each of the local areas, all flying towards the sphere and getting absorbed into it. One unfortunate person was being sucked towards the orb, yelling out for help as a bolt of dark lightning hit him, causing his heart to fly into the air before a dark shadow absorbed it, turning into a Sky Pirate as it disappeared into the void.
"Oh that is definitely not good." Jade said.
"What do we do!?" Ruby asked. "How do we stop that thing!?"
No one knew how to stop whatever it was they were looking at the massive sphere in the air, watching as more and more of the land got absorbed by the massive dark orb, people who were still surviving the Grimm attacks getting lifted up by the orb before dark lightning shot out and destroyed them, turning them into Heartless as a sudden shockwave went out, breaking apart the world as a massive wave of earth and rock came flying at them, which caused them all to flinch and raise their arms as the wave came towards them, but instead of feeling anything hit her, Jade looked out from behind her arms and the wave itself was frozen. She was confused about what had just happened, looking around and seeing that her friends were also frozen, seeing how terrified they looked as she walked over and knelt down, putting her hand on Yang's shoulder and shaking her.
"Yang?" Jade asked, shaking her friend before looking to Ruby and doing the same. "Ruby?" She then looked over to Weiss and Blake, seeing them stand there, getting up and shaking them as well. "Come on you girls, this isn't funny. We need to get out of here before whatever's freezing that wave wears off." It was no use as nothing was bringing them out of whatever was freezing them, doing her best to try and get them to safety when she heard something snap behind her, spinning around and pointing her revolvers in the direction of the noise, ready for a fight. She saw right in front of her a man wearing a white robe with the hood up, wearing an owl mask and with an owl shaped shoulder guard on his right shoulder, starring at her. "Who are you!? Are you with that woman!?"
"Jade Lemon." The man said, spooking her. "You time will come, but now is not that time. You are needed elsewhere."
He raised his hand, which she got ready to shoot and he snapped his fingers, Jade firing the revolvers at him, but the bullets froze half way towards him, spooking her more. But a moment later, she felt like something was wrong, looking around and finding that the ground around her was swirling like there was a tornado coming, turning to her friends and running to them to try and save them, but a moment later, a minature tornado came down and surrounded her and her friends, a light shining inside of the tornado as it then disappeared, taking the group with it as time resumed in the world, the orb absorbing the world as a star in the sky disappeared. In Equestria, Luna was keeping an eye out for any trouble in Equestria, getting ready to go into the dream realm when she witnessed one of the stars in the sky disappear, feeling her heart drop as she backed away.
"Luna." Celestia said, walking up. "I came to wish you goodnight and... sister, what's wrong?"
"One of the stars just disappeared." Luna said, Celestia looking up to the sky to see what she was talking about, watching with her and waiting for another star to disappear.
Meanwhile in another world, on a school complex in what appeared to be a version of Japan, but everyone there appeared to have powers of all kinds. It was the end of the day as a dark haired girl wearing all black with a bit of her stomach showing, wearing a spiked belt and a pair of white tennis shoes, walking out of the large school building as she sighed.
"Another boring day of classes." The girl said. "I swear, the teachers here don't teach me anything. I mean, I know how my quirk works, so what's the point of it all?" He then found a bench near the dormitory, walking over and sitting on it before turning herself and laying back, lying underneath the shade of the tree as she used her arms to cushion her head. "Hardly anything exciting ever happens now these days. Not since Deku punched out Overhaul and the villains went silent. I wish there was some excitement that could happen."
However, a moment later, she got her wish as a sudden explosion near the school entrance caused everyone near there to go flying backwards, the girl looking up from the bench to see the front gate was completely destroyed and the walls tumbling down as from it, a Kurt Zisa emerged from the flames, roaring out as it held four blades in four of it's arms while holding two spheres in the empty two arms, swinging the blades at students who were unfortunate enough to be near it while the girl got up from the bench to see it go on a rampage, watching as pink hearts came out of her classmates and into the air, getting surrounded by darkness as Cannon Guns, Drill Moles and Hot Rods came from them, running around and attacking whoever was closest.
"Attention all students!" A voice said over the loud speaker. "An unknown creature is attacking the school! Return to your dorms and find a safe place to hide! The staff will handle these intruders! I repeat, find someplace safe to hide until the situation is handled!"
"Right, like I'm going to let the grownups have all the fun." The girl said.
A moment later, a large pink blob appeared behind her, the girl with her hands in her pockets as the blob surrounded her, encasing her in the pink slime until it completely covered her, looking like a pink slime girl as she smiled and ran towards the Heartless. Above the Heartless, Larxene was watching the battle, watching the faculty of the school try and fight the Heartless using their powers, watching as one professors, who wore what appeared to be a space suit, opened a section in her glove and they got sucked into her glove, watching another encase some of the Heartless in concrete before another came down and smashed into the ground, wearing a red and blue suit with gold hair and gave the biggest grin, leaping forward and smacking through a Large Body that wasn't paying attention, busting through it without any issue.
"Hmm, this world is full of heroes it seems." Larxene said. "And some of them look pretty strong too. Guess this world will give us exactly what we need." She then looked down and saw the girl who surrounded herself in the pink slime, throwing a punch from a distance that ended up stretching her whole arm and hit the Kurt Zisa in the head, which it charged straight for her and swung it's blades, buit the blades themselves just bounced right off of her, laughing as it only tickled her before she stretched her arms back and shot them forward, smashing it in the head and knocking it to then ground while Larxene watched. "Interesting."
"Yeah, you like that you ugly mofo!?" The girl asked, bouncing away as it swung again. "Yeah, you're not so tough now, are ya!? Come on ugly, I'm right here!" She then bounced again, avoiding it's swing as she landed on the side of the school building as some students decided to get in on the action to fight. "What's the matter ugly, afraid to hit a girl!? Well too bad! This girl isn't afraid of hitting you!"
She then bounced off the side of the building and unleashed a flurry of punches, causing it to roar out in rage as it tried to swing and hit her, but she just either stretched herself to where she could avoid the hit or it just bounced off her, not doing any damage to her as she just laughed, continuing to lay down a smack down on the Heartless while Larxene just stood on the roof, watching everything as she crossed her arms.
"Hmm, this one's good." Larxene said. "She's got a strong heart. She'll make both a powerful Heartless and a strong Nobody." She then dove down, the storm winds surrounding her as she fell to the ground, disappearing in a corridor as it opened and reappeared out of another one as she flew by the girl, which she looked to Larxene as she flipped and landed on the ground, skidding to a halt before standing up straight. "I must admit girl, you're really, really good at fighting." She then turned around, looking at the girl as she smiled. "Looks like we'll have ourselves a very powerful Heartless and Nobody today, after we take care of that pesky slime all over your body."
She then snapped her fingers and the orbs on the Kurt Zisa started to glow, which caused the slime on the girls body to melt off of her and disappear, shocking her as she looked at her arms.
"My quirk!" The girl shouted.
A moment later, the Heartless Smacked her into the wall of the school, causing her to slump to the ground unconcious as a dark orb appeared above the city, the same dark lightning shooting from the orb and hitting whoever was unfortunate enough to get hit, loosing their hearts and getting turned into Heartless. Larxene approached the unconcious girl, looking down at her as she lied ont he ground defenseless, smirking as she looked at her.
"On second thought, you might only be able to make a Dusk at most." Larxene said, turning away and walking to the Heartless. "Finish her."
The Kurt Zisa looked to the girl and approached, skidding the blades against one another to sharpen them as the girl remained on the ground, unable to do a thing as it raised one of it's arms, swinging down to finish her. But instead of landing a hit, a pair of hands caught the swords, those hands belonging to the man who was wearing the owl mask, holding the Heartless in place as it tried to pull away and free itself, but it then got pulled towards the man, who then back handed it and sent it flying past Larxene, who turned around to look at the man in surprise as he stood between the Heartless and the girl, several Drill Moles and a Hot Rod coming towards him, but he raised his hands and created a while forcefield, blocking them from doing any harm as he looked down to the unconcious girl.
"Mandy Pickle Pinkie..." The man said, looking down at her. "Your time will come, but now is not your time. You are now needed elsewhere."
He then snapped his fingers and underneath her, a puddle of darkness opened up beneath her, tendrils of darkness pulling her in as she lowered itno the pool, fully sumberging before he moved his hands to where it looked like he was going to give someone a big hug, clapping his hands together hard as a bright light shined out, vaporizing the Heartless and disappearing as Larxene looked to the spot her prey was at, confused and worried about who the mysterious savior was. Back in Equestria, Luna and Celestia were starring at the sky, hoping that nothing was going to happen again, but their fears came to be true as another star suddenly disappeared, worrying both of the royal sisters as they watched.
"What does this mean?" Luna asked.
"Master Yen Sid told me about this." Celestia said. "When a Heartless reaches the heart of a world, it will disappear form existence. A star disappearing from the night sky, it's a sign that a world has been lost to the darkness."
"What do we do?" Luna asked. "What can be done?"
"We must inform Spyro about this." Celestia said, looking to her sister. "And we must inform him now. Sister, travel to Spyro's dream and warn him about the disappearing worlds. He must be informed immediately."
"At once sister." Luna said.
Her horn started to glow and a moment later, a portal opened up in front of Luna, which she dove straight into it and into the dream realm, hoping to get Spyro as quickly as possible. Meanwhile in another world, it was late at night in an alternative version of earth in a city that was filled with corruption from a corrupt police force to corrupt government officials that take bribes from crime families to avoid being prosecuted for their crimes. In the middle of an allyway, there was a muscular woman wearing a simple blue shirt with black leather pants and her hair done in a ponytail was just mopping up the last of a group of criminals that were in the middle of conducting a deal, tossing one of the punks into a bunch of crates as she dusted herself off, clearly annoyed after the fight.
"Geez, these punks didn't even put up a decent fight." The woman said. "The crime lords must be scraping the bottom of the barrel to get these weaklings. I need more of a challenge than these plebs."
On cue, she heard a commotion going on out in the streets, walking over to go and see what it was an army of Heartless and Nobodies walking throughout the streets, attacking whoever was closest to them, the people hearts coming out of them and going into the air where shadows immediatly engulfed them and turned them into different kinds of heartless that began to attack anyone in sight. in the middle of the fight, the local police force and military forces came to attack the Heartless, opening fire on them to try and destroy them, but the bullets did little to no good against the endless horde of darkness as they started to overwhelm them, turning more and more people into heartless and into Nobodies. In the middle of that was Larxene, walking across the street with her army as they continued to convert more and more people, smiling as they walked.
"Aw, this is too easy." Larxene said. "The last two worlds actually had people who put up a decent fight. This is just snoresville here. is there anyone who will at least give me a challenge?"
"Hey!" Someone shouted. Larxene looked to her left and saw the same woman who was beating up on some criminals earlier, approaching Larxene as a couple of Soldiers appeared, rushing towards her to attack, but she just grabbed both of the soldiers as they tried to kick her, slamming them both into one another, destroying them instantly, but there were no hearts coming out of them when she did that, peaking Larxene's interest. "Are you the one whose leading these things?"
"If you must know, yes, yes I am." Larxene replied.
"That's all I needed to know." The woman said, cracking her knuckles before cracking her neck. "My name is Ducky Pop, and I'm going to show you what happens to bad guys who go threatening and killing innocent people." The Nobodies moved to attack, getting ready to fight, but Larxene held up her hand, stopping them as she approached the woman, eager to go a round with Ducky. Ducky charged forward and swung to hit her, wanting to land a solid hit first go around, but Larxene just side stepped, avoiding the attack while Ducky swong wide to try again, Larxene bending backwards to avoid the hit as Ducky threw punch after punch to hit her, but Larxene kept on dodging the attacks, moving away after each swing while wearing Ducky out. "Stand still!"
"If you insist." Larxene said. Ducky took the chance and charged straight for her, winding up a punch she was sure would do the job, but Larxene just smiled, jumped in the air as she threw her daggers, two hitting her right shoulder while one landed right in her knee, causing her to fall to the ground and hiss as larxene landed on the ground, smiling as she approached her. "Psych."
Larxene then started to walk towards Ducky, who had just pulled the dagger out of her knee and was hissing in pain as she threw it at Larxene, who caught it effortlessly.
"You cheated." Ducky said.
"Oh, but I don't remember you saying I couldn't use my daggers." Larxene said, grabbing her hair and pulliung her head back to expose her throat, putting the dagger to it. "You know, I thought that you might be a tougher challenge, but you're just like the others. All bark no bite. Still, at least your Heartless and Nobody will be of use to Organization XIII." However, before she could deal the killing blow, a gust of wind came by, knocking the Heartless and Nobodies away as several cresent shaped lights came swirling towards Larxene, who let go of Ducky's hair and dodged the attack, getting grazed on the shoulder as she looked to see who attacked her, finding the same owl masked man standing between her and Ducky. "You again!?"
"Wait, this guy's not with you?" Ducky asked, looking at the man.
"You're time will come Ducky Pop." The man said, looking to her. "But now is not that time. You are needed elsewhere."
He then put his hand on her injured shoulder, causing Ducky to hiss in pain again as the dark orb appeared and lightning started to shoot ut again, hitting everyone that was still alive and surviving the heartless attack. However, a moment later, the manhole covers started to shake and from them, the water within the sewers shot out, heading straight towards Ducky and the mysterious man, but before the injured girl could run, the water surrounded them both, creating a vortex that made it impossible for anyone to get through. A moment later, Ducky felt strange, like her body was melting, so she looked at her hand and watched as it slowly disolved itno water, freaking her out as she turned itno water before she could scream, the savior disappearing in the same water before it suddenly evaporated, leaving the world as Larxene walked forward, looking to the spot in anger as one of the Dusks approached, although it didn't say anything, Larxene knew what it was saying.
"I knew they got away you idiot!" Larxene shouted, slicing through the Nobody before looking back to the spot that her prey once were. "I need to inform Ansem and Xemnas about this. Whoever this guy it, he's making a very, very big mistake helping them. Get to work on absorbing this world. I need to speak with our leaders about this development."
She then opened a corridor behind her and went through it while the Heartless and Nobodies continued to destroy the world, converting many dissidents into Heartless and Nobodies as well as the sphere started to tear that world apart. Meanwhile on Mobius, in an isolated corner of the world was an unknown island in the middle of the ocean, where on the beach was a Magenta colored Tenrec wearing a blue Bikini and a pair of black sunglasses over her closed eyes, sitting on the beach, sunning herself in the nice sunlight and enjoying the peace and quiet. However, her peace was short lived as a sudden shadow was casted over her, making her open her eyes to see the same man over her, looking annoyed as she groaned.
"Do you mind?" The Tenrec asked. "You're blocking my sun."
"Saife the Tenrec." The man said, making her lower her glasses. "You are needed."
"Look, whoever you are..." Saife said, sitting up. "I don't know you or how you know my name, but whatever danger Mobius is in, I'm pretty sure the Mobians on the mainland can handle it."
"It is not the Mobians that need you little Tenrec." The man said, making her roll her eyes as she pushed her glasses back on and laided back on her beach chair. "A few worlds have already been destroyed, and I'm afraid your is next. You hold great power inside of yourself and it's high time you used it."
"Look, let me make this perfectly clear to you." Saife said, sitting up and removing her sunglasses. "I created this island to get away from conflict. I know what Dr. Eggman would do if he got his hands on power such as mine, what anyone would do if they got their hands on me. And believe me, you'd be amazed by some of the things that some of these guys want from me. Thanks but no thanks." She then put her glasses back on, laying back down in her beach chair as to continue her tanning. "Now, could you please move before I set your robes on fire? You're blocking the sun."
"You misunderstand Ms. Tenrec." The man said, the eyes on his mask glowing. "This summons is nonnegotiable."
"Right, don't say I didn't warn you." Saife said. She then raised her hand and immediately, a large wave of fire was released, covering the man and believing he was incinerated, getting ready to go back to tanning when the flames died down and it was reveal that he was unharmed, causing her to sit back up and remove her glasses, looking at the man in shock. "But... how? No one's able to resist my flames."
"No one except myself and the prince." The man replied.
"Prince?" Saife asked. "What prince?"
"All will be revealed in due time." The man replied.
He raised his hand up and a moment later, the sun went dark, Saife looking up and seeing that an eclipse had happened, knowing that this was not natural as she could sense the energy coming off of the man in front of her, sensing a great deal of magic as beneath her, the sand started to suck her in, the Tenrec trying to free herself from the sand as it sucked her in, reaching a hand up to try and grab something, but it prove futile as she was completely sucked into the sand, leaving no trace that she was ever there. A while later, Saife started to sitr, waking up from unconciousness and groaning as she pushed herself up, sitting up and holding her head as she felt it pound after her encounter she had with the masked man, looking around and to her surprise, she wasn't alone. In front of her was what looked like a pony griffon hybrid, the back legs pony like with a yellow coat and a rainbow colored tail, wearing a black and yellow stripped shirt, the front half looking like a bird with the talons of a griffon, but the feathers on the wings were also rainbow colored while to her left was a regular earth pony with a dark grey coat, wearing all black clothing with a black poofy mane, but a little sleeker than Pinkie's.
To her right was what appeared to be a Minotaur, red in color with a blue shirt and black panks, a couple of open wounds on her right shoulder and a bit of a red spot on her pants where her knee was hit. She then looked down at herself to see that she was still wearing her bikini, feeling exposed as she looked around for something to cover herself up, finding an old blanket and covered herself up before walking over to the griffon hybrid, shaking her a bit to try and wake her up.
"Hey." Saife said. "Hey, you alive? If not, I might as well just carve you up and have you for dinner tonight." A moment later, the griffon hybrid stirred, groaning as she also had a killer headache, making Saife groan in despair. "Well, there goes my dinner."
"Ugh, my head." The hybrid said, sitting up and rubbing her head. "What happened?"
"You tell me kid." Saife replied. "Where in Mobius am I?"
The hybrid finally opened her eyes, looking at Saife and screaming in fear, backing away to try and get some distance between them.
"Who, or what are you!?" The hybrid asked. "Some kind of giant, talking rat!?"
"A rat?" Saife asked, looking irritated. "Ok, first of all, I'm a Tenrec. And second, who I am is Saife, Saife the Tenrec. And who are you?"
"I-I'm Jade." The hybrid replied. "Jade Lemon."
"Lemon?" Saife asked. "Seriously? Your last name is lemon? Like, the actual fruit?"
"Ok, let's not do any fruit jokes, ok?" Jade asked. "I get enough of those from my friends and bullies." Jade then got up, feeling a little wobbly as she gotonto all fours before pushing herself up, trying to balance on her hind legs, but she fell down on her back, hitting her head and giving herself a bigger headache, much to Saife's amusement. "Ok, that's going to be annoying."
"Ugh, what happened?" The dark grey earth pony asked, rubbing her head as she looked around, noticing Saife and Jade and feeling a little spooked as she rubbed her eyes. "Ugh, I really need to lay off on the pizza before bed."
"Uh, what?" Saife asked.
"I hate to burst your bubble, but I'm afraid this is real." Jade said, getting up.
"I was afraid you were going to say that." The minotaur said, getting up shakily while holding her wounded shoulder. "I was actually hoping this was some crazy dream I was having after one too many soda's."
"You're hurt." Jade said, walking over to the minotaur.
"Eh, I've been injured worse than this." The minotaur said. "I'm Ducky by the way. Ducky Pop."
"I'm Jade Lemon." Jade said, looking to Saife. "And that's Saife. And this is... uh..."
"Mandy." The earth pony replied. "Mandy Pickle Pinkie."
"Wait, you litterally have pickle in your name?" Saife asked, trying not to laugh. "Wow, ok, that's gotta be the worst, if not funniest name I've heard all day. I mean seriously, who goes giving their kid the middle name of pickle!? Dude, how many pickle jokes were made out of fun of your name?"
"None I care to share." Mandy replied, getting up before falling, groaning as she tried again. "Ok, this is going to be a hassle."
"One in which you will need to master." A voice said.
They all looked ot the air, seeing the white robed man standing on what appeared to be a fire escape, looking down at them as Saife got up to fight.
"You!" She shouted. "Oh, you're so going to get it now buster! When I'm done with you, they'll bury what's left of you in a soup can!"
"Saife, wait, I think he's on our side." Jade said, walking up. "He saved me from some blonde haired girl who was commanding an army of monsters."
"Wait, monsters?" Saife asked.
"Wait, did she wear a black trench coat and had cyan colored eyes?" Mandy asked.
"That's her." Jade said.
"She attacked my home as well." Mandy said. "Commanded an army of black monsters with glowing yellow eyes."
"Same with me." Ducky said, limping over. "But it wasn;t just those monsters she was commanding, but some creatures in white. Called them Heartless and Nobodies."
"Precisely." The man said, floating down to them. "The Heartless are creatures born from the darkness in peoples hearts. Should you fall into darkness and become consumed by it, or if a creature of darkness takes your heart, you will turn into a Heartless. As for Nobodies, they are what remains after you loose your heart, the body and the soul. Larxene, the girl who attacked your worlds, is one such Nobody."
"Wait, that chick was a Nobody?" Ducky asked, sitting down.
"Indeed." The man replied. "She is part of an organization called Organization XIII. Their goal is to collect hearts and become whole again. However, they have lost a few members and now are much weaker, hence why they attacked your worlds."
"Wait, hold on a second." Saife said. "This Larxene didn't attack my world, so why am I here?"
"Because Saife, your powers will help in what's to come." The man replied, removing his mask to reveal he had dark skin with a pair of blue eyes and blonde hair, surprising them all as he looked at them. "My name is Jeral. I am the Fourteenth Prince of Light and Darkness and I need your help." A moment later, he snapped his fingers, revealing another person, pale skin with blood red eyes and the whites of his eyes were black, looking a bit like a vampire while wearing black armor. "This is Orion, the thirteenth Prince of Light and Darkness. He fell into darkness as soon as he came into power. He started to experiment with dark magic, earning himself the title, 'The Dark Prince.'"
"Yeesh, this guy's creepy." Jade said. "Looks like a long lost relatim of Salem's."
"A couple of years later, the Twelfth prince saw the evil that was festering around him, so he removed his powers and gave them to me, proclaiming me the Fourteenth." Jeral continued. "But now I fear that Orion is returning and with his return comes unspeakable evil."
"So, what, you want us to find and fight this looser?" Ducky asked. "Looks easy enough."
"Not so easy." Jeral replied. "A Prince of Light and Darkness can only be defeated by another prince. Hence why you're here, to join him."
"Join him?" Saife asked, looking annoyed. "Why us?"
"You each have unique abilities and powers, most of which will catch Orion off guard if he does return." Jeral replied, looking to Jade. "Jade Lemon, you contain the power of limitless ammunition, meaning you can fire your weapons endlessly."
"And when I eat or drink something sour, I grow stonger." Jade added.
"That's a weird power." Saife said as Jeral looked to Mandy.
"Mandy, your power, or quirk as they call it, allows you to summon a pink blob that acts like a stand." Jeral said. "When it encases you in itself, you become invulnerable and can stretch your body to ridiculous length, but such a feat must have it's draw backs."
"It does unfortunately." Mandy replied. "If I stretch too far, then I go limp. Which is why I prefer to be up close and personal."
"Same here." Ducky said, still holding her shoulder. "I prefer the direct approach."
"Though I do not doubt your physical ability's Ducky, you will need to take great care of yourself from here on out." Jeral said. "Orion is known to be very clever and dangerous when someone get's too close. You'll need to work on agility while improving your strength while awakening the power deep inside yourself if you hope to best him." He then looked to Saife, who seemed to be glaring at him as he smiled. "And you Saife, you're powers are near limitless, yet you try to hide that power, fearing it."
"You kidding?" Saife asked. "I fear nothing."
"Then why were you on an island all by yourself?" Jeral asked, making the other snicker a bit. "You each have your strengths, but also your weaknesses. You must learn to trust one another and trust in yourselves if you hope to best Orion."
"Yeah, yeah, just tell us what to do and we'll be on our way." Mandy said, having had enough of Jeral talking.
"Very well." Jeral said. "You will need to find the current Prince of Light and Darkness, Spyro VanVickle. He is the Sixteenth Prince of Light and Darkness and probably the most powerful yet."
"Ok, and how do we find this guy?" Ducky asked, pulling out a dagger from her shoulder.
"Don't worry, you'll know him." Jeral said. "He kinda sticks out from this world, like you all might. He's purple, so it should be easy to find him as purple isn't exactly a common color among the inhabitants of this world."
"Alright, find this Spyro guy, beat the bad guy, and then we can go home." Saife said. "Easy enough."
"This is not an easy task." Jeral said. "Orion will not stop until he is free again. Hence, you must move quickly, otherwise-"
Before he could finish, Saife snapped her fingers and sent Jeral flying backwards, crashing into a wall as a light from a nearby lamp fell on his head, knocking him out as he disappeared in a flash of light.
"Geez, this guy doesn;t know when to shut up." Saife said.
"Could have been a little more patient with him Saife." Ducky said, pulling the second dagger out of her shoulder. "He might have been trying to tell us something important."
"Look, all I want to do is find this Spyro, beat this Orion dude, and go back to my island where I don't have to listen to deal with someone elses problems!" Saife said. "Now, if you excuse me..." She then threw the blanket away, which it flew into the air as she snapped her fingers, her body being covered in a bright light as she was not fully clothed, wearing a purple tank top with a golden necklace around her neck, a pair of black pants with a gold belt on and a pair of magenta colored shoes, surprising everyone as she walked away. "Better. Now come on, the sooner we get this done, the sooner we get to go home."
"Geez, someone's cranky." Mandy said. "When was the last time she had some fun?"
The other two shrugged their shoulders, not fully understanding their companion as they followed after her, going in a random direction to try and find Spyro. Meanwhile in the hotel that Spyro and his friends were staying at, Spyro and Rarity were in bed together, Spyro with his foreleg around her as they slept in the same bed, going into Spyro's dream, he was in command of what appeared to be a Star Destroyer, wearing a Rebel general's outfit while engaging two other Star Destroyers as they fired on him.
"Sir, deck C is reporting a hull breach!" One of the crew said.
"Divert power from rear deflectors to the front." Spyro ordered. Tell our bombers to focus on the shield generators and disable them." As if on cue, a group of Y-wings was flying in a Flying V formation, heading for the Star Destroyer on the right and releasing a volley of Proton Torpedoes, nailing the spheres in the tip of the Star Destroyer as it's shields went down. "Helmsmen, focus all our fire power on that Star Destroyer. Red Group, Gold Group, focus your fire on the engines of that destroyer. It will cause a chain reaction and blow that thing to Kingdom Kong."
"Yes sir!" The Helmsmen said.
Spyro's Star Destroyer turned to the one without the shileds while a squadron of X-wings and Y-wings went for the other one, aiming for the engines as they released Proton torpedoes at it, causing them to flicker as it then started to implode on itself, explosions going across all the decks while Spyro's destroyer was focusing their fire on the bridge, destroying it as the ship started to drift, giving them a clear path out of there.
"All pilots, return to the hanger and get ready to jump to Hyperspace." Spyro announced.
A moment later, when all of the fighters and bombers were back in the hanger bay, the engines roar to life on the ship as they then jumped to hyperspace, getting clear of the battle field as more Star Destroyers arrived. As the massive war ship was flying, Spyro sensed a familiar presence appear behind him, looking back to see it was Luna who was standing there, looking scared as Spyro turned to look at her.
"Spyro, something terrible has happened!" Luna said.
"Luna?" Spyro asked, walking to her as the dream faded out, bringing them to the corridor of everyone's dreams in all of Equestria. "Luna, what's wrong? Did something happen to Celestia? To Canterlot? Ponyville!?"
"No Spyro, much worse." Luna said. "The stars are disappearing."
Back at the Nobody stronghold, Larxene was giving her leaders her report about Jeral and how he was taking people from the targeted worlds away, taking them someplace else, where she did not know, but knew it was something they didn't need in their plans.
"This news is disturbing Larxene." Ansem said, approaching her. "You should have expected someine would come to save them."
"Hey, like I knew some owl masked wearing dude would come swooping in and saving people." Larxene said. "Dude's got some seriosu power and skill to evade me a couple of times."
"Three times actually." Xemnas said, turning to her. "He saved at least three people from their destruction."
"Don't worry, I'll find them and make sure their hearts are swallowed by the darkness." Larxene said. "They won't be escaping me a second time."
"I pray that you are right." Xemnas said, approaching her. "You know the consequences of failing us, right?" Larxene tried not to act scared, but she felt a knot form in her stomach as Xemnas pulled back and walked to the window. "And you won't have to look far. These individuals are all in Equestria, in the city they call Manehattan. It is there you will strike, for they will not know how to fight in their new forms."
"Perfect." Larxene said. "Like fish in a barrel. I'll make sure they don't breath for another moment before moving onto the last world."
She then disappeared in a corridor, leaving Ansem and Xemnas alone in the room as the Heartless approached his Nobody, both looking out to the darkness as they awaited for her return.
"This masked man, who do you think he is?" Ansem asked.
"I have a hunch on who it is." Xemnas replied, looking to Ansem. "And if it is who or what I think it is, we might be in for a rough ride."
"And if it is who you think it is?" Ansem asked.
"Then we'll need to change our strategy." Xemnas replied, looking back to the darkness. "The board is continuing to change my friend. More pieces are being put into play and with it, more possibilities await for us."
"Possibilities?" Ansem asked.
"Nothing is certain Ansem." Xemnas said, looking at him. "But one thing is for sure. Things are getting more and more interesting."
Xemnas then turned and started to walk out of the door, leaving Ansem alone in the room as he watched his ally leave, a suspicious look on his face as he wondered what Xemnas was refering to and what exactly he wasn't telling him.
