Carrie (2013)/E.T. The Extraterrestrial Crossover Prompt 1
One night, an alien craft lands in the woods near Chamberlain, Maine and the occupants disembark to collect planet samples. One of the aliens becomes fascinated by the light of the nearby town of Chamberlain until government agents show up forcing the aliens to make a hasty departure.
Unfortunately, one of them is left behind and escapes the agents by hiding in the nearby town. At the same time, a 9 year old girl named Carrie White has run away from home after a beating from her abusive mother, Margaret. She wanders over to a group of trashcans where she encounters the lost alien.
Both are frightened of each other's appearance and let out screams, running away from each other as fast as they can.
