At 7 years old, Carrie White runs away from home in an attempt to escape from her religiously fanatical mother, Margaret. She breaks into a small backyard shed on the other side of Chamberlain where she attempts to get some rest. However, she soon hears activity on the other side of the shed door.
Then, a voice she hadn't expected to hear utters the words "Come out of there, little girl." It was Margaret's voice, but how'd she catch up to her so fast? For a long time, "Margaret" threatened and taunted her all night. What was worse is that her voice sound slightly distorted, which made it even more terrifying.
