Austin: Still not bashing Rias or any of her family just the corrupted Devils only. Also thanks to a user who read the novels expertly, Rias did not actually let Raynare kill Issei and make Koneko, watch over him, it was just a mere coincidence that she approached him, no manipulation was involved. For the toku villains appearing in this universe, it will be a surprise.
To let everyone know, in this universe Isaac will unlock his first powerful form here, and maybe get a new power that is not Kamen Rider, Super Sentai, or Ultraman origin, take a guess what it will be ;). (No it's not Metal Heroes/Space Sheriff)
Unknown world...
Two chibi-sized figures are running away from something. They saw an alleyway and quickly ran around the corner to hide, they stay still for a while until they felt their captors near them, their captor's appearance are shadowed but one thing that seemed out of place was the two large black wings on their backs, they look around for a while until they curse out of frustrations and fly away. The two chibi figures sigh in relief, as they got out of their hiding spot revealing what they look like, they are sentient gingerbread beings just like GingerBrave and others.
The first cookie seemed like an adult, he has brown hair, blue eyes, wears a large trench coat with a white shirt underneath and brown pants.
The second cookie seemed like a young girl around Custard's age, she has orange hair, wears like a junior detective clothing.
"*pants* Those guys are relentless, on trying to capture us." said the adult cookie.
"Are we gonna be okay?" asked the young girl cookie.
"For now at least, kid. Let's just hope those bat humans won't return here." said the adult cookie.
"I just hope Angel Cookie and Devil Cookie are alright." said the young girl cookie in concern.
"Don't worry kid they may not look much, but they're tough, but I can't say for Devil Cookie knowing that he always messed things up and caused mayhem literally." said the adult cookie in annoyance, "Now let's get out of here before those guys come back."
The young girl cookie nodded, as the two of them ran away to a different location.
Highschool DxD universe, nighttime...
On a secluded alleyway, a blue portal opened up coming out was Isaac, who looks around the city.
"So this is the next world, huh? Seems normal compared to Ruby's world, hope there are no monsters here like the Grimm." said Isaac, he looks closely at what world he's in, "I'm in Japan, but a different one." He went to a lot of worlds that time where there are familiar countries in it, but he knows there's more to it.
He walks out of the alleyway and goes to the town filled with many houses, he kept on walking for a while and notices a sign that said: "Kuoh". This made the wanderer speculate that this is the name of the town. He walks a bit further and sees the town has many churches all around.
"What's with all the churches? Am I in some sort of religious town or something?" asked Isaac himself, while walking.
Isaac keeps on wandering around the street, until he notices a man dressed in ragged clothing, groaning on the road, he quickly approached the man in concern.
"Excuse me, sir? Are you alright?" asked Isaac in concern, however, why does he have a strange feeling about the man.
"Ugggh, it hurts." said the man in pain.
"Where does it hurt?"
"My stomach hurts, I haven't eaten for a while." said the man groaning.
"Oh don't worry that's a simple fix, I have some spare sandwiches for you to eat." said Isaac, as he pulled onto his brown duffel bag reaching inside, "So which flavor do you want?"
"I'm thinking... YOU!" the man lunges.
He quickly reacts by dodging the man, causing him to crash nearby on a wall making him grunt a bit.
"Ok now, I understand why I have that strange feeling about you. You're not a human are you?" asked Isaac in a narrowed stare.
The man just let out a menacing smile with drool falling down on his lips, "Correct, I'm not a human, but rather a Stray Devil!"
"A Stray Devil? You don't look like a devil to me, where are the horns and wings? Besides your owner is probably looking for you." joked Isaac.
"Joke all you want but that doesn't matter where I will consume you!" the man's ragged clothing ripped into pieces, revealing his true form underneath.
He was all shirtless but his legs got replaced with a scorpion's body and a tail, his hands are now claws clicking menacingly.
"Now time for me to eat you." said the man hungrily.
"Yeah, no. Not in the menu buddy, sheesh why can't I be in a normal world?" asked Isaac, before pulling out the Orb Ring making him get engulfed by a galaxy-looking portal.
He was now engulfed in bright blue light, forcing the Stray Devil to close his eyes.
ULTRAMAN ORB: SPACIUM ZEPERRION
When the light died down, the stray devil saw in Isaac's place was Ultraman Orb's Spacium Zeperrion form.
"I light the darkness and strike at evil!" announced Orb while doing a pose.
"What is this?!" growled the Stray Devil.
"Something you cannot comprehend Mr. Stray Devil." said the Ultra, before rushing towards him.
The Stray Devil tries to stab Orb with its stinger multiple times, Orb simply dodges them with ease, he goes near the devil and did multiple punches and kicks to it making it grunt in pain. The devil growled in anger and used its claws to slice him up, Orb simply crossed his arms in an 'X' position with red markings glowing onto his body, he endured the multiple cuts from the devil surprising him, then Orb rushes forward and did a powerful right punch to the face of the monster. The Ultra used Sperion Slash throwing multiple purple energy shurikens, slashing the Stray Devil rapidly making it screech in pain. The Stray Devil again tries to cut him up rapidly with its claws and using its stinger tail to stab him furiously, the purple markings on Orb glowed and swiftly swatted away the strikes and caught the stinger of the Stray Devil and spin rapidly throwing him on the side.
The Stray Devil groaned in pain, "What is this? I don't remember humans being this strong. Is this some sort of Sacred Gear?"
"Sacred Gear?" asked Orb in confusion, "Never mind, time to get exterminated Mr. Stray Devil, your too dangerous and crazy to go freely. Spacium Beam!" The Ultra crosses his arm in a '+' formation shooting a purple beam towards the Stray Devil making him roar in pain, as he was engulfed in an explosion.
"I wonder what he meant about Sacred Gear?" wondered Orb, "Eh, I'll probably figure it out."
He was about to leap in the sky until he felt multiple figures coming, he turned and saw a group of people wearing school uniforms. The first female figure was a red-haired girl, this is Rias Gremory. The second female figure was a black-haired girl with her hair tied in a ponytail, this is Akeno Himejima. The third female figure was a young girl with white hair this is Koneko Tojo. The fourth male figure was a young man with blonde hair and he seems to carry a sword, this is Kiba Yuto. The final male figure was a young man with brown spiky hair, this is Issei Hyoudou.
They went to this part of the town to exterminate the Stray Devil roaming a part of this area, when they arrived they saw a silver-headed being destroying it which surprised them.
"Uh, hi there?" greeted Orb awkwardly.
"Who are you and what happened to the Stray Devil?" asked Rias.
"Obviously I kill it." said the Ultra.
This surprised the group.
"How did you do it? I can sense that you're human but at the same time not, and you have a strange power coursing through you." said Rias curiously, "It must be a Scared Gear."
"Look, I don't know what a Scared Gear is that everyone's spouting about but I have somewhere else to go." said Orb, as he was about to fly away.
Kiba however quickly in front of him stopping his tracks, reminding Orb of Ruby's speed.
"Buchou hasn't had her questions answered and she didn't tell you to leave." said Kiba.
"Look buddy it's pretty obvious who will win if we fight." said Orb reasoning them.
"Oh my, I think you should be more gentle us." said Akeno getting near them.
"I am being gentle, it's just not the right time for me to converse with all of you."
Koneko came up to them and Rias said, "Now tell us who you are?"
"Um why?"
"We're devils, and I wanted to know why you're here and tell us the power resonating within you. I can help you and protect you from others." said the red-haired girl.
"I can pretty handle myself, thank you." thought Orb, "Really couldn't come to this, but..." He quickly activates Chaos energy enhancing his strength and punched the ground hard causing a shockwave, distracting them.
Regaining their senses both Kiba and Koneko charge at him, Kiba rapidly slashes him with his sword and Koneko punching rapidly, Orb blocked their attacks with his arms. Kiba uses his speed and did multiple slashes to him, Orb dodge his attacks shocking Kiba and the red markings on his body glowed, punching Kiba in the chest sending him crashing on a nearby wall. Koneko kept on punching him and Orb endured her attacks with little scratch surprising her, the purple markings on his body glowed and swiftly rapidly punches and kicks her away.
Orb saw Akeno in the air and she began to rain down lighting, Orb uses Chaos energy to increase his speed and dodge all of her attacks surprising her.
"You're getting interesting, I wonder what kind of screams will you make." said Akeno with a small blush.
"Nope not making any screams today, I only make screams when I see a horror movie." said Orb.
He leaps up in the air before he was engulfed in a bright light forcing the remaining three to cover their eyes.
ULTRAMAN ORB: BURNMITE
The light died down and it shows Orb in his Burnmite form shocking all of them. Akeno blasts him with her lighting, Orb raised up a shield in a shape of an infinity, blocking it shocking her. Orb's right arm is covered in flames and did a powerful right punch sending her down on the ground. He saw a flash in the corner of his eye and saw Rias blasting him with a red/black beam hitting him across the ground making him grunt a bit.
"Dang I gotta admit that hurt a bit." thought Orb, as he stands up and Rias was surprised that he's still up.
"How did you survive that?" asked Rias.
"Trust me, lady, I've dealt things worst." said Orb.
Rias tries blasting him again with her attack but Orb was prepared this time and use his strongest Strobium Burst, he shoots a large fireball covered in small particles from his chest colliding with her attack, the attacks struggle for a while and Orb's attack goes through her beam and hit Rias engulfing her in a small explosion. She was then knocked unconscious, Orb then turned towards Issei.
"So are you gonna fight me as well?" asked Orb.
"No, I know for a fact that I'm gonna get my ass handed to me, if I fight you." said Issei.
"Good, now can I leave now? Cause there are some things I needed to do." said Orb and Issei just nods, "Before I go, give this to her." Orb summoned a small piece of paper and give it to Issei, which he acknowledge.
Orb leaps up in the air and flies away. Rias and her group began to wake up and tries to find Orb, they couldn't believe that a human beat them. Issei approach them and them the piece of paper that Orb gave to him. Rias grabbed hold of it and saw a message written to it: "I'll talk to you guys when we meet again in a civilized type of way capiche?". This made Rias get interested in their mysterious visitor.
What Orb didn't know is that a small fragment of his power is spread around the world. In the Heavens, Earth, and the Underworld many supernatural communities sense the unknown power that came into their world with unknown origins. A certain Fallen Angel takes interest in this and wants to find out more about this abnormality.
However another being sensed Orb's power, but this one is different...
Unknown location...
On a mysterious place, on a stone altar, a golden dragon piece with dull red eyes stood motionlessly, until its eyes glowed red the moment it sensed Orb's power.
"User detected..." said the golden dragon piece.

I bet you guys are wondering what's that in the ending, you'll see ;). Take a guess what that is...
Also, should I also include Dark Choco Cookie, Licorice Cookie, Red Velvet Cookie, and Poison Mushroom Cookie in Isaac's Cookie summons or not? Because these guys are henchmen of Dark Enchantress Cookie but have redeemable qualities. Should I or not?
If you're wondering why I'm not including Promeganate Cookie, there's a reason why. Play the game and go to Dark mode story mode, you'll understand why.
Just because this is a harem that doesn't mean, every girl will fall for him. He'll be close friends with them similar to the Doctor's(Doctor Who) relationship with the female characters. And I'm not gonna include MILF's in Isaac's harem cause it will be weird.
Should I make Isaac attend Kuoh or not? And just involve him in the important events?
