Dakota's mansion had two large bathrooms in case of parties/events inside, one for men and one for women. In the men's, the seven male cast members were doing their business.

Mike was fixing his spiky hair, looking in the mirror, only to notice Cameron brushing his teeth.

"Woah, Cameron, why are you brushing your teeth?" his friend asked.

"Well, Mom says you have to brush after eating, otherwise your teeth will rot later" the bespectacled boy replied, brushing a corner of his back tooth. "I'm just following her advice. I don't want to take any that I'll regret later"

"Well, don't be surprised when everything you eat tastes like toothpaste" Scott mocked, finishing urinating in the urinal. Lightning did too, letting out a satisfied sigh.

"Hey, Lightning..." Sam said, approaching him.

"What's up, dude?" The athlete replied, zipping up his pants.

"What were you saying about Dakota and me? About our relationship not being so healthy?"

"Do you want me to tell you the truth?"

"Yes..."

"I repeat, do you want me to tell you the SHA-truth?" Lightning stared at him this time.

"Uh, yes, of course, do it."

"Well...ever since you met the blonde when...she turned into that sha-mutant, you two have become nothing but toxic..."

Not just Sam, but the other guys in the bathroom all turned to look at Lightning, confused or puzzled.

"W-what? T-toxic? Us?" Sam couldn't believe it.

"Don't listen to him, Sam" Cameron said, finishing brushing his teeth. "Remember how badly he treats you and me, why would you trust that jerk?"

"Who are you calling sha-jerk, beany?!" Lightning replied, staring at him, "Look who says it, you nerds think you're smart, but you don't even have any common sense"

"But why do you say Dakota and I are toxic?" Sam asked again, "People says that we are the healthiest couple in Total Drama ever"

"Easy, because when she turned into that... that thing, you, instead of worrying about her sha-health or anything, just latched on to the fact that she now looked like the 'girl of your dreams'; you even said it yourself, that she became a thousand times more awesome, just because she's a monster."

"Actually... that's true" Mike said. "Sam, you really did tell her that her looks were better, at least from what I could hear from you". Sam looked dismayed.

"Besides, she wasn't really Dakota at that point" Scott said. "She was just a brainless monster"

"HEY, Dakotazoid wasn't a monster!" Sam scolded angrily, "You never met her!"

"Really?" Lightning said incredulously. "Well, what was she besides 'not being a monster' and breaking things? Or having anger issues? Or talking like a caveman? Gosh, even I spoke better in third person."

"That's...not true" Sam still couldn't understand. "You must be exaggerating or making things up..."

"OPEN YOUR EYES, GAMECHILD!" Lightning was already fed up with his disbelief. "Everyone but you saw what she was really like only because you were trapped in that box. She was huge and dangerous, why do you think Zoey rejected her anyway? She was a monster both inside and out! She wasn't aware of what she saw, she could lose the control at any moment. She didn't hurt you just because YOU'RE her boyfriend, and I'm surprised you're still alive, because if you hadn't been there to control her, she could have SHA-killed all of us!"

Everyone went blank at that moment. No one could think of what to say to this, only Sam, his eyes wide open, in shock at how he'd just been told the "truth". No one said anything for a while, until...

"I'll go to the kitchen for more snacks" Sam said without any emotion. "I'll see you in the living room...". With that, he left the bathroom.

"Lightning, that was too much for Sam, you know ?" Mike asked, a little surprised by the athlete's reaction.

"What are you talking about? It was all it took to make him stop seeing the world the way he does, Scott said, supporting him. "If he doesn't want to do it the easy way, he'll do it the hard way."

"That's not enough to answer him like that" Brick said. "You should apologize to him later, Lightning."

"Apologize?! All I did was tell the truth!" the athlete replied. "The truth that no one likes to tell because everyone prefers to live in mediocrity, like Sam and Dakota do"

"Mediocrity? But they're happy!" Cameron responded.

"Nothing like that. Anne Maria and I live so good, well, I give her advice on how to take care of her nutrition, but that's because I want her to end up fine. If you call that being selfish, I really doubt you're a true genius."

"Excuse me?!" He approached him angrily, until Mike stopped him.

"Let's not fight or use violence, that won't be a good idea" he said.

"Right, we'd better go back..." Scott said until...

"Except for you, THAT'S IS for everything you said for now..."

We went to the women's restroom, where the girls were doing their things. Anne and Dakota were checking their makeup in the mirror until they heard several knocks coming from inside the men's restroom.

"Men..." Anne Maria said, rolling her eyes. "Always fighting like always. Luckily, we're more refined"

"As always, forgetting about me" Jo said, leaning against the wall. "I bet it was Lightning who started the conflict. I swear I just heard him screaming"

"At least I know Sam doesn't get involved in those horrible fights" Dakota said, plucking her eyelashes.

"Why, Blondie?" Anne Maria asked, somewhat curious. "Is it because he's always fighting virtually?"

"No, because...uh, when I was, like, I'd leave anyone who made fun of him in the hospital"

Just like in the other bathroom, all the girls' faces went blank at that.

"Woah, woah, wait a minute..." Anne said, shocked, "You left them in the hospital?"

"Yeah, luckily there are more people who love us for real"

"That's not very nice, Dakota" Zoey told her, walking towards the sink, "Violence is never good, 'cause..."

Dakota, knowing more about her house than anyone, turned a knob on the faucet, causing it to splash water right at Zoey, soaking her.

"OH MY! My clothes!" the redhead exclaimed at the sight of her soaked outfit. "It was the only indie-designer shirt I had to go out"

"Oh, that's a shame..." Dakota apologized falsely. "Well, you're rich now, you can buy all the clothes you want, right?"

"But those clothes were unique"

"Well, that's the problem with indie clothes, pretty but very skimpy; anyway, I'll check if the commercials are over yet..." The rich blonde left, but not before taking a picture of the embarrassed Zoey on her cell phone, making her feel worse.

"W-what's WRONG with her?!"

"Her aura is much more vomited than when I saw her the first time" Dawn said.

"Well, I guess being normal again made her feel much worse" Jo joked, not really caring.

"It's not that, something must have made her do that."

"Besides being spoiled?"

"Dakota wasn't spoiled" Zoey said, trying to dry herself with the toilet paper. "Just maybe a little..."

"Yeah, it's obvious she was spoiled from child"

"Let's save that conversation for later" Staci said, straightening her bun. "The commercials must be almost over..."

Soon enough, everyone returned to the TV room, sitting in their respective spots, though some didn't look so happy.

"Hey, Zoey, why are you wet?" Mike asked his girlfriend.

"Uhh, I accidentally got wet while I was washing my hands" she explained, lying to avoid unnecessary drama. "But it's no big deal. I have more clothes..."

Dakota grabbed the remote control just as she noticed Sam sitting next to her, looking quite upset.

"What's wrong, Sam?" She asked him.

The gamer didn't want to create unnecessary drama, so he lied too, "Uh, it's nothing, I was just a little bored. I need to play later, that's all."

"Hey, turn it on for once!" Lightning called impatiently, "We can't wait to see what happens!". Sam looked at him disdainfully before Dakota turned on the TV. Fortunately, they were just in time, as the commercial break was just about to end.

"We're continuing with the marathon premiere of Total Drama: Pahkithew Island!" the host announced before the next episode began.

Okay, that was too short for a two-month hiatus, plus I'd already written most of the text in that time. But as you know, I have other obligations, as well as other fanfics in the line.

I'll clarify this until someone who surpassed the speed of intelligence come here. (What? Is a very elegant way for calling stupid to a stupid one). NO, just because I write conflicts or something negative about Sam and Dakota doesn't automatically make me a hater.

They're still and always will be my OTP characters, but to love something in a healthier way, you have to be aware of the flaws. It's still too early to do any extreme drama, so I'll just let it developing. (And I liked having Lightning do the roasting)

The writing may be a little weak, but I won't hide it, there still TEN Pahkithew Island episodes left, which automatically makes me want to take a nap from how boring it'll to watch each episode. I'm just uploading this so my partner can upload the good stuff, which you should read.

See you when life will less hard on us.
