Back at the Inn, Isaac then told Kumiho everything about himself and his mission, needless to say, Kumiho was shocked to hear all of that and that there was a being a lot dangerous compared to Dark Enchantress Cookie and was amazed that Isaac has the power to turn into legendary heroes, which increased her interests towards him. She then agreed to help Isaac in his journey since she doesn't want her home to be involved in Dark Killer's reign, Kumiho then meets Almond and Walnut again much to the junior detective's happiness while Almond just sighs seeing the sly cookie again who did many mischievous things that happened in Earthbread.
GingerBrave then said to her, that Almond used to be with Devil and Angel but got separated thanks to a bunch of bounty hunters, hearing Devil's name made Kumiho look annoyed since she remember the little brat's annoying pranks back at the kingdom.
Still, she was glad to see more of her friends.
Isaac now alone in the streets is approaching Kuoh Academy to revisit the clubhouse, all of his cookie friends can't join him for a while since they're doing some 'things' back at the Cookie Kingdom but they reassured him that they will join him once again.
"I wonder what we're gonna today, maybe some more contracts? Hopefully no more weird ones like Ms. Macho or that slime incident." said Isaac shivering in disgust, "Although Issei would probably enjoy that again if more weird stuff involving the girls happen right now."
He arrived at the academy and went straight to the clubhouse, he went inside, and what he saw surprised him. There's a new person in the room and she's a gray-haired woman wearing a maid outfit.
"Rias, who is this young man?" asked the gray-haired woman.
"Grayfia, this is Isaac he's a close ally of ours that help with our duties along with some of his friends." explained Rias.
"Uh nice to meet, ma'am." said Isaac tipping his hat. The wanderer knows for a fact there's more to the woman, especially the aura she's emanating.
"Likewise." nodded Grayfia and began to think, "This young man... His power seems off-world and seems comparable to that unknown energy that Sirzech and the others felt, a while ago. Not to mention the aura coming from him seems similar to them." She hasn't heard of them for a long time...
"Anyway, what's going on here? Is something happening right now?" asked Isaac curiously.
"That's what I wanna know as well." said Issei.
"My lady, should I tell them?" asked Grayfia.
"*sigh* The truth is..." Rias was then cut off.
An orange light began to glow surrounding the room, and a red magic circle appeared, Isaac has a bad vibe about this. Flames came out of the ground surrounding the magic circle, the flames lowered down a bit revealing a male figure inside of it.
"Phoenix!" exclaimed Kiba.
The flames then died down, fully revealing the male figure. He's a grown man around his 20s with blonde hair, he wears a red blazer, red pants, and black shoes. This is Riser Phoenix.
"He doesn't look like a bird." thought Isaac, joking around.
"I haven't been to the human world in a while." said Riser with his back turned, he then turned showing his face, "I've come for you, Rias, my love."
Rias just simply narrowed her eyes toward him.
"Who is this guy?" asked Issei in confusion.
"This is Riser Phoenix, a pure-blooded, high-class devil and third son of the Phoenix family." explained Grayfia.
"Phoenix family?!" exclaimed Issei.
"So he's one of the high-class devils like Rias and Sona, huh." thought Isaac, as he stared at the man. He can already guess he's one of the jerkish ones.
"He's also the fiance of the Gremory family's heiress apparent." said Grayfia.
"Gremory family's heiress apparent?! That means..." started Issei in realization and shock.
"He is engaged to Rias." said Grayfia finishing her explanation.
"She's engaged! Rias didn't tell any of us about that." thought Isaac in shock, "Although based on Rias' look she doesn't look happy being engaged, I wouldn't blame her the guy has the aura of an asshole."
Riser then took a seat on the couch where Rias is and wrapped his arm around her, Akeno came by and served him tea, which he drink it.
"My, Rias' Queen prepares quite a delicious tea." said Riser in satisfaction, while playing with Rias' hair making Isaac disgusted and ready to punch the guy in the face.
"Thank you for the compliment." bowed Akeno, Isaac can already tell she was disgusted by the man's action towards her King.
Riser went further as he rubs one of Rias' thighs making Isaac almost lose it seeing his friend being treated like this, Rias then stood up having enough of it.
"Cut it out already. Riser for the last time, I will not marry you." said Rias in slight anger.
"But Rias, I thought your family was with its back to the wall, so you're in no position to be selfish." said Rias.
"Selfish?! You're trying to force her into a marriage that she didn't want to!" thought Isaac getting angry. "Dear god, political marriages are truly the most complex of them all."
"I'm not going to bring my family down!" exclaimed Rias, "I'm going to have a husband that I will marry and one that I will be with."
"The entire underworld struggles to preserve the lineages of pure-blooded demons after the last war made them rare. Both of our fathers arrange this marriage for the good of all." pointed out Riser.
"They're rushing it too much, I won't say it twice Riser. I'm not going to marry you, period." said Rias.
Riser stood up and grab her chin, "You forget, Rias, I'm the face of the Phoenix family. I cannot have you sully my honor, I'll take you back to the underworld, even if it means burning all of your servants to death." Rias threatened in a dark tone.
Having enough, Isaac got in between them, "Hey blondie that's enough! Any jerk who messed with Rias and her friends will have to deal with me." The wanderer gave him a deep glare.
"And who are you supposed to be?" asked Riser frowning.
"Just a simple wanderer named Isaac Furno nothing more." said Isaac, "You should stop treating my friend like crap, otherwise you'll have a bad time."
Riser sensed the energy and was amused by the small amount coming from him, "Oh Rias, have you gone soft that you bring in weak humans to your peerage." said Riser in an arrogant tone.
"Don't underestimate him, Riser, Isaac is one of our powerful allies he can easily take you down, especially if the rest of his friends are involved." said Rias mocking him, even GingerBrave can take him down.
Unaware to Riser, Isaac suppressed the energy leaking from him thanks to Wizard's help to prevent any more beings from sensing it.
"Hah! He and some of his friends are stronger than me!" said Riser arrogantly, "Highly unlikely."
"Oh really?" retorted Isaac, "Say's the flaming hothead who always keeps on showing off, abusing his status. To me, that's the word of a weak coward ready to accept their defeat towards someone stronger than them ."
"Hah get him, Isaac!" cheered Issei.
This made Riser mad, "Shut your mouth human! Do you really think you can defeat me?!"
"I don't know, maybe." shrugged Isaac, "Sides, I can easily crush you like a little ant turning you into a floor-flavored pancake."
"You!" said Riser in fury.
He quickly snapped his fingers, and as a red magic circle appeared behind him 15 girls appeared with most of their outfits revealing some skin which made Issei cry out in despair and jealousy.
Isaac was not bothered by this, although feels uncomfortable seeing some of the girls having revealing clothing.
"Wow~ pretty looking girls so scaaarryy..." said Isaac sarcastically while Riser's peerage was taken aback by that sentence, "Seriously bro, you're not even trying. It truly shows how weak you are for showing off this much."
Riser then gritted his teeth in anger.
"I had enough of this! Mira teach this human a lesson." ordered Riser.
"As you wished, Lord Riser!" bowed the blue-haired girl with the haori, holding a staff, as she charges towards Isaac.
"Isaac look out!" yelled Asia.
Isaac remained calm not worrying about the attack. Mira jabbed her staff forward toward Isaac but he simply raised his hand blocking the staff causing a small shockwave shocking Riser's Peerage.
"I-Impossible." said Mira in disbelief.
"This is how you do an attack." said Isaac rearing back his arm.
He did a strong palm strike to her gut sending her crashing to a nearby wall.
"He easily beat Mira." said Isabella in a shocked tone.
"Can't believe it." said Xuelan.
"See that pretty boy, am I weak towards you now?" asked Isaac with a smirk, "How about instead of sending your friends towards me, you should face me on with your own strength to see if your not bragging how strong you are. Or are silently admitting that you're weak after all?
Riser then summoned a small fireball in rage, while Isaac simply pull out the OrbCalibur ready to fight the noble jerk.
"That is enough." said Grayfia stepping in with her voice serious, "There will be no fighting here."
Riser ceased his attack along with Isaac pulling away his sword. The wanderer is curious about how strong Grayfia is to make Riser put in his place.
The high-class devil then calms down regaining his composure, "Being told by the strongest queen saying that, can make me scared."
"My master predicted this might happen, so I have been charged to carry out the last resort if no agreement has passed." said Grayfia.
"Last resort? What do you mean, Grayfia?" asked Rias.
"My lady if you oppose the engagement, they suggest a Rating Game with Lord Riser to settle this once and for all." explained the maid.
"A Rating Game?" said Issei.
"Oh yeah, Sona mentioned a 'Rating Game' before." said Isaac, "What's it about?"
Kiba then explained to them what a Rating Game is...It's basically a competition between two Devils with a peerage as they do strategic battles against one another, making Isaac and Issei understand.
"I've played the Rating Game many times and won most of them." said Riser smugly, "You don't have the experience to engage one or have a full set like me. Do you still think you can take me on?"
The red-haired girl remained calm.
"If you think that can make me back down, forget it. This is my chance to gain my freedom from you, so I know that we can beat you!" said Rias in a determined tone, "Tell my brother, I agree to the Rating Game." said Rias towards Grayfia.
"Yes, my lady." nodded Grayfia.
"Hmph, I'll be looking forward to it my love." said Riser with his usual arrogant smirk, he turned to Isaac, "And when I win, I'll be sure to make you regret humiliating me." The high-class devil with a dangerous look in his eyes.
"Yeah right." said Isaac not fazed by his threat, "Keep dreaming jerk."
Riser along with his Peerage(half of them glared at Isaac) is surrounded by a magic circle engulfing them in light along with Grayfia. Things are now silent inside the room, after what happened.
"So... Let me guess that guy has been a total annoyance in your life, right?" pointed out Isaac.
Rias sighed, "Yes. And I couldn't bear to imagine if he won, both me and my peerage would be in a terrible fate when that happens."
Her peerage shuddered while Issei clenched his right fist.
"Yeah the looks on his 'harem' says so otherwise." said Issei in disgust, "If only I can make my Sacred Gear stronger so that I kicked that chicken's ass."
"There's a problem in facing him." said Koneko.
"Why what is it?" asked Isaac.
"Have the two of you heard some legends of the phoenix?" asked Akeno.
"Oh yeah, that mythical bird that rises from its remains after death and gets reborn." said Isaac.
"Does he have a similar ability like it?" asked the brown-haired boy.
"Close, the Phoenix family is proud to use their ability to use the wind, fire, and fast regeneration. Their Phoenix Tears can easily heal even the most serious injuries." explained Akeno.
"So basically he some regeneration hax?" guessed Issei.
Rias nodded in a grim tone making Issei curse in annoyance. Isaac is in deep thought, he has his fair share of dealing with annoying kaijins of Dark Killer that have rapid regeneration, while they may be an annoyance to take down they're not invincible.
"So is there anything I can do, to help you guys?" asked Isaac.
"You can actually help us train since we're given 10 days to prepare." said Rias.
"Alright, I'll also call in my guys to help out."
"Thank you, Isaac." thanked the red-haired girl with a smile.
"No probs, like hell I would let you guys become slaves towards some asshole." said the wanderer, ready to help his friend.
"Speaking of your friends, where are GingerBrave and the others?" asked Asia curiously.
"Yeah, I was hoping that Almond can give Riser some manners." said Issei, wishing the detective can help.
"They're occupied somewhere else, don't worry you'll see them soon when we began to train." answered Isaac making him nod, "So where will this training take place?"
Rias told him to meet them at the estate that her family owns and it's not that far from the school. Isaac asked why can't he and his friends participate in the games, she simply responded that only devils can join in making him frown in disappointment at the rules but have to respect them. He was now at inn and thankfully all of his cookie friends are done with whatever they were doing, GingerBrave curiously asked what was going on...
He tells them what happened with Rias and Riser...
"WHAT?!" yelled out all of the Cookie Humans. All of them are here including Kumiho.
"It's true that's what happened." said Isaac.
"I can't believe this." said GingerBrave in disbelief.
"How cold is this guy?" asked Strawberry feeling disgusted towards Riser.
"Very cold and at the same time super heated up." said Isaac joking a bit.
"Tch and I thought Cardin and Raynare was worse." said Chili in annoyance crossing her arms.
"If I ever see that punk, I'll give him a lesson he would never forget." said Almond.
"The way you describe him, doesn't make him a true king." said Custard disapproving of Riser's role as king.
"So what are we gonna do, Isaac?" asked Walnut getting concerned for Rias.
"Helping Rias and her friends trained up for the upcoming Rating Games, cause if they lose they'll be in a situation that is very worse." said Isaac in a grim tone.
"Oh no." said Strawberry in a horrified tone.
"Then let's go help Rias win this Rating Game and beat this Riser jerk!" declared GingerBrave.
"Yeah!" yelled out all of them.
On the next day, they meet up with Rias and others, Asia was joyful seeing Almond and Walnut again with both detectives are glad to see her okay. All of them carry some bags as they walk up a hill leading to the estate. Issei is struggling to keep up since he's carrying a slightly large bag weighing him down, although Isaac and others are carrying them with ease.
"Keep up little boy." teased Kumiho, as she went past him.
"Damn it." cursed Issei, as he struggled hard to walk.
"C'mon Issei, you can do it! It's not that heavy." said GingerBrave walking by him.
"*wheeze* Easy for you to say!"
"Um, buchou? Can't I help him?" asked Asia in a worried tone.
"This is something he has to do himself Asia. He has to do this, in order to get strong." said Rias.
"I understand." said Asia sadly.
Issei then faceplants on the ground panting heavily, Custard and Walnut pass by him with their own bags, Wizard simply uses telekinesis to carry his. Both Kiba and Koneko passed by him casually with the white-haired carrying a much bigger bag compared to Issei with no trouble.
"Walk faster, pervert." said Koneko bluntly.
"C'mon, Issei, or else we're gonna left ya!" called out Isaac.
"Screw you guys, for being buffed!" said the brown-haired boy.
They finally made it to the top and saw the estate, needless to say, Isaac and his cookie friends are in awe seeing how huge it is. Everyone was then given their respective rooms as they drop down the bags. After settling in they went outside to prepare for the training.
"So how will you guys train us?" asked Rias.
"Simple, I will train Issei, Wizard can help you, Akeno, and Asia with your magic. Strawberry, Almond, and Kumiho can train Koneko. Finally, GingerBrave and Chili can train Kiba." said Isaac organizing the guides, "Is that okay?"
"Sounds fair enough." said Rias.
"Alright guys, let's do this." said Issei determinedly.
The training has begun.
With GingerBrave, Chili, and Kiba
GingerBrave and Kiba traded blows with their respective weapons, as they slash against each other. Kiba keeps on slashing the brave cookie human and he blocked the knight's attacks, GingerBrave trusted his cane forward forcing Kiba to block it which forcefully caused the sword to pull up and the brave cookie human did a heavy bash across Kiba's chest making him grunt as he skids across the ground. Chili is watching nearby patiently waiting for her turn...
Kiba was still amazed by his friend's skill since he recalled back to that time when he took down that skillful swordsman when they were doing contracts.
"Once again GingerBrave your prowess amazing." commented Kiba.
"Heh you could probably thank a friend of mine who's a master swordsman." said GingerBrave, recalling Leek Cookie who's an expert swordsman although still not enough to take down General Jujube Cookie.
"Now, I'm interested in your friend and want him to have an honorable spar." said Kiba.
"Trust me, you'll like him. Anyway, let's continue!" The brave cookie human charges.
They slashed rapidly against each other, and both of the tips of their weapons collided, Kiba kept attacking GingerBrave forcing him back as he tries his best to block them. GingerBrave then did a leg sweep toward Kiba's legs causing the knight to trip and catching him off guard, the brave cookie human did a downward bash in Kiba's chest causing him to slam on the ground.
Kiba grunted and saw the can lifting up as he looks up and saw GingerBrave offering a hand with a smile. He accepted it as he stood up as they smiled one another for good sportsmanship, a red dagger flew passed him, and saw Chili was the one who throw it.
"Alright brave, you have your fun. Now it's my turn." said Chili pulling out her daggers.
"Heh, alright Chili, I'll face you on." said Kiba grabbing his sword, while GingerBrave backed off and take a break.
"Just to be clear, your not the first swords guy that I face, so prepare yourself." said Chili confidently.
The knight nodded as they charge one another.
With Wizard, Rias, Akeno, and Asia
Asia was meditating with her entire body covered in a green aura, Wizard told her to meditate since it can help increase her healing magic. For Rias and Akeno...
They are blasting Wizard their magic, who's easily dodging them with ease. He's floating in the air avoiding a beam that came from Rias, Akeno shoots a large lighting strike at him, the wizard cookie human raised his staff absorbing the attack surprising the black-haired girl as he shoots back the attack forcing Akeno to block it making her grunt in pain. Rias fire multiple blasts at him making Wizard summon a barrier blocking the attacks.
Both of them fire each other with their respective spells trying to see who would win...
With Strawberry, Almond, Kumiho, and Koneko
Koneko kept on punching Strawberry who was using her lollipop mace to block her attacks, the white-haired girl kept on punching until Strawberry grabs her fist and swing her weapon at Koneko hitting her and making her grunt as she skids across the ground. She senses an attack coming from the side as she jumps in the air avoiding a blue flame, she looks to the side and saw Kumiho smirking. The kumiho shoots multiple blue fireballs at her and Koneko shielded herself against the attack, she endured some of them and deciding to attack she charges towards her enduring many blasts.
Right as she was about to punch her, a pair of golden cuffs tied her hands together making Koneko's eyes widen, she saw it was Almond who did it.
"Nothing personal kid, just training." said Almond, summoning his golden chains.
He shoots forwards two of his chains toward her forcing Koneko to dodge them, she was hit on her side as one of the chains hit her sideways, then Strawberry came in and hits her with her lollipop mace. Koneko panted as she was kneeling, looking at the three of them.
"I must not give up, I have to get strong for Buchou!" declared Koneko ignoring the pain in her body.
This impressed the three cookie humans.
"You got guts, I like it." said Almond.
"If you're determined darling, then get ready." said Kumiho with a smile.
"Let's go, Koneko." said Strawberry.
Koneko let out a yell, as she charges at them continuing the fight. While they were fighting Kumiho, couldn't help but sense something strange coming from Koneko, like some hidden power was residing within her, and Koneko can easily access it but decided not to use it in their spar.
Why is she not using that secret power of hers?
With Isaac and Issei
"Alright Issei, prepare for some tough training." said Isaac.
"I'm ready Isaac for whatever your throw at me, I want to get strong to kick Riser's ass and protect buchou!" said Issei determinedly.
"That's the spirit, Issei."
Issei called out his Sacred Gear and Isaac pulled out his Orb Ring, as he summoned a galaxy-like portal engulfing him. In the pocket dimension, Isaac pulled out two cards from the cardholder of his waist.
He inserts one in the ring.
"Sir Tiga!" Isaac scanned the card.
ULTRAMAN TIGA POWER TYPE
Tiga(Power Type) appeared on his left side, letting out a grunt.
"Sir Dyna!" Isaac scanned the second card.
ULTRAMAN DYNA STRONG TYPE
Dyna(Strong Type) appeared on his right side, letting out a grunt.
Isaac makes some hand motions with the Orb Ring with the other Ultraman mimicking him.
"Let me borrow the power of pure strength!" yelled Isaac raising the ring, before pressing the trigger.
FUSION UP
Music began to play, and he began to glow along with the other two Ultras beside him as they fused together.
ULTRAMAN ORB: POWER STRONG
His form began to rise up.
Issei stared at the new figure in Isaac's place. He's a giant hulking mass with large muscles, his head still looks like Orb but with a red diamond design on the forehead. His body is a mixture of red and black, with the top half red and the bottom half black. On his feet, he seems to be wearing sandals. This is one of Orb's forms: Power Strong.
"Holy shit, Isaac! You're very buffed!" gawked Issei.
"I know Issei. You can already figure out what this form can do, right?" asked Orb crossing his arms.
"Well based on your large muscles, I can guess that it's super strength to the max, right?" asked Issei.
"Correct, now lay a hit on me using your Sacred Gear." said Orb.
Issei was confused by that but decided to listen to him. Issei let out a yell as he charge towards him, he did a powerful left punch with his Sacred Gear enhancing it causing a small shockwave and smoke surrounding Orb's body. The smoke cleared, Issei looks up in shock and saw Orb not fazed by the punch.
"Huh?" asked Issei in bewilderment.
"C'mon Issei, you have to do better than that. You need to be at your full maximum if you're gonna take down someone like Riser, cause I doubt strength is enough to defeat him. Now come at me then!" said Orb
"Alright, Isaac!" said Issei, "I have to do this for buchou's sake and the others, maybe even for the boobs."
Issei once again rushed towards Orb again doing multiple punches, Orb blocks them with ease using his large arm. Seeing how that didn't work he enhance himself with his Sacred Gear again doing a straight punch sending Orb slightly skidding across the ground.
"Impressive that he slightly pushed me across." thought Orb, "Looks like I have to amp things up."
The brown-haired boy did another punch only for Orb to catch his fist shocking him, he lifts him up and did a strong punch sending him across the ground causing Issei to grunt in pain. Issei is kneeling and wiping his mouth.
"Damn I knew that insane muscles are no joke." said Issei, looking at Orb coming from him.
Orb quickly appeared in front of Issei surprising him, as he cupped his hands together and slam him to the side. Issei groaned for a bit and he quickly got an uppercut in the chin sending him flying in the air, Orb appeared on top of him and then punch him down causing Issei to crash in the ground.
"Oh god, this fucking hurts." groaned Issei, he saw Orb coming down with his fist aiming at him, "Shit he's coming, what can I do?!"
He turned to his Sacred Gear, "Look I don't know if your sentient or whatever, but please give me some power! I need it to protect my friends! I can't lose now, so please!" prayed Issei to his main weapon.
As Orb is getting closer and Issei is about to get pulverized, he saw his Sacred Gear glowing surprising him. He aimed it towards Orb, then...
EXPLOSION
It shoots a beam towards Orb making him caught off guard, as it him making the Ultra crash to the ground. Issei stood up and was amazed by what happened.
"I-I did it!" cheered Issei, he turned to his weapon, "I knew you got my back!"
"Well done Issei." said a voice.
He turned and saw Orb looking alright with a little scratch, shocking him, "I admit Issei, you got me with that surprise attack and that power did scratch me a little. But next time you won't be lucky as you still have more things to do to get stronger."
"I understand." nod Issei.
"Good, now let's continue." said Orb, as their training continued.
Throughout the two weeks, Isaac and the cookie humans kept on training Rias and her peerage to the fullest to make them strong enough to take down Riser and his group. The results are satisfactory since they know they can do this...
2 weeks have passed...
Isaac and his cookie friends are now in a local cafe as they drink coffee.
"I don't know if Espresso Cookie would approve or dislike the coffee in this place." said GingerBrave drinking his drink.
"Knowing him he would criticize it a lot since he has high standards in different types of coffee." said Wizard.
"Do you guys think Rias will win?" asked Strawberry in concern.
Today is the day when the Rating Games begin, Isaac and the others wish their friends good luck. They still wished they can join them but apparently they still need to abide by the rules since devils are only allowed to participate.
"Let's just pray for their success Strawberry, just have faith." said Isaac reassuring her.
"O-Okay." said the hoodie, as she resumed drinking hers.
"Still wished I was there to kick that Riser guy's ass." said Chili.
"We all do kid." said Almond.
Isaac suddenly froze which caught his friends' attention.
"Are you alright Isaac?" asked Walnut in concern.
Before he can answer, an explosion happened on the other side of the city causing some screams to happen at the other side.
"What was that?!" exclaimed Kumiho, "Does that happen casually around here?"
"No trouble." said Isaac with a narrowed stare, "And they seemed to be connected with Dark Killer."
"One of Dark Killer's goons is here?!" exclaimed GingerBrave.
"Do you think it's Kei again?" asked Strawberry.
"Kei? Isn't he the guy you told us about back in a previous world, that you kids went through?" asked Almond, remembering the talk he has with GingerBrave and the others about facing one of Dark Killer's minions.
"Not sure, but we'll have to see. C'mon guys let's go!" said Isaac standing up.
All of them nod as they all stood up and ran towards the explosion, not before Isaac left behind some cash for their drinks. They arrived at the source of the explosion they saw a lot of people hurt making Strawberry gasp in horror along with Custard and Walnut, while the rest narrowed their eyes at the damage.
"Who would do this?" asked GingerBrave.
"Some bastard who has no care." said Isaac, clenching his fist, "Custard, Walnut! Get these people treated and take them somewhere safe."
"Got it, you can count on this junior detective's help." nod Walnut.
"Time for the king to save his servants" said Custard pulling out his royal staff.
Walnut and Custard proceed to help the people around them with the young king healing them. Isaac and the rest move forward as they go deeper into the city, they walk cautiously watching for the one who caused this.
"Be prepared guys, we don't know who might jump on us." said Isaac.
"I'm always on my guard." said Almond pulling out his chains.
They kept on walking until they noticed a figure covered in mists.
"Hey you, revealed yourself!" demanded Wizard pointing his staff at the figure.
"Jeez calm down wizard boy." said the figure with his voice being a mixture of cranky and raspy, surprising them.
"What's with the annoying voice?" asked Chili bluntly.
"Annoying?! How dare you!" said the figure getting offended.
The mist then vanished revealing the figure's full appearance. He is a very tall robotic being with his skin deep gray, he has a black visor showing blue eyes. He wears a black straw hat, orange scarf, red high-heel boots, a long purple coat with a red interior, and a large black belt.
"Who are you, Mr. Robotto?" asked Isaac.
"Glad you asked my fedora friend." said the robotic figure joyously, " *scats* I'm 'Scaramouche the Merciless!' The Pied-Piper of Ruination, the Crooner of Carnage, the Ambassador of Annihilation, the Eradicator of All, baby! I'm also known as Dark Killer's top monster, babe."
"The heck's this guy's deal?" asked Chili baffled by the robot monster's personality.
"Dark Killer's top monster? Sorry man but I doubt you're his number one." said Isaac not convinced by it.
"Yeah, that seemed too farfetched." said GingerBrave.
"Farfetched?! I'm truly his number one for real, babe!" said Scaramouche, "Did you even hear all the things I ever said about me?"
"We hear you but Tregear seems more likely to be Dark Killer's number one." said Wizard, "Cause I highly doubt you can top someone like him."
"Tregear can do more, compared to how you say about yourself buddy." said Chili crossing her arms, remembering what Isaac told them about Tregear."
"Erm..." Scaramouche went silent hearing that about one of his top superiors, "Well not exactly surpassed good ol' Tregear but I'm still number one in Dark Killer's eyes!"
"Really?" all of them asked with deadpanned looks.
"Yes really, asked one of my fellow kaijin, babe!" said Scaramouche desperately trying to convince them.
"I don't think Kei, even mention you even during our previous fight in the other world." said GingerBrave.
"What?! Even one of my own?!" exclaimed the robot.
"Not even, your buddies Captain Zahab, Camearra, and Garai mentioned you." said Isaac.
Scaramouche let out a gasp of shock as he felt like his robot core got stabbed, he dropped down to his knees comically with an aura of despair.
Feeling bad Strawberry approached him and pat his shoulder, "There, there."
"Thanks, strawberry girl, I appreciate it." Said Scaramouche, as he stood up, "Anyway! Enough gab, Cosmic Wanderer time for us along with your friends' here to slicin' and dicin', swingin' and bashin', hackin' and slashin', babe." said Scaramouche with a smirk.
"If a fight's you want then a fight you get, Scaramouche." said Isaac, he turned to his cookie friends, "You guys ready?"
Everyone nods as they pulled out their respective weapons. Isaac called out the Morphin Brace and twist the wheel on it, selecting the 'Henshin' mode, after that he pressed the button, causing a pair of glasses to stand up in the brace.
IT'S MORPHIN TIME
"Let's Morphin!" yelled out Isaac, pressing the button.
His body is now surrounded by multiple greens of energy, forming a suit in the process, the glasses then merged with his face finishing the transformation. On Isaac's place was a figure covered in a suit with the top half being blue and the bottom half being black that resembles pants, his helmet resembles a gorilla with a blue visor, and he has black straps wrapped around his shoulders and blue boots. This is Blue Buster of the Go-Busters.
"Blue Buster! Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters!" announced the Sentai doing a pose.
"Woah now that looks sick." commented GingerBrave.
"This form will make some of our science friends drool in joy." chuckled Wizard.
"Nice getup, you haven't lost your touch Cosmic Wanderer. Let's dance!" smirked Scaramouche.
He leaps up on one of the buildings and pulls out a black flute, Wizard sense some magic within that instrument. Scaramouche began to play his flute emitting a tune making the group confused.
"What's he gonna do, amaze us with his instrument?" joked Chili.
Kumiho's fox ears twitch and notice a couple of pieces of debris begin to float.
"Um Chili, darling I think it's more than that." said Kumiho in a troubled tone.
"Why is that?"
All of them saw a lot of debris begin to combine with one another forming a large golem with glowing red eyes.
"Ah crap baskets." said Blue Buster.
The golem let out a roar as it slammed it fists down forcing everyone to dodge. Both GingerBrave and Strawberry charged forward hitting the golem's legs many times and causing it to stumble back, it let out a growl trying to swat them, but both of them luckily avoid it as Chili throws multiple of her daggers at the golem's face causing it to wince. Almond summoned two of his chains as they wrapped around its arms restraining it. Wizard and Kumiho jumped in the air as they blast the behemoth down with Blue Buster came in and smash its head with his enhanced strength in pieces.
"That was easy." said Blue Buster.
"I don't think it's over yet." said Wizard narrowing his eyes.
They saw the body of the golem standing up and a new piece of debris placed itself on the body, forming a new head for it.
"Oh come on!" said Chili.
The golem stood up again, and it kept on stomping them down. Blue Buster and his friends try their best to avoid its attacks, he pulled out the Ichigan Blaster and shoot at the stone giant multiple times, Kumiho came in shooting multiple blue fireballs at it. Chili jumps on its back and begins to slash it repeatedly, this causes the golem to glare at her by hitting away her away and crashing into the ground.
"Ow! That hurt, this guy is resilient just like the Sugar Golems." said Chili, she was glad that Chaos Energy protected otherwise she'll be in huge pain.
She froze and saw both of the golem's fists coming right at her forcing for to close her eyes. Chili felt nothing happened to her as she look and saw GingerBrave and Strawberry blocking the attack.
"Are you alright, Chili?" asked Strawberry struggling.
"Yeah, I'm fine." said Chili standing up.
"Gosh this guy is tough." said GingerBrabe holding the fist at bay with his cane.
"Don't stop now, you three!" said Almond.
The detective came in and punch away the golem with his entire arm covered in golden chains enhancing the attack and forcing the stone giant away. The stone giant glared at him, before it began to do multiple punches at him, Almond dodge them and hit it many times with his chain whips. Blue Buster then came in and did a shoulder bash at the golem's chest forcing it to crash down. Wizard shoots multiple magical blasts and notices something…
"Even if we destroy the golem it can still replace its missing body parts with more debris. Scaramouche's flute seems to have magic, could it be that it's connected?" thought Wizard.
Shifting his focus towards Scaramouche, who is still playing with his flute, he extends his index finger forward and shoots out a blue beam hitting his flute surprising the robot warrior, the stone golem then froze before it got crumbled into pieces.
"Woah what just happened?" asked Blue Buster.
"Did we manage to take it down?" asked Strawberry.
"It seems my hunch is correct, that golem is controlled by Scaramouche's flute like a puppet and will keep on fighting until the flute destroy." explained Wizard, making everyone understand.
"Hehe, bravo Wizard boy, I applaud you for figuring it out." said Scaramouche clapping, "You may have destroyed my flute but let's see how all of you can fight against me, babe."
The robot warrior began to scat and sing which made them wince and cringe at the tone, unaware Scaramouche throws his Scimitar in the air, and it seems it has a mind of its own as it spins rapidly going towards Blue Buster and the cookie humans.
Almond manage to see it coming.
"Everyone watch out!" yelled out Almond.
"A floating sword?!" exclaimed GingerBrave, slightly remembering the Cursed Swords.
The detective shoots out a chain and wrapped itself around the sword, he swings it around and slams it into a nearby building. With the Scimitar being slightly taken care of, all of them charge toward Scaramouche who is still singing and scatting. Blue Buster called out his Sougan Blade and slashes the robot warrior, he smirks as he pulls out his dagger covered in a sharp edge sheath blocking the blue sentai's attack.
They locked blades before slashing one another, Scaramouche parried and block his attacks, and he kicks the blue sentai away, GingerBrave took in and did multiple thrusts using his cane at Scaramouche who gracefully dodge them, he did a heavy slash sending GingerBrave skid across the ground. Both Wizard and Kumiho blast him rapidly, Scaramouche use his dagger to block the shots and do an energy slash them flying. Strawberry did some heavy attacks and Scaramouche blocks them again with his dagger, doing a thrust attack with his weapon to her chest making her grunt.
Chili was about to help them but saw the Scimitar again and it was going straight for Strawberry.
"Hoodie, look out!" said Chili.
Strawberry look behind and saw the weapon coming at her making her eyes widen, luckily Chili came and slash the weapon away but it came back as both she and the weapon clashed together.
"Aw such a colorful friendship, you have." teased Scaramouche.
"Don't mock it." said Blue Bluster, punching him in the face.
This sends Scaramouche flying, using his feet to stay in place. The robot rubs his chin, "Gee Cosmic Wanderer babe, you truly got me there."
"And there's a lot more where that came from." said Blue Buster, aiming his blade at him.
"Hehe, seeing you and your friends go serious, time for me to go serious as well." smirked Scaramouche.
He removed the sheath on his dagger revealing the full blade, it transformed into what looked like a tuning fork.
"A tuning work?" asked Blue Buster in confusion, "Does it use sound-based attacks?"
"Making us deaf, will not help ya!" said Chili going down the air, attempting to slash him with her daggers.
"Chili wait!" said the blue sentai.
Scaramouche smirked and his weapon hit one of Chili's blades causing a high-pitched sound to emit in the area.
"Dig to that sound, babe!" said Scaramouche.
The bounty hunter cautiously turned to one of her daggers, before it exploded sending her flying.
"Chili!" yelled out Blue Buster rushing towards her.
"I told you, babe, I'm Dark Killer's favorite. No one plays the blades as I do." said Scaramouche, slashing nearby debris emitting another high-pitched sound, "No one!"
With that it exploded into pieces.
"Like you're his favorite! Shup!" Wizard chanted, pushing Scaramouche away.
"Oh so you wanted to taste the sounds of my blades as well, wizard boy, well your gonna earn it!" said Scaramouche.
The robot warrior then began to rapidly slash Wizard, he did his best to avoid them since he was not gonna get exploded to bits. Wizard kept on dodging and firing multiple magical blasts, Scaramouche nullify the attacks using his tuning fork weapon.
"I'll help you Wizard darling!" said Kumiho coming to his aid, she blasts Scaramouche to the side pushing him away from Wizard
He shakes his head and turned to her, "And what are you gonna do sexy lady? Charm me?"
"Exactly." Kumiho's eyes turned pink since a lot of her opponents always get charmed by her ability.
However, to her shock, Scaramouch was barely fazed and smirked.
"Impossible, how are you not affected?" asked Kumiho.
"Sorry sexy lady, but that type of stuff won't work on someone like me." said Scaramouche.
He appeared in front of her and attempted to slash her, Wizard came in just in time to block the attack by conjuring a barrier. While it did block the attack, the barrier exploded making both of them grunt in pain.
Back to Blue Buster, he was joined in by GingerBrave, Strawberry, and Almond as they were tending to Chili.
"Are you all right, Chili?" asked Blue Buster.
"Yeah, I'm fine. That robot though was just lucky." said Chili in annoyance.
"How are we gonna defeat him? He will just destroy our weapons and maybe even ourselves if we got hit by his tuning fork sword." said GingerBrave.
"I doubt my chains can stop that punk since he can just tap them with his sword, destroying them." said Almond.
"There's gonna be a way to stop him." said Strawberry.
Blue Buster began to think, he can't punch or kick Scaramouche since he'll block them with his sword or even his weapons for that matter. He look at Chili's daggers and began to wonder…
"Hmm…" said Blue Buster looking at her weapons.
"What is it, Isaac? Do you have an idea?" asked Strawberry.
"Make it quick, 'cause I don't think Wizard and Kumiho can hold him off for so long." said Almond.
"Chili, how many daggers do you have?" asked Blue Buster.
"A lot. Why?" asked Chili.
Blue Buster began to whisper in her ear. Back at the battle, both Wizard and Kumiho are on their knees with Scaramouche smirking.
"Just give it up you guys, you'll never gonna take down someone like me." mocked Scaramouche.
"Hey cringe bot!" yelled out a voice.
He turned and saw Chili coming right at him with her daggers out, " Time for round 2!"
"Coming for another taste of my sound, huh? Then get ready to burst, babe!" said the robot warrior.
They charged one another, and the Scimitar came in again and went straight for Chili attempting to slash her, Blue Bluster, GingerBrave, Strawberry, and Almond came in time, and as the blue sentai punch it away, Almond wrapped it in many chains with both GingerBrave and Strawberry finishing it by smashing it to pieces.
Both the robot warrior and bounty hunter clash again multiple times, Chili rapidly slashes at him with Scaramouche blocking her attacks. Chili's daggers began to emit high-pitched sounds again.
"Well girlie, I have some fun with you. Au revoir, that French for: 'You're dead!' babe!" said Scaramouche.
Chili just smirks in response.
"No your dead, babe!" said Chili, making him confused.
She throws both of her daggers towards his face, shocking Scaramouche before they exploded engulfing him in a large smoke. Scaramouche's face was slightly damaged and was coughing.
"Oh god, that stings." groaned Scaramouche, holding his head.
IT'S TIME FOR BUSTER
"Huh?"
An energy-covered sword pierced his chest making him scream in pain, he saw it was Blue Buster who did it. Scaramouche tries to punch him away but he got hit in the back by both GingerBrave and Strawberry using their weapons, Almond came by and wrapped him tightly with his chains.
"*groans* That's all, babe." said Scaramouche, as electricity flows through his body.
He then exploded, meeting his demise. Everyone panted, as all of them regroup one another.
"Boy that was one crazy fight we have." commented Blue Buster, transforming back into his regular self, " was no pushover despite sounding cranky with a mixture of a musician."
"You say that again. His use of music magic and insane weapon are proof of it." said Wizard.
"Luckily my clothes are not damaged during the fight. Cause I hate to see my beautiful self, get damaged." said Kumiho.
"Really that's something, your worrying about?" asked GingerBrave with a sweatdrop.
"In any case glad I have some payback towards that robot jerk, he's more annoying compared to the guys I hunted." said Chili.
"At least no one is hurt now, that's what matters." said Strawberry happily.
"Um there seems to be a problem." said Almond.
"Why is that?" asked Isaac.
The detective pointed out the destroyed buildings in the city making everyone froze.
"Oof, we we're caught in that fight we didn't realize the damages around." winced Strawberry.
"Oh great, I can't imagine that we will get a lot of attention from the people of this world, especially from the Devils and the other supernatural." groaned Chili.
"Can't you do something about this Wizard?" asked GingerBrave.
"*sigh* Apparently, I'm a bit drained. Even if I did have enough energy I can't do it on this scale." said Wizard.
"Oh phooey, looks like we have our hands full darlings." said Kumiho, she noticed Isaac's side is glowing, "Isaac darling, why is your side glowing?"
"Huh?" said Isaac in confusion.
He pulled out the Orb Ring which is glowing and emit a large light that surrounds the city making all of them close their eyes. When it died down it shows all the buildings fixed with no visible damage.
"Woah!" said GingerBrave,
"Just like how it fixed the docks, from Ruby's world." awed Wizard.
"Can it really do that, Isaac?" asked Almond.
"I-I don't know, I didn't know this thing can fix stuff." said Isaac in a baffled tone, "Anyway we should get out of here, the last thing we need is more complications.
Everyone nods as they left, ready to meet up with Custard and Walnut, they just hope they won't face Scaramouched again. On top of a distant building, watching their entire fight was a peculiar black cat with hazel eyes, it grew an interest in them mostly towards Isaac.
Back at the inn, everyone was resting after what happened. Isaac is watching TV and eating sandwiches, Strawberry is by his side playing a game on her console, Chili is sharpening her daggers, and GingerBrave is also watching TV with Isaac along with Custard. Almond is reading a newspaper while drinking coffee, Walnut is reading a book, Kumiho in her fox form is sleeping, and finally, Wizard is meditating honing his magical prowess.
They were waiting for Issei if they won the Rating Games or not… Things are silent until they hear someone knocking on the door desperately, making Isaac confuse. He stood up and answer the door and saw something shocking.
It was Issei and he was battered up and his eyes filled with regret and frustration.
"Issei what happened?!" asked Isaac in concern.
The cookie humans even came by to Issei in concern.
"We… lost… That stupid bastard!" yelled out Issei.
"You guys lost?" asked GingerBrave in a horrified tone.
"No way." said Custard.
