Operation Overdrive: Obscured Fate!

Chapter 17: Coming back to a meltdown.

A/N: to LORD DESTRYUK'S review: Ding-ding-ding! You are right :D! I was hoping the little hints wouldn't be too hard to get. XD

Most people around her looked to be dying in the heat, waving paper fans on their alien faces, and breathing heavily. Yet – it didn't bother her in the least. The looks she received mattered not to her as she was about to reach the end of the town's path.

The head she carried by the hairs continued to drip blood, but it didn't leave thick trails like it did before, since it was almost completely drained.

Her heterochromia eyes were glued to the sphere. Each twist and turn when she examined it, didn't exactly help her find any way to activate it again. The black plating and the dead ring where the golden light would brighten, remained as useless as broken care keys.

Groaning and leaning her head back, she looked up at the passing clouds that most people would sneer at and shield their eyes from. "This isn't Earth." Plain and simple, she mumbled as if it wasn't surprising in the least. However, her thoughts were another ball game.

This isn't Earth! Where am I?! Why did that Elite lead me to a fu*g wasteland?!Her swear was comically overrun by a horse that jogged by with the loudest clacks of their hooves. The goth tossed the device up and down like a ball, completely unaware of the trio who decided to follow her.

However, her Assassin instincts picked up on a distant click of a gun, making her flick the device high into the air and unsheathe her Stake. With excellent reflexes, she spun with effortless grace and smacked a strange bullet that flew in her direction. It was returned to the shooter, whose head was missed by a hair's width.

The one who tried to snipe her was an alien male hidden behind a barrel of sorts, quivering in place like a baby deer.

"Hmm." Her killer glare never faltered from the alien man's eyes as she sheathed her blade and easily caught the device without so much as a glance. What – are we playing Cowboys and Indians? Whatever... Just keep walking. He'll go away eventually. The annoyance she felt before only worsened after she saw the alien pick up his odd rifle and run into a building.

One more look at the device and she finally spotted something that made her pause. There was a small hole where it could be injected with something. With a slight cock of her head the goth brought it closer for further inspection and grazed her index finger over the hole.

"You have some skills." A woman's voice reached her ears, yet she paid her no mind. Instead, she continued to ignore her so she could focus on finding a solution to the portal device. The crunch of the woman's shoes against the dirt and pebbles grew louder the closer she became. It wasn't just her, but the other two as well.

The longer she stood there contemplating, the more agitated the woman sounded. "What's your name?" A bit of sass and cockiness followed her tone when she asked, but it wasn't enough to grab the goth's attention.

Regardless of her persistence, she continued onward and grumbled irritably. If she doesn't leave me alone, I'm going to knock her out. I am NOT in the mood for this! The grip on the severed head tightened from her anger, but the second the male approached her and followed along her side, he spoke.

"You are quite the warrior! With as much skill as you have, you could easily-" Before he could continue, Iseldur turned around and began to walk backward.

"Piss off." With venom, she spat, put the sphere between her teeth, and lifted her free hand to move her fingers a certain way. Electricity sparked and made them pause in their step, before she popped out the middle finger with a quick jump afterward.

Lightning thwacked, blue light flashed, and she came to a slow stop several feet above the town.Gotta get away from this place so I can figure this crap out...As the goth pondered, she stayed in the air for a few more seconds before gravity began to pull on her.

Once more, she zapped. Zipping across the sky like a lightning bolt during a storm.

~~
Iseldur eventually found a low place to hang. Hidden under the face of a cliff where a crevice sat, secluded from everything and everyone else. She was there for a long while, to the point where the sun started to go past the afternoon mark in the sky.

In her hands sat the portal device, pieces of it lay strewed on her left side as she examined it. With an arm propped on a knee and her other leg straight, not another move was made. The guts of the sphere was on full display while she carefully picked and prodded using the very tip of her glaive end.

However, the sound of crunching rocks caught her attention. Her eyes barely moved at the alert, icy blue and fiery red flicked from the entrance of the crevice back to the device with a sigh.Greeeat. Just wonderful! A couple of bugs... Where's some repellent when you need it?.Growling from her throat, Iseldur began picking up the pieces on her left and saw shaded silhouettes in her upper peripherals.

"It looks like my tracking skills haven't become as rusty as I thought they had." The male from before folded his arms, unbeknownst to the goth, and stood proudly at his find. "Pardon my rudeness – I am Villamax! What brings a lady like yourself to a place like this? Surely, someone such as you would be better off in a more-" Unfortunately, the male known as Villamax, was quickly cut off when the insectoid woman piped in.

"You would make the perfect warrior for my Father's army.~" Mischief and confidence poured from her, not that Iseldur cared or anything.

The only thing on her mind was the device and getting back home. After putting the pieces back together on the device, she pushed it to her side, stood up aggressively and professionally swung her Stake end around. The tip missed the woman's face by mere centimeters when it loudly clanged against the crevice's wall, enough to make the bug lady breath heavily through her nose.

"I said... Piss off." Iseldur inched close to the woman's face and scraped the tip of her Stake slowly down the wall before roughly jerking it away. "Or your head is next." Threat followed each word. She wasn't the type to give empty ones, because once she's set her mind on killing someone, she'd go through with it.

Nervous laughter and a slight smirk on the woman's black painted lips made the goth's eyes squint. "Actually..." Watching her take a step back, away from the goth's piercing stare, she continued. "I noticed... That you're not from here. So – how about this?" Confidence replaced her nervous smile when she folded her arms and lifted her chin. "Let's make a deal... I fix... Whatever that is that you have, you be my bodyguard until I'm done with it. I may know a thing or two about energy devices. Villamax here - is my newly acquired trainer in martial arts." After a lengthy contemplative staring contest between her and Iseldur, which lasted roughly a minute or so, the goth harshly slapped the device into her now open palm.

She watched clawed fingers wrap carefully around it and saw her eyes light up with excitement. She's up to something, I know it. I know her manipulative kind and the tone they have, from anywhere. Her guard rose at the thought, not once did her eyes break from the insectoid woman.

"Right. I nearly forgot about introducing myself. I am Trakeena, daughter of King Scorpius. Who might you be?" As if she didn't ask about her name before, the woman known as Trakeena, asked again with a lift of her brow and a side look toward her. The bug woman's attention bounced between the sphere and the goth, to show she was waiting for her answer.

"Just get it fixed." As usual, Iseldur didn't care for conversations. Thus she turned and leaned her back against the wall, folding her arms with a close of her eyes.

"Hmm. A woman of few words.~ I like it." Hyne didn't get to see the subtle tilt of her head or the pure interest that glinted in her eyes. "Let's get to it then – come." From there, she turned to leave, judging by the sounds of her shoes crunching on the pebbles on her way out.

Let's just get this over with already. The goth practically rolled her eyes at her, of course, it went unnoticed, except for Villamax, who she saw staring at her on her way past.

Later, as they wandered through the sandy landscapes for a good while, Iseldur closely examined Trakeena from behind while the woman walked toward a cloaked ship of sorts. It never uncloaked, the faint shimmer that barely made an outline of its original shape was the only thing she could see - save for its insides when the hatch opened.

Iseldur kept her attention on the surroundings, unaware of Villamax's curious gaze on her. But what reached her ears and made her drop the severed head was when the sounds of motorcycles roared in the distance.Too many pests, I seriously need that bug repellent... This is getting ridiculous. An eye twitched when she groaned and took a deep breath.

"Relax, miss." Villamax began with a friendly placement of his hand on her shoulder. "I'll handle these thugs. Just stay close to the little lady in the ship. It won't take-" Before he could continue, the goth shoved him back and unsheathed her blade.

Despite the wounds she received during her previous fight, she was still able to fight. The pain was nothing compared to what she used to go through with Nightshade, yet it still left her limping on occasion. "They're just walking corpses... I can fix that." She left him behind when she started to walk toward six warriors on their bikes. What she didn't know was that the thugs were actually after her and not so much Trakeena.I'd use my Slics and snatch them all in one go, but I can't risk them getting cut or exposed. The fight against the Elite was already a big mistake! Everyone back in my world knows what I am and what I can do now!Anger gradually bubbled up inside her, the more she thought about it. It's a problem she'd have to deal with once she was back in her world, but firstly, she needed to focus on getting there.

Soon, all six bikers started to drive around her. Laughing and aiming their guns at her, a way to try and intimidate but it only dug their grave deeper. "Come on, boys! If we stay ranged - we got her!" Iseldur knew the duo near the ship watched her, but their expressions as of now was unknown and she didn't care.

A single, fiery Slic swiftly coiled around her weapon before it extended. "Time for a cremation," She added threateningly, and with a strong cry of anger, fire erupted all around her the moment the Stake end was stabbed into the ground.

It was strong enough to catch the motorcycles and make them explode, while frying her targets. Their screams of agony filled the air, and once the fire cleared, she wasn't there.

Three remained, but the others turned into burnt corpses, which gave her the advantage. Her electricity was used, letting her pierce one male through their back and out through their chest; simultaneously using an icy Slic to chuck a Stalactite at another that tried to escape.

When she turned to fully face the last one who scooted backward on his butt fearfully, slow steps brought her closer to him. These guys were after me, eh? Don't they know not to dig their own graves? Then again, zombies are pretty mindless.Mulling over their stupidity, the goth watched the last one stand up and run away screaming. She was quick to hoist her staff and aim it at the retreating vermin.

When the staff was chucked across the distance, there was a loud swoosh before the Stake end stabbed through the male. The velocity it flew made the weapon stick into a large rock the same size as the ship that's near her, and glued the alien to it. Not a care on her face showed when blood began to trickle from the gaping wound, killing the guy in one hit.

Time passed after Iseldur collected her Staff, retracted, and entered the ship with the others. She watched Trakeena direct energy into the sphere in front of a table, which had various tools and electrical devices strewn about; the goth was waiting for results.

But the smirk she had and the amused glint in her gaze hit her suspicion hard. Heterochromia eyes sharpened intently at the back of Trakeena's head, for she knew she planned on something that wouldn't bode well with her. She's up to something! Why else would she be smirking and trying to hide her expression? Damn bi-before the goth could swear, Villamax joined her side with the loudest groan when he leaned against the wall with her. She saw him stretch a little and cross his arms, keeping his attention on the insectoid woman.

"Where did you learn to fight like that?" Iseldur's gaze returned to Trakeena's backside and refused to answer him. Instead, her focus was on the sphere, awaiting her chance to snatch it before the woman had an opportunity to turn the tide on her.

After roughly a minute or so of no response, the male chuckled and nodded. "I understand how cautious one has to be of strangers. But when you're among allies, it doesn't hurt to talk," he added with a joyous, encouraging lift of his tone.

Still nothing. Not a word came from her, save for a simple 'humph' from her closed lips. Stepping to the other woman's side, she noticed how it flared to life after she had put down an energy transfer rod. "There we are.~" Trakeena mumbled to herself and raised the sphere above her head to admire its details. "Now, it'd like to make another deal w-"

Hyne was quick to grab the sphere from her clawed hands and point the Stake end of her weapon at her, with a few steps back. "No more deals. I only guarded you until you were done with it. Some zombies came by to try and kill you... I put them back into their graves. The deal's done." Yes, she lied because she knew those thugs were after her due to the power she demonstrated upon entering this world. It had frightened some Mercenaries and made them give chase, she wasn't too surprised by that.

"Very well. I must say – I do like your attitude. You have tenacity and it's quite... Admirable. Why not join forces with me to take down the-" Trakeena had no room to finish, since Iseldur walked away and halted at the entrance of the ship.

"No." With that, she stepped out and made for the clearing just outside. No, I am NOT joining anyone's side! Forget it! I have my own crap to deal with and I don't want anyone getting in my way!Anger fueled her pace, making her trek faster until she was further away.

"Wait!" Trakeena tried to catch her in time, but the goth picked up the severed head on her way out and was already leaving.

Her fingers moved a black band that had time stamps written on it, and with a careful turn, the band was rotated backward. If I'm correct, the right way goes back in time, and the left way is a little more randomized? Frick...As soon as it turned and sat for a moment, gold light lit up the small space before it imploded, sucking her through.

Through the colorful tunnel and out the other side, she appeared in the middle of the futuristic lobby that the goth could hardly remember being in before. Her blinded haze kept her from recalling anything during her fight. "The fu-" Confusion caused her lips to curl and her brows to knit when she examined her surroundings. Yet her words were cut short when an alien male dog gasped and ran to her.

"Aren't you the one who was fighting that strange man in armor?" The dog man's voice raised with suspicion and caution when he caught up to her.

"Hmm." To her, there was no point in speaking to others; the idea of trying the sphere again weighed on her mind more than communicating.

"Ew! Is that someone's head?!" A young blond woman came trotting down frozen escalators that were covered in ice, along with a few others.

"Commander! She must be a criminal! She took-" Before a man in green could continue, the goth overran him with an answer, annoyance lacing every word.

"A murderer's head! Now, leave me alone." With that, Iseldur used the sphere once again and tossed it. Everyone stepped back when it imploded and sucked her through.

On the other side of the tunnel, she fell and landed skillfully on a knee in the dead center of the same science lab as before. The head in her grasp left a small splotch of red on the floor where she had crouched, until she decided to stand to look around the odd room.

Green, dark green, and yellow were the themes, it seemed. Chemical stations, machines, and tubes all decorated the walls and a bit of the space. However, she noticed the thick layers of ice on one side of the room and a couple of stations that were cut down by her condensed heat. You have to be kidding me. Did I really go all out? How blinded was I?Grumbling and staring at the ice, she lifted the device in her other hand.

Seeing that the golden light wasn't pulsating around the sphere anymore, her eyes widened at the sight. "Welcome back." A raspy, male, monotone voice reached her ears, but she didn't care either. The goth was too focused on the dead device to so much as acknowledge that the same dinosaur man from before was speaking.

"So - I only had enough energy in this damn thing to backtrack two times." Quietly to herself, she ignored the approaching male in black and looked around the lab. There's gotta be a way to give it some more juice. From a sense of urgency, the goth pondered.

Feeling the guy's breath against the back of her neck, she knew that he had leaned over her shoulder to look at what she held. Regardless, she fast-walked over to a station and plopped the severed head down so she could get her Stake weapon. "Enough heat and friction can cause fire... And if fire is condensed enough, it can make electricity – energy." She contemplated aloud, unsheathed her weapon, and stared at the Stake end for a while.

"Why have you invaded my Fortress? You've destroyed a few of my stations and ruined some of my experiments with your ice! Who... Are you?" He asked as he leaned close to her ear and threatened the safety of her throat with a red claw. "And what was that fight about?"

"See the head?" Lifting the staff and flipping it so the glaive stuck out, she extended it. The Stake end missed the dino man by a hair's width, almost puncturing his clothes and scraping his skin. She knew by the sound of stretching leather that he looked near her feet to see, after nearly stumbling back from the threat. "Your head's next if you don't get off my back. I'm not here for you or any of your piss ants." Nothing but distaste and anger followed behind her words.

I hope my theory's correct. She outstretched her arm and moved her staff to the side quite a ways, all three of her fiery Slics connected to her weapon. Heat began to build up and caused the stone part to glow a bright yellow, almost white. If I spin my staff fast enough, I could create some friction and it'll give me some electricity. The goth ignored the curious stare from the dino man, and the double doors that opened to reveal a couple of others.

She took a stance and kept her sharp eyes on the sphere that she placed on the station, next to the head. Now, she started spinning it.

Faster and faster, until she moved her fingers a certain way and activated her speed boost. Once it was hot enough, her fiery Slics were removed from it. Iseldur's whirls moved faster than what the three could see, her arms and staff looked like a blur of bright yellow covered in electricity.

A final touch. She quickly scraped the tip of her Stake across the concrete floor and built up sparks. Next, with a careful thrust, she pierced the sphere. Her perfect precision managed to hit the small hole, allowing the electricity she created to surge into it.

However, amidst the electrifying echoes in the room, faint murmurs behind her drew closer. You have to be kidding me...With haste, the speed boost in her armor activated, and in a flash of blue light, she zapped around the room.

Whirling and cutting at two pairs of legs that were behind her, black creatures cried in pain before falling. Her momentum brought her around to the third creature, and her weapon quickly became smaller, stabbing through the side of its head with her Stake end. She could hear its blood dripping while she stood still against its back.

A couple of gasps filled the air, but she didn't care. All she cared about was getting rid of anyone who stood in her way. "As I said... Your head's next if you don't get off my backside." Her threat and a dangerous glare over her shoulder at the other three caused the woman in black and the armored male at the double doors to take a step back.

A squelch sounded when she twisted her Stake just right and jerked it out of the fresh corpse's head. "You... Are powerful." He began with a softer raspy tone, but it hardly bothered her. "Wherever you're heading... Surely it pales in comparison to serving me. I aim to restore Earth to its former glory and with your assistance... It can be possible." The dino man stepped closer, as she watched his golden eyes look her up and down curiously. Particularly at the defining musculature outlines through the tight suit, beneath the cloth over her midsection.

He's looking at my muscles, isn't he? Prick...The goth practically rolled her eyes and let an irritated groan escape her throat before trudging past him with an aggressive shove to his shoulder. Returning to the station, she picked the sphere back up and examined it.

Its faint pulsing gold light told her that it needed more juice, resulting in a very aggravated Temprition. "You mother * – piece of *!" Comedic censors covered her swears when a couple of beeps from a machine nearby sounded a bit too loud.

Everything jiggled when she slammed the sphere back onto the station. Her anger over it all was enough to make her limbs shake, that was until she whipped around and threatened the safety of the dinosaur man's windpipe with the glaive end of her weapon. "Fix it! Now!"

"And why... Should I?" The subtle head tilt and the careful placement of a red claw on her blade told her that he wasn't as afraid as most others would be in his situation.

"Because if you don't, then I'll kill you. You would be to blame for a child's death! A MURDERER! And I have no problems with taking out...Garbage." With each word, she growled like an animal, as her fury shone bright like a hot flame. Her emphasis on garbage carried disgust and hate, so much so that he could probably feel her sincerity behind it. That she'd do exactly as she claimed without any hesitation. "Your life... For a life," she added, making sure he understood that she wasn't playing around.

"Your anger and lack of fear... I love it! You are like a predator." He paused a moment and bore his golden eyes into her heterochromias, before lifting a claw close to her cheekbone just beneath her fiery one. "It is a shame you won't stay. We could've been partners."

"Stay out of my business." Iseldur pulled her blade away and stepped back, watching him walk to her side. Slowly, his claws picked up the device to examine it.Why did he stroke the spot beneath my eye? Is he asking for a death wish? The grip on her retracted staff tightened from the sealed anger, not once did her attention on him falter when she watched his free hand raise.

Soon, electricity started to charge around his fingers and it surprised her. Eyes widened when the hand covered the small hole to send some volts into it. Once he was done, he gave it a closer look.

He and Iseldur saw it flare to life more, its gold color pulsed as it did before only much faster. "Now..." He began after a slow turn of his head toward her. "In return – I want you to tell me, how you were able to cast ice and fire with such ease." The dino man fully faced her after a sluggish wave of his hand that held the device.

"You don't need to know... Since it won't matter." Her hasty fingers snatched the sphere from his claws and took a few steps back. With a lift of her chin and a glare down at him, her weapon was sheathed.

"Then – whose head is that?" The goth heard the other woman ask, unaware that she had folded her arms. One of Iseldur's icy Slics slithered out from her back and picked the head up from the station, so she could grab it with her free hand.

"The head... Of amonster." Deep anger surfaced behind growls when she answered. Tossing the sphere up, a golden light appeared, imploded, and sucked her in.

Just like that, she was gone, leaving a highly amused dino man and his two minions behind.

~~
Through the tunnel of colors, she eventually made it out and landed easily in a crouched position.I'm I finally back?Heterochromia eyes raised slowly, and a few feet away was the unconscious form of Tray. Her gaze widened instantly at the sight, not noticing that everyone was in the same spot as before she went with the Elite.

Finally, it clicked that she was back in her world now. Time must've passed differently in the other worlds, considering the sun was still in its last position as before she left. "Tray!" Screaming and sprinting to the boy, Hyne fell to her knees, flipping him over.

When she did, she saw a bloodied and bruised face. This took her breath away as she took in the rest of the damage. His tattered clothing and spots of blood where he had been cut only added to her anxiety.

"Tray." The goth shook his shoulder once, twice, thrice, but he didn't stir. "Tray!" This time, she shook him harshly with both of her hands, trying hard to wake up, but to no avail.

In complete denial, Iseldur shook her head over and over, grinding her teeth to hold back her tears. Two Slics were used to hoist the boy into her arms and hold him close. Quivering and burying her face into the top of his head of hair, she began to rock back and forth. "I'm so tired of this..." Her emotional state made her voice wobble as she spoke to herself, her fingers clenching tighter around his upper back. "I'm so sick... Of all this sh-" Her words fell into whispers while her rocking continued, not capable of finishing her sentence.

If she weren't in such an emotional wreck right now, she would've picked up on the sound of dirt and pebbles crunching. "Then, let us help you." There it was, Andrew's voice. Full of worry, sincerity, and kindness.

The softness in his words paused her movements and made her head sink further into Tray's soft hair, until she heard his pants stretch. Slowly, she peeked through the boy's strands and saw Hartford's knees, until finally she decided to completely look at him. Behind him were the Rangers, and the Villains, who were once on the sidelines, were much closer now to listen to their conversation.

"No... No, no, no! You don't know how she is! She's a murderer! A heartless monster!" Again, her face planted onto the top of Tray's head to conceal her relentless tears. "Just stay away from me..." Her mumblings went ignored, and it confused her enough to look back up. His hardened expression and stern brown eyes caught her breath for a moment until he spoke.

"Rangers! Come get Tray, please. He'll be alright, he just needs rest and to stay in recovery for a while." Behind him, she watched Mack walk over and carefully remove Tray from her arms, which her Slics had to uncoil from his frame for him to do so. "Miss Hyne. Please... Come with us." A gentle hand touched her shoulder, scaring her to the point of screaming.

"Why aren't you afraid of me?! Why?! I'm a monster! I'm a killer! Why can't you just leave mealooone?!" When she was pounding a fist on his shoulder, he was quick to latch onto her and hold her in his arms. More and more, she screamed, doing everything she could to scare him or make him look away.

Why?A brief thought echoed from her subconsciousness. Each hit he took made him grunt in pain, but he kept enduring it until she'd calm down. Her thrashes were relentless, like a frightened stray on the street trying to harm the one who came close. Afraid to let anyone get close.

Her roars of anger reached the sky as her Slics flailed behind her and her fists continued, followed by tears of pain. Why? Isn't he afraid?Again, her subconsciousness echoed. She just couldn't understand why someone so kind and sweet would care about someone like her. Or even go as far as to try and approach her, a predator, when she bares her fangs.

She got so worked up now that her heart rate became too fast and her breaths grew heavier. The goth couldn't take it anymore, for she eventually stilled and blacked out from all the screaming.

~~Andrew~~

Now unconscious in his protective arms, she missed out on his words. "Don't worry... I won't hurt you. You're safe." Soft words whispered in her ears before he carefully hoisted her into his arms, like a Princess.

When he turned around, he saw the Villains staring with murderous intent or sympathy over the goth. "So, you guys aren't going to ambush us?" His brows knitted suspiciously as he kept a firm hold on her and saw the rest of the Rangers join his side.

"It looks like I have more to deal with," Flurious scowled and stepped closer, his annoyance as evident as the cold air around him. "No! Why would we ambush you when we haven't made any plans yet? We just wanted to watch the commotion, that's all. But since you're so eager... Chillers!" The Ice Man hollered at the end and summoned his minions. "A parting gift, before we leave!" With that, he made a dramatic bow before teleporting using his frost. The others had left immediately, save for Kamdor and Miratrix.

Okay, maybe the Fearcats, too. However, the two ninjas slowly backed away with their gazes glued to the unconscious goth. They couldn't fight, well, not Miratrix since she was still wounded. Their attention was still on the unconscious goth, probably too busy mulling over what had just transpired.

"Mr. Hartford! Get back to the vehicle! We'll handle these two!" As usual, the Rangers reassured him, despite getting pummeled a few times already by those cats.

"Right! I'll meet you guys back at the base!" Andrew agreed like a soldier and ran for his vehicle, being careful not to jostle Iseldur too much or scrape her tendrils along the rough ground.

"Not if I can help it!" Mig yelled, jumped high, and landed in front of him. "Time to wipe out some of the competition!" As soon as he aimed his gun at Andrew, Ronny high-jumped and kicked the cat's shoulder, sending him flying a few feet.

"Go! Hurry!" yelled the yellow Ranger, as she and Rose sprinted after the cat to keep him occupied. Of course, Benglo was just as busy with the other Rangers. Now the Dad had time to retreat.

Nodding, running as fast as he could, he eventually made it to his transportation. Into the backseat of his car, he placed her on her side to ensure she wouldn't fall off the seat. Then he got into the driver's side, with a quick check on the rear view mirror before officially taking off.

He had to leave the severed head behind, but her helmet was another story.I hope they collect her helmet before they come back; she'll probably throw a fit if it's missing.Worry etched onto his face whilst the engine of his vehicle roared along the dirt path.
