Chapter1: The Return of Sukuna
Following a brutal and desperate battle, the combined strength of all Jujutsu sorcerers — led by Yuji Itadori — brought an end to Sukuna. In his final moments, Yuji unveiled his Domain Expansion for the first time. Initially, Sukuna mocked him, calling him a fool for showing sentimental memories and speaking of love and human connection. But as the Domain unfolded, Sukuna began to listen.
For the first time, Sukuna glimpsed the purity behind Yuji's soul.
As the Domain faded, Nobara landed the final, decisive blow. With that, Sukuna — the King of Curses — was finally defeated. Only a single finger of his remained.
After graduating from Jujutsu High and undergoing intense training, Yuji and Megumi became the strongest sorcerers of their generation — surpassing even Satoru Gojo, just as he had once hoped they would. Alongside Nobara, Maki, Todo, and others, they ushered in a new golden age of Jujutsu Sorcery.
But time passed.
Eventually, they too fell — in battle, protecting humanity from the remnants of the cursed world. Their legacy, however, endured. Their descendants surpassed even their legendary parents.
Yet, despite their strength, they faced an unprecedented crisis: for generations, no suitable Star Plasma Vessel could be found to contain Tengen, the ancient source of balance. Without a vessel, Tengen's form finally shattered, releasing an immeasurable wave of cursed energy across the Earth.
The unleashed cursed energy twisted reality itself. Ordinary humans became curses, losing their minds and bodies. Only those with extraordinarily strong willpower retained their humanity.
A brutal war began — a final war between the descendants of the Jujutsu sorcerers and the hordes of monstrous curses. The battle pushed humanity to the brink of extinction, reshaping the Earth itself.
In the last stand, all remaining sorcerers and cursed spirits perished. With less humans left to harbor fear or hate, cursed energy finally disappeared from the world.
Thousands of years later Kingdoms rose. Warlords emerged. Amid this new era, a mad king named Fritz discovered an ancient power — the Titan abilities — through a mysterious slave girl named Ymir. Seeking to own the power, Fritz married Ymir, using her abilities to conquer the world.
As resentment and hatred for Fritz grew, an assassination attempt was made. Ymir sacrificed herself to protect him. In a cruel act to preserve her power, Fritz commanded their daughters — Sina, Maria, and Rose — to consume their mother's body, inheriting the Titan power. He then decreed it would be tradition: each generation would devour the last to maintain control.
Over time, wracked with guilt, Fritz fled with most of the Eldians to an isolated island: Paradise (Paradis). He left others behind. In his absence, the Marleyan empire rose, enslaving the remaining Eldians and weaponizing the Titan legacy for their own gain.
On the island of Paradis, King Fritz and the Eldians used Colossal Titans to build three enormous walls: Maria, Rose, and Sina — named after his daughters. Within these walls, the remaining Eldians lived in isolation, cut off from the outside world.
To deter any invasion, Fritz issued a terrifying warning to the rest of humanity:
"If anyone dares attack Paradis, I will unleash the Rumbling — awakening the Wall Titans to trample the world."
Though generations passed and peace reigned within the walls, the outside world — led by the Marleyan empire — continued to thrive. Marley enslaved the Eldians who remained on the mainland, treating them as second-class citizens, brutalizing them, and using them as weapons of war.
Among the oppressed Eldians was a young boy named Grisha Yeager. One day, he witnessed his younger sister Faye brutally killed by Marleyan soldiers, mauled to death by their dogs — simply for crossing a boundary.
That moment changed him forever.
Filled with rage and sorrow, Grisha swore vengeance. As he grew older, he joined the Eldian Restorationists, a secret resistance group seeking to reclaim their freedom and restore Eldian pride. He later married Dina Fritz, a woman of royal blood, and together they had a son: Zeke Yeager.
From a young age, Zeke was burdened with the expectations of his parents. Grisha and Dina pushed him relentlessly to become a warrior — not for Marley, but to be a weapon of rebellion. They filled his head with ideologies, but never offered the warmth of parental love.
Feeling unloved and pressured, Zeke found comfort in Ksaver, a kind Marleyan researcher who, in truth, was an Eldian in disguise. Ksaver treated Zeke with kindness and compassion — the way a father should.
On Ksaver's advice, a confused and heartbroken Zeke betrayed his own parents, exposing them to Marley's secret police.
As punishment, Dina was turned into a Mindless Titan and sent to roam Paradis. Grisha too was condemned — but at the last moment, fate intervened.
A fellow prisoner — Eren Kruger, secretly known as "The Owl" and wielder of the Attack Titan — revealed his true identity to Grisha. Before sacrificing himself, Kruger gave Grisha his Titan powers and urged him to continue the mission:
"Save eldians"
With Kruger's power, Grisha escaped to Paradis, where he assumed a new identity and began a new life — one that would set the stage for a new era of war, freedom, and tragedy.
After finally escaping to Paradis, Grisha Yeager stumbled upon something strange and unsettling—a severed, blackened finger, hidden beneath rubble deep in the forest. The moment he touched it, his vision was pulled into a dark, nightmarish realm.
There, standing tall and terrifying, was a man with four twisted arms and a mouth gaping from his stomach. His eyes locked onto Grisha's.
Startled and afraid, Grisha dropped the finger instantly.
It was no ordinary relic. It had survived centuries of destruction.
It was the last remaining finger of Sukuna—the King of Curses.
Despite the fear, something in Grisha's mind compelled him to take it. He wrapped it carefully and kept it hidden.
With help from a soldier named Keith Shadis, Grisha entered the walled cities and began a new life as a doctor. He eventually married Carla, a kind woman who gave him warmth and hope. In memory of the man who once saved him, Eren Kruger, Grisha named his son Eren.
From a young age, Eren showed signs of a short temper and blazing determination. He hated injustice. He hated being weak.
When Eren was just ten years old, the Colossal Titan and the Armored Titan appeared out of nowhere. They breached Wall Maria, destroying Shiganshina and bringing a nightmare to life.
Eren could only watch in horror as his mother, Carla, was eaten by a Titan before his eyes.
The flames of vengeance were lit within him he decided to join the scouts.
Grisha returned from work, only to find his home destroyed and Carla gone. With grief and urgency, he took Eren deep into the forest, far away from the chaos. In his trembling hands, he held two things:
A syringe filled with Titan spinal fluid.
And Sukuna's finger, still wrapped and pulsating faintly with cursed energy.
As Grisha prepared to act, a voice echoed in his mind — cold, cruel, and amused.
"So… you're going to turn that brat into a Titan like you?"
Grisha didn't respond.
"And let him inherit your curse? Condemn him to die in thirteen years? Typical."
Still, silence.
"Tch. I'll offer you something better," Sukuna sneered. "Have him eat my finger. He won't carry your burden. No curse of Ymir. No Titan fate. What he'll gain is far more powerful."
Grisha hesitated.
"Make your choice, doctor," Sukuna said. "Titan… or curse. One ends a bloodline. The other begins something new."
After a moment of painful thought, Grisha made his decision.
He gave Sukuna's finger to Eren.
And Eren ate it.
A dark energy burst through Eren's veins, foreign and overwhelming. Inside his mind, a voice echoed, deep and amused.
"So, this is the brat who'll carry me now... Interesting."
Sukuna had awakened.
Inside Eren.
Grisha looked at sukana in erens body.
He spoke softly, conflicted.
"But… what about the Attack Titan? I only have a year left. If I die... and Marley gets their hands on it—"
Sukuna's voice echoed—deep, calm, and unsettling.
"You called it a curse, didn't you?"
Grisha nodded silently.
"Then let me eat you," Sukuna said without hesitation.
Grisha stepped back, stunned. "What…?"
"If I consume you," Sukuna continued, "I'll inherit the Attack Titan. And since your brat already ate my finger, you've already made your choice—to give him power beyond Titans. But if he inherits the Titan as well… he'll be bound by the same curse. The thirteen-year limit. The endless war."
Grisha clenched his fists, torn between fear and understanding.
"So… if you eat me, the Attack Titan dies with me? My son won't inherit it?"
"Exactly," Sukuna said with a smirk. "I'll absorb that cursed energy. The Titan legacy ends with you. The boy gets only my power."
Grisha looked up at the sky, his thoughts on Eren's future—free from Titans, from fate, from the chains that bound him.
He took a deep breath and nodded.
"Do it."
With a wicked grin, Sukuna rose.
"Wait," Grisha called out.
Sukuna paused, eyes narrowing.
"What is it now?"
Grisha stepped forward, confusion in his voice.
"Why are you helping me?"
Sukuna raised a brow.
"Helping?"
"Yes," Grisha pressed. "You offered to save my son before I even asked. And now you're offering to end the Titan curse by consuming me. Why? What do you gain from this?"
For a moment, Sukuna didn't speak.
His mind drifted—back to years ago. To the boy who defied him.
To the one who challenged his purpose with nothing but sheer will—Yuji Itadori.
Then, deeper still, to that last moment in limbo, where he stood with a broken Mahito.
"Well, well… it's the King of Curses," Mahito sneered.
"What do you want?" Sukuna had asked, almost bored.
"Nothing now. I'll wait for revenge," Mahito replied with a twisted smile.
Sukuna stared at him for a long moment—silent.
"I'll try something different this time," he muttered.
"What do you mean?" Mahito asked, puzzled.
"You wouldn't understand," Sukuna had replied, turning away.
Now, back in the present, Sukuna's gaze returned to Grisha. His smirk curved with something deeper—an emotion rare for the King of Curses.
"Let's just say... I wanted to try something new."
Grisha frowned, not understanding.
"Don't worry," Sukuna added with a grin. "You'll know... right after I eat you."
And then, Sukuna devoured Grisha Yeager, consuming the Attack Titan and its legacy in one final act.
The Titan curse ended that day, but in its place, something far more ancient awakened within Eren Yeager—
The King of Curses had returned.
From that day forward, Sukuna remained dormant. Eren was in full control of his body and had no memory of what had happened. He joined the Scouts and was soon deployed on his first mission at Wall Rose.
Suddenly, the Colossal Titan appeared, breaching the wall. The impact shattered their formation, and each cadet was forced to follow emergency protocols, scattering to their assigned duties.
Amid the chaos, Eren saw Armin about to be devoured by a Titan. Without hesitation, he leapt in to save him—pushing Armin out of the way—only to be caught in the Titan's jaws himself. Armin, frozen in shock, watched as Eren's hand and leg were severed in an instant. He could only stare helplessly as his friend disappeared into the Titan's mouth.
Armin was frozen—his blood ran cold. His body refused to move.
Inside the Titan's stomach, Sukuna opened his eyes. A twisted smile curled on his face as he seized control of Eren's body.
"Hmph... this brat is just like that Itadori kid—reckless and impulsive," Sukuna muttered.
He glanced down at Eren's severed limbs. With a surge of cursed energy, he activated the Reverse Cursed Technique. In an instant, Eren's hand and leg regenerated, muscles and bones knitting together like nothing had happened.
Outside, Armin blinked in confusion. The Titan that had just devoured Eren suddenly stopped. It ignored Armin completely and began stumbling backward.
Then, without warning, it was sliced into countless pieces—its body falling apart as if it were made of paper.
Eyes wide, Armin looked up to see Eren rising into the air, suspended by sheer power. The others on the battlefield watched in awe and disbelief as Eren moved like a force of nature, carving down Titans effortlessly—his body glowing with an aura none had ever seen before.
Eren—or rather, Sukuna—continued his rampage. With each wave of his hand, Titans were cleaved apart by his cursed energy, his Cleave Technique tearing through their flesh like paper.
Sasha had been seconds away from death. One moment, a Titan's jaws were inches from her face—then suddenly, Eren appeared, floating effortlessly between them. He raised his hand with calm precision.
SHHHK!
The Titan's head split into a dozen pieces, falling like petals around her.
It was the same everywhere. Any Cadet on the brink of death found themselves saved by an invisible blade and the glowing figure of Eren, soaring from rooftop to rooftop like a demon god.
Mikasa stood her ground, cornered by two Titans with no clear escape. She gritted her teeth, ready to fight to the death.
Then—
In a blur, she was lifted off the ground, cradled in someone's arms.
"Eren...?" she gasped, heart pounding.
He didn't answer. His eyes glowed with something ancient, something terrifying. Without a word, he gently dropped her onto a rooftop.
Then, with a twist of his body, he extended his arm—
Two Titans were instantly sliced apart, their upper halves sliding off their bodies in eerie silence.
The battlefield fell into stunned quiet as everyone turned toward the one responsible. Floating above the chaos was Eren—his presence overwhelming, his power unmistakable.
But behind those glowing eyes... Was it really still him?
Trost District was left in eerie silence, painted in blood and smoke. The streets were littered with mangled Titan corpses, their bodies cleaved cleanly—some with surgical precision, others split like logs. Buildings bore the scars of the same ruthless technique—entire rooftops and walls sliced in neat diagonals, as if by a blade no one could see.
The soldiers called it a massacre. Some called it a miracle. But no one could explain it.
The next morning, whispers became reports. Reports became orders.
News of Eren Jaeger's rampage reached the higher-ups.
And though Eren had returned to normal—calm, confused, and unaware—his display of power was impossible to ignore. The rumors spread like wildfire through the ranks.
"He was flying." "He cut a Titan with just a gesture." "His wounds healed instantly."
Initially, Kitz Wommerman—known for his paranoia and explosive fear of Titans—insisted on interrogating Eren personally. He prepared his men, ready to treat Eren as a threat.
But before Kitz could act, the information reached Commander Erwin Smith.
Understanding the political weight of the situation—and the threat it posed if mishandled—Erwin intervened swiftly.
"Summon him to the military court," Erwin ordered.
"we need answers."
And so, Eren Jaeger was summoned to stand before the Tribunal Darius Zacklye —unaware that deep inside him, a dark king slumbered... waiting.
