Halo, it's time for the next chapter. Enjoy the reading.

There was a big excitement about the birthday celebration at the Crimson Palace and the soldiers proudly marched towards the palace, feeling they had found a suitable gift for their lord. While the platoon leader led the line and excitedly beat the drums, the other three soldiers rode their toy horses to the rear. In the middle was the RWBY team and Lance, who handed the soldiers Penny's sword and were invited to the ceremony.

The road led to the top of the large red grassy hill, where the Crimson Palace awaited them, which stood like a crown jewel on the hilltop.

- Do we really have to go in there? - Yang had a bad feeling as she looked up at the castle.

- Well, - Ruby hoped that following the plot of the book would work. - the Red King helped Alyx, so maybe he'll help us too.

- But we aren't Alyx? - Weiss was much more skeptical.

- You have a better plan? - Lance followed Ruby, no matter what she came up with.

After a few minutes of marching, they finally arrived at the castle's garden, which was full of red, neatly trimmed and manicured red bushes. A whole squad of carved, red-uniformed soldiers awaited them, standing at attention on the marble path of the garden, facing each other, their red-handled, gold-bladed pikes crossed with those facing them.

As the platoon leader began to beat the drums again, the soldiers facing each other took a big step back, then raised the bottom of their pikes to their mouths and began to blow the trumpet.

As all the soldiers stepped back, their lord, whose escort they were, appeared. A short, small white puppet, with curly, blond hair, dressed entirely in red, in red trousers, a red coat, a red cloak and a large, ornate crown on his head that was at least as big as his head, walked proudly and as soon as he reached the end of the procession, he straightened himself and signaled to the soldiers to stop blowing trumpets.

- Are you the Red King? - Ruby and the others looked in disbelief at the short puppet, who was barely bigger than a child.

- How dare you?! - The king nervously opened his ruby-red eyes, staring angrily and insultedly at the newcomers. - There is no king here! - He put his hand on his chest proudly and straightened himself. - I am the Red Prince! - He accidentally knocked the large crown on his head, which tilted forward and covered his eyes. - I would never enter anyone's castle without knowing who's it's lord! - He quickly adjusted the crown and gave a pompous lecture to the team. - And on my birthday! - He stomped his feet angrily.

- Happy birthday, Your Majesty! - The soldiers clinked their spades.

- Happy birthday, Your Majesty! - One of the soldiers, who had been dazed because he was watching a blue and black butterfly, belatedly wished his lord a happy birthday, but he was afraid because the Prince was staring angrily at his late subject.

- Yes, yes, - The Prince just waved, not getting upset about a soldier who was a little slow-witted. - this is a great day. - He started towards his castle. - Thank you very much.

- Red Prince? - Blake whispered a little confusedly to the others, since in the book he was a king and not a prince.

- And the king wasn't that rude... - Yang also remembered the differences in the book. - or short. - Some of the soldiers were horrified that anyone would dare to speak like that about their lord. - Or loud.

- If your kind hadn't shown up, the king would still be with us. - One of the soldiers whispered angrily to them, but the other soldiers quickly hushed him, then stood at attention again.

The girls and Lance looked at each other, wondering who should negotiate with this sullen, child prince. Of course, all eyes were on Ruby, since she was the team captain, so the negotiation was her responsibility. The girl accepted the responsibility imposed on her with a sigh and stepped forward, putting on her sweetest face.

- Happy birthday, your majesty. - Ruby tried to bow clumsily, but Weiss shook her head nervously and regretted that she hadn't gone.

- Happy birthday! - The rest of the group joined in.

- How do you know when my birthday is?! - The prince turned and backed away from the group in horror. - That's a very personal information! - Terrified and trembling, he clutched his crown to his head and glanced here and there, fearing that he might be attacked at any moment. - You must be intruders or spies! - He climbed onto the back of one of the soldiers, but the sudden weight caused him to fall to the ground, along with the prince. - And you want to steal my crown!

- You said earlier that today is your birthday. - Yang reminded him.

- Also, the whole kingdom is full of posters with invitations. - Weiss just buried her head in her hands.

- Shut up! - The prince quickly appeared in front of Weiss to make her stop. - You are present in the person of royalty! - A soldier immediately went over to kneel before him and kiss the back of his hand. - Who's me, thank you very much. - He continued angrily, bouncing on a soldier's back. - The heir of the Crimson Castle! - As soon as he got tired of jumping, he panted tiredly and a snot bubble formed from one of his nostrils, which the soldier below him quickly popped.

- Wow, - Weiss remembered her self in Beacon a little unpleasantly. - was I that unbearable and arrogant?

- No, - Lance just shook his head. - you were a little taller.

- Your Majesty! - The soldiers just pushed them aside to show them the gift they had acquired. - We have brought you a wonderful gift! - He knelt before him, while his companion had already brought the sword, which was wrapped in a red cloak. - Something worthy of a royal birthday!

- Very rare! - The one who brought it knelt next to his companion. - The weapon of the greatest warrior who ever lived!

- And the credit is ours and ours alone and we obtained it without the help of anyone else! - The first soldier wanted to clarify this.

- But we gave it to you... - They didn't even listen to Weiss' interjection and just pushed her back to her companions.

- Without help. - The soldier repeated.

The prince just climbed off the other soldier's back and walked excitedly, his eyes sparkling, towards his gift, which he unwrapped with great excitement, but the shine in his eyes and his wide smile quickly faded as he saw the dark green glass sword.

- Green? - You could feel the disgust and contempt in his voice. - Why is it green?! - The two soldiers looked at him trembling, while their prince kicked the sword aside indignantly, which fell into the bushes.

- Hey! - Lance was about to go after the sword, but the soldiers blocked his way. - Let him through, or you'll end up as firewood!

- That's mine! - The prince screamed. - I don't care if it's a green junk, it's still mine!

- You little... - Lance wanted to rip this sleazy puppet in two, but Ruby grabbed his arm and looked at him pleadingly, asking him not to do anything.

- Please, Lance... - He couldn't resist Ruby's sad and pleading gaze and let his sword.

- Forgive us, Your Majesty! - The two soldiers just begged the prince.

- We didn't know it was green!

- We... are fools!

- Take them. - The prince just waved, before two other soldiers grabbed the two disappointments and dragged them into the bushes.

- Your Majesty, please!

- They sold it to us!

- Please!

In vain, after they reached behind the bushes, above which only the pikes of the other two soldiers could be seen striking down and the soldiers' pleas immediately died down. Team RWBY and Lance just stared in horror at the bush behind which the two soldiers had been executed.

- Wait! - Ruby tried something else. - Maybe we can cheer you up... - The soldiers immediately blocked her way.

- Hm, - The prince stopped and thought. - beheadings are fun, but... continue.

- We heard you like to play. - Ruby hoped that this would gain the prince's favor, as the little ruler turned with a wide smile.

There was a huge celebration in the Crimson Palace, because the prince loved his games very much, so a host of bells rang from all the windows of the highest tower, announcing that the prince had new challengers.

The royal throne room was a huge, round hall, the floor of which was laid out with red and white marble cubes, but in the middle there was a huge, red and white star-shaped tiles, in the middle of which there was a round staircase, in the middle of which there was a huge, carved wooden, at first glance chess board, at one end there was the prince's throne, while on the other side there was a smaller chair.

- So, - the prince sat down on his throne excitedly and was excited about the game. - what do you want from me in return for playing my game? - He adjusted his crown suspiciously and clasped his hands. - And more importantly, which of you will I play with?

- Well... - Ruby was about to apply, but the prince had already chosen his opponent.

- It'll be you! - He clearly chose Lance.

- Me? - Lance wasn't surprised.

- I didn't like your outburst in the courtyard, - The prince reminded him. - If I win, I'll behead you. - He looked at the RWBY team the whole time. - All of you. - Lance swallowed nervously, since now not only his own life, but also the girls' lives were in his hands, but all the members of the RWBY team nodded bravely to stand before him.

- Let it be. - Lance agreed and took off his helmet and placed it on the edge of the board. - But if I win, you have to help us get to the Tree.

- The Tree? - The prince just repeated tiredly. - But it's so... far away.

- We're risking our lives, - Lance clarified. - you only a day at most.

- Hm, - The prince thought again, because that's not a lot to ask. - if you win, - Finally he jumped up excitedly and, for the first time, bowed humbly. - I'll help you with anything I can.

- Thank you. - Lance was relieved.

- But be so kind, - The prince looked at Lance's rose-sigiled helmet in disgust. - I don't want to see your ugly crown on the board.

- It's a helmet, - Lance put it down next to his seat. - but as you wish.

- Whatever it is, - The prince proudly showed his crown. - mine's bigger and more beautiful! - The soldiers just started clapping around him.

- Can we start the game? - Lance just rolled his eyes.

- Are you already rushing towards your next life? - The prince sat down excitedly.

- First of all, - Lance looked at the board, which resembled chess, but there were three different colored squares on it, white, light brown and red brown, in addition, the pieces were all mixed up. They were strange little creatures, in costumes shaped like salt shakers, but while the white ones were worn and rickety, even their weapons were broken and old, the red ones were in much better condition, their armor was spiked and they had much bigger, stronger and better-conditioned weapons. - how to play?

At this casual question, the prince and even his subjects began to laugh out loud, since this game is the most popular in the Ever After and every creature knows it.

- First rule, - The prince, after being able to breathe properly from laughter, began to explain the rules, but the soldiers immediately stopped laughing and pulled themselves together. - a player can move one piece one space each turn. Rule two, whoever can get the most pieces to the other side of the board wins. Rule three, to take as much territory on the board as possible, you have to get rid of everyone who owns it.

- Get rid of? - It was clear to Lance that it was like a game of chess and checkers mixed together.

The prince just clicked and the red pieces on the board took out their weapons and lined up on his side, while the white, worn and broken pieces lined up tiredly and sighing on Lance's side. It was clear that the prince always plays with the red team and his opponents get the white team, who are already used to losing and now only experience it as a huge fatigue that they have to lose again.

- I get it. - Lance felt the tiredness and depression of the pieces, but something else caught his eye. - My team is incomplete, at least four pieces are missing.

- Hm, - This didn't escape the prince's attention either. - how good it is that your friends came with you.

- What? - Lance blinked twice, before the prince just clicked once and a red, shimmering beam of light appeared from the prince's throne, wrapping around Ruby, causing the girl to shrink, barely a few inches, then Weiss, Blake and Yang also suffered the same fate - Hey, what are you doing?! - The RWBY team shrank to the size of chess pieces and found themselves on the board, in the places of the missing pieces. - Girls?!

- We are all little now. - Little, who fell off Ruby's shoulder, Lance caught him.

- We are fine! - Yang assured the boy.

- Lance, the most important thing is to win this game! - Blake remained purposeful.

- We trust you, Lance! - Ruby assured him.

- What about them? - The white pieces stared at the RWBY team curiously.

- I don't know, but they look pretty stupid.

- It seems, - Weiss took out Myrtenaster. - they will be our teammates.

- Our lives are at stake. - Lance was worried, because if he loses now, he will also put the girls' lives in danger.

- Since I am a generous ruler, - the prince just stared at the knight with an enjoyable smile. - I will allow the white team to move first. Start! - The soldiers excitedly rotated their spades, by which time the throne room was completely dark and only the board was illuminated by a spotlight.

- Nice. - Lance wondered which piece to move first. - You, there! - He looked at one of the battered pawns in front. - Attack! - He pointed at the red pawn opposite him.

The white pawn just sighed wearily and wanted to carry out this order as much as our heroes wanted to be stuck in the Ever After. But he obeyed and the two pawns clashed and as the red one pushed the white one back, he looked at the prince who signaled him to fall. The pawn obeyed and immediately threw himself to the ground.

- The first victory is mine! - The prince just laughed while a stretcher appeared next to the downed pawn, which he rolled onto and already carried off the board, while stretching a little on it.

- Deserter. - Lance saw it all, but now he didn't have time to look for scapegoats. - You three, forward!

He ordered three pawns, but the red pawns sent them to the floor with a sweep and Lance began to despair a little. He didn't want to send the RWBY team, because he saw how easily they took down the first four pawns, so he thought of something else. He couldn't bear to watch as the prince took down Lance's pawns one by one.

- Weiss, - Lance was forced to send the girls. - can you take care of it?

- Have some faith! - Weiss had already lifted Myrtenaster and attacked one of the red pawns, which she sent to the floor after three blows. The girl just bowed, while the floating stretcher was already carrying the fallen pawn.

- Uhm... - The prince couldn't help but be amazed at how she was able to take down one of his pawns so easily. - Beginner's luck! It doesn't bother me at all. - He started laughing nervously and a terrible feeling came over him. - By the way, - He clasped his hands under his chin. - would you tell me why you want to get to the Tree?

- We want to go home. - Lance replied, thinking about his next move. - We hope the Tree will help. - There was a next move. - Yang, prove that the last one wasn't luck.

- I'll take care of it! - Yang charged Ember Celica, sending the pawn opposite her to the floor and hitting him in the face at least a dozen times, which must have made him unable to get up.

The rest of Team RWBY and the white pawns just cheered, because for the first time in their lives, they finally saw some chance of winning.

- What are these creatures?!

- I don't know, but they're really good!

- And... - The prince was getting more and more nervous, his carved fingers almost digging into the armrest of his throne. - How do you know that?

- Well, - Lance just shrugged and said what he knew. - it worked for someone we know, so maybe it will work for us too. Blake, - He looked at the faunus girl. - you're coming.

Blake took out Gumbo Shroud and waited for the red pawn opposite her to attack, but she used her Semblance to create a shadow clone, then appeared behind the pawn. She split her weapon in half in mid-air and hooked it into the pawn's leg, pulled it one by one and sent it to the ground, then jumped on it and took several blows with her weapon and he never got up again.

- That's it! - Yang cheered loudly for her girlfriend, who turned away, and blushing a little.

- Someone you know? - The prince was already shaking with anger.

- Ruby, next is yours. - Lance didn't even pay attention to the prince, he just sent the next girl to the front.

- No problem! - Ruby was about to go against the next pawn, but she remembered that Crescent Rose was still missing. - Or maybe...

- Here's mine! - One of the white pawns handed his sword to the girl.

- Thank you.

Ruby, turning into a pile of rose petals with her Semblance, glided towards the next red pawn. Her opponent took a defensive stance, but Ruby's pile of rose petals split in two, appeared behind the pawn, and attacked him from behind. The pawn tried to counterattack, but Ruby dodged it with lightning speed, landed another blow, and kicked him to the floor.

- This is it, we finally have a chance! - The white pawns couldn't help but cheer themself up.

- And what about us?! - Enthusiastic about the success of the RWBY team, the white pawns' fighting spirit also returned. - What should we do?!

- Smash them apart! - Lance confidently incited his team against the prince's.

- That's it! - The prince was furious and shocked to see how bravely and confidently the perpetually losing white pawns were now daring to fight him, and successfully, too. - It's my turn! - He jumped up on the table and screamed his command at the top of his lungs. - ATTACK! Finish off the opposing team!

An amazing battle ensued between the white and red teams, which were evenly matched for the first time in ages. Although the numbers were even, the newfound courage of the white pawns surprised the reds, forcing them to retreat. Of course, Team RWBY also took part in the battle and kept picking off the red pawns and helping the white ones. At least six more red pawns were on the floor.

- No! - The prince angrily slapped the armrest of the throne, then jumped out and kicked the throne. - This shouldn't happen like this! - He stepped down the stairs indignantly, into the darkness. - This isn't good! This isn't fair! - A spotlight illuminated him and he dramatically fell to his knees. - You... - He was almost on the verge of crying when he stared at Lance. - You... - He suddenly remembered something familiar. - Wait! - He looked at Lance and the girls suspiciously. - What kind of species did you say you were?

- Well... - Lance just shrugged. - Blake is a faunus, Little is a mouse, the rest of us, including me... are humans.

At this casual statement, not only the prince, but even the red and white pawns on the board were shocked at the same time.

- Humans... - The prince watched them in shock for a while, then in the blink of an eye, his face cracked in three places, he was so overcome with anger. - Humans?! HUMANS! - He jumped up angrily. - I knew it! You must have cheated! - He accused his opponents and jumped up on the table.

- Hey...! - Lance tried to explain the situation unnecessarily, but in vain.

- All of them, - The prince no longer cared about the game at all, he simply ordered both teams, the white and the red. - get them! GET THEM!

The white and red teams simultaneously attacked the RWBY team, but the girls bravely took the obstacle. Blake and Yang combined, Blake giving Yang the other half of the Gumbo Shroud, which she swung at her girlfriend, who knocked out at least half a dozen pawns.

Weiss neutralized three pawns with a single, graceful slash, then tried to stab six pawns at once, but she stuck the tip of Myrtenaster into the floor and balanced and dodged the attacks. Finally, summoning a rune on the tip of her sword, she pushed the pawns back and sent herself into the air, but there she summoned another rune, from which she jumped and threw herself at one of the pawns and knocked it out. She summoned another rune under herself, with which she threw herself at another pawn, then repeated it over and over, picking off the enemy nicely.

A group of white pawns chased her, but that didn't bother her at all as she jumped away from one of the swords stuck in the ground.

Ruby wasn't idle either, she managed to knock out several pawns with the sword she received at the beginning of the game, there was even a time when two pawns collided when she quickly flew away from them with her Semblance.

It went on like this, the RWBY team easily held their own against the red and white pawns. Yang attached a few bombs to one of the white pawns, then pushed it to a group of red pawns, causing them all to fall to the floor.

Blake cut off one pawn's arm with Gumbo Shroud and kicked it back, then kicked another in the head, but before a third blow, she jumped on the other's head and jumped away from there, but another pawn punched her into the wall.

- Hey, that's not fair! - Lance slammed the table angrily.

- It's my royal birthday and I'm doing what I want! - The prince was adamant and called back the pawns he had previously knocked down.

- Really?! Then what do you say to this?! - Lance grabbed almost all the pawns on the board with both hands and threw them at the prince. The rest of the RWBY team had already easily managed and they knocked out that handful of reinforcements. - Checkmate.

The prince roared angrily and overturned the table, causing the remaining pawns and the RWBY team to fly into the air.

- Girls! - Lance quickly grabbed his helmet and rushed after them, but Ruby used her Semblance to grab them all and quickly flew into the helmet where they were safe.

- If you don't back off, I'll behead you! - The prince didn't accept defeat.

- We won, fair and square! - Lance demanded, stepping in front of the prince. - Take us to the Tree and change my friends back, - He took out his sword and pointed it at the prince. - or I'll behead you!

- Guards! - The prince only grew angrier at the threat. - Their heads...

- Your Majesty! - A calm, refined voice from behind the prince signaled him to stop. It was a pair of blue-light eyes and a mouth that spoke to him. - You must have been very upset. - The next moment, the body of a cat appeared next to the mouth and eyes, but it was no ordinary cat, most of its body was purple, while its paws were light blue, but its back was a purple and light blue checkered pattern. It gently licked the head of one of its paws. - You are unable to fulfill the one task that weighs on your shoulders in this world. - It smiled kindly at the prince. - I understand. - It stepped off the overturned table, down the stairs and approached the prince. - I am sure you don't want to behead them. Without their heads, they are quite fragile. If you get angry and crush them, they may never come back. - Suddenly, with a pop, the cat's head disappeared, but quickly reappeared.

- But... - The prince was still shaking with anger. - but it's my birthday. - He pointed at Lance. - And they wouldn't let...

- I know, Your Majesty. - The cat was just trying to calm the prince down. - This really isn't fair. - He snuggled up to the prince's feet, who seemed to be calming down. - You must be in a lot of pain. - A pile of purple and blue cubes from the cat's tail went into the prince's heart, which made him completely calm down and start sniffing. - Let me help.

- Okay. - The prince finally agreed as he started to chirp, white beads falling from his eyes and he sat on the floor. - I won't behead them. - He wiped his tears and yelled again, angrily. - BUT I DON'T WANT TO SEE THEM ANY MORE! - He was on the floor bawling and whimpering like a child.

The cat, while the prince was roaring, quickly approached Lance.

- Thank you for your help, - Lance was grateful to the cat and knelt down in front of him. - but my friends are still small. - He pointed to the RWBY team in his helmet, who were still a few inches tall. - The prince promised that...

- Promises are like birds. - The cat jumped onto Lance's shoulder. - They taste good, but they always fly away. - He turned and looked at Lance with his big blue eyes. - You should go, - He whispered in the boy's ear. - before he would change his mind. - He jumped off his shoulder and headed towards one of the doors. - Come quickly! - Lance, having no other option, followed the cat.

- Finish them off! - The prince gave the order to his soldiers, who immediately started chasing Lance.

The cat ran up one of the winding spiral stairs, while Lance ran after it and followed it. They jumped through a door, but strangely, since the wall had to be used as a floor, while the floor and roof served as walls, but Lance wasn't far behind the cat and followed it through another door, which opened into a black and white checkered corridor and they had to run down a spiral staircase, defying all the laws of gravity.

Lance ran after the cat desperately, dodging the weapons of the soldiers chasing them and they jumped into another door, which was in the floor, but on the other side they had to use the roof as a floor.

- This way! - The cat suddenly dropped in front of Lance's face and pointed towards the door in the wall, behind which the cat was again. - This way out!

Lance didn't hesitate and climbed through it, then closed it behind them.

- I don't know what the hell that was, - Lance, despite being told to remain silent, was quite irritated by what had happened earlier. - but thanks for saving us.

- It's a good thing I jumped into the prince's party when I had to. - The cat just started walking down the dark corridor, which turned out to be quite narrow and cramped. It was the only source of light, so Lance followed it, but his large stature and armor made it quite difficult to move around, but he couldn't stay behind the cat. - I usually hate holidays. - It turned curiously to Lance, who was struggling with the narrow passage. - How did you guys even get into his game?

- We wanted to talk to the Red King. - Since Lance was too busy moving around in the passage, Blake answered. - But he wasn't there and now we're back where we started from.

- The King?! - The cat stopped in shock and curiosity and jumped in front of Lance. - How do you know him?! - Then it looked at Lance's helmet, where Team RWBY and Little were. - Well, - It left the helmet and Lance and continued on it's way. - Times change, you know. As do we, when our time comes to change. - He stopped and turned back to the team. - You don't?

A blinding light appeared behind the cat, engulfing both Lance and Team RWBY.

The next moment, yellow earth spread out before Lance's eyes and as he raised his head, he saw that they were in the Crimson Forest, on a path.

- Did you hear?! - Yang started to connect things. - There was a Red King.

- Yes, - Blake was more worried about something. - but since then something has changed.

- Great! - Weiss was getting more and more annoyed by this fairy tale thing. - So, we're not in that stupid fairy tale, but in its stupid sequel! - Little fell asleep again and lay down on Weiss.

- First of all, - The cat wanted to clarify something and started circling Lance. - what are you guys? What did you want to talk to the King about? And what... - It lay on its back and started poking Lance's boots with its paw. - is your favorite desserts?

- What's so big about that? - Lance just spread his hands as he stood up. - We're humans.

- I have to tell you... - The cat just wagged its tail. - You're not nearly as interesting as the ones I've met so far. - Finally it stood up. - What if... - It saw a yellow butterfly landing on a blade of grass. - Wait! - It jumped towards the butterfly, but as it jumped, its body felt like it was made of rubber and it stretched so much that its lower body had to follow.

- What's with this cat? - Weiss found the cat extremely annoying. - Is there anyone here who's normal?

- This isn't an ordinary cat! - Blake recognized the cat. - When Alyx was here, she met the Curious Cat, who really liked to ask questions!

- And the Curious Cat helped Alyx find the Tree! - Yang understood too.

- Then we'll need his help! - Ruby joined in.

- Wait, - Weiss was the only one who didn't like the idea. - so, the Cat is our ticket out of here?

- Lance, don't let him escape! - Yang shouted.

- Right now! - Lance immediately ran after Cat, who, after catching the butterfly, started chasing a beetle. - Come back, you stupid Cat!

- Cat?! - Little woke up and was startled by the thought of Cat. - What cat?! I knew this would happen!

Lance was after Cat, the only creature that could help him find the exit.

After Team RWBY and Lance had sufficiently weakened the Jabberwalker, it was forced to flee from Jungle Manor to the Abandoned Acre, where it could regain it's strength. A storm raged, but it didn't care, not even that the sharp grass that was razor-sharp cut it's skin, it just kept running.

- Pick up... - It stopped at a crossroads and looked for new targets. - Fix...

Suddenly, something pink crashed from the sky, not far, behind a nearby hill, scaring away the birds.

It was Neo who also crashed into the Ever After, but in a different place than the RWBY team and Lance.

Neo burned with anger and expressing her emotions, she took the form of Cinder, who had made her here. Then she took the form of Genna, who kidnapped Roman and finally the form of Salem, who locked Roman in a crystal prison.

- Find... - She heard the Jabberwalker behind her and regained her original form and prepared for the fight, but something strange happened.

As she was about to use her Semblance to create a clone of herself to fight, the clone emerged from the ground, but it was much more lifelike and stronger than the ones she had created so far. Then a clone of herself appeared on the other side, without much effort. Soon, a small army of Neos appeared, which she controlled.

- Stop... - The Jabberwalker was frightened by the overwhelming force and started to retreat. - Finish... - Neo turned her head to the right, then to the left and her clones imitated her. She clicked and the Neo clones attacked the Jabberwalker, who desperately tried to escape. - Stop... - In vain, the Neo clones kept coming towards it, each of them had a Hush in their hands, the tip of which was turned on. - Don't... - There was no mercy, her clones finished off the Jabberwalker without difficulty.

Neo knew that once she got out of here, no matter what this place was, with this power she would surely kill Cinder, Genna and save Roman, wherever he was.
