Chapter 3

(Center of Arcadia)

It was a big night for Jaune and his company, the center of Arcadia was like a carnival. All of the buildings were getting ready to show off the new inventions from Arc Industries. From new scrolls and operator systems to mechs, armor, and weapons to battle Grimm. Everyone from around Arcadia and her neighbors was waiting to come into the 'Arc Expo'. Jaune, Tera, and Sapphron were walking around the expo looking around.

Jaune was under a lot of fatigue Tera was worried over him. She made sure he was eating right, getting enough sleep, and was there if he needed an ear to listen. She does care for him, not is he her boss, but he's her brother-in-law. Jaune was taking some caffeine pills to stay awake. "Are you sure you're alright Jaune?" She asked, he washed them down with some water.

"Yeah, I'm fine Tera." He said.

"You don't look it," said Sapphron. "Maybe we should postpone the opening." He shook his head.

"I'm fine besides, you know me, I'd be on my death bed and I'd still be doing this."

"That's what we're worried about." Said Tera as Jaune walked to the main building. They looked at each other and followed him in.

(The main building)

There were the who's who of famous hunters and huntresses in the area, even their mom. Rachel went over to them. She was in a black, white, and gold evening gown, and black and gold boots. Her hair was tied up into a bun. "Good Evening you three." She said while hugging them. Then she got to Jaune and looked into his eyes. "Are you alright, sweetheart?"

"I'm just tired and trying to keep awake." He said.

"I'm coming with you, just so I can help you if you need it." They nodded and went to the main stage.

"Ladies and Gentlemen," said the announcer. "Welcome to the first annual Arc Expo!" Everyone applauded and Jaune walked onto the stage. "Please welcome, the owner of Arc Industries, Jaune Arc." Jaune walked to the podium to cheers and a standing ovation.

"Thank you," he said. "Thank you so much. Welcome to the Arc Expo, three days of, everything Arc Industries. During this weekend, you will see everything we have to offer you, from toys to scrolls to weapons. We hope that you enjoy yourself and have a good time." The audience applauded again and Jaune walked off the stage.

Later, Rachel and Jaune were walking through the expo looking at everything Arc Industries had come up with. "All this, within a matter of weeks." She said, Jaune yawned covering his mouth. "I'm proud of you." She kissed him on the cheek and he smiled. Just then, he got a call.

"Talk to me," he said.

[I don't know how he's here but, Jacques Schnee is here. Demanding to see you.] Said a guard. That awoke him.]

"What?" Rachel looked at him. "Why does that ass want to see me?"

[He wants the company.]

"Son of a Bitch! We're on the way!" He hung up.

"What's wrong?" Asked Rachel.

"Schnee's here!"

"Why?"

"He wants the company." Rachel was in shock.

(Arc Scroll building)

Jacques Schnee was glaring at the guards as they pointed guns at him. "I'm going to own You!" He said.

"LEAVE THE PROPERTY!" Said the head guard.

"Not Until I See Arc And Get What's Mine!" That was when Jaune and Rachel showed up.

"Arc Industries is not yours Schnee!" He said, "I suggest you leave Arcadia and never return!"

"I suggest you hand over Arc Industries to me and walk away!" He said.

"How's about you kiss my ass and blow me?" Jacques got mad and snapped his fingers and guards had pointed them. "Really?" He reached for his earpiece. "UP TOP!" Just then they were suddenly lit up. "Anybody moves, my boys will smoke you."

"Jacques, you are not getting anything from us or Arc Industries!" Said Rachel, just then Atlas soldiers surrounded them. Ironwood came walking over to them.

"Do as he says Arc!" Said Ironwood.

"Fuck you, 'Tin Man'!" He said, just then he held a gun at Rachel's head and Jaune pulled out a device. "I'll set off this EMP grenade and kill you."

"You're bluffing, you wouldn't destroy your products!"

"They are protected from EMPs."

"I'll take the chance, now do as he says, or I'll your mother and take…ARGH!" He was shot through his chest. Everyone was looking around for the attacker. Just then someone in armor landed near the Arcs.

"Hey guys," she said. "Schnee, you got ten seconds to explain why you thought messing with my boss was a good idea?" Jacques leaped at Jaune to grab the device from him and used it on the armored hero.

"Now! Surrender Arc…!" Just then he was decked and hit the floor.

"But how?" Said a guard.

"Uh, remember when I said my products are protected from EMPs?" Said Jaune, he grabbed Jacques and started to beat the unholy hell out of him. After a good 30 minutes of beating a greedy old man, Rachel had called for her guards to send Schnee and Ironwood back home. "Tell them if they want to go to court, they will lose." With that, they were gone.

(Beacon; RWBY's dorm, the next day)

Weiss had received a message that her father was beaten half to death. She was told about what happened the previous night. How he tried to get one of the richest companies on the planet owned by Jaune Arc and no matter what she'd say, he wasn't giving it up. Not for her, not for anyone.

(Ozpin's office)

Cardin had walked in as if he owned the place, "ah sit down Mr. Winchester." He said so the bully did. "I have some bad news for you. Your father has disowned you." Cardin was in shock, he was disowned?

"What?"

"Yes, he wanted me to play this for you." Ozpin played a message for Cardin.

[YOU FUCKING MORON! So, my teachings didn't mean anything to you? If I wasn't there for your birth, I would have punched your mother in the mouth. There is NO WAY, you came from my loins!] Cardin was mad at his father.

"Also, I have been too lax on you. So, I am putting you on probation and suspension for thirty days."

"WHAT? YOU CAN'T DO THAT!"

"Who's Stopping Me, Mr. Winchester?" Cardin realized he can do anything about it.
