Happy Canada Day everyone!

Wishing you all the best and praying that you are being kept warm and safe.

The first part of Infinity War's epic finale shall be posted shortly (if not tonight then tomorrow), so in order to wet the appetite of readers, an extra little scene.

The other reason I am doing this is to post something that advances the story in the case that an impromptu family gathering, which includes a grandparent I have not seen in years, takes up more time than I think.

What is this update about, you may ask?

Well, several reviewers have thought about what happens in this mini-chapter and have asked for it to happen. I was unsure for the longest time if myself and justimtaylor could incorporate the idea, as we have a fairly full and colorful cast.

(Just realizing that, with that spiel, I've all but spoiled the surprise...)

But last week, the co-creator of this story approached me with an ironclad way of involving the idea into the story. So to those who asked...Those questions are now answered.

With that little ramble out of the way, here is a hopefully enjoyed little mini-chapter.

Read and review, would ye kindly?

As grand battles took place on the planet of Titan, the plains of Wakanda and across the multi-verse, there was yet another force being drawn into the battle.

Much like our beloved web-head, this force was more...'street' level than others. This did not mean it wasn't averse to fighting grand fights though, The members just preferred to stay in the shadows.

Speaking of shadows, that is where this part of the tale begins, in a setting that one would avoid under most circumstances

That place? A New York sewer.

But in this sewer, there is a seemingly empty room with multiple tv screens are on showing the news of the alien attacks and ships. And at one such compuer is a rather large figure, dechipring all teh information to get a clean picture...

"What's happening, dude?"

"Any solid leads?""

"i don't know, its seems everyone around the world is reacting to this and spreading theories like wildfire...but one seems to be trending..."

"And that is?"

"...People turning into Dust."

A fourth voice enters the conversatuon.

"So egghead what your saying is that whatever the hell happened to Master and April is happening around the world...?"

"That's about right, yes." The one at the computer said, his voice taking a depressed tone. Said sadness was shared by the others

"...This sounds kinda above our pay-grade, let the big shots up there handle it" The one who had brought up their losses mused.

"Well..." The one who had asked about leads noted, pointing to several images. "That's gonna be hard because most of the Avengers are wanted dead of alive. We may not have a choice."

Instantly, the gravity of the situtaion became clear.

"This is not cool, dude..."

"Any other day, we'd have loved to do this." The computer user mentioned.

Before the others could comment about how they agreed, a knock on the door got thier attention. Instantly, all the tragedy was forgotten as the four readed to fight; one with twin Katana, another with two sais, one with nunchuku and the computer user with a bo-staff.

As teh door opened, they rushed forward, only to slow down when they realized something...Only a few people knew this place...so perhaps...

"Guys easy!" The katana wielder ordered, putting one sword away as he went to open the door. "It's probably Casey asking us to help him with something"

He opened the door...to find a younger man with spikey hair, a goatee and green clothes at the door.

"Ninja Turtles, I've been sent by Andros and the Avengers...we need your help"

The speakers, now revealed to be humanoid turtles, looked at each other with the orange masked one yelling:

"COWABUNGA!"

Hows THAT for a mini-chapter?
