Chapter 3: Fine Fields
As they traveled up the Dreamstalk, the heroes find themselves in the sky filled with clouds and the path was filled with flowers.
"Wow, look at the clouds, they're so soft and fluffy." Janet said.
"Yeah, just like cloud town from Inside Out." Ethan said.
"And flower blooming on the Dreamstalk."
"Okay, let's climb up the Dreamstalk."
Kirby and the two teens climbed up and reaches the magical floating star above them.
"That's a warp star," said Janet.
"Yeah," replied Ethan.
Kirby hopped onto the warp star and tells them to hop on board.
"You want us to get onto your warp star?" Ethan asks, and Kirby nodded.
"Oh, okay. Come on, Ethan." Janet said to him.
Ethan and Janet hopped onto the warp star and they all flew to a new location.
Once they landed on the ground, the heroes looked around and they saw colorful landscapes and colorful trees.
"That must be the Fine Fields," whispered Janet.
"Yeah, this place is beautiful." Ethan said.
"And there's also the sign." Janet said, pointing at the sign.
"Poyo!" Kirby said.
They walked up to the sign and Ethan begins to read it, "Welcome to Floraila, where all the happy flowers bloom."
"Hey, we must be in the kingdom of Floraila. In fact, this place has to be Fine Fields." Janet said.
"Poyo?" Kirby asks.
"It's kind of a long story, Kirby. But anyways, we can't stop chattering for now, we got a friend to save." Ethan said.
As the heroes continued their adventure on their path, an enemy with a sword appeared in front of them.
"What is that?" Janet asks.
"I think that's Blade Sword." Ethan said.
Kirby jumped in front the enemy and uses his inhale power to suck Blade Sword into his mouth, which transform him into a sword fighter.
"Oh my, Kirby has inhale powers!" Janet said.
"Yeah! That's Sword Kirby!" Ethan said.
Kirby ran over to the tall grass and slashes it with his sword. Then he attacks the waddle dees with his sword, even the swinging waddle dees.
"Look at him go!" Janet said.
"Yeah, but should we help him out?" Ethan asked.
"I guess, I think our magic wands can be useful to fight off bad guys." Janet said.
"Great, let's join him!" Ethan said.
"Nah, let's do that for later."
"Good idea."
When Kirby was finished attacking the enemies, they found an entrance to the underground cave but it was far away.
"Oh lock, there's a cave entrance." Ethan said.
"But how are we gonna get to that entrance?" Janet asks.
Just then, a different floating star appears right beside them. It was a 3D warp star.
"Hey, that's a 3D Warp Star! We can use it to get to the other side!" Janet said.
"Poyo!" Kirby said.
"Well then, let's hop on!" Ethan said.
Kirby and the two teens hop onto the 3D warp star and flys right beside the cave's entrance.
"We made it! Thank you, 3D warp star." Janet said.
"Yeah, just like your warp star, Kirby." Ethan said.
"Poyo!" Kirby said and the teens giggled.
"Come on, let's go inside!" Janet said.
As the heroes went inside the cave, they've encountered a bell-shaped creature who dings in front of them.
"Hey, that's Ringle!" Ethan said before Kirby reject his sword ability and uses his inhale powers to suck Ringle into his mouth, which turns into Bell Kirby.
"No way, it's Bell Kirby!" Janet said as Kirby runs at the enemies with his bells.
"Great job, Kirby." Ethan said.
"Poyo!" Kirby said.
Before the heroes continued walking through the cave, they stopped in front of the burning pile of logs that is blocking their way.
"Woah, those burning logs are blocking our path! Who could've done this?" Janet asks.
Ethan noticed that the waddle dees are throwing logs at the pile to make it burned.
"I think I know who done this, the Waddle Dees are throwing logs to make the pile all fired up!" Ethan told them.
"Huh?" Janet asks before she and Kirby noticed them. "Oh yeah! But how can we stop them?"
Luckily, Kirby noticed a bowl that is filled with water. He jumps into it and tilts it to the right, making the fire to put out.
"Alright, the Tilt Bowl!" Ethan said.
Once the fire was put out, the logs started to break and the Waddle Dees fell down, making the water running again.
"Nice job, Kirby!" Janet said.
"Poyo!" Kirby said.
"Let's move!" Ethan said before he and the others continued their mission.
As they were trekking through the caverns of Fine Fields, a huge enemy appears and blocks their path.
"Hey! That's Mr. Frosty!" Janet said.
"Just like Frosty the Snowman!" Ethan said.
Kirby was about to slash him with a sword, but he gets hit by an ice block from Frosty.
"Ha ha ha!" Laughed Mr. Frosty.
"Don't worry, Kirby. We'll take care of this icy guy!" Ethan said.
"Yeah, we'll use our magic wands to battle this ice freak!" Janet said as she & Ethan pulled out their magic wands that they've got from Sophia.
"Mega Flame!" They both said and their magic wands shot fire at Mr. Frosty.
"Hey, my wand has element powers!" Janet said.
"So does mine, let's continue fighting!" Ethan said.
Ethan & Janet shot fire at Mr. Frosty with their magic wands, causing him to fall down on the ground.
"We did it!" They both and they give themselves a hi-five.
"Poyo! Poyo!" Kirby cheered.
Just then, Janet saw an exit from the outside from the cave. They both nodded and the hero ran out from the cave.
"Finally, we made it out of the cave." Ethan said.
"Poyo!" Kirby said.
"Yeah, nothing can stop us now!" Janet said.
All of the sudden, Ethan noticed a waddle dee was operating a machine that it can life huge balls and it's heading straight towards them.
"Look out!" Ethan said and they dodged it from the huge ball.
"Poyo," sighed Kirby.
"That was close." Janet said.
"Yeah, but watch out for those rolling objects, because the waddle dees are testing out the new invention." Ethan told them.
"Great idea, let's run!" Janet said.
"Poyo!" Kirby shouted.
Then everyone began to run while dodging against the rolling ground balls. Once they got away from the rolling ground balls, the trio sighed in relief.
"Boy, that was a close one." Ethan said.
"Yeah, I almost got squashed." Janet said.
All of the sudden, the beanstalk came out from the ground and blooms into a colorful object.
"Woah, what is that?" Janet asks.
"That must be a Miracle fruit, but I wonder what it tastes like?" Ethan asks.
"Hey Kirby, do you think you can that Miracle Fruit and see what it does?"
Kirby nodded before he jumps right into the miracle fruit… which turns him into a rainbow-colored Kirby and his stomach became a veritable back hole and stars inhaling ever stronger. The teens were very surprised about Kirby's new ability.
"Oh my, it's Hypernova Kirby!" Janet said.
"Yep, that's HIS special ability." Ethan said.
So Hypnova Kirby and the two teens continued their journey across the Fine Fields when they came upon a dead end.
"Great, now there's a dead end." Janet said.
"What now?" Ethan said.
Just then, Hypernova Kirby notices a wrecking ball that's hanging from the ceiling. He used his super-inhale ability to move the wrecking ball very high. When he stops inhaling, the wrecking ball swings very hard and it destroys the wall.
"Awesome job, Kirby!" Ethan said.
"Poyo!" Kirby said.
The heroes went through the wall and encountered a big tree that is blocking their way.
"That's a humongous tree. Kirby, inhale that tree." Janet said.
Kirby then started inhaling the biggest tree as the leafs getting sucked into his mouth.
And with that, Kirby just ate the whole tree.
"Way to go, Kirby!" Ethan said.
"Poyo!" Kirby said.
"Let's move on!" Janet said.
A few moments later, they came upon three gigantic moles who were chatting when they noticed them and went hiding.
"Those are the Mowlee Bros." Janet said.
"Yeah, just like Mario Bros." Ethan said.
"Poyo?" Kirby asks.
"Nothing, Kirby. Listen, when a Mowlee throws a dirt boulder at us, use your super inhale ability to shoot them back, okay?" Ethan told him.
"Poyo!" Kirby nodded.
The Orange Mowlee jumps out from the hole and he throws the dirt boulder cube at them.
"Now, Kirby!" Janet said.
Kirby nodded and inhale the dirt boulder cube and shoots at the Orange Mowlee, which causing him to fly away.
"Nice one, Kirby! Now when the Mowlee pulls out a decoy, do not throw at it when the real Mowlee comes up. Okay?" Janet asked and Kirby nodded.
The second Mowlee pops out from the hole and throws a dirt boulder cube before Kirby inhales it. The second Mowlee hides and he pulls out a decoy of himself.
"Okay, when he puts away the decoy, launch at the real Mowlee!" Ethan said.
The second Mowlee puts away his decoy and he pops out from the hole again.
"Now!" They both said.
Kirby spat out the boulder right into the second Mowlee and it flys away.
"Alright, one more to go!" Janet said.
The third Mowlee pops up and throws a dirt boulder right at them and Kirby inhales it.
The third Mowlee pulls out another decoy of himself but Kirby accidentally throws the boulder and breaks the decoy, the third Mowlee giggles.
"Kirby!" Ethan said.
"You're supposed to throw at the real Mowlee, not the decoy Mowlee!" Janet said, Kirby sighed and become furious.
The third Mowlee throws another boulder block and Kirby sucks it. The Mowlee pulls out another decoy and Kirby holds the dirt boulder.
When he puts away and the third Mowell pops up from the hole, Kirby then launches at the Mowell and it flys straight into the colored tree, the two teens jumped in celebration.
"You did it, Kirby!" Janet said.
"Poyo!" Kirby said, then his Hypernova ability wears off.
"Huh? What happened, Kirby?"
"Looks like the Hypernova ability wears off," said Eli.
Kirby sighed in sadness and Janet comforts him.
"Don't worry, Kirby. I'm sure you'll get another miracle fruit sometime." Janet said and Kirby smiled.
Just then, Ethan noticed that Taranza was flying around while holding King Dedede.
"Guys! There's Taranza!" Ethan said and the heroes looked at it.
"Oh yeah, and there's King Dedede!" Janet said.
"And he's getting away, after him!"
So the heroes ran off to catch Taranza with King Dedede.
When they finally caught up with Taranza, he stopped and looks down at them.
"Hold it right there!" Ethan said.
"Wha? Who are you three?" Taranza asks.
"I am Ethan, and that's my friends Janet and Kirby."
"Yup."
"Poyo!"
Taranza smirked, "Oh really?"
"Yeah, and I see you have King Dedede with you." Ethan said.
"Please don't hurt me," said King Dedede.
"Oh you mean him? Well… I cannot do that. She ordered me to kidnap the hero of Dreamland. Not only that, I am gonna summon an enemy you might know who it is!"
Taranza before uses his dark magic on the pink flower.
"Huh, I didn't happened." Janet said.
Suddenly, the pink flower started the sprout and the ground started to shake.
"What's going on? Why is it shaking?" Janet asks.
"Hahaha! See you guys later!" Taranza laughed as he flew away.
"Kirby! Guys! Help!" King Dedede shouted as he being carried away.
"King Dedede!" They shouted.
The pink flower overgrown into a giant and hostile tree as the ground stops shaking.
"Oh, my." Janet said.
"That's Flowery Woods! Kinda reminds me of Whispery Woods." Ethan said and the
Flowerly Woods started to roar.
Ethan & Janet pulled out their magic wands and Kirby transformed into his sword ability.
"Okay, guys. Ethan and I shoot fire and ice into the Flowery Woods. Kirby, you'll slash the tree while we avoid be hit. Remember, try not to get hurt!" Janet told them.
Flowery Woods started to shoot puffs at Kirby before he ducked while the heroes avoid it.
"Alright, icy freeze!" Ethan shouted as she shot ice balls right into the tree.
"Flame bomb!" Janet said as she shot fire balls right into the tree as Kirby continued slashing it with his sword.
All of the sudden, the Flowery Woods started shaking and pollens started to fall from the tree.
"Shield protection!" Janet said and the force field surrounds them as they avoid the pollens, then it disappears.
"Thanks, Janet." Ethan said to her.
"No problem!" Janet said.
Suddenly, the Flowery Woods grown bigger and jumps out from the ground.
"Where'd it go?"
Then patches of land appears from far away the Flowery Woods landed.
"How did he get over here?" Ethan asks.
The Flowery Woods then started to sprout roots from the foreground and the heroes dodged it.
"Watch out for the roots! Try attacking them with our weapons!" Ethan told them, and they nodded.
When the Flowery Woods sprouted more roots, Ethan & Janet attacks them with their magic wands while Kirby slashed the roots.
The Flowery Woods got very angrily and it lands between Kirby, Janet & Ethan.
"Let's finish him!"
The heroes then attacked the tree until he is defeated as he flys back to the far patches of land as it started to collapse and the Flowery Tree started to cry.
(Victory dance)
"Haha, nice victory dance!" Janet said.
"Yeah. We defeated that stupid tree, and look!" Ethan said as he points at the magical object came floating down.
"That's the Grand Sun Stone," said Janet.
Kirby grabs the Grand Sun Stone and holds it up high into the air. Just then, the stone began to float.
"What's it doing?" Ethan asks.
The sun stone flys high into the air and it started to glow brighter, clearing the thick clouds away and the Dreamstalk continues to grow before it stops, revealing a new floating island.
"Look! The Dreamstalk has grown, all thanks to the sun stone!" Janet said.
"Yeah, and there's a new floating island!" Ethan said.
"Poyo! Poyo! Poyo!" Kirby cheered, up and down.
"Now come on, guys, we got a king to save!"
As the heroes were about to leave Fine Fields and runs up the Dreamstalk, A waddle dee with a blue bandana appears in front of them.
"Hey Kirby, I saw this green plant that has overgrown so I decided to climb up and find you so I…"
A waddle dee noticed two teens looking down at him.
"Hey, who are you two?" He asked.
"My name's Janet, and this is Ethan. You're Bandana Waddle Dee, right?"
"Of course," replied Bandana Waddle Dee.
"And there's one more thing, you know King Dedede has been kidnapped by a spider-like creature named Taranza."
Bandana Waddle Dee gasps, "He's… taken?"
The two teens nodded and he takes a deep breath.
"Well, you know what? How about I can join you two and Kirby on a rescue mission to save King Dedede from that mean creature?"
"Okay, if that's what you want then… join us." Janet said.
Bandana Waddle Dee smiled and he jumps up & down in excitement, "Oh! Thank you! Thank you! Also, I have some food and beverages along the way."
"Good. But anyways, let's go catch Taranza!"
So the heroes and their new friend ran up the Dreamstalk to the next floating island.

So, here's Chapter 3. In the next chapter: Ethan, Janet and their friends head off to Lollipop land to find King Dedede that is being held by Taranza.
