Ricardo is settled in at the desk in his office, pouring over paperwork, schedules, everything else. He's so lost in thought that he doesn't hear the door opening, or soft footsteps coming his way. Not until a small fist curls around his sleeve and tugs. "huh?" He blinks back to awareness and looks down.

"Daddy?"

"Oh, Andre," he says, scooping up his son and holding him close. "What's up? You alright?"

"Yeah," he says. "But mama told me to come in and ask you to help me with my homework."

Ricardo gapes at Andre, startled. "Uh. You have homework?" he echoes. "What kind of kindergarten gives out homework within the first couple of weeks...?" His thoughts are derailed again when he hears Alicia giggling down the hall and huffs. "Oh, is your mama trying to play a trick on me?"

Andre squeaks, then laughs, kicking as Ricardo starts to tickle him, using the position of the table to his advantage as he continues teasing the boy. "Mama, help!" he cries out, still flailing around in Ricardo's arms.

Ricardo stills when he hears Alicia coming, looking innocent. "Homework, you say? Maybe you'd rather help daddy with his homework," he suggests, looking back at 3 Legacy's schedule for the next year. "What do you think?"

Andre's eyes light up and he slings his arms around Ricardo's neck. "Yes, Papa! I would!"

Ricardo glances over to where Alicia is hovering in the doorway and winks at her as he hugs Andre back.
