Tenya stood back up to his feet as he felt the last of Stain's paralysis leave his body, Swift Sculpt tending to his intern to make sure he was okay.

"You gonna be okay?"

"A little numb in places, but I seem to be regaining full mobility," Tenya assured before letting out a mirthless chuckle. "It's funny, when I first learned that Stain had hospitalized my brother, I felt anger. But after learning Stain's motives first-hand... That anger just... Deflated. For how dangerous the Hero Killer is, he's nothing more than a child who never grew up, still living in the old fantasies of superhero comics."

"It's fine to be angry. You were wronged, and anger is an appropriate emotion toward such injustice." Swift Sculp reassured. "The important thing is how you channeled that anger. Rather than let it consume you, you internalized it. You focused on what was truly important. But now I'd say it's alright to let loose a little of that aggression. You have permission to engage, just guard yourself. And I don't just mean philosophically, I mean make sure Stain doesn't get another chance to cut you."

Tenya nodded as he thought back to his childhood, when Tensei was a student in his third year at UA High.

"People who find a lost child and then take him to a lost-child center... I've always thought those sorts of people were the coolest."

As he recalled those memories of his brother, Tenya felt his engines return to full power.

"He always felt that me looking up to him made him better." The younger Iida thought. "Tensei... Thank you."

Meanwhile, Stain dashed toward Shoto.

"Hasn't anyone told you that you rely on your Quirk too much? Makes you careless!"

"He's a monster!" Shoto thought, knowing he wouldn't be able to dodge in time.

Suddenly, Stain was hit hard in the face by a right hook, courtesy of Tenya dashing in at full speed. The Hero Killer was left befuddled by what had just happened.

"I must have been a good five meters away from him, yet he closed the distance in just under a second. Even his brother wasn't that fast."

Quickly regaining his bearings, the Hero Killer lunged forward to try and strike Tenya again, only for the younger Iida to catch the blade under his knee.

"Earlier, you were able to stab through my armor. That's because it was designed to resist impacts more than anything else." With a quick twist, Tenya snapped the blade in two. "And as sharp as they are, slashes are still impacts!"

Despite his shock at his blade being effortlessly destroyed, Stain couldn't help but grin.

"Not bad, kid. I honestly wish more heroes were like you. Then society wouldn't be so screwed up. You aimed specifically to disarm me when you could have easily broken my actual arm."

"You're SCARED, Stain. I can smell it coming off you." Tsumi taunted.

"My Quirk is unreliable in a straight fight, but you probably already guessed that. The fact that it doesn't last forever and is variable depending on blood type is an obvious weakness." Stain admitted. "I've trained myself not to rely on it in a fight, but even then, I'm only used to fighting one-on-one."

"Then why not give up now?" Tenya demanded.

"He's a fanatic, Iida. He's still trying to kill Native in spite of the overwhelming odds." Shoto explained. "That's how mired he is in his beliefs."

"Now if only he channeled that raw energy into something constructive, like exercise training or even healthy eating because GOD DAMN does he need a sandwich!" Tsumi noted.

Tenya grunted. "Damn... I think my radiator's overheated. Todoroki, can you control your temperature?"

"Only with my right side. I'm still learning how to control my left."

"That's all I need. Just freeze my engines without plugging the exhaust. That should cool me down enough to get back in the fight."

"Don't go broadcasting your strategies, brats!" Stain called out, throwing out a few knives.

The blades never reached their intended targets as Izuku quickly got in front of his friends, along with Tsumi. Tsumi's skin became scaly and leathery like a crocodile, while Izuku's skin took on a stone-like consistency, both of them reflecting the knives easily.

"Do it quick! We'll cover you!" Izuku called out.

Tsumi then released a burst of blood red smoke from her body that concealed the heroes. Stain's eyes widened in shock as he tried to move around it.

"I need to at least keep an eye on Swift Sculpt!"

While he was distracted, Shoto was able to cool down Tenya's radiator.

"How's that?"

"Much better. That should keep me cool for a while." Tenya said before turning to Izuku. "Midoriya, I'll direct him toward you. Once that's done, you can capture him."

Izuku nodded. "Go for it, Ingenium!"

Feeling Izuku call him by his hero name emboldened Tenya as he charged his engines to full power.

"RECIPRO BURST!"

Before Stain could realize what was happening, he found Tenya right in front of him. His own instincts kicked in, causing him to backpedal in order to get distance. Lacking his main swords, he only had throwing knives to rely on. The next thing he saw was so bizarre he couldn't even react. Black tendrils were surrounding him, coming up from behind. He had just enough time to realize that it was Izuku's doing before the tendrils completely tied him up as the green-haired boy slammed his full body weight down on the Hero Killer.

"I think this is OUR win," Tsumi smirked.

Back in the city, with the Faceless Nomu taken out by Endeavor, the other two Nomu were much easier to handle. The Four-Eyed Nomu was swiftly taken out by Megan who was accompanied by Shouji and Mayumi.

"Multiple Quirks... That's not normal."

"It's similar to the Nomu that attacked the USJ," Shouji realized. "I was under the impression that there was only one."

"Guess we thought wrong. Where are the League of Villains even getting these guys?" Mayumi wondered.

"Endeavor already took out one of them, and the other is still missing. We'll secure this one for the police, then keep looking for the other two." Megan said. "I only came here to help capture Stain due to my bionic nature making me immune to his Quirk. Hosu doesn't have that big of a crime rate, so the heroes here are mostly to assure the people that things are alright. And then someone like Stain shows up..."

Native was finally starting to be able to move on his own. He looked over to where Stain was still tied up, Regenizard and Infablaze making sure he was chained up properly.

"He seemed so dangerous up close. Yet four kids, barely sixteen years old, were able to take him on and win. The new generation has so much potential."

"A large part of this is because we were able to help nurture that potential. A few months ago, Stain would have left these kids in the hospital." Swift Sculpt clarified before noticing something. "The carnage outside is starting to die down. Guess those monsters are finally getting dealt with."

Regenizard and Izuku laid out all of Stain's weapons.

"Geez, where the heck was he keeping all of these?"

Izuku balked. "We won't have to do a cavity search, will we?"

"Should we remove his tongue just to be safe?" Tsumi asked.

"As much as part of me would find that satisfying, I would rather we not mutilate him," Tenya said.

"I don't think that's necessary. From the looks of it, he's resigned himself to arrest." Shoto noted.

"I've had my entire philosophy slapped right back in my face. Here I am, ranting at how the word 'hero' has lost all meaning... Only for four young hopefuls to redefine what it means to be a hero." Stain admitted.

"You pissed off a lot of us older heroes too. We weren't just gonna sit around and cower while you slaughtered people who had families and loved ones grieving for them." Infablaze said,

Stain hung his head bitterly. "For all my talk of trying to fix this society... My actions have just made it worse. I became the very thing I despised."

"You got a lot to answer for," Regenizard said as he hoisted Stain up. "There are a lot of families and friends of your victims calling for your arrest."

"So I only made martyrs. That's the worst thing in the world to make for someone trying to prove their cause." Stain noted.

"Stain!" Izuku called out. "Whatever you may think of heroes, you need to remember that they do provide a vital service. Even those that really are what you think they are take their jobs seriously. You can't become popular or rich if people think you're incompetent, after all."

Stain sighed. "I suppose not. Still, it feels like All-Might is the only hero worthy of the name these days."

"Did you not hear a word I said last chapter?" Tsumi snarked. "He's just as popular, and he does have his own merch line. And even if you claim he never asked for the fame, that's not objectively true. After all, you can't become the Symbol of Peace without being at the forefront of people's minds."

"As for money... One of our friends at school admits she wants to become a hero to make money, but you never seem to consider the reason why people would want money." Tenya pointed out. "Will you kill an innocent girl who wants to become a hero for money so she can support her family?"

As everyone headed out of the alley, they were greeted by the other Pro Heroes who had arrived on the scene. As they were prepared to haul Stain off, a screeching was heard as Tsumi looked up to see the Winged Nomu flying in.

"SHIT!"

Shoving Izuku out of the way, Tsumi found herself dragged along by the beast. Izuku narrowed his eyes before squatting down and charging up OFA, launching himself after the Nomu.

"MANCHESTER SMASH!"

He nailed the Nomu right in its exposed brain with his spinning heel drop, bringing the monster down to earth and freeing Tsumi as Izuku grabbed her and carried her to safety.

"God DAMN, Deku!" Katsuki exclaimed in shock. "You just took that thing down like it was nothing!"

As Izuku made sure Tsumi was okay, the Winged Nomu twitched as it reached out its shaking claw weakly.

"D...D...D..."

"Hey, that thing is trying to speak!" A Female Pro Hero in a red scarf noted.

"D...Deku..." The Winged Nomu rasped out. "K...K...Kill...K...Kill...Me..."

And just like that, the beast collapsed unconscious and unresponsive but both Izuku and Katsuki felt a deep unsettling feeling in their stomachs from those words. The way the Nomu spoke and addressed Izuku as "Deku"...was disturbingly familiar.

"Guess all three Nomu were wiped out," Tomura noted. "Oh well, at least the Hero Killer is done for."

"What now?" Kurogiri asked.

"We only wanted them to rampage to let people know we weren't a one-time deal. And I think we accomplished that quite nicely." Tomura said dismissively before turning to Sin Scholar. "You said that the Crimson Council knows a few people, right?"

Sin Scholar nodded. "The Council has its claws dipped all across the globe. I understand you have your own broker, Giran, but there are only so many he can find at a time."

Tomura chuckled. "I'm looking forward to it."

With that, the three villains escaped through a Warp Gate, already planning their next move. During the events of the evening, a news chopper had been overhead to report on the attack in Hosu. During their filming, they had actually caught Tomura, Kurogiri, and Sin Scholar on tape. Needless to say, the trio of villains knew this would be beneficial in the long run for the League's reputation.

Shoto and Tenya were sent to Hosu General Hospital to get their injuries treated, minimal as they were. Izuku and Tsumi, of course, didn't have any noticeable injuries, so they stayed at a local hotel while they waited for their friends to recover.

In the morning, Izuku and Tsumi went to check up on their friends, being joined by Katsuki, Ben, Mayumi, Akatani, and Shouji.

"Man, you guys were in the thick of it too, huh?" Tsumi asked.

"Yeah, I mostly helped Manual put out the fires the Nomu were causing," Akatani said.

"But man, taking out the fucking Hero Killer? Wish I could have been there!" Katsuki laughed.

"Then you would have gotten your head cut off the second you went Leeroy Jenkins on him." Mayumi snarked.

"Oh, go bite a spark plug!"

The group checked up on Tenya and Shoto in their hospital room. The two boys were looking quite well, all things considering.

"How's your shoulder, Iida?" Izuku asked.

"It's starting to heal. The doctors say there was no permanent damage. And my internal radiator has also started to recover." Tenya said.

Shoto sighed. "Still can't believe we pulled that off. Who would have thought four young students would be the ones to take down the Hero Killer? Though I doubt we'll be allowed to get credit for it since we're underage."

"I wouldn't worry about that.

The students turned to see Swift Sculp coming in along with Regenizard, Infablaze, and a large man with the head of a beagle dog.

"My name is Kenji Tsuragamae, Hosu Chief of Police, woof."

"He's just like Tsu." The hero students all thought.

"On behalf of the city of Hosu, I would like to express my thanks for your part in bringing down the Hero Killer. I was very impressed with how you handled it." Chief Tsuragamae said. "Stain has a few minor injuries from the fight, but nothing life-threatening. Your supervisors made it clear that you had full permission to engage, including authorized usage of Quirks, and I'm glad to see that you didn't take advantage of that, aiming to secure and capture Stain rather than outright attacking him."

"To do otherwise would have ruined the name my brother passed on to me following his retirement. I made a promise to myself to do the name Ingenium proud." Tenya said.

Chief Tsuragamae nodded. "You certainly succeeded as far as I'm concerned, woof. And you saved Native's life as well. Of course, the official record will have to be that Regenizard, Infablaze, and Swift Sculpt were the ones who captured Stain, but given the circumstances, I see no reason why you can't be given partial credit. Helping to capture a notorious villain, especially if it was part of training, would certainly look good on your future resumes when it comes time to apply for your provisional licenses as heroes."

"This will certainly look good for you all," Shouji said to Izuku, Tsumi, Tenya, and Shoto proudly.

"Good thing I wasn't there, I would have stolen all the action with my Quirk." Ben joked.

"Did Stain give anything while he was in holding?" Mayumi asked Chief Tsuragamae.

"A breakdown of his motives, which are understandable even if his actions in accomplishing them are horrible, and confirmation that he has nothing to do with the League of Villains. We will be coordinating with precincts in other districts to find the bar he was brought to, based on his description of the interior. Hopefully, we can find it and set up a sting operation to capture the ones behind those monsters who attacked last night."

Inside said bar, Kurogiri was watching the news with Tomura, Daybreaker, Gaia, and Sin Scholar, as well as another member of the Crimson Council; Eclipse.

"We may have to vacate soon. If they were able to interrogate the Hero Killer, then he'll tell them enough for the police to zero in on our bar." Eclipse noted.

"Seems we were seen by the news chopper, and we're sharing a news slot with Stain. Guess it was alright letting him go after all." Tomura acknowledged.

"Before we leave, a few of the villains that All For One suggested are coming in. We also had Giran locate a few of our own choices," Gaia said.

"One of the people Master wanted has gone missing. The last Giran heard of her, she was being tracked by Vlad King." Kurogiri noted. "However, I was certain it was Midnight that was on her trail."

"Foresight must have located her first," Daybreaker suggested. "Give her a file with a blank photo, and she can easily get an image of the person of interest the file pertains to."

"What interests me is that Midoriya and three of his classmates were given partial credit for arresting Stain," Tomura noted as he took a sip from his bourbon. "Seems you're right, Daybreaker...Midoriya really is destined to be my nemesis."

"Though Stain's story is overshadowing our presence, we shall not let that deter us," Eclipse said. "After all, he is already an established and notorious criminal in the minds of the people, so his arrest would obviously be all over the news."

"However, you are still an unknown, Tomura." Gaia pointed out. "But rest assured, it will not be the case for long. With three of the Nomus in custody already, it won't be long before the League of Villains rises to the forefront of people's minds."

Three young men were sitting in a diner in the middle of the city. Shuichi Iguchi AKA Spinner, Atsuhiro Sako AKA Mr. Compress, and Juudai Suimin AKA Mustard.

"So in the end, Stain's ideals fell flat when he was struck with reality from a group of hero students. Gotta say, I kinda feel bad for him." Spinner said.

"Hero Killer: Stain, real name Chizome Akaguro. He, like many others, was inspired by All-Might's heroism and went to a private hero high school, but found the educational system to have a gross misunderstanding of what it meant to be a hero." Mr. Compress noted. "He tried to revamp the system through words, but found they weren't enough. So he tried turning to action, only for his actions to be dissected and proven counterintuitive to his cause."

"Secret villain forums are talking about recruitment for the League of Villains. You guys thinking of joining up?"

"We followed Stain's ideals because we also felt cheated by society. Compress is the descendant of a notorious villain, I was bullied for most of my childhood due to having a Mutant Quirk. And Mustard, you were scorned your whole life for having a so-called villain's Quirk." Spinner noted.

"The League is quite upfront and honest about their goals." Mr. Compress noted. "Perhaps we can see if they are accepting applications."

Mustard and Spinner nodded, the three already having their plan set. But it wouldn't be just them, as other villains were gathering to find the League and join forces with them. A storm was coming, one that threatened to become a hurricane.

Eclipse is a Supervillain version of Tanhony's SCP-001 Proposal II, the Black Moon.

Also, unlike My Hero SCP, Spinner, Mr. Compress, and Mustard are gonna be joining the League because I honestly feel more comfortable having them with their Criminal Found Family. Of course, since the League is not going to be as genocidal or destructive as in canon, this is a given.

[SHUICHI IGUCHI/SPINNER]

Quirk: Gecko

Quirk Description: Gecko grants Spinner the physical characteristics and natural abilities of a gecko. This allows him to cling to sheer walls and surfaces.

[ATSUHIRO SAKO/MR. COMPRESS]

Quirk: Compression

Quirk Description: Compression allows Mr. Compress to shrink down anything inside a spherical area into a small marble without actually damaging it. This can affect anything that is found within a specific range of space around the intended target, including, for example, fire or pieces of the ground, which Mr. Compress can then release at will.

[JUUDAI SUIMIN/MUSTARD]

Quirk: Gas

Quirk Description: Gas grants Mustard the ability to generate a poisonous, sleep-inducing gas from his body. Anyone who inhales the gas directly will immediately fall asleep and remain that way until the toxin is treated. The presence and movement speed of anyone within the gas can be sensed by Mustard thanks to its fluctuations. The gas's concentration is highest at its center and decreases in lesser affected areas away from Mustard.
