Jayne walked with Chase outside for a minute. "I wanted to thank you personally for helping with your mum."

Chase smiled at her. "You don't have to thank me, unfortunately I accidentally got you mixed up in this. It's the least I can do."

"What do you mean?" Jayne asked him.

"This is my mother's way of making sure I'm over you. I told her you were a good friend. I don't think she understands that." Chase told Jayne.

"I love our friendship, you're probably one of my best friends but I would never want to cause problems with your mother and you." Jayne told him.

"Hey, don't let her get her way. We can be friends." Chase put his hand out to shake Jayne's.

Jayne shook his. "I'm glad to hear that. I really do want to best for you, you know?"

"And I want the same for you and the more I see you with JJ the more I can tell that's who the best for you is." Chase told Jayne, he knew how happy she was.

Jayne's face lit up at just the mention of JJ. "I'm very lucky but then again I am to have such wonderful family and friends in my life."

Kristina walked up on the porch. "Hi Chase, Jayne. Is Ethan over here?" She asked them.

"Yes he is inside, are you alright?" Jayne asked her.

"I wanted to apologize to him." Kristina told Jayne.

"Hey, no. My mom is the one who needs to apologize to both of you." Chase told Kristina.

"Still, do you think I can speak to him?" Kristina asked Jayne.

Jayne shrugged. "I don't see why not."

Kristina and Jayne went inside as Chase went to get back to work.

"Ethan and Annie, I'm so sorry for this article." Kristina told them both.

"Ethan told me you were having a rough time, that's what friends do. They are there for each other. My mom has always been there for Robert and Holly and the same goes for them. You owe no one an apology." Annie told Kristina.

"She's right, you did nothing but lean on a friend." Ethan added as he walked over to Kristina. "Are you doing okay today?"

"I would be better if I could get a visit with my little sisters." Kristina looked over at Tiff.

"Consider it done. Lucas is with them right now. I can go get Seana and let her come see her best friend." Tiffany smiled at Robert.
