Robert came back downstairs in his suit, taking Holly's breath away.
"You look so handsome." Holly went over and gave him a hug and a kiss.
Robert wrapped his arms around her. "Well I have to, look at how gorgeous my wife is?"
Holly grinned at him. "You make me feel even more beautiful." She took his hand and led him over to the table. "These flowers are gorgeous."
"They don't even begin to compare to you." Robert told Holly as he pulled her seat out for her. After she sat down he went over to his and sat down.
Holly couldn't get rid of the smile on her face. "I love you, I've been waiting all day since this morning."
"I'm surprised I got through work. Every time I had a free moment there you were in my mind, our little celebration this morning." Robert grinned and kissed her hand.
"It was special, a warm up for tonight." Holly replied as she realized they were getting to distracted. "Are you ready to eat?"
Robert nodded, giving her hand another kiss before he let it go.
The two enjoyed their dinner then Holly turned on the music.
"Tonight, I Celebrate My Love" was the song.
Robert went over to her and put his hand out. "Would you like to dance, Mrs. Scorpio?" Robert asked her.
Holly placed her hand into his and nodded. "Of course, Mr. Scorpio."
The two swayed to the song, just savoring every moment. All the years they had lost led them to this. As sad as it was they missed out the two of them were very grateful that they had each other and this solid marriage.
Holly looked into Robert's eyes as the song ended. "I was hoping we could have a bubble bath tonight."
Robert grinned and gave her a kiss. "I'm never going to turn that down." He let her go to go put the candles out before the two went upstairs.
