Feeling Feline
Part 2
Continuation:
Brett watches as Jorge's body changes slowly.. His hat disappears, and the hair on top of his head transforms into what looks like black fur.. Brett exclaims.
Brett-Holy moly!
The fur now grows and starts filling Jorge's entire body.. To explain things more clearly, his clothes are removed magically, and the black fur takes over as a replacement. Brett asks himself.
Brett-What can I do!? He's totally changing into..
He scratches his head when he notices whiskers popping out from under Jorge's nose he says.
Brett-A cat?
Meanwhile.. A white SUV drives up in front of Vanessa's home.. The horn is honked several times, till Vanessa walks out with a book bag. She looks at the SUV and walks towards it. Amanda says loudly.
Amanda-HURRY UP VANESSA!
Vanessa starts to run to the SUV.. When she finally makes it.. Amanda asks her.
Amanda-What's the book bag for?
Vanessa responds as soon as she gets in on the passengers side.. She closes the door and says.
Vanessa-Some tracking equipment I forgot I had.
Amanda-Tracking equipment?
Vanessa-Yeah. It's been a while since I used any of it. But since we have to find the cat's eye base..
Amanda interrupts her.
Amanda-Are you sure you want to do this? I mean the Power Rangers are probably on it already.
Vanessa-I know. I just want to be apart of it.
Amanda-Why?
Vanessa-Because I feel responsible.
Amanda shakes her head and drives away from the mansion.. Vanessa takes out a weird looking computer.. Its very small and it has some weird writings on it.. Amanda asks.
Amanda-Where'd you get that?
Vanessa turns it on and says.
Vanessa-Japan.. Tokyo to be exact. The writings on it, are all in Japanese.
Amanda-Bet that cost you a bundle.
Vanessa-Nah. My dad paid for it.. One of the benefits of having a father with lots of money.
Amanda-Must be nice.
Amanda stops her vehicle at the stop light.. And asks.
Amanda-Where are we going exactly?
Vanessa-Give me a second. I'm putting in the necessary data.
Amanda-Ohhh.. Ok.
Vanessa-After I tell the computer about the strange energy in the air.. Which is the cat's eye image.. It'll tell me where it's coming from.
Amanda-Um if it's going to analyze the air energy. How can it when you're sitting in here?
Vanessa chuckles absentmindedly.
Vanessa-Oh yeah. I guess I'd better do this somewhere else.
Amanda-Good idea.
Vanessa-Can you find a nearby park or something?
Amanda-Sure.
And she does just that.. After driving on.. Amanda finds a very small looking park right outside of a reddish brown apartment building.. She finds a parking spot and says.
Amanda-Okay.. Here ya go.
Vanessa-Thanks.
Vanessa gets out of the SUV and sets her computer down on the green grass to begin her work.
At the Professor's home.. In his base lab.. He sits in the same leather chair.. Suddenly different images fill his screens.. But one particular image catches his one eye.. He says.
Professor Feliness-Vanessa. Again.. What is she up to?
He hears a voice from behind him.
Kitty-Want me to stop her Professor?
Professor Feliness-Not yet. I want to know what she's doing.
Kitty-I can find out.
Unexpectedly, a phone on the professor's desk rings. Kitty picks it up.. When she's finished with the normal greeting, she says to him,
Kitty-It's Henry Rowlings, Professor.
The Professor growls and takes the phone. He answers graciously.
Professor Feliness-Yes, Mr. Rowlings.. How are you?
Mr. Rowlings speaks.
Henry-I'm sorry for bothering you Lionel. But is my daughter there?
Professor Feliness-Why would your daughter be here?
Henry-She's got some crazy idea in her head about you. She thinks you're hurting the cats you're trying to save or something.
The Professor becomes more intrigued and he proves this by saying.
Professor Feliness-Oh really?
Henry-Yeah. I thought she snuck over there or something.. One of my maids called me from home telling me she ran out of the house with a book bag so I thought she went over to spy on you.
Professor Feliness-I see. Well I haven't seen her at all.
Henry-Okay. Well if you do, please let me know.. She'll be in a lot of trouble if she disobeyed me.
Professor Feliness-Don't worry Mr. Rowlings.. If I see her.. I will definitely inform you.
Henry-Thank you.
The Professor hangs up and says to Kitty.
Professor Feliness-So Vanessa has an idea about my work, does she.
Kitty says.
Kitty-It appears she does.
Professor Feliness-Hmmm.
Kitty-What do you want done about it?
Professor Feliness-I want her captured.. Her and her friend..
Kitty-At once.
Kitty is about to leave but the Professor stops her.
Professor Feliness-Not by you. You haven't finished your first task yet.
He continues on.
Professor Feliness-Find the test tube that's filled with a red orange liquid on the bookshelf to your left.
Kitty turns to her left and locates the test tube with the red orange liquid. She asks him.
Kitty-What is this?
Professor Feliness-Our salvation.
Kitty-I do not understand.
Professor Feliness-The substance in the tube will capture the girls and bring them here.
Kitty-How do we activate the substance?
Professor Feliness-Have Cattatron activate the radiation beam.. Put the tube under the beam and then it shall begin!
Kitty-Yes professor.
Professor Feliness-Oh and Kitty.
Kitty-Yes?
Professor Feliness-Get back to your first task as soon as you're through telling Cattatron what I said!
Kitty-Yes.
Kitty leaves.
The Professor looks back at the one screen that's showing Vanessa typing into her computer.. He says.
Professor Feliness-Well Vanessa. How soon you shall become one of my slaves.. You and your friend.. It's only fair, since you love cats so much.
He starts laughing manically.
Back at the Lake.. The Rangers have regrouped.. And Joey is starting to feel better. Brett comes running from behind everyone yelling out frantically.
Brett-HEY! There's something..
He stops and catches his breath.. The Yellow Ranger goes to his side and asks.
Yellow Ranger-Brett, what's wrong?
Brett responds.
Brett-It's whatshisname. He's.. he's.
The Red Ranger asks.
Red Ranger-What are you talking about man?
Brett-It's Jorge! He's a cat!
Joey exclaims.
Joey-Jorge?! The guy from the bait shop?
Brett nods his head.
Brett-Yes.
Joey-Oh no.
The White Ranger says.
White Ranger-We have got to help him.
The Red Ranger says in a response.
Red Ranger-We will.
Suddenly the waters of the lake burst like a very powerful volcano.. The Pink Ranger shouts out to the others.
Pink Ranger-LOOK OUT!
The waters have once again spawned the same creature the Rangers had thought they destroyed.. And yes, the creature has been put back together again. The Black Ranger says.
Black Ranger-IT'S BACK!
The Yellow Ranger says now.
Yellow Ranger-DEFEND YOURSELVES!
Brett adds.
Brett-Jorge has to be helped too!
The Red Ranger says.
Red Ranger-Then we'll split up into two teams.
After Joey morphs into the Blue Ranger, he decides to go and help Jorge.. The Yellow and Pink Rangers agree to go as well, while the Black and White Rangers stay behind with the Red Ranger to fight off the hybrid creature.
After the Yellow, Blue and Pink Rangers leave.. The Red Ranger tells Brett to find a spot to hide because its too dangerous for him to be around.. Brett agrees and runs back into the woodsy area..
The fight doesn't start off in the Rangers favor.. The creature zaps them all with charged up whiskers that knock them down to the ground..
Red Ranger-UGH!
White Ranger-UHH!
Black Ranger-UNH!
The Red Ranger stands back up and charges at the creature.. He yells out.
Red Ranger-Enough is enough!
He attempts to strike the creature, but it doesn't do any good.. For the creature extends its claws and gives the Red Ranger a quadruple slashing strike.. And its very painful.. Extremely painful.. The Red Ranger is pushed back a bit.. He yells out.
Red Ranger-UGHHH! AWW MAN! THAT HURT BAD!
The White and Black Rangers rush to his side.. The White Ranger asks.
White Ranger-You okay?
The Red Ranger responds.
Red Ranger-Yeah just barely. But I'll survive.. Ugh!
The creature meows out in a victorious way.
In the woodsy area behind the lake.. The other three Rangers, Yellow, Blue and Pink clash with the new cat creature who was known as Jorge.. But now he's a big black furry cat with a green tail. His eyes are green as well as his teeth, and his whiskers are white and sharp. The Yellow Ranger says to the others.
Yellow Ranger-Got to handle this one with care.. Remember he's human!
The others say in agreement.
Pink and Blue Rangers-Right!
The black cat leaps up into one of the trees.. The Rangers look around to try and find him. The Pink Ranger asks.
Pink Ranger-Where'd he go?!
Yellow Ranger-Don't know.
The Blue Ranger says in an attempt to get the black cat to respond.
Blue Ranger-Here kitty, kitty, kitty, kitty..
It doesn't work. So he keeps on trying.
Blue Ranger-Here kitty, kitty, kitty, kitty.
Just as the Blue Ranger turns his back.. They all hear a faint meow.. He turns and sees the large black cat charging down at him and before he knows it, the cat is on top of him growling and snarling.. The Pink Ranger says after noticing the Blue Ranger struggling to get the cat off of him.
Pink Ranger-DON'T WORRY JOEY! I'LL GET HIM.
She raises her gloved hands to allow them to glow pink.. Seconds later, a pink wind appears and captures the cat.. It then slightly blows him off of the Blue Ranger and right into a large tree.
The impact causes the cat to meow out in pain.. But instead of attacking the Rangers, he just leaves quickly by taking leaps as if something else is on his mind. The Yellow Ranger says.
Yellow Ranger-Hey he's getting away! Follow him!
The Blue Ranger gets up and soon all three Rangers start chasing the black cat through the woodsy area.
Back at the lake.
The Red Ranger leaps up into the air and goes into cannonball flip mode.. He's doing this really fast. And when he's over the creature then behind it, he extends his legs outward which pushes the creature along with striking its back. Now, the White and Black Rangers attack together. The Black Ranger is on the left side and the White Ranger is on the right side.. Together they give the creature a double kick on its sides and then they both get down to deliver a double floor sweeping swoop attack which brings the creature down on to its back very hard.
Both Rangers get back on their feet.. The Black Ranger says to the Red Ranger.
Black Ranger-NOW RYAN!
The Red Ranger says.
Red Ranger-RIGHT!
The creature manages to get up, his body becomes completely electrified because he's about to send out a very powerful dark attack. Suddenly the Red Ranger's gloved hands begin to glow, he then plunges them into the ground and says.
Red Ranger-VOLCANIC EARTHQUAKE STRIKE!
Once deep enough, the power from his glowing hands cause the ground to open up and release hot molten lava that covers the creature's body and instantly melt it away..
The Three Rangers cheer.
Red Ranger-Alright!
White Ranger-One down!
Black Ranger-Whoo, totally hot!
They regroup and the Red Ranger says.
Red Ranger-Let's get to the others. And hopefully.
He points at the image of the cat's eye in the sky for a second.
Red Ranger-We can bust up the cat's eye before its too late.
The Rangers rush to help their friends.
Back to Amanda and Vanessa.. Vanessa is still typing into her computer while it lays on the grass and Amanda is standing a few feet away from Vanessa.. She asks impatiently.
Amanda-Aren't you done yet?
Vanessa says.
Vanessa-Just wait. It takes time to get a precise answer.
Something kicks Vanessa's computer therefore causing it to close shut.. She shouts out.
Vanessa-HEY!
Amanda gasps.. Vanessa looks up and at the same time, both girls spy a band of beast cats staring back at them, there are five of them to be exact. These beasts resemble the cat who fought the Yellow Ranger at the party store. Amanda says.
Amanda-Oh this is really not my day is it.. First I get fired, then I try to go shopping and that gets messed up, and now I find myself getting talked into doing something totally crazy which had led me here.. To face a bunch of weird looking cats!
Vanessa stands back up and says to Amanda as they both back up towards the SUV.
Vanessa-What do you think they want?
Amanda responds.
Amanda-I bet it's not your phone number.
Vanessa-Ha ha, very funny.
Amanda-I wish the Rangers were here!
Vanessa-At this point.. So do I.
The beast cats start to meow and hiss at the girls.. Vanessa asks.
Vanessa-What do we do Amanda?
Amanda-Call petco?
Vanessa says sarcastically.
Vanessa-Oh that's a good decision.. NOT!
Amanda-Hey I tried.
One of the cat beasts takes a swipe at Vanessa, but she ducks and it ends up hitting Amanda's window which shatters instantly.. Amanda gets mad..
Amanda-HEY! THAT'S MY WINDOW YOU FREAK!
She takes the cat's arm and twists it to the ground quickly, she stomps its chest and listens to it scream.. She gasps when the cat's back hits the ground harshly as it disappears.
Amanda-Whoa.. I didn't know I could do that.
The other cat beasts charge.. Vanessa says frantically as she gets back up.
Vanessa-I hope you can do a lot more than that!
Amanda responds.
Amanda-You'd better do something too. You got me into this mess!
The girls find themselves surrounded by the cat beasts who are starting to look a lot meaner than before.
One cat beast grabs Amanda by her waist.. She shouts out when she's face to face with it
Amanda-UGH, DON'T EVEN BREATHE ON ME, UGLY!
She stomps its foot hard.. It ends up letting her go because the pain in its foot is really bad.. Amanda then lifts her leg and kicks the cat beast in its face.. The force from her kick knocks it down, Amanda then steps on its chest like the other one hard like and causes it to scream, it then disappears. She says.
Amanda-Oh yeah!
Another cat beast extends its claws and grabs Vanessa's right wrist.. She struggles to get away but the grip is too strong.. She says.
Vanessa-Let me go! Let me go, now!
The cat beast laughs out in a harsh tone.. So Vanessa becomes insulted by this.. She says as she yanks the beast closer to her.
Vanessa-YOU ASKED FOR IT!
She kicks it in the stomach hard.. It meows out in pain and clutches its stomach with its free hand.. But Vanessa is not done. She twists her body around since the cat hasn't let go of her wrist.. With her back facing the cat now, she twirls the beast to the ground with a swift twist.. Finally he wrist is free.. But that's not all.. She ends up doing what Amanda did.. Which is step on its chest very hard.. It screams then disappears.
Vanessa-Allright!
Amanda has knocked down one of the last cat beasts standing and made it disappear but not by standing on its chest, no, this time she bashed its head in with a big rock.. And so Vanessa is struggling with the very last one.. It is trying to scratch her around her eyes and also trying to bite her neck.. She screams out.
Vanessa-NO, NO! UGHH!
The beast is proving to be really strong.. In fact about a hundred times stronger than Vanessa, still she feels she can't back down.. So instead of letting the beast win.. Vanessa quickly gets down on bended knee and double punches the cat's stomach.. All of that happened within 5 seconds.. Now Vanessa stands back up and swings her right leg around to try to hit the cat beast, but instead of doing that.. Her leg ends up being caught by it.. It starts to laugh but the laughing is cut short when something from up under it causes it to fall hard on the ground.. Vanessa's leg is brought down just when Amanda takes the same big rock she had used moments ago and strikes the fallen cat beast with it on its head.. When the blood starts coming out of the cat's head it disappears.
The two girls breathe heavily.. And say.
Amanda-That was weird.. Yet intriguing.
Vanessa-I know.. The fighting felt good.
Amanda-Exactly.
At his home, and in his lab.. The Professor has witnessed the entire scene with Amanda and Vanessa defeating his beasts.. He yells out in total anger as everything fades to black..
