Bowser Jr. or Bowie is the son of Bowser and adoptive older brother of the Koopalings; Larry, Morton, Wendy, Iggy, Roy, Lemmy, and Ludwig. He has his father's appearance but his eyes are blue.
Upon hearing of the Allstar Rangers rise to power, Bowie writes a letter to the team of young heroes to join the team, desiring a friend that can look past his appearance and heritage and accept him. When Bowie and his "siblings" meet Raiden for the first time, the two hit it off. However, the adults recognize Bowie as Bowser's son due to having contact with Mario and Luigi. Despite her parents' warnings, Raiden decides to give Bowie and the others a chance. However, the Koopalings destroy the obstacle course much to Bowie's dismay. The Galactic Rangers get angry at them and order Bowie and his siblings to go home. Outraged, Raiden intimidates them and declares since she is the leader of the Allstar Rangers she decides whether they leave or not. Impressed, Ratchet and Rivet back her up. Seeing potential in the group, Raiden decides to train them, and the group learns to control themselves and they become members of the Rangers.
Bowie is the complete opposite of his father, kind, good-natured, and calm. Raiden immediately got along with the koopaling due to his kind nature. Bowie is also incredibly strong, being able to hold down a slab off a cliff with Raiden hanging on for dear life.
They eventually gain beasts of their own. (All female)
