Eve's outfit
Stefan's oldest friend returns to Mystic Falls. Will she be able to help protect Elena from whoever is coming for her?
Salvatore Boarding (a few days before the Masquerade ball and no fake break up)
Thursday 5:50pm
Stefan Callie, Elena and Damon are trying to figure out why Katherine wants the moonstone and why she is really back in Mystic falls, when they hear a bump from upstairs
Damon thinks that it is Callie using her powers
Damon: Hey little witch, is that you messing around with your magic?
Callie (she is sat on Stefan's lap) No its not me I swear
There is another bang
Damon: Okay Stefan you stay here with the girls and I will go see who or what that is
Callie gets of Stefan's lap and they both stand up
Callie: Hey Damon be careful
Damon: Don't worry little witch I'll be fine
Damon leaves the room but a few seconds later, he comes flying back into the room with a broken neck, Elena rushes over to him
Elena: Oh my god
Someone else walks into the room
Women: You know Stefan I come to see you after these years and your brother here attacks me, you know you are lucky that I don't have my brother's temper because if I did, well the only thing that would have come back into the room would have been your brother's head and only his head
Stefan is shocked to see who walks into the room
Stefan: Eve?
Eve: Hey Salvatore long no time no see. Did you miss me?
Stefan walks over and hugs her
Eve (responds to the hug) I take that as a yes
Stefan: It is so good to see, and I am glad that you are here
Eve pulls away from the hug.
Eve: Well I followed Katherine to town and I figured that she would be causing trouble for you two and oh if you had such called me I could have told that she was not in the tomb (she walks over to Elena who quickly stands up) So you must be the new doppelganger it's okay I am not going to hurt you, what is your name Sweetie?
Elena: Elena Gilbert
Eve: Are you related to Grayson Gilbert?
Elena: Yes, he was my father
Eve: I knew both of your parents they were wonderful parents and I am sorry about their deaths I was out of the country when I got the news.
Elena: Thank you (Callie walks over) Oh this is my sister Callie
Callie: Hello
Eve (she recognises Callie but says nothing) Hi oh I'm sorry I am Evelyn Mikaelson and I am an old friend of Stefan's
Stefan: My Oldest friend
Eve: So, has the Pierce bitch been causing trouble?
Elena: Yes
Eve: Say the word and she is very dead
Callie: Are you older than Katherine?
Eve: Yes, much older, put it this way I could kill Katherine with one hand, while having my nails done on the other and there is the fact that Katherine is terrified of me. So, if you don't mind a house guest Stefan I think I will stick around at least until my house is finished being cleaned
Stefan: No of course you can stay here and I did not know that you have a house here.
Eve: Stefan I am very old I have houses all over the world in some places more then one but I rent them out and I let friends use them. Okay, so Stefan which one of these young women are you dating then?
Stefan (he walks back over to Callie Callie and I have been dating for a little over a year, and Damon is dating Elena
Eve: Okay so what has Katherine told you?
Elena: Just that I am in danger, that someone could be coming for me
Eve: Well for once she is actually telling the truth, someone could come for you
Elena: Who?
Eve: You don't have to worry about that just yet just know that with me here Elena you are very safe
Elena: Why would you want to protect me you don't even know me?
Eve: Well I did meet you once when you were a baby, your parents made me your godmother and I made them a promise that I would always look after you and your family
Elena: I did not know that I have a godmother
Eve: Yes but I have been out of the country for a while, almost 5 maybe 6 years but I did talk to your Mom every few days and I sent cards and gifts on your birthday, did you not get them?
Elena: I was given gifts by someone but my Dad would never tell me who they were from and the card just said from E, but it is nice to know who they were from at last. Did my parents know that you were a vampire?
Eve: Technically I am only a quarter vampire, the other parts of me are a witch and a werewolf but yes they did know, and they didn't care, actually your Dad wanted to know everything from my history, and I gave him some of my journals
Damon finally wakes up and he stands up
Eve: Oh, finally you awake it took you long enough, did you have a nice nap! Oh, don't even think about attacking me baby vamp, you would be wasting your time and signing your death certificate
Damon (he walks over to Elena) Who the hell are you?
Eve: Evelyn Mikaelson I am an old friend of your brother and I am also your girlfriend's godmother, and I am here to help you with Katherine. I am much older than her
Stefan: We can trust her Damon
Eve: So, Elena I take it that you know about being adopted?
Elena: yes, and I know who my biological parents are
Eve: Who?
Elena: Isabel Fleming is my bio Mother
Eve: Oh no not her
Elena: You know her?
Eve: She somehow tracked me down and she begged me to turn her I of course refused. Who is your Bio Dad then?
Elena: John Gilbert
Eve: Oh no I never liked that guy, it might be because whenever I came to see your parents he kept trying to kill me, you can thank your father that he still has his head, but you got the good brother as your father and a wonderful women as your mother. So, is Callie your adopted sister then?
Callie: No, I was adopted too but I don't know who my Biological parents are
Eve: So, I take that is Isabel is a vampire then?
Elena: Yes
Eve: Oh no, which stupid vampire turned her?
Damon: I did
Eve: See stupid vampire
Damon: Hey
Eve: So where is Katherine now?
Stefan: We don't know but there is something that she wants that we have, and the masquerade ball is in a few days, we believe that she will show up and try and take it and we have a plan to catch her
Eve: You have a witch I take it?
Damon: No, we have two witches, one of them is a Bennett witch
Eve: Yeah well I am a Mikaelson witch and I'm stronger and more powerful than a Bennett witch. So, let me guess you are going to lure Katherine into a room and trap her in it and kill her?
Damon: Yes
Eve: What if Katherine has a witch too? Katherine and Elena are related by blood, Katherine could get her witch to cast a spell that would link her to Elena so anything that you two do to Katherine will happen to Elena and unlike Katherine, Elena can not heal
Callie: She is right, we have to be prepared for anything
Eve: I can do a spell that would make it appear that Katherine and Elena are linked but when Katherine is hurt Elena won't be, but we can fake that too and then we can put Katherine into the tomb where she was supposed to be all along
Damon: I love it
Eve: Do you need me to help with the spell to keep her in one room?
Stefan: Well maybe you could help Bonnie strength the spell
Eve: Okay I can do that. Stefan can I talk to you in private please
Stefan: Sure, we can go to my room to talk, follow me
Stefan leads Eve up the stairs and to his room, where he closes the door
Eve: Okay if I tell you this then you have to promise that you won't tell anyone about this until I am ready to talk to the person it involves?
Stefan: Of course
Eve: I know who Callie's biological parents are
Stefan: How do you know that?
Eve: I know that because I am her Mother
Stefan: What?
Eve: I met a man in early 1993 we hung out for a little bit and one thing lead to another and I ended up pregnant and the man disappeared, but I knew I couldn't keep the baby I have to many enemies well my family does, so nine months later with the help of one Doctor Grayson Gilbert I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl I named her Callie Grace and I asked Grayson and Miranda to take her and adopt her, they had just adopted Elena and I knew that Miranda was a natural mother and I was right the moment that she saw Callie she was in love with her. Once I gave her up I left town and pretty much travelled everywhere I could, until I got one word that Katherine was back in Mystic falls. And believe I am very happy that it is you that Callie is dating and not your brother.
Stefan: Wow. Can I ask who is Callie's father?
Eve: A man named Alaric Saltzman (she sees the look on Stefan's face) What?
Stefan: Eve, Alaric Saltzman is here in town he is the new history teacher at Mystic Falls high school, he is actually dating Callie's Aunt Jenna and he is Elena's stepfather
Eve: Oh boy I should probably tell him that he has a daughter. Do you think that I should tell Callie?
Stefan: Yes, but let's take care of Katherine first then I can help you tell her
Eve: Okay I will tell Alaric first He needs to know first
Stefan: I think that is a good idea and yes I promised not to tell Damon or Elena
Eve: Thank you, but you do realize that Callie is part witch and part werewolf right?
Stefan: I do now
Eve: It is okay as long as she doesn't kill anyone that she will be a witch and only a witch, like me she is a Mikaelson witch and that means she is going to be very powerful I can help teach her
Stefan: I think that is a very good idea and if I can help she is going to stay a witch and just that. I love her too much to let her know what if feels like to have taken a life
Eve smiles
Eve: And from what I saw she loves you too. And if it helps you have my approval to be dating my daughter
Stefan laughs
Stefan: Thank you. Now come on I will show you a room that will be yours and you can do anything you want to it
Eve: Thank you Stefan
They leave Stefan's room and he leads her down the hall and they stop outside a door and Stefan opens it to reveal a bedroom that is perfect for Eve
Stefan: Did I forget to mention that I already had a room for you, just in case you came for a visit
She walks into the room
Eve: Stefan this room is perfect (she sees that she has a balcony and there an easel set ready for painting) You got me an art set?
Stefan: Yes. You know Callie loves drawing and painting too
Eve: Really? That is nice to know, I think its a family thing my twin brother likes to paint and draw too but I am hoping that in time I will learn everything about my daughter
Stefan: You will, and I can tell you that you will love the wonderful young women that she is, and you can understand why I love her so very much
Eve smiles
Eve: So, you I guess I should get my bags from my car
Stefan: I can help you get them
Eve: No need I already brought them in
Stefan turns around to see two suitcases and a large bag on the bed in Eve's new room
Stefan: I forgot how powerful you were
Eve: Well hopefully Katherine has not, and I get to show her
Stefan: Okay its getting late and Callie, Elena and I have school tomorrow
Eve: Yeah about that I'm going to be your New English teacher
Stefan: You are?
Eve: Yes, I have spent a bit of time with some of the world best writers and I have got a lesson planned, but you will have to wait till tomorrow to find out what it is
Stefan: Okay goodnight Eve
Eve: Goodnight Stefan
Stefan leaves the bedroom and he closes the door leaving Eve to stand in the room looking around at her new home or her place to stay for now.
