Sonic and the Freedom fighters

Hi everyone, this is mastershadow, I'm doing a sonic game timeline along with some side stories, but with the freedom fighters and many more friends, even six certain characters from another world which will be merged later on (forgot to mention that), including chronicles because I liked the game, but the story could be a little better along with the planned sequel, I'm also adding the events from the idw comics because they're awesome, also Sally won't hook up with sonic for a while until way later, but for now enjoy.

Chaos saga part 5- Storm the Egg carrier.

Knuckles, Kat, Julie-su, Alucion, AppleJack, and Rarity follow gamma leading to the temple.

"I see something," Applejack said."

They see Gamma enter a door.

"Hmm, just as I thought, time to make a house call!" Knuckles said."

They enter the door be for the egg carrier rises.

Meanwhile with Sonic's group,

They were still searching for Amy, Pinkie, Fluttershy, and Tiara. They enter the hotel where they found a door with more of Hope and Junior's inventions. they attach themselves to the group. Sally got a whip, Bunnie found a badge, Antonie gets a, Sonia got gloves and greaves, Manic got drumsticks and a brace, and Nicky found gloves and a Viser.

"Hey guys you found our items. Sally, you get the grapple whip, Sonic, you get the crystal ring, Bunnie you got the shield badge, Antonie, you get the Chevalier pauldron, Sonia, you got the opera gloves and power greaves, Manic, you get the metal drumsticks and gripper brace, and Nicky, you found the vibrate gloves and Viser glasses," Junior said."

"Use them well," Hope said."

"Lucky," Rainbow Dash said."

"Let's keep moving," Twilight said."

They leave the hotel.

Meanwhile, Amy, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, and Tiara leave twinkle park.

"Whew! I'm glad we finally lost that Robot!" Amy said."

"And our little friend is safe," Fluttershy said."

"Except, we got separated from the others," Tiara said."

"Sonic must've gotten lost too!" Amy said."

"What about the others?" Pinkie pie asked."

Suddenly her tail twitches.

"Twitchy tail!" Pinkie said."

Zero appears behind them.

"Ahhhhh!" Amy screamed."

The four run before getting captured.

"Hey, watch it bolt brain, let us down! let us go!" Amy demanded."

Back to Sonic's group,

"Amy! oh man, where can she be?" Sonic asked."

"We should put a tracker on her," Rainbow dash replied."

"Aaagh! Sonic! help!" Amy screamed."

The group look up and see Zero taking the girls and flicky.

"We'll cut 'em off at the mystic ruins!" Nicky said."

"Then let's go!" Scarlet said."

They head to the station and took a train to the mystic ruins. at the mystic ruins the four were still being help.

"Let us go you hunk of junk," Tiara demanded." I mean it!"

"Hey there bolt brain!" Manic said."

"You better give our friends to us, or we'll squash ya!" Sonic said."

They jump down ready to fight it until a large shadow appeared.

"Hey, what's happening here?" Twilight asked."

The egg carrier reveals itself and beams up zero.

"Stop!" Nicky said."

"Sonic! help me!" Amy said."

"Shoot, we lost them again," Sonic said."

The egg carrier flies away.

"Now what?" Rainbow Dash asked."

Suddenly, Chris and Keith show up.

"Sonic!" Chris said."

"Chris, Keith, what are you two doing here?" Sonic asked."

"We hacked Eggman's web, and he sent his robots to find a frog with a tail," Chris replied."

Everyone looked confused.

"We know it's weird, but we saw Hope and Junior captured," Keith said."

"And we saw our friends get captured," Sonia said."

"Then we got work to do," Sonic said." follow that ship."

They follow the egg carrier towards red mountain. Sonic finds a glowing orb, it goes to him then Hope's voice was heard.

"This is the ancient light, try the light dash toward the enemy with it it'll make you do the light speed attack," she said."

"Way past cool," Sonic said."

They enter red mountain and see the egg carrier.

"Let's go!" Sally said."

They run through red mountain while fighting bots. they made to the top of red mountain where they see the tornado and twister 2 with Tails, Rotor, Marrick, Shortfuse, Techno, and Jhonny.

"There you are dead ahead! the egg carrier!" Tails said."

"Hey look," Rotor said."

The group sees Sonic's group.

"There's Sonic!" Tails said." Sonnnnic!"

"Alright guys! way to go! these planes are cool!" Sonic said."

"But what about Chris and Keith?" Twilight asked."

"Not to worry, rocket shoes," Chris replied."

"Fair enough," Sonic said."

They each get on the tornado and twister 2.

"Now what do you say we nail those guys?" Sonic asked."

"You got it!" Tails replied." hang on!"

They chase the egg carrier. they fire at missiles aiming at them.

"Awesome," Sonic said."

"You think that's awesome check this out," Tails said." now Rotor!"

He and Tails transform the tornado and twister 2 into fighter modes and continue their they aim for the main cannon destroying it.

"Alright we're in!" Tails said."

"We gotta land on the egg carrier!" Sonic said."

Rotor and Tails freeze up.

"Whoops," Tails said."

"Uh, we forgot something," Rotor said."

"What's that?" Sally asked."

"There's no landing gear is this mode," Tails replied."

"Whaaat!" everyone said."

"I knew we forgot to add that," Rotor said."

They crash land on the egg carrier.

"Next time, add a landing gear," Twilight said."

"Noted," Rotor said."

Meanwhile with Knuckles' group,

They explore the egg carrier.

"Now we'll see who's so easily tricked," Knuckles said."

"Still mad about that?" Julie-su asked."

"I can sense the emeralds are here somewhere!" Kat said."

They follow the feeling.

"Eggman has a pool?" Applejack asked."

"Very surprising," Rarity replied."

They keep looking.

Back with Sonic's group.

"Wow! this thing is really huge!" Sonic said."

"No time to gawk now, we have to find Amy, Pinkie, Fluttershy, Tiara, Junior, and Hope," Sally said."

"You're right, so here we gooooo!" Sonic said."

"Nicole, can you locate them?" Sally asked."

Nicole appears mini in her hollow form.

"Yes, they're in a cell but given how big it is I can't locate which floor," Nicole replied."

"Then we'll search every floor," Nicky said."

They start exploring.

"Don't get too many ideas you fools! you haven't seen the power this vessel really has!" Eggman said." get a load of this!"

Back with Knuckles' group.

"What's going on?" Knuckles said."

The egg carrier transforms.

"Ahhh wow! its changed shape did you see that?" Tails asked."

"We all did," Marrick replied."

"Darn! this makes it harder for us to get to the bridge!" Sonic said."

"I hate it when he doesn't listen," Tails muttered."

(Laughs) "I bet you weren't expecting this!" Eggman said." the only way you can get to me is through the sky deck. I doubt it you can figure this out!" (laughs)

"Oh yeah! well, I'll show you! bring it on!" Sonic said."

They head to a door.

"This must be the way to the sky deck!" Rainbow Dash said."

"Well split up and cover more ground," Keith said."

Back with Knuckles' group.

"Ugh! this thing's always changing," Knuckles said."

"Let's keep moving," Alucion said."

They head back to the pool.

"I sense the master emerald," Knuckles said."

"Me too," Kat said."

"It can't be far from here," Rarity said."

"I'm surprised that there's a door in the pool," Applejack said."

They found another door.

"Alright let's search," Knuckles said."

The search for the shards. but they only found two.

"Man, we searched everywhere, where could the last shard be?" Knuckles asked."

"Knuckles?" Keith said."

The group turn around and sees Keith making Kat blush a bit.

"You're Chris' cousin Keith, right?" Knuckles asked."

"That's me," Keith replied." What are you doing here?"

"Finding the emerald shards," Rarity replied."

"Oh, you mean this," Keith replied showing the last shard." I found it a little while ago."

"Thank you, Keith!" Kat said."

She takes the shard and kisses Keith's cheek making him blush. the girls giggled at that.

"I'm gonna guess that Sonic's here too?" Knuckles asked."

Keith nods.

"We're also here to save our captured friends," he said."

"Then good luck," Julie-su said."

They leave as Kat waves goodbye Keith felt the cheek she kissed and smiles. he then continues his search for Amy and the others.

Back with Sonic's group,

They go through the carrier while avoiding cannons, falling floors and strong wind.

"Man, that was close," Twilight said."

"You said it," Scarlet said."

Meanwhile with Big,

He meets Chris and tells him about Froggy.

"I understand, my friends and I were searching for froggy so we can keep him safe," Chris said." Thus, I'll help you find him."

"Thanks friend," Big said." But this place doesn't look familiar to me at all."

"That's because you've never been on a ship," Chris said.

"Oh," Big said." (starts sniffing) "Hmm, smells like Froggy's around somewhere."

"Then, lets follow his sent," Chris said." let's start behind that door."

The duo heads towards the door. they search as Chris uses his new blaster gloves to destroy Eggman's bots.

"Good thing Keith and I made these for us and the others," Chris said."

"I see him," Big said."

He presses a button flooding the room.

"Can't believe he had these aquatic fish," Chris said."

Big starts fishiing for Froggy. he catches and reals him in.

"Yay, Froggy," Big said."

Flashback with the robots.

The four are seen with their frogs as Gamma had Hope and Junior captured. Eggman and Eggette checks the frogs.

"Nope, none of these," Eggette said."

"Argggh! dummies, dummies, dummies, dummies. none of you got the right one!" Eggman said." we must find the frog with chaos' tail! That same frog has also swalloed the chaos emerald!"

"Hey dad look!" Eggette said."

He sees Gamma with Froggy along with Junior and Hope.

"Huh? Ah, there it is! right there!" Eggman said."

"He also captured two traitors," Eggette said."

"We're proud of you Gamma! I knew you'd be of use to me!" Eggman said." (towards the other three) "All you worthless hunks of junk, be gone!"

A beam of light sends them away.

"You will get a new assignment! this one's easy!" Eggette said." go through that last door. once there, you'll find some girls and a bird. just get us that bird."

"And put my traitorous son and niece in there as well, I'll deal with them later," Eggman said." now go!"

Gamma sees the three doors.

"Is this the one?" he asked."

He enters the door on the left. once inside he sees Beta getting disassembled and remodeled.

"Beta?" Gamma said."

He leaves and heads the room.

"This is the wrong room," Gamma said."

He goes to the door on the right. he enters the cell room holding Amy and the girls.

"Now, now, calm down," Fluttershy said."

Gamma walks to their cell as Hope and Junior wake up.

"Hey, we've been captured," Junior said."

"Hope! Junior!" Pinkie Pie said."

"What do you want?" Amy asked."

"Hand me the bird," Gamma replied."

"Nope!" Fluttershy said."

"Quietly hand over the bird," Gamma said."

"No! Never!" Fluttershy said."

"Why not?" Gamma asked."

'Is he serious?' Junior thought as Hope looks at Gamma.'

"We don't have to tell you anything," Tiara said."

"You tell us why you want it, now!" Amy said."

"Does not compute," Gamma said."

"You don't even know?" Pinkie Pie asked."

"I know you might hurt us, please, Mr. robot (walks towards Gamma) won't you help us please?" Amy asked."

"Insufficient data," Gamma replied." you have feelings for something you know nothing about, illogical."

"I pity you," Amy said." Love is not part of your programming, you are missing something good."

The flicky flies out of Fluttershy's arms and heads towards Gamma.

"Birdie! come back!" she said."

Junior and Hope cut themselves free and get ready to fight. but they Gamma stare at the bird then pushes a button releasing Amy and the girls surprising everyone.

"Go, escape!" Gamma said."

"Wh-what?" Tiara said."

"You sure?" Amy asked."

"It's dangerous here," Gamma replied." Hurry, we'll be at the mystic ruins base soon."

"You're really nice," Pinkie said."

"He's like me, he's rejecting his program," Junior said."

"You both are different from the other robots," Amy said." you got a soft spot inside your metal frame. if you want, we can be friends, okay?"

The group leave.

End of flashback.

they enter a room.

(Laughs) "you're not going to escape from here!" Eggette said." since I stole your little invention Hope."

"Why that lousy!" Hope said."

"Let's see if you can clear this awesome game and beat my score," Eggette said."

"Amy, these this item was made for you," Hope said."

"Ok, I'll get it," Amy said."

She hops in the center and plays the game resembling whack a mole except resembling Sonic and Eggman. amy wins the game.

"What?! I can't believe this is happening!" Eggette said."

A head band with a feather attaches to Amy.

"What is it?" she asked."

"It's the warrior feather, it'll let you do spin attacks with your hammer," Hope replied."

"I like it, it's very pretty," Amy said."

They leave the room and enter the middle door Big was in. as they escape Zero appears.

"Is that the robot chasing you?" Junior asked."

"Yup," Amy replied."

The run as Zero chases them. they fight robots making Fluttershy put them in an expanding bag she got from her friend Zecora.

"Talk about persistent," Hope said."

They were able to escape Zero with a balloon.

"That was close," Pinkie said."

"And these little darlings will be safe," Fluttershy said."

Suddenly, the red light surrounded them and sent them to the past.

"Huh? what's this place?" Amy asked."

"I think we went back in time because I recognize that temple," Hope replied."

They explore until they entered a door and sees the master emerald. they get closer and sees Tikal, Alucion, and Edmund with some chao.

"You're the... chao," Tikal said."

"Amazing creatures," Edmund said."

"And cute ones," Alucion said."

The Chao move away from the trio.

"Don't be afraid, you're safe with us," Tikal said."

The chao get close to them feeling happy. a noise from the water making the three gasps.

"What was that?" Edmund asked."

Chaos rises before them until Amy and the others were brought back to the present being in Eggman's pool.

"Gee, what was that?" Amy asked."

"No idea," Hope replied."

"I wonder if we're dreaming?" Pinkie asked."

"Oh my! we need to get out of this place!" Fluttershy said."

"And I hate to admit I like the pool," Junior said."

They leave the pool room. as they leave, Eggman and Eggette ambushed them in their egg mobiles.

"Where do you think you're going?" Eggman asked."

"Eggman... no!" Amy replied as Fluttershy holds the flicky close."

"Heya dad and sis," Junior said."

"Well, the traitors got out, I should've gotten rid of you two from the start," Eggette said."

"You can't get away this easily!" Eggman said."

Meanwhile with Sonic's group,

They entered the bridge.

"Is that it?" Sonic asked."

"It might be, but let's check out the bridge," Tails replied."

"Good Idea," Twilight said."

"We might find something," Sally said."

They head up to the deck.

Meanwhile with Gamma,

He leaves the cell room until Eggette calls him.

"Testing 1, 2, 3... Gamma! get ready for battle instructions!" she said." Get the jet booster from the ammunition room and get up to the deck, the ammunition room is unlocked."

Gamma heads to the Ammunition room and finds the jet booster.

"This is the jet booster, it'll make you float for a while," Eggette said."

Gamma leaves the room.

"I see you got the jet booster, report to the rear of the ship!" Eggman said." Hurry!"

Gamma goes to the rear end of the ship.

Back with Sonic's group,

They appeared on the docks and sees Amy's group with Eggman and Eggette.

"Sonic!" Amy said."

"Huh! they're too late!" Eggman said."

Eggman gets the flicky from Fluttershy.

"Not the flicky!" Amy said."

"If you so much as hurt it, you'll be sorry!" Fluttershy said."

Eggman grabs the neckless and retrieves the cyan chaos emerald inside surprising everyone.

"A chaos emerald!" Tails said."

"No way!" Amy said."

"Huh, who would've thought the flicky had one this whole time," Junior said."

"Be gone! all of you! this is all I really need!" Eggman said." Gamma!"

Gamma appears.

"What is your wish master Robotnik?" he asked."

"Get rid of these pests!" Eggman replied." show them what you got!"

"And mostly get rid of those two traitors!" Eggette said."

"Aya aye, sir and mam," Gamma said."

"And don't disappoint us, or else," Eggman said as he and Eggette leave."

Gamma gets ready to fight.

"Stop Mr. robot!" Amy said."

Gamma fights Sonic only to lose. Gamma was damaged as Sonic was about to finish him off but Amy's group stops him.

"Stop it Sonic!" Amy said."

"Step aside guys! out of my way!" Sonic said."

"No! this robot is our friend, he helped us," Amy said."

"It's true," Pinkie said."

"Yes," Fluttershy said."

Tiara and Hope nods.

"He's kind of like me, he's fighting his original program," Junior said."

"Don't hurt him," Amy said."

"They're telling the truth, their vibes prove it," Nicky said."

Sally looks at Sonic for his decision.

"Ok, whatever you say," he said." you must have your reasons and Nicky's vibe check is never wrong."

Suddenly the egg carrier starts shaking.

"Hey the ship's losing altitude!" Tails said."

"That's not good," Marrick said."

"Hurry Tails! you and the others get Amy's group out of here!" Sonic said."

"But what about you?" Amy asked."

"We'll find that Eggman and Eggette and put them out of commission," Sonic replied."

He, Sally, Sonia, Manic, Scarlet, Twilight, and Rainbow Dash head out.

"I knew you would save me Sonic, you're my hero!" Amy said." (Looks at Gamma) "Are you ok? it's dangerous here."

"Yeah, don't pay attention to Eggman or Eggette anymore, free yourself, come on!" Hope said."

"Why are you helping me?" Gamma asked."

"I said we be friends and we're returning the favor," Amy replied."

"Even this flicky wants you to be free," Fluttershy said."

"Eggman's not the kind of man you should work for," Pinkie said."

"Guys, come on! let's get going!" Tails said."

"Yeah, we're not sure how long this thing will stay in the sky," Rotor said."

"Until we meet again Mr. robot! take care of yourself!" Amy said."

Tails, Marrick, Shortfuse, Techno, Hope, and Junior with jet packs help the others off the egg carrier. Gamma flies as well with Hope and Junior looking back.

Meanwhile with Big and Chris,

"Yes," Big said." We're together again at last heh?"

"I'm glad you got your friend back," Chris said."

Keith comes in.

"Chris, what's going on?" he asked."

Chris was about to answer until the red light engulfs them.

"Huh? that's strange," Big said."

They ended up in the past Infront of the master emerald.

"Where are we?" Big asked." Froggy?"

"Maybe he's near the master emerald," Keith said."

"They head to the master emerald where they see Edmund, Alucion, and Tikal.

"Wow! Is it alright for us to be here?" Edmund asked."

water drips.

"So, do you trust us?" Tikal asked."

"So these are the 7 emeralds," Alucion said seeing the 7 emeralds around the master emerald."

They get closer as Big, Chris, and Keith follow. the three echidnas gasp.

"Could it be?" Tikal asked." The servers are... the 7 chaos emeralds, unified by one that is the controller, the 7 chaos, the controller itself, could this be the emerald that controls the 7 chaos?"

"It's possible," Edmund replied."

Big, Chris, and Keith are back in the present.

"Whoa, what was that?" Chris asked."

"I don't know," Keith replied."

Froggy! I don't like the looks of this place!" Big said."

The egg carrier shakes.

"That's not good," Chris said."

If something happens now... there's no point to my rescuin' you," Big said." I don't know who would bother to save us both."

"Or us," Chris said."

"We better get going, buddy!" Big said."

"I agree," Keith said."

Meanwhile with Sonic's group,

"If we're to continue, we need to change this ship back to its original shape!" Sally said."

"There must be a switch somewhere on the bridge! we've gotta find it now!" Sonic said."

"Thrn lets search," Manic said."

They start searching. they find the main room and the switch.

"Found it," Rainbow Dash said as she presses the button."

The egg carrier starts changing back.

"Emergency alert has been cancelled. Resuming monorail operation," the computer said."

The group leaves.

Back with Big, Chrs, and Keith.

"Emergency alert has been cancelled. Resuming monorail operation," the computer said."

"Don't know what's going on, but let's hurry," Keith said."

Keith activates the monorail making it appear. they ride to the bridge and meet up with Sonic's group with Eggman and Eggette with Chaos 4.

Meanwhile with Knuckles' group.

"The last missing piece! all right!" Knuckles said."

"thanks to Kat's boyfriend," Julie-su said."

(Blushes) "He's not my boyfriend!" Kat said."

The girls smirk at her.

"Now to restore the master emerald!" Knuckles said." Huh?"

The red orb takes them to the past again, except its night the shrine is in flames.

"Oh no! not again," Knuckles said." what is the meaning of this?"

Alucion remembers this and gets scared Kat notices.

"Alucion, you ok?" she asked."

(Shivering) "A bad memory," Alucion replied."

She runs to the shrine as the others followed. they find Tikal, Edmund, past Alucion, Calypso and the crescent clan knocked out.

"No!" Alucion said."

(Goes to Tikal) "Hey, what happened here?" Knuckles asked."

"We couldn't stop them," Tikal said." They came and my father."

"We had no idea how bad this would turn out!" Edmund said."

"I'm shocked," past Alucion said."

"My brother's pride caused this," Calypso said getting up along with the rest of the crescent clan warriors."

"Look, it's the master emerald!" Knuckles said." Wait!"

They see them head to the master emerald before being sent back to the present.

"Is this a dream?" Knuckles asked." it's more like a nightmare!"

"I don't think so darling," Rarity said."

"I think it's a message," applejack said."

"But of what?" Kat asked."

She sees Alucion clench her fist. they leave the room.

Meanwhile with Big, Chris, and Keith,

They were confronted by Chaos 4.

"Is this the creature Sonic told us about?" Keith asked."

"Yup," Chris replied."

"So, I see you're trying to escape! we're right on time," Eggette said."

"Chaos! grab him! get that frog!" Eggman said." and don't forget the chaos emerald."

Froggy spits out the yellow chaos emerald. Chaos absorbs them and becomes Chaos 6.

"I think I prefer him as a fish," Chris said."

"Alright! and now for the frog," Eggette said." the frog is possessed by yoour tail. once you get your tail, you'll be complete and ultra strong."

Chaos 6 swallows Froggy making his tail disappear and reappear on him. Sonic and his group appear.

"Sonic," Chris said."

"Yo Chris," Sonic said." (sees Chaos 6) "Oh no! not again!"

"Chaos! could this be the same beast?" Nicky asked."

"I say yes," Sonia replied."

(Laughs) Oh yes! attack Sonic and his friends now!" eggman said."

"Froggy!" Big said." I must save Froggy!"

"If he's your friend, we'll help you," Sally said." Just leave it to us."

(laughs) "Now we have 6 chaos emeralds there's only one more to find," Eggman said." I even found Chaos' missing tail!"

"He had a tail?" Rainbow Dash asked."

"You won't get away with this, you madman!" Sally said."

"I will! you're no match for Chaos, even though he's not perfected yet," Eggman said." Ok Chaos! destroy them all immediately!"

"Careful Froggy! don't worry we'll get ya back!" Big said as the others fight Chaos 6."

As they fight Chaos 6, Big uses his fishing rod and fished out Froggy.

"Hooray!" Big said." Froggy, heh heh heh heh, I won't let them take you away again."

"Go, hurry and get out of here! we'll do the rest," Sonic said." Chris, Keith you too."

"Oh ok, thanks!" Big said."

"Alright," Chris said."

"Come little buddy, time to get a move on," Big said."

They find the tornado and twister 2.

"Huh... er... what? hey, maybe we could use this?" Big said." But I don't know the first thing about it. oh well, I'll give it a try anyway"

"Maybe Keith and I should fly it," Chris said."

Big gets in the tornado 2 and flies it.

"Great," Keith said." Let's follow him."

Meanwhile with Sonic's group, they continue their fight with Chaos 6.

Chaos 6 opens his mouth and sucks them in until twilight blast at him.

"Sorry, we're not on the menu," she said."

They continue even using their new items and defeated him.

Back with Knuckles group,

"We've finally found all the missing emerald pieces, but I still can't figure out that creepy monster," Knuckles said." Huh! what's that?"

They see a light and head towards it.

Back with Sonic's group.

"Aarghh! not again... I hate you!" Eggman said."

"Hey Sonic!" Knuckles said as he and his group meets them.

"There you guys are, about time!" Sonic said."

"I will return!" Eggman said as he and Eggette leaves.

"Hey, get back here!" Sonic said as he and his group go after them."

"Should we go after them too?" Applejack asked."

"We'd better let them handle it from here," Knuckles replied." they'll be ok."

"He's right," Alucion said." Now, we must return to Angel Island and restore the master emerald."

"Uh, Alucion," Kat said."

They see Chaos 6.

"No! it can't be!" Alucion said."

"I guess he didn't get enough the first time," Kat said."

"You can't stop us from restoring the master emerald!" Knuckles said."

They fight Chaos 6.

Chaos 6 starts to suck them up. Applejack sees a device and tosses it in his mouth freezing him.

"Now!" Applejack said."

Kat punches Chaos shattering and defeating him. the six chaos emeralds appear in front of them with Rarity's delight.

"Yeah, you're finished!" Knuckles said." What's left now is to return the master emerald safely to our island."

"And I'll hold on to the emeralds," Rarity said."

"Rarity," Applejack said in a warning tone."
