Nature Walk with Literal Nature Girl

"How is everyone doing today? I can tell you're all growing up so well." Ibara smiled looking over the flowers of the garden in the backyard.

"Oh yes, today is indeed going to be splendid day for all of us." Ibara nodded as she felt the plants speaking to her.

"Hmm, you think I'm happier than usual? Whatever gave you that idea?" Ibara asked the flowers, and her face turns red from what she heard.

"What? Me with Izuku, is it really that obvious?" Ibara asked shock.

If the flowers could have the ability to nod their flowery heads, then they would be able to answer Ibara's question as she moans of embarrassment and lay down on the ground looking at the sky with her hands on her face.

"I… I'm going on a date with him today, he already gone out with the others of the house and I'm next." Ibara explained.

"Nothing to worry about? How could you say that when you're not the one going out with the human who makes you feel something amazing from inside your body." Ibara complained.

"I'm not even sure of what to do on a date, this will be my first time to do some loving interactions with a human man." Ibara said, then heard the flowers speaking again.

"Of course, I like the kindness he has done for me, caring for plants like you guys and even help give me extra water during the intense heat of summer was only a few weeks ago." Ibara stated.

"Still, will God even be okay with two beings of different worlds to coexist?" Ibara worried.

"Oh yeah, the world is already changing with the Demihumans and humans coming together." Ibara remembered.

"Very well, I shall do my best on this date!" Ibara determined to see this through.

"But the only problem is I don't know what to do when one goes on a date. Oh Lord in Heaven, please help me with this mortal problem of love." Ibara prayed for an answer from God, then the flowers gave her an idea.

"Hmm, go ask the other girls for some advice?" Ibara repeated the words she mentally heard from the flowers.

"Oh, what a wonderful idea! They should have some wisdom for me to be prepare for!" Ibara excited as she hurries into the house.

(An Hour Later)

Izuku and Ibara are walking together on a familiar path as the Deku man wants to make a surprise for her, and she is already feeling really nervous with this date as her face is red as a tomato with her mind going crazy.

"(Oh Mother Nature, why did I agree to on this date?)" Ibara thought asked herself.

"(But it's already too late, I'm here with Izuku and even wearing the dress Ochaco let me borrow.)" Ibara thought looked down at the green and brown color dress.

"(Although, I have to admit it is a nice color.)" Ibara thought complimented.

"Ibara, are you okay?" Izuku asked.

"Oh yes, I'm fine. There's no need t worry about me at the moment." Ibara proclaimed trying to stay calm.

"Okay, and I have to say you look really great in that dress. The two colors certainly match the nature that you embodied." Izuku complimented her dress.

"Oh, thank you for the kind words even though you already said that before we left the house." Ibara giggled.

"I'm saying that again because it's true, you do look beautiful." Izuku smiled.

Ibara can feel her heart beating so fast that it's causing her vine hair to shake like crazy as her face is turning red again, it's like she has been struck by a love arrow from Izuku and felt like she was cut down from the ground as well.

"Th-Thank you for the kind words, Izuku." Ibara thanked smiling.

Izuku and Ibara kept walking together until they stop in front of a familiar place which Izuku step aside gesturing his hand to the small building, the plant woman gasps in surprise of seeing the place she has not been to for quite some time.

"This is where I used to live in, the very place I've always stayed in for years." Ibara walked up to the old greenhouse and touch the wall with her hand.

"That's right, this place holds a lot of precious memories for you, and I thought what better way to start our date than here." Izuku explained with a hand on her shoulder.

"Oh Izuku, that is so thoughtful of you! You truly are a blessing from God!" Ibara smiled praying to the Heavens.

"I wouldn't say I'm that special, I just like to help others the best I can to make them smile when they're feeling down and such." Izuku believed with his signature smile.

"(Oh, such a powerful will from this innocent man is making me feel all love crazy!)" Ibara thought gasped blushing.

"Wanna go inside? I would like to hear about your time here." Izuku asked.

"Of course, it would be nice to look back on everything within this building." Ibara nodded and the two walk inside together.

Ibara looks around seeing everything is the same the way she left it like nothing had touch them even though there is a chance this place will soon be shout down, but she didn't mind because she heard from Izuku that some new trees are going to be planted within the spot too and she can feel the plants around her saying hello.

"It would seem the plants here have been doing very good during my absence." Ibara smiled.

"That great to hear, I never really knew about this place until I asked one of my co-workers and pointed me the way." Izuku mentioned.

"That's right, you got curious about whether or not there would be a Demihuman living in this greenhouse, and you were right when you found me." Ibara nodded.

"I just had a feeling something was going on, but I'm glad to have found a beautiful flower here." Izuku complimented with a hand on her cheek.

"Except our first meet was me trying to kill you." Ibara reminded him with a chuckle.

"But you didn't because I knew you would never bring yourself to kill anyone." Izuku believed.

"Your belief in others never ceases to amaze me, Izuku." Ibara commented.

"So, I've been wondering about something that I wanted to ask you for a while though I held back because I wanted you to get comfortable in the house." Izuku said.

"Yes?" Ibara wondered what kind of question Izuku wanted to ask her.

"How exactly did you come to live in this old greenhouse?" Izuku asked the big question.

"Aw, that is something I will never forget." Ibara said.

"Come, I believe we shall take as you humans call it a nature walk together while I tell you of my tale." Ibara opened a path through the back with her plant controlling power.

Izuku follows Ibara as they come out and walking towards the large forest that was behind the old greenhouse, he looks around seeing how beautiful it is with the quiet aside from the sounds of birds and feeling the gentle breeze with his hands moving and grab hold of hers which she accepts.

"It started years ago when I was younger, and I have been on my own for some time since separating myself from my roots." Ibara started her tale.

"Everything around me was beautiful as it is now, living in the forest and sworn to protect it is a natural thing for Dryads to do for the rest of our lives." Ibara explained about her kind.

"Until one day while I was wandering around the forest to see how everything is doing, I stumble upon the sight of the greenhouse. One of the trees told me about it." Ibara mentioned.

(Flashback)

Ibara is seen walking through the trees looking at them to see how healthy and strong they are right now, proud to see the goodness of the Green has been doing so well.

Then Ibara stop when she heard something from one of the trees.

"Huh, humans are up ahead?" Ibara asked.

"And they made a place for plants to be sold off to other humans?" Ibara shocked.

"How dare they… Thinking of nature as a way to feed their greedy minds and bellies, they shall not stand." Ibara angered as she ran off.

"The tree who told me about the greenhouse tried to tell me it was not something bad, but I was too angry to listen." Ibara mentioned.

Ibara ran to the direction where the tree told her the humans are until she spotted something through the path of trees, then she came through the bushes until she saw the small building along with some humans inside and plants.

"You humans better have a good reason for doing such things." Ibara whispered angry to herself.

Ibara use her plant power to go underground making her way to the greenhouse while being as quiet as possible.

She got inside with the upper half of her head slowing coming out of the ground as she looks to see humans and plants in one place, she wanted to strike them right now but decided to see what the intention of this place is.

"Excuse me!" A young man called walking up to an old man which got Ibara's attention.

"I was wondering if you could help me with making a banquet of flowers for my girlfriend, I'm going to ask her to marry me soon." The young man explained.

"Oh, going to take your life to the next big step, I see." The old man chuckled.

"Well, we've been together for a few years now and I really believe we can make our love much stronger, but I don't know what kind of flowers I should get her." The young man said.

"Hmm, what color is her hair?" The old man asked.

"Green, and so are her eyes." The young man answered.

The old man strokes his bread thinking of a way to make a banquet perfect for the girl he's gonna propose to the woman he loves, then the idea came to him with a strong smile on his face he turns to the flowers on the shelves and counters.

"(What's he doing now?)" Ibara thought wondered of this human old man.

"Okay then, how about mixing things up with some red flowers like the roses and yellow sunflowers knowing the two colors mix into green, and perhaps a little white to make her feel extra special." The old man gathered the flowers together.

"Well, what do you think?" The old man asked presenting the flowers to the young man.

"Wow, they all look so good! And the different smells coming together is something… I'm not sure what to say except it reminds of me how we met and our first date." The young man smiled sniffing the flowers.

"I think we have a winner." The old man smiled.

"What?" Ibara shocked to hear this.

"Yes, I think this pact of flowers are perfect for me and her!" The young man excited.

"Great, when are you gonna propose to her?" The old man asked.

"Tomorrow night at my place, we're gonna watch our favorite together in our pajamas." The young man answered.

"Oh, a pajama party propose. I never heard of anything such as that before, you must really be the creative type." The old man complimented.

"Well, I thought about doing something outside the box then the normal ones of proposing to your love." The young man chuckled blushing and scratching the back of his head.

"Then I wish you luck with your love and pray that you two will live a strong life together like the mighty trees of the forest that have live longer than us humans." The old man believed strong.

"It was something I never thought to find when coming here, the old man praising the trees like he fully respected nature and even knowing the different colors of flowers having different meanings to speak than using words. I was shocked." Ibara said.

Ibara gasp softly as she never thought in her life to hear from the words of a human saying such good things about nature, and thought this old man is something nature would prefer to let him do as he pleases.

"I continue watching the greenhouse in hiding as the old man is caring for the plants and helping his fellow humans find the right ones to take home with." Ibara explained.

Ibara is sitting on a tree branch looking down at the greenhouse seeing people coming in and go as usual, then she smiles upon seeing the old man handing some flowers to some people.

Days went by as the greenhouse is still going on as Ibara continue watching in hiding and seeing the old man and his daughter doing different things with the plants on other things such as the holidays and on special occasions, making the Dryad girl feel glad that she decided to not attack the humans.

"However, like the life in the forest, a life cannot last forever." Ibara said sounding sad.

Ibara started to notice something odd is going on within the greenhouse and decided to check it out as she goes in, she sees the daughter crying on the counter with her face down.

"Why, dad? Why didn't you tell me? Why did you have to go?" The daughter cried.

Ibara is confused of what the daughter is talking about though knew that something must've happen to the old man which explains why he isn't here.

"I found out the old ma died from a weak heart, he was no longer alive, and his greenhouse felt empty with one piece of the heart missing." Ibara expressed how she felt when she heard the news.

A couple of weeks later, the daughter looked at the greenhouse that has now been shutdown with a single tear flowing down from her eye and walks away as she doesn't want to see the place anymore.

"The daughter closed the greenhouse down with how sad she was, being in that place was just too much without the father around." Ibara stated.

Ibara look sad seeing the daughter abandon the greenhouse that meant everything to her father and now it's nothing now, and all of those lonely plants inside will never get their care ever again.

"That's when I decided to stay in the greenhouse and care for the abandoned plants with my power, so they would never wither from the abandonment." Ibara said.

Ibara rises from the ground and forming her vines all over the inside of the greenhouse making herself as comfy as she can into her new home.

(Flashback End)

"And that's how I came to be in this greenhouse." Ibara finished her story as she and Izuku are now sitting together on a tree branch.

"The story sounds just like the one my co-worker told me, the old man never told anyone about his weak heart… like my dad." Izuku said looking down sad.

"I guess my heart was sadden very much, and my hatred for humans came back a little stronger as well." Ibara proclaimed.

"That is until you came along and help me realize what I truly love about nature." Ibara smiled at Izuku.

"And I'm glad you didn't turn out to be one of those monster people that hates humans so much they would want us dead." Izuku smiled back.

"Of course not, otherwise God would punish my soul for eternity." Ibara stated.

"Feeling nature like this, when I'm with you, something just makes me feel like I'm glad to have been born on this planet." Izuku said.

"As am I, Izuku Midoriya, for God have truly brought us together to embrace the wonders of nature and sharing this moment together." Ibara said holding his hands.

"Me too, you're the most wonderful flower I'm ever glad to pick from the ground to embrace fully." Izuku leaned closer to her face.

Ibara blushes having a feeling something incredible is about to happen and decided to let nature take its course with her eyes close and her lips out, making contact with Izuku's lips and the leaves are shaking from the wind almost like the trees and plants around them are cheering for the happy couple.

Ibara's vine hair starts to wrap gently onto the two and form a heart above them as well.
