After five years Zuko arranges a peace summit in the Imperial City and they're all invited to attend. Reunion fic that's probably been done to death before but the world needs more Kataang. We also don't get any of the inner turmoil Zuko must be going through with leaving everything behind, so this is my retelling of the second half of season 3.

At "The Cross Roads of Destiny" Zuko decides to join Team Avatar after connecting with Katara over the loss of their mothers. Katara sees that Zuko has just been lost up until this point and uses the spirit water on his scar.
