"Homework?" Tikki sat on Marinette's desk as she readied herself for school. "Check." Marinette zipped her bag closed. "Lucky Charm bracelet?" "Check." "Cute boyfriend calling," Tikki noticed the vibrating phone on the desk.

"Am I still supposed to say check?" Marinette laughed and scooped up her phone. "Good morning, beautiful," Adrien's smiling face came on screen. "Good morning, Buttercup," Marinette flushed pink. "I thought we could get coffee and get to school early," Adrien suggested.

"Meet me at the bakery doors? I just need to brush my teeth," Marinette said.

Marinette sighed happily as she tucked her arm through her boyfriend's as they meandered they way towards Starbucks. It wasn't Adrien's good looks or fame or money that attracted Marinette to him. He was kind, fair and good. And she could be herself around him, now that she didn't stammer so much as she used to.

"You look beautiful today," Adrien whispered as he kissed her cheek as they stood in line. "Though, you always look beautiful." Marinette shyly played with his fingers, and decided to have some fun. "Does that mean I should wear burlap tomorrow to school? Preferably a potato sack?" Adrien burst into giggles. "Trust me, if anyone could pull it off, it's you. Though, could we match?"

"They call us the Burlap Couple," Marinette swung his hand in hers as they exited. "Yeah, but I've checked recently love, and kisses don't have carbs." "Shame," Marinette sighed. "I love sweets and calories."

Adrien walked a bit ahead, turning to face her, hands shoved in his pockets. "Well, I'm sweet. Would I do?"

Marinette snorted, and she rubbed her chin, pretending to think. "I don't know, are you a calorie?" she ruffled his hair playfully. Adrien pulled her under a stand of cherry trees which were just beginning to blossom. "I could live on your kisses alone," he said, kissing her.

"Was that my good morning kiss?" Marinette asked. "Yeah, with a side of cherry blossoms," Adrien's eyes sparkled with mirth. "Adrien Agreste! Would you stop thinking of me as snack food!" "Only if you kiss me more."

Marinette rolled her eyes, letting out a mock groan. "Fine."

A sunbeam spotlighted the lover's beneath the trees, the air sweet and petals dancing. The couple was so lost in their kiss, they failed to notice their shadows revealed their alter-egos, but for now, no suits were required.
