Angel: Could Neito copy Izuka's Quirk? Uh, because this is an easy question, for those who do not want spoilers, don't read this part. It would be a blank, this comes up in season 5, but that's a few weeks from now until that particular episode. Hopefully it's not too hard to guess why he can't copy hers. Also I just wanna point out to TyChav97 that Izuku is still in the performance, he just has to step away for a bit during it. Also, if you guys haven't already, check out what I said just last chapter on why I'm uploading early again.

I unfortunately have not checked out the final volume, I know about it, but I don't want spoilers, so no one tell me in the comments please! When it is animated, though, there might be a few changes between this story and the manga's ending if the anime does the exact same things. Because I said this before, there were 2 points of the manga's 430th chapter that bugged me. We'll see how the final volume handled those, though, and that I hopefully won't have to make those changes because I do love the franchise.

Did I ever feel Gentle was a villain? Not...really? Especially not with the way he acts, he's just been down a bad road. Doesn't make him a real villain compared to Shigaraki. I also felt a bit uncomfortable vibe because of the uh...age gap between him and La Brava. Because when I first saw them, I was thinking that she was too young because of their blatant relationship on screen. Especially because of how they ended up in the epilogue. Even though her real age means she is an adult, doesn't mean that I'm always okay with the huge age gap between these two characters. Look them up, I'm not gonna get into it deeper here. Still raises a few red flags for me to this day.

Izuku gripped the bag tighter. "Tell us something," He demanded, causing the two to stop moving. It was a tense silence as the two looked up with angry expressions. "That tea was part of your ritual, right?"

"Part of how you use it for your work?" Izuka narrowed her eyes.

"Well, aren't you perceptive young children?" Gentle asked, essentially giving themselves away. "My dearest viewers! I believe it's time to give you a taste of my hijinks!" He smirked and then revealed himself to the twins. A bunch of pressure came from his body. "Try not to be so dazzled that you avert your eyes as your favorite scoundrel shows off his talents. Gentle Criminal at your service! My plans have shifted." La Brava took off her own disguise while recording. "Due to our current predicament, I shall keep my words brief. For this caper...I will infiltrate UA!" He then struck a pose for the camera.

"So cool!" La Brava gushed, a blush on her face.

"We won't let you do that!" Izuku shouted towards them, the two leaping towards Gentle.

"Clever children. But no such luck for you," Gentle jumped up and touched the ground, making it shake. "Gently...Trampoline!" The twins were then sent flying into the air, screaming. "I'm sure you two have feelings invested in this festival. But they can't win against the desires of my mustache and my soul!" The two gritted their teeth angrily towards him. "This scheme is a crucial step toward my becoming a legend. Be dears and stay out of my way."

He then jumped up with La Brava, creating steps made out of elasticity for them to jump on. "Cheerio, children! Hope you stick the landing!"

Izuka flew them up fast so that Izuku could jump up and grab Gentle. "We won't let you ruin this for our entire school!" They declared in unison, Izuka flying above them. They then crashed into some construction.

They pointed their gloves up ahead, the metal beams moving wildly around them. "For the sake of the world, for the sake of others," He touched the air with his hand. Izuku and Izuka jumped in opposite directions. "For the sake of my courageous dream." La Brava ran up to him with tears in her eyes. Izuku managed to catch the beam while Izuka was falling towards the man. "And to honor your feelings for me..."

Gentle grabbed La Brava and sent them flying. Izuku grunted as he gave a determined look to stop them. Izuka jumped up to him, shocking the boy as she leaped up to be by his side, pointing her arm forward. He did the same, both of them firing off the same attacks as before.

It was now 8:51 AM, and Neito was laughing. Itsuka was in a blue ball gown dress, which he was taking pleasure in because he knew she was a tomboy. "Are you kidding? What the heck are you wearing, Kendo?"

"Oh, dang," Tetsutetsu commented from nearby, Yosetsu standing next to him. All three were dressed for the play that their class would be putting on. "Looking good!"

"This is weird," Yosetsu remarked at Itsuka's appearance.

"Don't just waltz in here," Reiko Yanagi warned the three of them. "She could have been getting dressed."

"This is nuts! Hard to believe someone who's sold her soul to violence can pull off a look like that," Neito ignored it to continue making fun of the Class B rep.

Itsuka gave him an annoyed look, as she was definitely not amused. "I can't figure out if that's a compliment or an insult," She deadpanned towards her classmate.

"A compliment!" Neito corrected himself with a big grin. "After all, I'm the one who entered you into the beauty pageant to begin with. I figure you're a shoo-in because of all your fans from that commercial!" And by commercial, he meant the one that Momo and Itsuka did during their internships. "If you win, Class B will be even more Plus Ultra than the losers in Class A! Especially that hack Midoriya girl! More importantly since you've been focusing on this, I haven't been getting smacked as much!"

Tetsutetsu pointed at him while Yosetsu just waved it off. Itsuka sighed while looking away. "Well, if I'm going to compete, I'm at least gonna aim for the top." But she was gonna smack Neito if she did win, which did remind her of something. She walked up and smacked him in the neck, causing him to fall unconscious. Her classmates just stared since this was normal for them. "That's for calling that girl a hack, she's been through enough!"

"Hey, hey, hold the phone!" Nejire smiled towards them, hands behind her back as she had witnessed the interaction. "It's not fair to say Kendo will win this. It's still anyone's game!"

Neito woke back up immediately after hearing her. "Nejire Hado!"

"And she's right, Mido's my friend, so don't say anything rude about her again!" Nejire pouted in disapproval towards Neito, much to his shock. She then walked up to a nervous Itsuka. "This'll be fun. Won't it?"

"I agree!" Itsuka smiled towards the third-year girl. "I'm looking forward to..." Rose petals flew past them, and they heard a giggle, looking to the side.

"Bless your hearts..." They turned around at the voice. "How precious you think either of you stand a chance. Not when I'm graced with perfect beauty!" She twirled around to reveal herself as Bibimi Kenranzaki herself. "See for yourself!"

"Bibimi Kenranzaki!" Neito exclaimed towards her, and she definitely made a statement with her curly blond hair, her red lipstick and her very long eyelashes. She laughed in a smug way, while Itsuka and Nejire just stood there awkwardly.

"Is this a girl fight or what?" Yosetsu stared up ahead in confusion.

A car was escorting Mirio and Eri from the hospital to the school. "We'll be there super soon," He smiled towards a schedule of the Festival in his hands. "Let's see, Class A's performance starts at 10 AM, and after that, we'll run and catch Class B's play. Then it's chow time and the beauty pageant." He glanced behind him to look at Eri in the backseat. "I bet you're hyped to see the Midoriyas, right? And their dance moves. Although she still wouldn't tell me what her role was in the performance..."

"Mhm," Eri nodded in a bit of excitement. She also hoped that Izuka could just have fun up there.

"Hatsume?" Power Loader was dressed for the festival as Mei was cleaning off her mech. "You should probably clean yourself up before the presentation too."

"What? All this grease is just proof of my hard work," She protested, looking at him with a smile.

Katsuki was rapidly texting to all of the hate comments Izuka was still getting; he had replied to every single one ever since they started. He was straining his hands right now, but he didn't care, he just wanted them to knock it off. He growled as more of them persisted, Mina staring at him.

"Who does he keep messaging?" She wondered to Eijiro nearby. "Doesn't he have to save his fingers for our concert?!"

"It's a touchy subject..." He mumbled while rubbing the back of his neck. The red-haired boy already knew that Mina would gush about it if he told her what Katsuki was doing. "Maybe we should leave him to it, the Midoriyas aren't even back yet," He blinked in realization that the two still hadn't arrived, and the Festival was starting soon.

"They're still not here?" Ochaco frowned as she overheard.

"Yes...I've texted Mido, but there's been no answer," Momo walked over to the brunette. "I'm starting to get worried..."

"I told him they were cutting it close, but they'll be here," Denki sighed while shrugging a little.

"But Mido has her costume that has several parts, she needs to be here so she has time to put it on," Ochaco frowned towards Izuka's mascot costume. Unlike the dance team, she would be wearing red instead of yellow. Her red jacket was lined with yellow on the shoulders and upper body, and had frills at the sleeves. Underneath the jacket would be a dark purple shirt that had 'Class 1-A' on it in white, and a red ruffled skirt. It also came with black leggings and brown boots. And to top it off, she would be wearing a mascot head in the shape of All Might that Izuka spent an entire week crafting out of paper mâché.

Katsuki looked towards her clothes, his eyebrows furrowing as he looked back at his phone. He unlocked it and saw his message asking Izuka where she was, and it went unread. Damn it, what the hell is going on with her...? She wouldn't back out or be cutting it this close unless something happened...

Toshinori was looking at the permission forms for the twins to leave school earlier. Both of them detailed the reason why, and where they would be.

"Good morning, All Might," Midnight greeted as she approached.

"Morning!" He smiled up at her, giving her a two-finger salute. She then looked at the papers in his hands.

"What do we have here? Permission to leave the campus? This morning?" The teacher was a bit surprised that it was even allowed, given that the School Festival was a semi big deal. Not as much as the Sports Festival, but still important.

"Yeah, they said there was something they had to buy before their concert, so they headed down the mountain. I don't blame Mido for going with him, they've both been so busy they haven't had any family time in a while," He explained to her.

She stood up with a small frown. "But we're just about to kick things off! That's cutting it pretty close. I hope they're not doing anything too naughty..."

The crane was still swinging while La Brava and Gentle flew towards the school. "I see you in that boy," La Brava confessed a little nervously. "Neither of you are going to give up! And she's not going to abandon her brother in his time of need!" Izuka grabbed the beam Izuku was still holding. "I think it's time. Let's use my Quirk!" La Brava declared to Gentle.

Izuku carefully put down the beam, looking towards the ground. Can't let them get away... Izuku grabbed his sister's hand, and she gave a nod of understanding. The two of them jumped at the same time, landing on one of Gentle's elastic platforms. They then used it to jump, glancing behind them. His air membranes are invisible, but they're definitely still around.

"The things I elasticize return to normal gradually over time," Gentle explained to the twins while bouncing off a beam.

Izuku gasped as he realized something, looking towards the moving crane. Izuka gave herself a boost using a shooting star, grabbing onto it. Izuku jumped and landed on it, both of them grunting as they leaped off the machine. Izuka landed on another flying star, Izuku landing behind her, the girl looking up ahead as she flew them as fast as she could. Track their movements... Both of them thought in unison, narrowing their eyes.

"They're on our tail, Gentle!" La Brava cried out while Gentle was bouncing around.

"La Brava, if possible, I'd like to save your Quirk until the situation becomes more dire," He informed his partner.

"But at this rate, it's highly possible your plan will fail!" She shouted in protest as he slid to a stop once they reached the forest.

"I'm well aware. This clever caper is now a race against the clock," He looked behind him as the twins were still following them. They both pointed down their hands towards their opponent. "And they're fast! Not helped by the fact the girl has flight ability!" He gently put La Brava down.

Earlier, we were able to use our air attacks to knock him off his trajectory. In order to recover from that and land, he put up two of those bouncy air membranes They could sense where they were just based off of watching him. Well, Izuku mainly. Thanks to Izuka being able to teleport, she had a good sense of where Gentle would've set them. Gentle held out his hand while La Brava was a bit concerned for him. He created an elastic wall as Izuka swooped in close. One of them's above this tree! Izuku jumped off of it to get closer. Izuka kept flying in fast, and soon, both of them were right next to the villains from opposite sides. If one of us aims just right, we can use it against him!

Gentle gritted his teeth while putting up another elastic wall. Izuku moved his body upwards, Izuka pointing her fingers in the same direction as her brother. Izuku fired off an air bullet just as his sister fired off a shooting star, and it went right past him. The attacks ricochetted using the previous elastic walls to hit Gentle. He grunted in pain as Izuku placed a hand on the grass to flip and land. Izuka made her star platform disappear so she could land in a crouch, both of them glaring up ahead. The two then leaped towards the villains.

"Are you okay?" La Brava looked up in worry for her partner. She then yelped as the two were pinned by the twins.

"That's it," Izuku growled towards the two. "We've got you both. Stop resisting and give up!"

"We're near our school, so don't think you can get any farther than this," Izuka glared at the villains. "So leave right now before things get worse for you."

Both of them kept a tight grip on the villains, Gentle grunting from Izuku's hold. La Brava shook a little, looking towards him. In the past, Gentle would've run away as soon as he was discovered.

"I am betting my soul and my prized mustache on this audacious festival scheme!" He declared to La Brava.

Tears were in her eyes that this might be the end of them...that Gentle wouldn't be able to accomplish his goal. She couldn't bare to see him get injured any further because of their mission. If he was mortally wounded...she didn't know what she would do. But his passion is getting him hurt. My poor Gentle!

Manami was looking towards her computer screen in the dark, looking exhausted and empty. "Get this. You know Aiba, that short girl in Class 3? I've never even talked to her, but she sent me a love letter," A middle school student confessed to two of his classmates.

"What?" The girl laughed a little. "For real?"

"It gets worse," The student who got the letter smiled a little. "Based on the weird stuff she knew, she's been stalking me. It's so creepy!" The two laughed, and he joined them. "There were pages and pages. I've got to show you."

"Gross. What a psycho."

What they didn't know was that Manami was listening in the entire time. She bit her lip, feeling ashamed and heartbroken...

"It's kinda scary."

A tear ran down her cheek. 'In the fall of my very first year of middle school, I worked up the courage to write a love note to a boy who ended up mocking me.' She continued to cry all alone, her tears falling onto the ground. 'After that, I lost faith in basically everything.'

She stared towards her screen, feeling as if she couldn't believe in anything anymore. 'All I did was stare at my computer. But even doing that, I could feel myself falling apart...'

"Maybe I should just say goodbye to this life," She murmured and then clicked on a video.

"A good day to you, dear viewers," She flinched as she heard Gentle's voice. He was winking towards the camera. "Yes! It is I before you. Gentle Criminal. Have you lost your passion? Then please, put your faith in me! For I will change this wretched world!"

As she watched...she felt like life was given back to her, a blush on her face. 'That's when I first discovered you. You brought light back to my life.'

She smiled while looking at herself in the mirror, having done her hair in pigtails. Her outfit was even similar to Gentle's. She frowned a little towards the dark circles around her eyes. After being in her depression, they were permanent, so she couldn't get rid of them... 'I can't get rid of these dark circles. I hope he doesn't think I'm a weirdo...'

"I'm sorry," Manami looked up at Gentle, who stared at her in surprise. "I hacked into your account...to get your address!" She blushed while explaining herself. "I'm a fan and I want to help you! May I please? Gentle?"

After he invited her in, he gave her some tea and she covered her eyes. 'You took me in without any reservations. And you were so, so kind.' She looked up happily as he instructed her during their first time filming a video together. He glanced back at the woman as she was watching him from behind a pole. 'You didn't make fun of my feelings.' He watched as she uploaded a video. 'You accepted me wholly.'

A police car was nearby as they snuck away together, the police officer not noticing them. As the sun set, he smiled and held out his hand. 'We walked together.' She looked up at him in awe, smiling as she took his hand. 'Side by side. Hand in hand.' She smiled as they continued walking home together.

She reached out to the dark circles in her eyes, still a bit ashamed of them. She put down the mirror, Gentle looking from the hallway. He was about to give her tea when he noticed how sad she looked...that she felt like they were something to hide. She looked towards her tea.

"Manami Aiba," He announced, getting her attention. "I've been thinking of your codename," He was holding a black marker. "How does La Brava sound to you?" He held up a notebook full of names...and also revealed that he had drawn dark circles around his eyes to be just like hers. Just so she wouldn't feel alone having them. "You're the perfect partner, and your codename should reflect that!"

Her eyes glistened before she blushed, tears in her eyes. Her lip quivered as a tear fell into her tea...but a happy tear this time after so long...

Gentle... La Brava stared at him looking defeated, and she couldn't stand it. My darling Gentle!

"We'll hand you over to the police as soon as we can," Izuku glared down at them. La Brava had fresh tears in her eyes staring at her partner, looking sad for Gentle. "Don't try to fight back!"

"No tricks either," Izuka narrowed her eyes a little. "We got lucky that we were able to come across you two..."

La Brava just smiled instead of being upset that they were caught. "I love you, Gentle," She confessed to the villain.

"And I you, my La Brava," He smiled towards the woman and they looked into each other's eyes happily.

La Brava. Her Quirk: Love.

Something sparked from Gentle, and suddenly pink hearts came out of him.

By confessing her love to the person she has feelings for, she can temporarily power up the object of her affection.

The twins looked towards Gentle in shock for the pink energy coming out of him thanks to La Brava. Gentle twitched from the power boost, Izuku barely able to keep him pinned. "What's going on? His strength."

"But she's not affected at all?" Izuka looked towards La Brava in confusion.

La Brava smiled proudly towards Gentle.

The deeper her love, the more of a boost she can give. If activated in times of crisis, she can increase someone's strength tenfold! Ah, love. Such a powerful thing!

Thanks to La Brava's love for him, Gentle was getting a major power boost, unknown to the twins. "Apologies, children..." He zipped and grabbed La Brava, knocking back the twins so hard that they spun. The two hit the ground hard as he stood up, a pink aura around him. "I abhor using brute force...so I usually edit out scenes of such violence," He held La Brava close with the pink energy strong around the man. He then walked up to the twins, as they were on the ground wondering what just happened. "It would be best if you two took a nap." He then put his foot onto Izuka's back and hit Izuku's neck first, causing him to yelp. Izuka gritted her teeth as she glanced up at them.

"Her saying her love for you..." She murmured as she couldn't move, gripping the grass. No matter how much she tried, his strength was too much for her to knock him away. "That's what did it, huh?" She knew that they got away after La Brava said she loved him, so it wasn't too hard for her to guess. "It gave you a power boost..."

"Smart girl. But time for your nap," He hit her neck next and she was knocked out.

"He really does hate this," La Brava tried to comfort them, even though they didn't hear it. Gentle turned around and started to leave.

"No..." He turned around to see Izuku struggling to get up. "The two of us have fought against stronger, faster people than you...and beaten them."

The two gasped in a bit of fear that the twins weren't unconscious. "You think you're the biggest match we've ever had? Not even close..." Izuka hissed while shaking. The two looked up to reveal nosebleeds.

"This isn't over. We haven't lost yet!" They declared while pointing their gloves, about to activate them.

"Good morning, UA!" Present Mic announced at the school, because of course he was the EMC. "Yeah! Prep work is all done and it's time to rock! Let's get this party goin'!" Hound Dog was nearby the school, sniffing around for any villains. So far, he hadn't stumbled upon Gentle, La Brava, and the twins. "If you can hear my voice, get out there and have fun!" Hound Dog let out a growl as he looked up, catching someone's scent. "Let me hear you make some noise!"

It was 9 AM now as the School Festival was just starting. "The UA School Festival...starts now!"

All four heard it, but the twins fired off their wind attacks. Gentle grunted as he was sent back a couple of feet. La Brava gasped while bracing herself. This is impossible The villain gritted his teeth as he watched the twins recollect themselves.

"No way!" La Brava murmured a bit anxiously.

That was our last resort! Gentle thought as the twins leaped towards him. He put La Brava down and kneeled, watching them. In the past...Lover Mode always allowed us to escape. It was how he managed to get past all those heroes when he robbed the J-Store after all. So the fact that not one, but two people managed to overcome was a shock to the villains. As Gentle jumped, La Brava had tears in her eyes, very worried. By now, they'd be escaping to UA, but she was concerned that their foolproof escape didn't work. Together!

"Why won't you just give up already?" Izuku demanded the villain.

"You were already restrained, but you're still going through with this, why?!" Izuka grunted in annoyance.

"Gentle..." La Brava walked up, looking towards the sky as the three clashed. "No! I'm sorry!" She whimpered as she kneeled; for once, her love for him wasn't enough to get them out of this. "Forgive me, but...it seems like my love wasn't strong enough to help!" She cried out, her tears falling down her cheeks.

Gentle landed on a tree, looking towards her. "Nothing's certain yet, La Brava! Your feelings will see us through," He declared to his partner. The twins jumped off of the tree they were leaning on, heading towards the villain. He held up his hands as multiple elastic platforms appeared above his head. "Gently Sandwich!" He then threw the platforms onto the twins to knock Izuku into his sister. Both of them hit the grass roughly. "The thinner the sandwich, the more elegant it's considered!"

Izuku gritted his teeth as his body was crushing his sister's thanks to Gentle pinning the elastic wall over his back. "I'm sorry, sis, are you okay?" He didn't look towards her.

"Don't worry about me," She hissed in a bit of pain. She gripped the grass to bear through it.

"I do regret having to pile on so many layers, but I suppose it can't be helped," Gentle landed on top of the large elastic sandwich. "Sacrifices must be made...to achieve the dreams of my youth. To make certain history remembers me. This is no longer an ambition I hold simply for myself!" He looked towards La Brava. "Unless I want my name to fade, I must persevere. My aims are not so trivial I would abandon them, only because you asked! You're both UA students, so you must understand what it means to yearn for a goal."

Hearing this from him was further pissing off Izuka, not unlike how Katsuki could get. Just because they were UA students, didn't mean they were going to allow him to do this for having his name out there. And he should know better to expect that by now. "SHUT..." Izuka started off while Izuku punched the ground to lift themselves up, and she reached out her hand. "UP!" She shouted while aiming a shooting star from Izuku's opening. This allowed her to be shot up from the ground and release them both.

"We do!" Izuku declared while gritting his teeth. "If you understand that, then why would you target the School Festival?! Why would you ruin everything we've worked so hard for?" He soared up to the sky, followed by Izuka. Gentle watched them as the two grabbed him by the cape, landing on the grass.

"It's not that I don't get why you're doing this!" Izuka squeezed her eyes shut. "You want to be remembered, I get it! But if you keep fighting, then I won't get to have my name out there either!" She screamed, causing him to gasp. "I've gone through the most work out of anyone, and I can't let you ruin it, so what's stopping you from doing this another time?!"

"Because. There's no other way!" He shouted towards his opponents. The two grabbed him by the shoulders, knocking him towards the ground.

"It's for your dream," Izuku reminded the man. "So nothing else matters? You'll get the whole event cancelled. And take the happiness away from a girl who doesn't even know how to smile yet!"

"Yes, you should work for your dream...but I'm doing that too!" Gentle looked towards Izuka wide-eyed. "It's mine to be able to get past my fear of crowds, and the School Festival is supposed to help me do that! I'm scared, but I still wanna do it because it'll help me!"

They landed on an elastic wall, the two bouncing away from Gentle. The twins slowly slid to a stop. "I will. If that's what it takes to achieve my goal!" He jumped towards the duo, recoiling back his fist while still affected by La Brava's Love.

"My dream...is to become a pro," Danjuro Tobita revealed with a small smile, gesturing to himself. "A hero great enough to be written about in textbooks one day." He was 18, in his 2nd year of high school, hoping to achieve his dream soon.

"Yeah..." The teacher spoke up skeptically across from him. "Let's talk about that. Things aren't looking good for you, Tobita. Our school isn't exactly difficult, yet your grades are horrible and you keep getting held back. On top of that, this is the 4th time you've failed the provisional licensing exam. Honestly, the only thing I can recommend is for you to voluntarily withdraw."

He recoiled back in a bit of alarm, though still had a smile on his face.

"I heard the Takeshitas' son already has agencies asking him to join," Mrs. Tobita spoke to her own son, looking towards the boy she heard about. Danjuro looked up at her with a small smile.

"Don't worry about it, Mom. I'll keep trying. I swear."

Later, he was at a cafe alone when a citizen ran past the window he was sitting near. "Emergency!" He shouted, getting Danjuro's attention. "Call a hero!"

A man was dangling from a window washing machine as it had broken off. He was hanging onto the machine for dear life. "He's gonna fall!" A man gasped sharply as the crowd looked up in worry. Danjuro ran up to them and then zipped past them.

'I thought that, with my Quirk...' The machine broke off thanks to the man's weight, and he fell towards the ground. 'I could make a cushion.' Danjuro held out his hand. 'I could save him.' His Quirk activated just as a flying hero swooped in...and got hit with Danjuro's elastic wall. He bounced backwards, and the machine hit the platform. The falling man himself slipped past it...as the machine ended up falling on top of the man, injuring him majorly. Danjuro panted in fear as the ambulances were arriving; he didn't mean for this to happen...he just wanted to be a hero...

Later on, he was sitting across the police. "He was seriously injured. It'll be a long recovery. Your actions interfered with a pro's rescue attempt." At the Tobita house, the word trash was drawn onto their fence with graffiti. "I have to charge you with obstructing official hero duties."

Despite the misunderstanding, Danjuro was still charged, and he came home to his upset parents. Then he was expelled from school thanks to the incident. "That will go on your record, of course."

His mother was angry while throwing things at her son, essentially kicking him out...

Cherry blossoms fell as Danjuro walked down a street, 22 now. "Spring is lovely," He murmured while his life was horrible. He had no support system, his parents were in debt because of the incident, and no other schools would accept him. On top of that, he wasn't having much luck finding work either. "Foraging is easier. Heh heh heh..."

He heard a bunch of gasps, looking up ahead. 'I had already abandoned my dream." His classmate was already a pro hero, waving to some of his fans. 'And then...'

"Takeshita?" He smiled a little at the man. "You formed your own agency?" He ran up to the man, all of them staring at him in silence. "That's wonderful! You must remember me from school? We were in the same class-"

Takeshita laughed awkwardly, rubbing the back of his neck. "Uhh, sure. What was your name again?"

Danjuro looked at him in shock that...his own classmate didn't remember him. 'That's when I knew. I'd been forgotten...' His eyes widened towards the hero...they were the same age. Takeshita was a pro hero, and what did Danjuro have to show for himself? Absolutely nothing now.

He rummaged through his belongings frantically. 'Would I simply grow old and die alone? Poor and pathetic?' He picked up a book called History of Supervillainy. 'No! Never!' He had a maniacal look on his face, as he decided from then on, he'd be a villain.

"I have time!" Gentle shouted at the twins, zipping around them thanks to his elastic walls. The two barely had time to react either.

"Gentle!" La Brava's eyes were shaking; he hadn't needed to push himself in Lover Mode before. She didn't want to know what would happen if he ended up pushing his limits in that state... We use Lover Mode as a way to escape in a hurry. Not like this! He usually tries so hard to avoid violence. She looked towards Izuku and Izuka, who took a hit from Gentle. Other heroes they came across never brought out that side of Gentle...and yet somehow, two UA students did. They watched as he landed behind them, making the grass bouncy.

"You can mock me and say that I'm weak!" He shouted as he landed on a tree, gritting his teeth. He leaped towards the twins, a fierce expression on his face. "I care not what either of you think! We will prevail!"

Both of them lunged their fists forward, catching one hand from him each. A bunch of wind pressure came from all three of them because of their continued clash. "We won't mock you. But we can't let you go to UA!" Izuku shouted towards him.

"I know what it's like to be mocked, I would never do that," Izuka declared to the villain. "That doesn't mean we'll let you do this!"

"Defeat them!" La Brava shouted from her spot. "You have to!" She screamed with tears in her eyes again. His Lover Mode increased in strength, giving off a bigger aura than before. Izuku gritted his teeth, looking towards La Brava.

That girl's Quirk Izuku thought while Gentle pushed both of them back a bit. His power is increasing even more.

Damn it...! Izuka growled to herself, looking into Gentle's eyes. I was right, her power allows him to be in this form.

Gentle gritted his teeth, looking up as he knew he hadn't been on this level of Lover Mode before. But he had to push through this. He didn't understand why either of them wanted to be heroes, when his life had dealt him terrible hands...

"You! Tell me, why is it you want to be heroes?!" He yelled while pushing them towards the ground. They didn't answer at first while trying to hold him back together.

La Brava just smiled instead of being upset that they were caught. "I love you," She confessed to the villain.

"This is no longer an ambition I hold simply for myself!" He looked towards La Brava.

"We're the same as you, Gentle," Izuku informed as he sensed that Gentle had been through a lot, otherwise he wouldn't have become a villain. Even though his goal was to ruin the Festival in order to accomplish his goal, Izuku could still see that Gentle's goal...he shared it with someone he respected. "My dream isn't just my own anymore!" The two started to slowly push back against Gentle. Izuku and Izuka both remembered Izuku crying when he learned he was Quirkless, and Inko hugging him. "I have a goal that my body wasn't made for. And there was a point when I'd completely given up on it. Even though my sister did her best to support me! But for everyone who's cheered me on, including her. For everyone who's acknowledged me! I'll become a hero! Plenty of people in this world are hurting. And so...I want to become someone who can show them a bright future!"

"Getting over my fear wasn't a dream...but it's something that I don't carry on my own anymore!" Izuka yelled, gritting her teeth. Like Izuku, she related to Gentle wanting to share his passion with someone. Because that was what she felt like when she and Katsuki had gotten back on better terms. "I fought so hard to better myself as a person. I was too shy growing up, too afraid to make a name for myself because I wanted to help my brother. Even when I changed my mind, I was still holding back! I had given up long ago on being a hero, when all I had to do was talk to him! This is for everyone who's helped me become a better person, who supported me even though I couldn't even talk to them properly for the first semester! And even though I'm still scared...I'll get up on that stage and prove that I can become a pro, and that I belong at UA!"

"...I see," He gave them a small smirk. "Yes..." He then growled and threw them across the ground. The two yelped as they landed roughly against a tree. Izuka landed with a big thump first, groaning while shaking from the pain.

La Brava took out her laptop and began typing. My love. I believe with all my heart you can do this! She prayed for him to be okay while she got to work. It wasn't as close as she wanted to be to hack into the sensors, but it would have to do. It was the only way she could think of to help Gentle now. If I can connect to UA's internal network using this special wireless connection, then I can deactivate their security system, and we can get inside. She then started something while crying. This program I created has to work! However, she got an access denied blocker. Oh no...I can't connect from this far away. She then got onto her feet, grabbing her laptop and running off. I need to get closer! She wiped her face with a leaf to get her scent off. Anything I can do to help Gentle. I have to try!

Gentle looked back while gritting his teeth in concern. He had a feeling of where she was going, but he couldn't allow her to. La Brava, no! It's dangerous to go alone! Izuku and Izuka lifted their heads up, getting onto their feet.

Can't let her leave! He thought while running after her.

If she gets close enough with her computer, it's all over! We can't let that happen, not when we're this close to stopping them! Izuka glared up ahead.

"Tell me," Gentle jumped in front of the two to stop them. As much as he didn't want La Brava to go off alone, he quickly understood that this was for their plan. He kneed both of them in the stomach and they flew backwards. "Do either of you still believe me to be an unworthy opponent?" He watched as the two landed on their backs hard. He jumped up into the sky, using the trees to move around them. I will throw away my pride, honor, everything to defeat the both of you. Consider it a sign of respect, children. He gritted his teeth while flying towards the two, who gasped sharply as they looked up.

La Brava was still on her way to the school, slowly coming to a stop. She realized...even though this was for everything that they had worked for...that it was too late. Because Hound Dog and a few of Ectoplasm's clones were on their way. No...they're coming. She shook in fear; she didn't have any fighting ability, so there was no way she'd be able to fend them off. If she went back the way she came, she'd be leading them to Gentle. So what was she supposed to do?

Izuku made his hand into a fist while Izuka held up her outstretched hand. Both of them fired their wind attacks, and Gentle spun right past them all. Their last one was the only hit they got, getting him in the leg. He spun backwards, unable to stop moving. This gave the opening that they needed as they jumped up into the air.

Shoot Style Izuku prepared himself as they approached Gentle.

Comet Burst... Izuka recoiled back her hand as fire engulfed it to form into a sphere.

St. Louis...Smash! Izuku swung his leg to kick Gentle in the face.

Solar...Fire! Izuka threw her flaming Comet Burst as it gave off sparks of fire. It managed to hit Gentle in the stomach, both of them sending the villain onto the ground. He groaned as his back hit the grass and he turned to land on his stomach. Izuka's fire wasn't fatal as only a bit of smoke was coming off of him. The sparks of fire did surround the pink energy from La Brava to burn it off into ash, and then it moved around to restrain him. Izuku placed a hand on his shoulder as Izuka walked up to him.

"You were my toughest opponent..." He was sitting over Gentle's back, pinning him again just in case he escaped. "Because you are someone I can understand..." He whispered to the villain.

Izuka was panting hard while looking down at the man. "It honestly breaks my heart to do this compared to other villains I've faced," She stated while out of breath. "The love you have for La Brava...I know what that's like. I have someone I care about and respect a lot that I'd do anything for. If I had lost this fight, I would've disappointed him..." She turned away with a weak chuckle. "It's unfair, to tell you the truth..."

"Gentle!" La Brava returned back, looking over her shoulder. "There are heroes on the way!" She looked back up ahead, gasping sharply to see the state Gentle was in.

"Run," He looked up at her, unable to get up. The Love she gave was wearing off quickly thanks to Izuka. "Save yourself..."

The power up from La Brava's Quirk is temporary. And can only be used once per day.

La Brava had a look of despair and agony on her face to see Gentle like this. She knew that something like this would happen if they weren't quick...and she felt like she was partially to blame for it. She should've pulled him out, she should've given him more of her Love...but nothing she did had been enough. She couldn't even get close to the school to hack into their sensors...she failed the love of her life.

Her laptop fell, but she didn't care. "No. Stop...take your hands off of him!" She demanded while running over to the twins. "Let my Gentle go!" She cried out while lightly hitting Izuku. "Get off him! Now!"

The two stared at her silently while La Brava went over to Izuka, grabbing her smoking arm and shaking it. "Rleaese him! Gentle poured his whole heart into this scheme!" Her tears wouldn't stop flowing from her face. "He even forgot to take his beloved tea breaks while he worked! You wanna show the world a bright future? Can't you see Gentle is my only light?! Don't take him from me! Please, I'll have nothing left!" She pleaded with the both of them.

Izuka blinked down at her.

She held out her arms, latching onto Katsuki once she reached him. The blond flinched in surprise as she clutched onto his shirt tightly, hiding her face into his chest. He looked down at the top of her head, wondering what was going on. "Huh? What the hell are you-"

"I'm so relieved to see you guys...I'm sorry that I've been absent," She confessed without looking up, her hands trembling. Katsuki then dropped his annoyance as he faltered. His eyes then softened as he slowly placed a hand on the back of her head.

"Yeah...so just...let it all out, Izuka."

She flinched and then started to wail, tears streaming down her cheeks. Katsuki closed his eyes as he rubbed the back of her head comfortingly.

Izuka clamped her mouth shut after recalling that memory, looking towards the ground. She had a feeling...La Brava needed Gentle, and she could relate to her even more thinking that. Because...she felt like she needed Katsuki in her life. That without him, she would've been the same meek, shy girl she was at the start of her first semester. Her classmates and her brother were her support too, but...Katsuki was easily the biggest inspiration in her life. Her life would've stayed the same if not for him and watching how he dealt with situations. Some of them that she fought hard in because of him being a factor. And now...she was starting to debate if this was even the right thing anymore a little to keep fighting them. Because...just like her life changed with Katsuki...so did La Brava's with Gentle. I know that they want to cause trouble for our school. I'm not questioning that for a second. But...just hearing her like this...it almost makes me wish that we could let them go. Which is crazy since I know what it would mean for everyone else if we did...is this how Izuku feels every day when he thinks about a villain? Has it always been this hard...? Why did it have to be us that came across them...?

Gentle's eyes shook a little listening to La Brava's cries of desperation to see his plan through. La Brava...I told you to run knowing full well that you wouldn't. Because...that is who you are.

He put his tea cup on the saucer. "You can't help me," He told Manami when they first met. "That would make you an accomplice to my misdeeds," He frowned a little, wondering silently that maybe her life would be better without him. That she still had a purpose that didn't involve him—she was the only fan of him after all.

"Yes, but I've already committed plenty of crimes with my hacking," She looked up at him pleadingly. He hummed in thought and she smiled up at him. "It'll be fine, Gentle!" She was happy while blushing, wanting to be completely devoted to the man across from her. "It's all worth it to be with you! As long as I'm by your side, I'll be happy."

Would you have found joy if you'd escaped alone? He thought as those thoughts he had when they met were coming back tenfold. Because unlike him, she had a chance to continue living her life. He on the other hand...might never get his name out there like he wanted. He felt like he just couldn't let her continue living this kind of life. She had only done everything for him... Would you have found a new life? La Brava was continuously crying while still fighting for him against the twins. No.

"I'll die before I'll let anyone take you away from me!" Her declaration was an echo to him mostly. Hearing this only further confirmed it for him.

I'm sure you would've gone on to commit crimes far more heinous than we have Gentle thought, knowing that with her hacking skills, she could go on to do much better than him. Especially since he had failed now...

Ectoplasm stumbled upon them as the twins still hadn't reacted to La Brava.

But this is my fault. I'm the one who brought you here If he knew that this would be the results of their plan, he would've never insisted on doing it. Who accepted you and made you my partner. Who got you involved He remembered the smile she gave when she said she'd be happy with him...it was something he'd treasure even though this wasn't happiness. This wasn't what he wanted for her. La Brava...I hope you know...that I am happy with you! Despite Izuka having burned off the aura, some of it came back and combined with her Quirk...to be a burning love he held for La Brava. No one noticed it though as La Brava was still begging for his release. If the heroes catch me like this...it'll be obvious that you are my accomplice. In which case...

His pink aura returned as he broke off the restraints Izuka had on him. He punched Izuku off of him, sending him flying. Izuka looked up in shock, flying after him. The least I can do is make it look as though this fight never happened Izuku bounced off an elastic wall as Izuka got in closer to him. She flew to catch him as he landed behind her.

Gentle reached out to hug the crying La Brava. To make the crime just a little less serious. She wrapped an arm around his shoulder. The two looked down at the villains, Izuka blinking in shock at their embrace. She slowly stopped what she was doing. Don't come back, Izuku and Izuka Midoriya. For the sake of my darling's future.

La Brava looked up at him in tears because...she had a feeling of what he was doing. She closed her eyes while clinging onto him tightly, not wanting to let go of him. Such passionate young children. You should be proud of each other. You protected everything you stood for...and won.

Hound Dog arrived to see them. "...I'm afraid I took a tumble in the park," Gentle spoke up after a few seconds. "UA...I'm turning myself in." They stared down at the two still embracing.
