Angel: Going to Gentle and La Brava for a second, at that point, they just met Izuka, and they're not even really friends right now. Season 7, maybe they could be, but they're not that close to find out who's behind the photo. It wouldn't make sense given how upset La Brava was at both her and Izuku for taking down Gentle. So I wouldn't go as far to say that they would find the UA traitor for her.

Once again, I have to ask, is the logo for the designer on the costumes themselves? Because if not, then no, the logo wouldn't ruin the costume. By that criteria, any of the designers could be Izuka's if there's no logo. I might actually have to look into this. Besides, it's definitely not winter time yet in the story. How many episodes of the anime are there? Over 150...? Don't know why you had to hear that from me, though.

To MissLiss, nah Izuka wouldn't have cried over the kiss. She's more so in shock than upset that it was played off. Remember, she's still learning about romance so I don't think she'd take it as heartbreaking. Get ready for even more waiting on Bakuza being official though...

"I brought clean clothes and something to keep you warm," Fuyumi stated at Fujiya Hospital.

"Thanks..." A voice said gratefully to her.

"It's supposed to get kinda chilly next week," The woman smiled while looking over her shoulder.

"That sounds nice," It was Rei Todoroki, the matriarch of the family, that Fuyumi was visiting. "I like the cold."

"The heat's never been our thing, huh?" Natsuo, Shoto's older brother, grinned towards his mother.

Rei just smiled at her children. "I'm glad to see you're looking healthy."

Fuyumi then pointed at Natsuo accusingly. "Ever since he started college, we stopped seeing him as much. I'm pretty sure he's got a new girl there."

Natsuo's whole body turned red as he turned around with wide, embarrassed eyes. "Oh, come on, sis! That's not fair, I call you guys! Anyway, you look great too, Mom! I'm happy to see a smile on your face!" She smiled happily; ever since Shoto was visiting her, she was much more joyful than depressed. "Any special reason?"

She then held up envelopes to show them. "Well, Shoto has been sending me letters. He said the extra training for the provisional license is tough, but he's working hard to catch up to his friends. He seems rather fond of three other classmates that he likes to talk about."

"Wow," Natsuo sat on her bed. "Didn't know he wrote you so much."

"Between living at the dorms and his training, he hasn't been able to pop by nearly as much," Fuyumi approached her mother.

"Hey," Natsuo then showed his phone. "Don't you think it's time they let you get a phone? It'd be easier than writing."

"You're right," Rei smiled in agreement with him. "I'll see what the doctors say."

"Can I see the letters?" Fuyumi asked a little eagerly, since Shoto hadn't seen his siblings much either.

"Sure. Just don't tell Shoto," Rei smiled in a little amusement.

"By the way..." Natsuo started off, getting the attention of his mother. "Did ya see? He's officially number one now."

"Natsu!" Fuyumi gave him a look of disapproval. The last thing she wanted to do was remind her mother that their father was the reason why she was in the hospital. Plus, she didn't think her mother even bothered to ask about him or read about him ever since she had been there.

"The world doesn't know what he did to you or to us...how terribly he treated his family," Natsuo faltered a little. "It's not like he ever mentions us or anything."

"Come on, why would you even bring him up?" Fuyumi asked in defense.

"It's fine, Fuyumi," Rei told her daughter, letting her son continue.

"I barely remember him being around. He's basically like a stranger to me, so I don't care what happens to him," Natsuo declared, as the amount of abuse he put Shoto though could never get him to forgive his father. "Still...I can't stand that he pretends he never did anything bad to you guys. Especially to you, Mom. It's been about 10 years since he put you in here. And he hasn't had the decency to apologize. He wants to leave the past behind and forget about his family."

Fuyumi looked away in silence for his bold words. She didn't want to believe it, but at the same time, their mother had been here for most of their lives. Endeavor didn't even bother releasing her either because he didn't want her to hurt Shoto. That was why she was still there...

"I don't think that's true," Rei spoke up softly.

Natsuo blinked as his bitterness was increasing. "Why do you always insist on protecting him, Mom...?"

"See those flowers?" She asked and he glanced over to the blue flowers in front of the window. "He knows they're my favorite. I only mentioned it once. When we'd just met."

"Wait, Dad's been here?!" Fuyumi exclaimed at her; he made no indication that he visited her, especially since he was either always training Shoto or doing his hero work. Or that he was sending his wife her favorite flowers apparently...

"Many times, apparently. Of course, I haven't seen him. I'm still afraid," Rei murmured, as Endeavor would visit, but would never actually enter her room. "And the doctors don't think it's a wise idea. I have no idea what he's feeling or how his mind works. Nor the external pressures that must be on him. But see? He is thinking about us. He's definitely trying to face his past and his family. In his own way..."

Endeavor glared towards the High-End Nomu, about to face it.

"Hey, Endeavor," Hawks called out from inside of the restaurant. "I didn't know you could fly!"

"I'm just not falling!" Endeavor retorted back to him. "Now stay alert. This thing's still moving," He looked towards the burnt, but not defeated High-End Nomu.

"Ha, didn't think you could...kill me...with puny flames," The High-End Nomu then started to regrow back its limbs and body. "Did you, Hero?!" He growled out while almost back to normal. Izuka's eyes slowly widened at the monster. She couldn't believe what she was seeing...this Nomu was definitely on a different level compared to the ones she had seen before. And she didn't like where this would be heading...

He's regenerating. The one at Hosu could do that too...I've never seen one of the grey ones with that power. Does that mean the black Nomu have more abilities? No...it's not just that. This one is completely unlike any other I've faced. Because...it can talk!

The High-End Nomu gave Endeavor a big grin. "Show me strength," It challenged to the hero.

Endeavor clenched a fist, giving off some wind pressure. "In that case...I'll take it alive for interrogation! Get Mido out of here!" His flames started to burn brighter and they spread out before his body brightened almost like a star. "Flashfire Fist!" He looked towards his smoking fist. "Hell Spider!" He screamed as he sent multiple lights towards the High-End Nomu, who dodged them. It then grabbed Endeavor, expanded its own arm, and threw him into the building, causing a crash. Endeavor grunted as he tried to break free from the monster's tight hold. The High-End Nomu stared at him with a grin before pressing him harder against the window. Endeavor crashed right through it, sending glass everywhere into the room. Both of them were sent flying through multiple walls before emerging onto the other side. Endeavor growled as he expanded his fire to engulf the Nomu in. However, the Nomu's arms started to move around him like a web of sorts.

He's already on the attack again...?

The High-End Nomu let out a roar as it flew, and citizens were in a panic inside of the building.

"Come on. Get yourself together now," Hawks looked up at the ceiling. "Stop 'im, Number One!" He then looked towards Izuka getting onto her feet. "Mido, you need to get out of here. Endeavor and I will take care of it from here. Hold on tight, my feathers will help."

She blinked as she heard the screaming people not too far away from them, biting her lip. She clenched a fist as she couldn't just leave...not when people were in danger. Not when people could get hurt...she felt like she had to do something. Izuka squeezed her eyes shut, sweating as she knew that she didn't have her license...but that didn't mean she could do this.

The High-End Nomu stretched out his arm, swinging it across the building to damage it. Something spun around to support the building with heat, revealing to be Endeavor. He then descended down, using his flames to stop in mid-air. He looked up while gritting his teeth, already bleeding.

It overcame my reverse thrust! He looked towards his opponent, the part of the building that was damaged looking like it was going to fall off. How is this thing faster and stronger than me?

The top half of the building started to cave in towards the middle. Two heroes were on their way as they looked up. "You've gotta be kidding me! It's falling!" One of them shouted while citizens not near the building stared in shock. Hawks' red feathers swooped in to fly people out of the broken windows. The hero concentrated his other feathers to find others in need of rescuing.

Sense them. Fierce Wings. Screams, breaths, rustling clothes, every human movement. He then narrowed his eyes as he could sense these just about everywhere since it was a big building... I won't be able to get everyone out of the building. His feathers continued moving to get as many people as he could. I don't have enough feathers. So, I'll focus on those in the most danger.

As a feather reached Izuka, she closed her eyes as she made her decision. As it closed in on her...she turned around and ran off, missing the feather completely. Hawks gasped as he turned around to her.

"What are you doing?!"

She slid to a stop, turning around to him as his feathers went after her. "Uranus Orbit!" She stomped a foot to create an ice wall between the two, panting as she stared at the hero. He flinched as she realized what she was doing.

"I know what you're gonna do, but you can't. You don't have a provisional license. You could get in a lot of trouble," He told her seriously and she took a deep breath. While she was distracted, he sent feathers flying around to grab her.

"I don't care what happens to me," She said out of breath and he blinked in alarm, staring at the girl as his feathers came to a stop. "I can't just leave innocent people to suffer! You can't save all of them on your own, right? I can teleport to find the ones who aren't in imminent danger, I won't be fighting. If I get in trouble with Mr. Aizawa, at least I won't regret today. Please...don't make me walk away from saving others," She narrowed her eyes, silently telling him that she would fight him to save the citizens if she had to. Which she knew would be wasting their time.

"Ah..." He murmured as he stared, the two looking at each other in silence. He wouldn't usually allow this kind of thing, but he could see her noble intentions. And she did have a point... She's been through countless situations...and she's right. Meaning...I'm gonna have to put my faith in her. Once that Nomu sees her though, it might target her. Hawks closed his eyes with a small smile. "Alright then, Mido. I'm leaving them to you. But don't engage in battle, understand? Don't leave a single floor unattended."

She gave a small smile for him putting his trust into her. "Thank you, Hawks. I won't let you down!" And with that, she ran off and he turned back towards the broken window. He then stepped out and took flight, though his wings were much smaller.

Hawks. Quirk: Fierce Wings! He has tough, yet supple feathers! He released a bunch of them to make his wings even smaller. Each and every one of them is under his control. They swooped in and pulled out dozens of people. Izuka summoned a black hole portal and jumped through it, sliding to see another citizen. Luckily, since she had to either know the building's layout or just specific targets by association, it would come very handy. She created a star platform to scoop up the citizen and fly her out before running to search the floor for people Hawks left for her. As the citizens Hawks found were landing safely, the feathers carrying them flew back to his body.

"76 people in the damaged section...all evacuated safely!" He pushed up his goggles as his wings were back in full size. He then looked towards a few people being flown out by Izuka's flying stars. "Good job, Mido. Now I can help Endeavor."

He looked up at the High-End Nomu, flying towards it. Endeavor appeared right behind it, holding out his hands. "Flashfire Fist!" Orange lines came from his fingers to surround the Nomu in. "Hell Spider!" There was another explosion as the High-End Nomu's limbs came apart. However, it started to grow them back just as fast.

"Is that the best you've got, tough guy?" Hawks asked Endeavor, noting the regeneration.

"Of course not!" He shouted, gritting his teeth. "Time to slice and burn!" He then swung down his arms, taking apart the building nearby with Hell Spider. The building split into different sections and then exploded. Thankfully, the top half had already been evacuated, so no one got hurt. Izuka flew out of the explosion on a flying star, growling angrily towards Endeavor.

"Wanna give a heads up before you start exploding buildings?!" She called out, to the shock of Endeavor.

"You're not supposed to be here! I told you to get her out!" He whipped around to Hawks angrily.

"Don't worry, it's fine. She's not fighting, she's helping out the other citizens!" Hawks looked towards Izuka. "You okay?"

"Fine! I managed to clear out that half too, but there are still others unaccounted for! I'm going back in!" She then swooped down to fly into a broken window from the bottom half of the building.

Already? She's fast Endeavor blinked in alarm that she was able to clear the top half out.

Hawks' feathers picked up some of the falling debris so that it didn't fall on the people below. He grunted as his wings were now too small to fly with. He landed on his back, rolling around before he managed to gain his balance.

"I'm guessing you don't spend a whole lot of time in the kitchen, do you, Endeavor?!" He yelled while jumping up, gaining some air. Endeavor was flying using his flames nearby. "That's bad form, your food's supposed to be chopped into uniform pieces." He sped-walk backwards onto the roof while his feathers were coming back.

"You should stop yapping and get back in the air," Endeavor ignored his remarks.

"Love to," Hawks retorted back as the debris was flying past him. "But when I lose feathers, it makes it way harder for me to fly!"

"Just deal with it," Endeavor dismissed as they looked towards the Nomu.

"Bird..." The High-End Nomu noticed Hawks and then was hit from down below. The attack came from one of the local heroes that arrived earlier.

"You guys! Don't worry. We got you!" One of them shouted as they continued firing. The High-End Nomu flew around to avoid the attacks, actually getting hit by the last one.

"You're in the way!" It screamed while another Nomu spouted out of the first, falling towards the two heroes. It let out a roar while growing its limbs. Endeavor narrowed his eyes as he didn't know the High-End could spawn other Nomus too...

More of them? They're not the same color, though More of them started to fall from the High-End in various places. Were they just stored inside its body? He growled as there were definitely not enough heroes to deal with the others now. Not to mention he was sweating like crazy. I'm starting to overheat... He looked up at the High-End Nomu in the sky.

"Which of you is strongest?" It demanded again towards him.

If that's why it showed up here today...it has no interest in fighting someone weak. That sounds about right for a villain. He watched as his opponent was regaining its limbs again. And in order to keep focusing on me...it's using pawns to keep my backup occupied. This Nomu...is thinking.

"Oh god!" A citizen shouted in fear as the Nomus were terrorizing the people on the streets. "Somebody, help us!"

Hawks flew in from up in the sky, spinning around and revealing swords in the likeness of feathers. He let out a yell as he sliced at them. He released more feathers as someone looked up.

"Hawks! Thank you!" A man shouted before yelping as he was grabbed by four feathers.

"I gotcha, let's get you somewhere safe," Hawks landed in a crouch while the Nomu had scar marks, but weren't defeated. As he looked up, he flinched as he saw Izuka's star platform placing another citizen to safety. He then whisked her away with a red feather, looking up. "Although, to be frank, I'm not great against power types. So I'm not making any guarantees. I've gotta tell Mido to put these people somewhere else." He took a deep breath, looking towards the building. "MIDO! I DON'T KNOW IF YOU CAN HEAR ME, BUT THERE ARE NOMU OUTSIDE! PUT THE PEOPLE ON THE ROOFTOPS!" He glanced back at the Nomu, hoping that she heard him. Something flew over his head and he looked up to see people jumping off the star platforms in places away from the Nomus. He then whipped his head back to see Izuka a bit out of breath while standing on the edge of a broken window.

"You've got it, Hawks!"

"Sorry to put you through this!" He called out, knowing that she had to use up some more power to find safer places.

"Don't worry about it!" The girl shook her head and then jumped back inside the room.

"You aren't firing," The High-End Nomu noticed Endeavor not moving. "Why? The heat rays...stopped. Or are you just running out of power?"

Endeavor gritted his teeth at how this Nomu was more intelligent. It's perceptive too. Flashfire Fist compresses and intensifies my flames into a single super-hot blow. If I use it recklessly, my temperature rises, and my body starts to deteriorate. But right now, not only is this monster faster and stronger than me, I have no idea what other Quirks it may have. Holding back could prove to be fatal. At the very least, it doesn't seem to be after Mido. Maybe because in its eyes, she's not the strongest and therefore, won't focus on her. Endeavor's flames emitted a little bit of steam. Overheating has always been a problem. It's what drove me... He thought of his wife, and then Shoto, Natsuo, and Fuyumi as children. With each of you. The reason for my actions... More specifically, he wanted someone to be able to use his power without overheating, to push their limits...and that only applied to Shoto.

Endeavor let out a growl as he sent out huge bursts of flames. One of Izuka's star platforms put down another citizen and a reporter turned around with a sharp gasp. "Look at that, Endeavor is still in the sky!" She shouted while people were running away. "Shining brightly! I can feel the heat from his attacks! He's a one-man inferno! And it seems as if someone else with a Quirk at work is assisting with rescues!"

Endeavor's whole body was surrounded in flames. "Let me try out...my abilities!" The High-End Nomu spun around while growing more limbs, outstretching them. "I want to test my new strength on you!" It growled while reaching out to Endeavor, Endeavor's power in the shape of a flame around his body.

"I'll incinerate you with hellfire so hot, you won't be able to regenerate fast enough!" Endeavor declared angrily while a concentrated point of fire hit the High-End Nomu dead on. "Prominence Burn!"

People down below were screaming as the heat was expansive, going in their direction. Izuka was near a window as it hit her and she grunted, backing away while covering her eyes with her arms. She was fire-proof, but the amount Endeavor gave off might've been a bit too much...

"So instead...just watch what I do," Endeavor declared to the crowd.

His eyes were shaking in anger as he felt like he had to live up to that statement. I can't be allowed to look pathetic. Not in this moment. His flames continued burning into the High-End Nomu, a bright light shining to engulf the monster. Endeavor's flames then went away as the head was falling towards the ground.

"Not enough..." The monster mocked as its eye looked towards the ground. Hawks flinched while looking up after defeating a Nomu.

"WATCH OUT!" He warned Endeavor as the High-End Nomu was approaching the flame hero fast.

It tore off its head and threw it out of range?! Endeavor looked at the monster wide-eyed.

One of the petals from Rei's flowers flew off towards the ground. She stared at one of the letters Shoto gave her.

The High-End Nomu's limbs went past Endeavor's torso and then hit him in the face. Blood was coming out from the left side as the hero was gritting his teeth in pain. Natsuo and Fuyumi were watching the broadcast in shock, the woman covering his mouth. Back at Heights Alliance, Ochaco, Tsuyu, Momo, Denki, Fumikage, Eijiro, and Izuku were watching as well. And Shoto was revealed to be looking too as some flames went past his head. He knew his father was strong, and yet he had to watch his father losing. In the faculty lounge, Toshinori flinched in alarm, Thirteen and Present Mic looking on in shock. Toshinori gripped at his injury, knowing how it must've hurt...because this fight felt like the same one he went through to get his injury. And seeing it happen to Endeavor...

Endeavor!

The hero was on the ground now, badly injured. "Aren't there any stronger heroes?" The High-End Nomu mocked while looking up. "Is he best?"

"I swear I'll become someone you can be proud of too..." Endeavor told Shoto after watching him in his remedial class. "Not just as the number-one hero. But as the man that you call father..."

Shoto gritted his teeth at remembering it...he wished he didn't.

Izuka ran up to a window, panting heavily as she saw Endeavor, her eyes widening. "Endeavor, no..." She murmured in fear that the Nomu was able to take him down easily. Even though she didn't like how he treated his family, she didn't wish this to happen to him...

A helicopter flew by, smoke coming from two buildings.

"The villain who suddenly appeared is now destroying the city!" The reporter informed from the helicopter. "I can't confirm this, but it looks as though many bioengineered human Nomu are also on the ground. Heroes are currently attempting to suppress them and evacuate citizens." Hawks spun around his blade to knock down a Nomu. Izuka gripped the edge of the window, her arm shaking. She glanced behind her as the last of the citizens were getting rescued by her stars thankfully. "However, Endeavor appears to have been greatly wounded. This madness...I can't help but draw comparisons to the nightmare we witnessed 3 months ago in Kamino Ward."

The High-End Nomu looked up...and saw Izuka. She gasped sharply as it stared at her. "You...Izuka Midoriya...yes...show me you are strong!" It leaped towards her and she gasped, shaking as she felt like she couldn't move. The High-End Nomu reached out its hand towards her.

What do I do? I'm not supposed to be fighting, and the other heroes are busy with the Nomus! I can't just do nothing, though! Gotta think...what would Katsuki, Izuku, or Shoto do?

Before she could attack, Endeavor's hand sparked. He then flew towards the High-End Nomu, growling as his arm was on fire. He fired a flame attack between the High-End Nomu's limb and Izuka. She squeezed her eyes shut so that she didn't go blind. Once she opened them, she saw Endeavor between her and the monster, essentially protecting her from it.

"You need to get away!" He shouted at the girl, who blinked in alarm. "Rescue anyone else as fast as you can, but don't get near that monster!"

She breathed heavily while looking up ahead; she couldn't believe she hesitated even though to her, it shouldn't matter if she got in trouble...and yet in that moment, she didn't know what to do. The girl had felt stuck, because people were watching her, so she knew that her teacher would learn what she was doing. But if she had learned anything from Eijiro...was that she couldn't regret anything by hesitating like he did during the Hassaikai raid, and she certainly wasn't going to let that happen again. ...I need to listen to Endeavor and Hawks, and evacuate the people nearby. I'll just be in the way if I don't. The opposite of what I did at Kamino with All Might. Hawks and Endeavor have got this despite all odds She turned around to go do a thorough check of the building. I'll keep rescuing anyone I can no matter what...because that's what they would do! She thought specifically of her brother, Katsuki, and Shoto.

"Too slow," The High-End Nomu swung its arm around to start destroying buildings nearby and knocked Endeavor away. He stared at the buildings that it had broken down. "You...are not good enough!" It shouted at the top of its lungs. Endeavor had steam coming from his body while having gone through a window.

"What is that idiot doing?" Natsuo frowned in disapproval while Fuyumi looked on in worry. "He needs to stand down and wait for reinforcements!" They looked at the footage of their father badly beaten. "You know better than anyone you can't repeat what All Might did. There's no way you can live up to him!" Up close, Endeavor now had a big gash down the left side of his face. "That's why you gave up everything back then. Cause it drove you crazy! So you neglected your kids...ran Mom down to her breaking point...Quit and get out of here!" He was saying this so that he wouldn't have to see his father like this, not because he suddenly forgave him. Just because he hated the man didn't mean he wanted him to die...

Endeavor coughed up blood as he was still standing, to the disbelief of his son. "Natsu..." He looked up at Fuyumi. "I know you don't wanna hear this. And maybe you can't accept the truth right now, but...our father never gives up. Just look at him. He's probably the most stubborn man in the world." Endeavor on broadcast was looking towards the Nomu, clearly not backing down. His eyes then lit on fire.

"Everyone! Calm down!" A police officer shouted while evacuating people. "No pushing! Everything's fine!"

A panicked woman ran up to someone in their car. "Let me inside!"

"You're crushing me!"

"Move!"

The High-End Nomu looked towards the panicking people. "Humans...over there..." It turned towards the sound of the screaming and flew off to find them. A citizen looked up to see it land on a roof. Its piercing yellow eyes stared towards the screaming people.

"I said move! Get out of my way!"

"Mommy, where are you?!" A little boy was crying as he lost his mother.

One of the reporters looked terrified...because if it was All Might, they wouldn't worry at all. But since it was Endeavor and he was already injured...all they felt was that he wouldn't win. That he'd die today. "There's no Symbol...This is what it looks like when people have no hope!"

Shoto gritted his teeth again, his eyes shaking. "You've gotta be kidding..."

"It's chaos. Sheer panic," Fumikage murmured as some of the students watched in alarm as well.

"Todoroki," Mr. Aizawa ran over as he got there as fast as he could. "So you know, then?"

"It's bad," Hanta frowned towards his teacher.

"Don't just say whatever you want!" Everyone looked back at the TV in confusion. "What, you think scaring people makes for good TV?" It was the fan that didn't want to approach Endeavor earlier. One of his friends was holding him back.

"Okay, you gotta chill, dude!"

"Look over there! His flames are still burning! See?" The fan shouted as a building in the distance still had fire around it. "You know what that means. Endeavor's still alive and fighting for us!" He pointed towards the building, the camera turning to him. "Don't say there's no symbol just 'cause All Might's not here! And I heard that there's even a student from UA right now fighting for her life to rescue us!"

Everyone in the common room gasped in alarm. Katsuki flinched, looking up at the TV in alarm with his eyes widening. He didn't know why, but he just had a bad feeling about who it was. "TURN THAT UP!" He shouted, alarming all of them. Izuku went over to do so since he was closest.

"You're losing it, man! We need to run!" The fan's friend urged him. "Let's hurry and get out of here!"

"A student from UA? Could this be true?" The reporter wondered and sure enough, Izuka flew out of the building on her flying star, having gotten the last person. Although she did look a little exhausted after doing this. "It is! It's Izuka Midoriya from UA!"

"Izuka?!" Izuku stood up in alarm. In the teachers' lounge, Toshinori gasped in alarm to see her.

"She's still there?" Denki looked at the TV in shock. Katsuki was looking up ahead wide-eyed as he pushed past Hanta to watch closely.

"She must've gotten caught up in Kyushu during the incident..." Mr. Aizawa gasped as he realized the girl was rescuing people. She's not fighting...is this because of Kamino?

"Do you know what both of them are doing right now?" The fan implored to the TV. "Endeavor's risking his life for our sakes while she's supporting him by rescuing everyone being affected!" The High-End Nomu was flying away from Endeavor, who was pursuing it. "Look at them!" Meanwhile, Izuka was getting away from the fight as far away as possible.

"So you regenerate too, Hero," The High-End glanced back at him. "You are the same as me."

I'm nothing like you. I can barely even move my body at this point.

The High-End Nomu turned around to face Endeavor, using its body to stretch out tentacles. Endeavor growled as he was getting nicked by them, but he kept moving forward. One of the tentacles reached out towards someone.

I'm just propelling myself forward...with the heat of my Quirk! Endeavor squeezed his eyes shut while moving like a rocket. Izuka didn't see the tentacle coming and it knocked her off the flying star. She yelped as she was sent flying and crashed into a building.

"NO!" Hawks looked up towards her as it was also caught on camera.

"Oh my goodness! It looks as if Izuka is down!"

"Mido!" Almost everyone shouted from the common room of Heights Alliance. All the teachers watching in the teachers' lounge looked very worried. Toshinori clenched a fist, knowing that she had to be okay.

Mr. Aizawa's eyes were shaking for his student with bated breath. I wish I could be there to support my student...she'll have to rely on the other heroes there. This isn't easy for us to watch... He didn't even have to look to see the worried looks of his students.

Katsuki was looking very nervous for Izuka as he clenched his fists, smoke coming from the building. Come on, Izuka!

A tentacle pierced through Endeavor's arm. I'm thankful for the pain. It's keeping me conscious. Endeavor's whole body was on fire as he kept advancing towards the High-End Nomu. I won't let this end here! I have to keep my eye fixed on the slim chance at victory. Keep turning the heat up! More! This was easily the hardest he had pushed himself during any fight as he kept the flames going. Even hotter! You showed your hand earlier. Your head is what I need to destroy to end you. So much for taking you in alive! Gotta go faster!

He shot himself up towards the Nomu, both forces clashing as they were nothing but lights in the sky. Can't give him time to react! I'll go beyond my capabilities. I won't stop fighting until I turn this ugly bastard into ash! He gritted his teeth as he reached the Nomu. Hawks suddenly flew up to strike the monster from behind using his feather blades.

"That's it, Endeavor! You've got this!" Although he did sound a bit more panicked. Endeavor took a quick glance to see that he was missing a few feathers.

"Where's Mido?!"

"She crashed! My feathers will find her!" He yelled when suddenly, all of them came back to him. He blinked in confusion, knowing that they would've been able to locate her, and yet came up empty. Before he had time to question it, the High-End Nomu attacked him. He held up his feather blade to block it. Endeavor flew past while Hawks flew backwards from the monster's attacks. He sent out more of his feathers.

My feathers can't do much against this thing's destructive power...but I can match it in speed. He glared up at the High-End Nomu. He watched as a burst of flame flew towards their opponent. You know...I was watching you, so I understand. There wasn't a single other person who seriously attempted to surpass him. You were the only one. He remembered that when Endeavor saw All Might...he actually kneeled to help out. You never stopped trying to take his spot. Hawks was only just a kid then...and it was why he never gravitated towards being a fan of All Might. Because he thought Endeavor was still a hero regardless of if he was number one or not. Honestly...you made it pretty damn awkward sometimes.

Hawks flew around to narrowly avoid an attack, although his goggles did break in the process. He grunted and looked towards some of his falling feathers. I sent a few of my feathers your way earlier. They brightened up and flew towards Endeavor to help push him.

Suddenly, a bright shooting star flew towards them and then exploded into smaller ones to help Endeavor as well. "Star Stream!" A familiar voice shouted out. Hawks flinched in shock, turning around to see Izuka standing on a rooftop nearby, her hand outstretched. The camera focused on her as she gave a small smirk, having only minor scrapes.

"YES!" Toshinori shouted as he stood up, pumping his fists.

All of her classmates, Izuku, and Mr. Aizawa gasped sharply from the common room.

Izuka was sent flying by the High-End Nomu, letting out a yelp as she spun around towards the building. She immediately summoned a black hole portal to fly right into it, creating a Mercury Blast to stop spinning as she zoomed into her portal. Which was what caused the explosion earlier. She then appeared on a random floor of a building, hitting a wall.

"Are you hurt?!" Hawks yelled down at her.

"Don't worry about me! Let's do this together, Hawks! I'll stay right here and do what I can!" She shouted while narrowing her eyes.

"She's okay!" Izuku cried out while falling to the ground in relief. He got a call from Inko just then and answered the phone. "Yeah, Mom, I'm watching it too. She'll be just fine with Endeavor and Hawks there!"

Katsuki then sighed slowly to himself, sagging his shoulders as he was relieved as well.

Let us help you! Hawks and Izuka thought in unison. We can add my speed to your firepower!

And I can give you more momentum with my new power that I learned during a remedial class! Izuka stared from her spot as Endeavor gritted his teeth.

With that, you'll have one final push!

Wings made out of fire and sparkling shooting stars formed around Endeavor's body thanks to Hawks and Izuka.

This is it! The two supporters thought in unison, Izuka clenching her fists in determination. As Hawks continued to fall, Endeavor recoiled back his flaming fist. Izuka's flying star came in to rescue Hawks in mid-air.

I wanted to become stronger than anyone. As he got closer to the High-End Nomu, his whole back was on fire. Hawks slowly opened his eyes as he looked on. Izuka bit her lip hopefully, waiting in anticipation.

My wings aren't strong enough. And Mido knows that she can't fight. It's gotta be you. End this! He looked up as a bright and burning flame was up ahead. Izuka's falling star was floating him down away from up ahead.

Endeavor let out a loud growl as he advanced forward, the High-End Nomu in his sight. He then grabbed the creature and set it on fire, in major pain. It's acting like some kind of wild animal now! He could see the feral look in the Nomu's eyes, as well as its sharper teeth. The creature let out a growl while flying Endeavor away, despite it being on fire. Hawks jumped off of Izuka's star platform.

"Seriously?" He swung his feather blade, but the High-End Nomu flew right past him. Izuka gritted her teeth as they were too far away for her to reach. The creature growled while pushing Endeavor back far. The hero was trying to hold it back.

Even though it's burning from the inside, its regeneration is still keeping up? The High-End Nomu was growing its wings back as Hawks landed on the same roof Izuka was standing on.

"Hawks!" She ran up to him, looking up ahead at Endeavor. Hawks stared at the two opponents knowingly.

"He doesn't have enough firepower! Not good," He grunted to the girl, who frowned. "I've already sent most of my feathers! And they're about to be incinerated..." He narrowed his eyes a bit.

"Even if I could reach them...I'm not supposed to be fighting. Unless he can get closer, there's nothing I can do from this spot. My teleportation is very limited now. I'm sorry..." She murmured, getting Hawks' attention as she saw her eyes glistening. "He's my friend's father, and does things Shoto doesn't want to do in his life...but still...the fact that I can't help him more than this..."

He blinked at her still supporting Endeavor like this despite her bias and looked up ahead. "...Hey. I just wanna tell you...whatever happens today, you've done a great job. This isn't your fault."

She gasped a little from his praise and then sniffed, wiping her eyes with her wrist. "Yeah...yeah, okay. Let's figure something out together."

"Hawks, Mido, now!" Endeavor shouted at the two, causing them both to gasp. He then looked up at his opponent. "Listen to me...Nomu!" Fire surrounded them both as they were still flying backwards. "You, who were created to have multiple Quirks. A bioengineered freak obsessed with strength." He used his flames to burn the Nomu brightly, the citizens down below bracing themselves. The reporter looked up and was shocked from the sight up ahead.

"It...it's Endeavor! He's still going! Even as he suffers...and struggles...he's fighting!"

As he continued watching from the common room, Shoto clenched his teeth. "Endeavor's risking his life for our sakes while she's supporting him by rescuing everyone being affected! Look at them!" The fan's words rung in his head as he clenched a fist, a small flame coming from it.

"Old man...come on!" Shoto was getting pissed now. Fuyumi and Natsuo watched with wide eyes. "I'm watching you!"

The flame wings reappeared while Hawks and Izuka watched. "Sorry. But my feathers are toast! I can't help you much from here on out!" He called out to the hero. Izuka's eyes widened and turned towards him.

"He's barely within my reach...but if I can fire at the right time, I can give him a little more support! But it's my last shot," She revealed, earning a silent nod in return. Izuka moved back her right arm, the flames from her Comet Burst appearing as she moved backwards. The girl waited for the right moment and then saw her opening as Endeavor flew back a little. She ran up as her flames covered her entire right arm and Hawks bent down, cupping his hands together. Once she reached him, he gave her a boost and the comet appeared in her hand. "Comet Burst!" She recoiled back her arm and threw it at Endeavor's flames, causing them to merge together and burst to send him higher. She fell towards Hawks, who caught her and hooked an arm around her shoulder blade to support her.

"You did great," He told her as she panted to catch her breath.

This is enough. Take me higher! Endeavor thought as he soared up to the sky with the High-End Nomu, both of them a bright light. Izuka's Comet Burst was definitely helping as it was like a turbo boost. Higher! Into the sky...where I won't have to worry about collateral damage! The two soared into the clouds, Hawks and Izuka looking up in shock. He was supporting the girl as Endeavor shined like a star.

"I get it. Way up there, you don't have to hold anything back."

The two were still flying, Endeavor's body on fire. "Villain...I see it," Endeavor spoke up breathlessly. "You...are me...from the past, or another future," He growled out as the Nomu stared, slightly on fire. The hero then closed his eyes. "Burn up. Be at rest..." He then opened his eyes, letting out a yell as the Nomu started to singe. I've always hated that damn school motto. But it seems appropriate. He then let out a huge explosion of fire. "I'LL GO PLUS ULTRA!" He screamed at the top of his lungs. "PROMINENCE BURN!" He shouted as the two looked like a falling comet. He held onto the Nomu tightly as they were both on fire. Everyone looked up at the sky, unable to close their mouths. The students back at Heights Alliance were shocked as well. Shoto flinched as his eyes slowly widened, wondering what would happen to his father.

Hawks and Izuka were surprised as well, a flame falling down from the sky. The Nomu was charred and once the two fell, there was a big crash that knocked some cars away. Fuyumi and Natsuo were terrified of what became of their father...

The crash site had flames coming out as Shoto couldn't close his mouth...but when the flames stopped, a fist was held up in the air. The reporter smiled towards the crowd, who looked on happily. Endeavor was injured badly, but still standing victorious.

"Endeavor...is still standing! He did it! He's on his feet—with his fist raised high!" Toshinori sat down in both relief and shock. "A sign of victory!" Shoto kneeled while some of his classmates and Mr. Aizawa surrounded him. "No..." The red/white haired boy was breathing heavily, trying to calm down. "A symbol of a new beginning!"

Izuku slowly stood up, turning around to the TV with a frown. He looked towards Endeavor's pose.

Even though All Might has effectively retired...heroes cannot stop moving forward. We must keep fighting. We are the ones who must carry his symbol now.

Izuka slowly reached the edge of the building, looking down at Endeavor.

I know that for some people, it's still not enough. That no one could ever replace All Might and what he gave people in return as a hero, and a symbol. But that's why it's so important that we still stand up.

She then jumped off and landed safely on her feet. As soon as she did, a police officer ran up to her, and the camera was then fixed on her. "We need to get you checked out."

"No, I'm fine, I'm not hurt," She denied while a bit out of breath.

"You could have internal injuries-"

"No, no, I'm okay," The girl interrupted as she looked towards the crowd, seeing some of the people she helped rescue.

"You should go to a-"

"Please, this isn't about me. Help anyone that really needs it," She gestured to some people on the rooftops.

Izuku blinked at her insistence at not getting checked out. Katsuki watched with crossed arms, eyes specifically on her as she guided police officers to some people in the crowd...almost like a real hero would do.

The idiot can't stop for anything, huh? He narrowed his eyes a little. I'm definitely yelling at her ass when she gets back.

Izuku clenched a fist; his sister was already doing it, so he and the others had to follow her example.

And we will stand up!

Izuka came back into Heights Alliance a few hours later. She looked up ahead to see that everyone had waited for her, even Mr. Aizawa.

"Mido!" Everyone aside from Izuku, Katsuki, Shoto, and Mr. Aizawa shouted towards her. She was healed up, and she had told Mr. Aizawa she'd be back late. Inko had also called her in relief that she wasn't fighting and thought she was really brave. Although she warned her daughter not to scare her like that again...

"We watched the news, I can't believe it!" Ochaco ran up to the girl, and soon she was surrounded by the whole class.

"You really can't seem to escape the media no matter what you do, huh?" Mashirao shook his head a little, smiling. "Still, all of us were rooting for you!"

"We were so worried!" Momo hugged the girl in relief. "Are you alright? What were you doing in Kyushu?"

"Big sister!" Izuku flew forward, glomping her into a hug and lifting her off her feet. The girl yelped while wide-eyed. "I'm so glad you're okay!" He shouted in relief, floods of tears flying from his eyes.

"I can't believe your clothes didn't get burned off!" Minoru shouted while pointing up at her.

"Settle down," Mr. Aizawa told the class while engulfing the pervert in his scarf. "I'm sure you were all concerned, but Mido just got back and probably wants to rest."

"Ahh, well, Recovery Girl did help out, so I am kind of tired, but also hungry..." She rubbed the back of her neck while Izuku put her down. "Thank you though, everyone."

"We'll whip up something quick so you can get plenty of rest!" Tenya waved a hand. "As Class Rep, it's my duty to ensure the safety and well-being of our classmates."

"We were all terrified, but we're glad you're okay!" Toru popped up in front of the girl, who smiled. She then flinched as she turned around to Mr. Aizawa leaving. Izuka blinked in confusion as she was expecting to get punished again, but apparently not?

"...You did good, Mido," Mr. Aizawa came to a stop at the door, earning a wide-eyed look from her and the others. "Granted, you don't have your license. But since you didn't actually fight anyone, I'm giving you a pass. Although, you're not allowed to go out alone again without one of your classmates."

"Ack!" She flinched in alarm and then sighed in defeat. "Yes, sir."

"That's all I have to say. I'll see you all again in class. Don't stay up too late," He then left the building.

"Goodnight, Mr. Aizawa!"

"So tell us what happened!" Denki exclaimed at the girl.

"Kaminari, you might overwhelm her! We can't pry about this just yet," Momo warned as Tenya went to go make Izuka something to eat.

"It must've been so cool helping out Endeavor though!" Hanta grinned widely at the girl. "I thought for sure for a split second you were way worse after that crash!"

"Not really, I just used quick decision-making," She answered and then looked towards Shoto, knowing that he watched what happened.

"...Thanks for helping him, Mido," He told her, hands in his pockets, earning a smile in return. Katsuki just let out a small annoyed grunt watching them all. The girl was clearly fine, so there wasn't any need to be that concerned, at least in his eyes. Izuku noticed that Katsuki wasn't willing to talk to the girl.

"You weren't worried about her at all, Kacchan?" Izuku turned to the boy.

"What for?! Obviously she needs more training if she couldn't get out of that on her own," Katsuki retorted with a huff.

"Bakugo!" Tenya exclaimed towards him in disbelief.

"No, it's okay," Izuka smiled as she overheard, waving her hands. "I wasn't really expecting him to be worried," She then giggled as the others surrounded her, asking again if she was okay. Izuka pulled out her phone to show the picture with Hawks. And of course, Izuku snatched it and started gushing over the photo.

Katsuki blushed as he looked away, as he was...a little worried deep down, but he would never be caught saying that.

After easing everyone and having a small bowl of ramen, Izuka and Katsuki both were in the elevator together in a comfortable silence. She was tired and wanted to go to bed, knowing that he said all he needed to, not that she minded. If she had to work harder to be seen in the eyes of her class rivals, then she would.

Katsuki stepped up to the girl, placing a hand on her shoulder. She looked up in alarm. "That thing seemed tough...but that's important. You were gonna help kick that thing's ass by the end of the day. Because you always do."

Izuka gasped happily and lunged forward, hugging him. He blushed from the close contact, looking at her in alarm. "W-Why are you hugging me?!"

"Thank you so much...!" She cried out and he looked at her wide-eyed.

"Are you crying?!"

"No..." She denied as she sniffed, earning a groan in return. He looked away, a bit annoyed.

"It's too late for this shit..." He mumbled while patting the top of her head, glad that she seemed to put the...kiss behind them. Which he didn't need to think about because it wasn't important. That romance drama shit isn't who we are. Both of us have our own goals to think about. But if I ever catch her going out alone again, I'm gonna kill her.

Late that night, Izuku was lying down with his cheek on his pillow. He was wearing his gym uniform and had no blanket on. Suddenly...in his dream, he opened his eyes and found himself in a void. His whole body was blackened out like green matter, aside from his face. He stared up ahead...as several people in a line were in front of him. And the first one in that line was none other than Nana Shimura. A bright light shined as he looked up to see a body shape forming above the group, but he couldn't make out who it was. He turned to the side to see two people facing each other, having the same substance he did around their bodies, but it was more red and black. However, he couldn't recognize either person at all.

Izuku watched wide-eyed as the one in a suit grabbed the other man by the face. The second man grabbed the other's wrist, struggling. Izuku reached out his hand as the entity floating above the group shined brightly like a star.

"It's you..." The second man spoke while reaching out his hand to the boy. "You're the ninth. She's the hope..." Their hands touched as the man's reflection was in Izuku's eyes...

The window cracked in Izuku's room before it broke. At the same time, a shooting star shot out of Izuka's hand as she sat up, panting. The shooting star hit the window and then exploded outside. Izuku was panting as well, looking at his glowing hand. Both of them had so many questions on their mind...

What the...hell was that? Izuka ran a hand through her hair, her eyes still wide while trying to catch her breath. This was due to the fact that...she had the same dream as Izuku just now, because she was that entity forming above them all in the dream.

What did he mean by hope...?
