Hi, here's the third chapter of the Lyoko Fighters. Sorry for taking so long to update it. Hope you'll enjoy it.
Chapter 3: New powers and helping the Lyoko Warriors
Ulrich landed on the ground in the Desert Sector with Valeria who was not far away from him. He got up on his feet and looked at his avatar's new outfit: he was now wearing in a golden yellow and brown body suit with brown boots and gloves as he bore a cape hiding his head, as well as a brown mask on his face. He noticed that Max had added two swords on his back. He looked like a superhero dressing like a samurai.
"Liking your new look, Ulrich?" Asked Chip.
Ulrich turned around and saw the others in their Lyoko outfits.
Peter was wearing in a red-orange bodysuit with black lines all over his body with the Lyoko symbol on his chest as he had a huge sword made of fire that he carried on his back. He also wore a a deep red mask with black lines on each sides.
Lucia stood next to him, wearing in a pure white bodysuit with the Lyoko symbol in light lavender on her chest as she had a transparent skirt. Her hair was still held as a ponytail, but her white bandana was gone. Indeed, instead, she wore two wings like pins on each side of her head. She had white paints on her cheeks, similar to Aelita's.
Max was wearing in a metallic green bodysuit with black boots and silver gloves, the Lyoko symbol was also on his chest like Peter's and Lucia's. He wore a transparent green device around his head that served as glasses.
Chip's bodysuit was yellow light and had brown boots, the Lyoko symbol also on his chest. His mask was metallic yellow. He had a yellow crossbow on his left wrist that was made of thunder energy.
And finally, Valeria, who was not far from Ulrich, was wearing in a magenta jumpsuit with had two butterfly like wings on her back. She wore dark pink boots and a deep magenta mask as her hair was in a pixie style, making her look like a fairy.
Ulrich was impressed with his friends' avatars as he and Valeria came near them.
"Yeah, that's cool." He answered.
Peter then got serious and acted like the leader. "Alright then, now let's fight the Krabs and deactivate the tower!"
Max used his device to communicate with Robox.
"Robox, can you send our vehicles?"
"Of course."
In the lab, Robox was updating the Lyoko Fighters' vehicles in a quick way.
"Here they are."
Four jets appeared on the ground, one black motocycle with a deign of flames like Peter's, another was a yellow plane, a metallic green electronic scooter, and finally, a magenta, blue and white overwing appeared and both girls got up in it, Valeria was in command of it as Lucia stood behind her.
"Ulrich, climb." Said Peter as he was on his vehicle.
Ulrich nodded and sat down on the motorcycle behind Peter.
"Hold on tight, it's gonna to shake up a bit." He said to the young boy as he started up his motorcycle. The motorcycle then made a loud noise when sparkling flames light up behind the vehicle, causing Ulrich jump in surprise as Peter drove it, completely calm and comfortable.
"Let's go, everybody!"
The others started up their respective vehicles and followed Peter and Ulrich. Max was behind them, checking the map as he drove his vehicle with Chip right next to him as he flew on his plane. Valeria and Lucia were right before him on their own vehicle. Ulrich saw their vehicles in awe as he turned to Peter who was still driving.
"Is it Max and Robox who made them?"
Peter, "Yeah, aside from being a genius, Max is also a skilled engineer. Robox even helped him to create them all when we got in France."
Max, who was not far, replied, "That's right. I took inspiration from everyone's taste in vehicle, although Lucia isn't so fond of it."
Surprised, Ulrich turned to Lucia on his left who was holding onto Valeria was still driving.
"Really? Lucia, you don't like vehicles?"
Lucia nodded.
"Yeah, I'm too uncomfortable with a wheel and I quickly get panicked and nervous when I'm get lost in all directions."
Ulrich chuckled, "I see."
Then Peter spoke seriously, " No time to talk about liking or not vehicles, we're on mission. Max, are we there yet?"
Max checked on his holographic map. "Almost there, I see the activated tower, not far from us. Also, there are XANA's monsters and three other people on my map."
Hearing this, Ulrich frowned. "Probably my former friends."
Chip, who was not far, heard that and got closer to Ulrich and Peter.
"Don't worry, they won't recognize you immediately, as long as you're wearing that hood and even that mask."
Then Peter replied. "But be careful with your fighting style too."
Ulrich nodded as everyone made their full speed with their vehicles when they saw the activated tower and an army of Crabs guarding it.
Meanwhile, with the Lyoko Warriors...
"You guys are on your own now. Bye!"
"ULRICH!" Yelled Jeremy.
"Jeremy, what's wrong?" Asked Yumi on the screen who was busy to fight some Crabs.
"Ulirch's not gonna to help us." He stated, still angry.
"Huh? Why?" Asked Odd, confused.
"I don't know, Odd. He's probably mad at us for kicking him out of the group."
"Well, who cares? I don't think he'd be a good help after what he did." Said Yumi in a bitter voice. Aside from Jeremy, Yumi was mostly the one to have a grudge against Ulrich. How could he to be quite stupid to sneak in the factory to use a Return to the Past so he could cheated on the lottery and frame her family for this? She didn't ask him for any of this!
"So, what do we do now?" Asked Odd.
"Just hope you guys can make it to the tower in time. Because the elevator can't keep Nicholas imprisoned for any longer." Jeremy said.
With that, Odd, Yumi and Aelita made their way to the tower, though they had to deal with the army of Crabs first. Seeing them all come in their way, Yumi pulled out her fans as Odd positioned his arm to fire them with arrow lasers.
"Alright! Aelita, while we keep them busy, try to make your way to the tower."
Aelita nodded as she watched Yumi throwing her fans at one Crab, destroying it on the proceed. Odd managed to destroy two Crabs, despite getting a few hits. Without wasting her time, Aelita quickly ran to the tower while making sure to avoid lasers from the Crabs as Yumi and Odd fought them. But the more they got hits, the more they were tired.
"There are too many of them," Odd breathed.
"Stop complaining, Odd," Yumi said, also tired, as she threw her two fans to a Crab.
Just as Aelita was near to the tower, a Crab shot her by the leg, causing to yelp in pain.
"Aelita!" Exclaimed Jeremy, worried for his crush.
"Oh no!" Said Odd as he and Yumi rushed to their pink haired friend's side.
"You okay?" Yumi asked in a worried tone.
"I'm fine," Aelita nodded her head while wincing in pain. The Crabs then surrounded around them, blocking any way out to escape from them.
"Oh man, we're trapped," Odd muttered.
"Jeremy, help us! Jeremy?!" Called Yumi frantically.
At the lab, Jeremy was yelling in pain when Nicholas, under XANA's control, electrocuted him. Nicholas was laughing maniacally.
Back at Lyoko, the trio was in difficult, unable to escape from the Crabs that surrounded them. But just as the Crabs were about to shoot them, a vehicle noise was heard not so far where they stood. Odd, Yumi and Aelita turned around to find the source of the noise and they gasped at what they saw: it was other people who were driving awesome vehicles who rushed to them as they were firing at the Crabs.
The first people on the motorcycle jumped off and landed on the ground. The older boy pulled out a huge sword with sparking flames on the blade. He let out a yell as he charged toward the Crabs and sliced three of them, causing the remains of the Crabs to burn. Then the second cut the legs of another Crab with his two sabers.
Odd, Yumi and Aelita watched in awe before new other people came. Two girls jumped off from their vehicle and begun to shoot Crabs with their powers. The girl in blue lavender was using Light, Water and Ice magic as the one in magenta cast windy spells on the Crabs by using her butterfly wings-like to toss them all.
Next, two other boys landed. The one in yellow used a crossbow and shot lightning arrows at the Crabs. The last boy, wearing green, used his glasses to shoot lasers at the Crabs, killing them right away. Odd and Yumi were still in awe when Aelita's voice called them.
"I'm going!"
Then Aelita made her way to the tower, but she fall on the floor due to her leg still hurting her. Odd and Yumi rushed over and checked on her.
"You okay, Princess?" Odd asked, looking worried.
"I... I don't think I can deactivate the tower with my leg." Said Aelita while wincing.
However, Yumi was starting to lose patience.
"Come on, get up! The tower is nearby, you can do it, Aelita!" Demanded Yumi which made the girl in magenta angry with her as she walked towards her.
"How dare you say that!" Said the girl in magenta jumpsuit, causing Yumi to turn to her. "Can't you see she's hurt yet you want her to deactivate the tower in that state? Seriously, you're acting like a bad friend."
Feeling offended by the magenta girl's lecture, Yumi got up and glared at her. "I don't know who you are, but stay out of it and I don't need you to lecture me."
Then the magenta girl glared at her in return as she posed in a fight position, causing the other girl in lavender blue and the boy in yellow to run to her and held her back from assaulting Yumi.
"You stupid, ungrateful little brat! My friends and I just saved yours and your friends' sorry butt and this is how you thank us?! You're making me sick!" Yelled the magenta girl.
"No, stop!" The boy in yellow jumpsuit said as he was holding back his friend.
"Please, calm down," said calmly the lavender blue girl as she and her friend stepped away with their angry friend.
Odd rose up and joined next to Yumi, putting an hand on her shoulder.
"Yumi, stop it. Look, I understand you're still mad at Ulrich for messing up with time, but you gotta to calm down." He then turned to the other group, not noticing the youngest member to wince slightly. "Besides, they have saved us and they seem nice too."
Yumi, still glaring at the girl in magenta, let out a huff.
The boy in red then started to speak. "We're sorry for our friend's behavior, she tends to lose her temper." He gazed at his friend over his shoulder with a small glare before looking at the trio again. "But don't worry, if Aelita can't deactivate the tower, let our friend do it." He said as the girl in lavender blue walked over. Odd, Yumi and Aelita were surprised by this. One of the new people had the power to deactivate towers. But how? And yet, who were they?
Aelita looked at the girl when she felt strange sensations of having met her somewhere she couldn't remember. The girl then started to speak in soft voice.
"Yeah, let me deactivate the tower. I, too, have the power for that."
Odd was surprised. "You too?"
The girl nodded before making her way to the tower. Everyone watched her just as she entered the tower, under the bewildered eyes of Odd, Yumi and Aelita who remained quiet.
Inside the tower...
Lucia was walking calmly when her Lyoko symbol shined which made the floor bright. Once she was in the center of the room, she floated up upwards to the top. When she landed gracefully on the top, a holographic panel appeared before her. Lucia then extended her right hand and pressed it to the screen. Lucia's name appeared in the screen, then it was followed by 'Code Lyoko'.
Lucia then said, "Tower deactivated", causing all the screens moving downwards. Lucia smiled: the tower was no longer under XANA's control and everyone in the real world was saved.
In the factory...
Jeremy was screaming pain when Nicholas-XANA suddenly released him from his grasp. Both boys fall onto the floor. Jeremy readjusted his glasses as he checked on Nicholas who just had lost consciousness.
Then he sat down on the chair and started to call the others.
"Aelita? Odd? Yumi? You guys hear me?"
Back on Lyoko...
Jeremy's voice echoed in the sky of the Desert Sector, catching everyone's attention just when Lucia stepped out of the tower.
"Aelita? Odd? Yumi? You guys hear me?"
Unbeknownst to him, Ulrich, in his new avatar's form, frowned angrily when he recognized Jeremy's voice.
"Yeah, we're fine, Einstein!"
"Phew, glad you are okay."
Yumi turned her gaze at the mysterious other group before speaking to Jeremy.
"But we're not alone on Lyoko."
Back on Jeremy's side, the latter looked surprised and confused.
"Huh? How so?"
Odd then replied. "Well, they seem pretty tough and fast. But aside from that, they are nice."
But Yumi glared at the magenta girl. "Well, 'nice' seems to be much."
The magenta girl glared at her in return, but ignored her remark when she and her friends started to leave.
"Hey, you leaving already?" Asked Odd as he caught up with them.
The one in green turned to him. "Our mission is completed here. So we gotta go back now. And don't worry about XANA, there's no need to use another Return to the Past."
Everyone wanted to ask more, but the six mysterious fighters were devirtualizated, leaving the Lyoko Warriors alone in the Desert Sector.
Back in the warehouse...
Everyone was now in the lab room, making the point of these events.
"Alright, now that they know there are other people who know about Lyoko and XANA, we gotta be more careful in Kadic with them. Especially you, Ulrich." Said Peter.
Ulrich, who was sitting between Chip and Valeria, nodded.
Then Peter continued. "Next time, we see them or they come to us, we must not let them know that we are those who saved them from XANA. You, Ulrich, if they ask you why you're with us, don't tell them anything, just ignore them or avoid them."
"I'll do it," promised Ulrich.
Peter turned to Valeria. "As for you, Valeria. I want you control your temper. You almost tried to assault Yumi."
Valeria huffed in annoyance. "That little brat had seen it coming."
Peter sighed before looking at Valeria into the eyes. "Listen, Valeria. I understand how much you can't stand Yumi, but if you came to attack her, the others would think we were on XANA's side by pretending to help them on Lyoko. So, I want you to stay cool next time we're seeing them."
Valeria only grunted, but nodded her head.
Max, who was working with Robox on the second Supercomputer for something important, turned his head to Peter.
"It's done, Peter."
"Great, thanks. Good work to you two." He praised.
Now Ulrich was confused and curious.
"What is it about?"
Grinning, Max got up from his chair and put his hands on his hips, smiling proudly.
"I just made a new program, thanks to the data I collected when we fought the Crabs." He said.
Now it was Chip's turn to be confused.
"What program, Max?"
"I'll explain it to you tomorrow. Right now, we gotta go back to Kadic before nightfall." He said as he checked on his watch.
"I just started to launch the program on installation. We need to wait until tomorrow." Stated Robox who was sitting on the chair.
"Right, thanks, Robox', thanked Valeria as she rose up from her seat, followed by Chip, Ulrich and Lucia.
Peter then started to speak again. "Yeah, but first, we need to move Ulrich from his dorm."
Ulrich blinked his eyes. "But why?"
"Because, Ulrich, Odd would probably not to talk to you again and you two may brawl everyday if you're staying in the same dorm." Max explained simply.
Ulrich thought for a moment, realizing Max had a point. If he stayed in the dorm, Odd would be so pissed to see him again after what happened this afternoon. He would keep making awful remarks to him about the mess he did with the time back function. Then Ulrich made up his mind; he was going to change dorms to stay away from his former friends, for he knew Jeremy's dorm was next to his and Odd's.
"You're right. Let's go. We need first to ask the principal's permission."
The five older teens nodded. The group was about to make their way to the elevator when Ulrich stopped Lucia.
"But Lucia, I still need to know how come you already know Aelita."
Lucia stopped walking as she looked at Ulrich right into the eyes.
"Ulrich, I'll tell you tomorrow. Right now, I'm a little tired and we have to see the principal."
Ulrich was disappointed, but he understood his friend's tiredness as he followed her to the elevator where the others were waiting for them. Once inside, the group bid their goodbyes to Robox.
"See you tomorrow, Robox."
Robox nodded as he went into sleep mode and the lights went out, leaving the lab room in the dark. Chip pressed the button and the elevator got up.
Finally, it's done!

I've been working on other personal projects on my side for months. Liking drawing and writing. I'm also writing my first Fem!Naruto with red hair story. I'm also thinking about a possible crossover of Power Rangers and Orphan. But the project that matters me is the one with Wakfu and Kingdom Hearts.
