Here's the next chapter, everyone! It ended up being chunkier than I thought it would, but considering how much happens, it was only natural. Anyway, I hope you all enjoy!

This had become a regular occurrence in Luke's bed over the last few nights. Holding Luke in her sleep was a naked Rias, as usual, but there was a new person in bed with them. Cradled in Luke's arms was a peacefully sleeping Fumiko in adorable pajamas Annabelle had made for her as a welcome gift. Luke had to be extra careful in that situation as being in close proximity to two beautiful young women was stimulating something on the lower half of his body and he didn't want Fumiko to feel it between her thighs. Whenever it was time to wake up, it was an incredible relief from the awkward situation he was in. While their mornings started with training, it was always followed by breakfast with alternating cooks. Today, cooking duties were handled by one of their other new residents and Luke's new partner, Pyra.

"Dig in. I made enough for everyone."

Each of the home's residents took one of the muffins Pyra made and after taking a single bite, their taste buds were in heaven.

"Wow, this is delicious!" Luke remarked after swallowing.

"I was worried I would be a little rusty." Pyra said. "I have been asleep for thousands of years."

"I've never had muffins before." Hana stated. "Can you show me how to cook them sometime, Pyra?"

"It would be my pleasure."

Hana baking muffins, huh? Seth thought with a blissful smile.

… What's with that face? Luke noticed the unusual expression on his brother's face.

"Honestly, I was surprised I was able to use the kitchen as effectively as I did." Pyra expressed. "The technological advancements made while I was asleep are really quite astounding. I felt like I've only caught a glimpse of how much has changed simply walking through town."

"Wait until you've seen Tokyo." Seth said. "Especially Akihabara."

"I know Tokyo is the capital of Japan, but I'm not familiar with this 'Akihabara'." Pyra responded.

"Tokyo is basically a bunch of different neighborhoods patched together into a single city." Luke explained. "Akihabara is one of them and it specializes in technology and otaku culture."

"It's also the only one you've been to." Seth remarked.

Luke side-eyed Seth in response to his comment.

"I'm very interested in visiting this Tokyo. Is it far from here?" Pyra inquired.

"It should only take a matter of hours by train." Annabelle answered.

"I can take you there on our next day off." Luke suggested.

"That sounds wonderful. I'm looking forward to it."

While pouting like a child, Rias pinched Luke's cheek.

"You better not be trying to do something funny with Pyra."

"I aht." Luke tried to say while having his cheek stretched.

Shortly after classes had ended, Belinda was making her way to the old school building, but something caught her attention in one of the classrooms. She hid herself behind the wall and concealed her presence from those inside the classroom, in which there was only a young man and a young woman who were both second year students. The young woman was very nervous and the young man anxious.

"There's… There's something I need to tell you." The young woman said.

The young man gulped.

"… I love you."

"R-really?! You mean it?!"

Belinda watched the love confession with great interest, but couldn't reveal herself to the students, so she moved on to her next destination.

The Gremory peerage plus Pyra, who was wearing the female students' uniform, met up in the clubroom and were having snacks.

"So, Luke and Pyra will be visiting Tokyo tomorrow?" Xenovia asked.

"Yeah. She really wants to see just how much the world has changed while she's been asleep." Luke replied to her query.

"If it's not too much to ask, may I join you as well?"

"Uh, you want to come, too, Xenovia?"

"If I'm going to be spending my school days here in Japan, I should be familiarizing myself with the layout of the land."

"You make a good point, Xenovia." Rias said. "This is also an excellent opportunity for our newest members to bond."

Ah, now that she mentions it, Pyra, Xenovia and I are the youngest members of the club in terms of seniority. Luke thought.

The door to the clubroom slid open and Belinda walked into the room.

"Good afternoon, Rias Gremory." Belinda politely greeted with a bow of her head. "I am here to report that Pyra appears to be growing accustomed to life as a student."

Yeah, Pyra's become quite popular in class. Luke thought. Especially with the guys.

"I'm glad to hear that, Ms. Green." Rias thanked.

"While I am here, may I ask if you have any suggestions of where to go for recreational activities?" Belinda inquired. "Executive Director Red recommended I experience the human world beyond this town. Unfortunately, I do not know where to begin."

Even after finding out she's an extremely powerful Devil, I can't always take Ms. Green seriously when she says things like that. Luke thought to himself.

"Actually, Luke is going to be visiting Tokyo with Pyra and Xenovia this weekend." Rias informed. "If you'd like, you're more than welcome to join them."

"I am very curious about what Luke does outside of school and Devil activities." Belinda placed her finger against her chin. "Very well, then. I accept your invitation."

Don't I get a say in this? Oh well, I'm probably going to be interacting with Ms. Green a lot in the future, so I might as well try to get to know what she's like outside of school. It should be fine as long as no one from school sees us and jumps to conclusions. "… Oh, how thoughtless of me." Luke turned to Fumiko. "Fumiko, would you like to come with us, too?"

"I'm sorry, Luke, but I already made plans to go shopping with Akira on Sunday." Fumiko apologized.

"I'm glad that you and Akira can finally catch up with each other." Luke expressed.

Summer will be coming around soon. Fumiko thought. Which means there's a good chance we'll be going to the beach or a pool. If I'm going to compete with Rias-buchou, I need a swimsuit that will get Luke's attention!

Later that night after completing their Devil jobs, while they were outside alone, Luke told Seth who will be joining him and Pyra to explore Tokyo.

"So, Xenovia and Ms. Green are going to be with you two?" Seth asked.

Luke nodded.

"You're already taking three women on a date? And one of them is one of your teacher? Are you sure you're not aiming for a harem?"

"It's not a date, I'm just showing them around the city."

"Well, as a gentleman, you should be the one paying for their train tickets and anything else they want to buy."

I just told you it's not a date! "I get paying for Pyra and Xenovia, but Ms. Green is an adult and my teacher. Isn't it illegal for teachers to date their students?"

"We're supernatural beings with the power to influence human memories. As long as both you and Ms. Green consent and care about each other, I have no problem if the two of you start dating."

I know you mean well, but you are a weird, weird, weird older brother.

"Come on, Luke. Every teenage boy your age dreams of having sex with many beautiful women. Don't think I haven't caught your trips to the bathroom in the middle of the night. I've heard you whisper quite a few names, too."

Luke's face turned red. "Why are listening in on me while I'm in the bathroom, you pervert?!"

"I just happened to overhear you just before heading to the second bathroom after realizing the first was occupied."

Luke groaned at Seth's response.

"You're not in trouble, Luke. I just thought you deserve a harem after… you know…"

"Honestly…" Luke had a serious expression on his face. "I don't even think I'm lucky enough to get even one woman to like me…"

Seth said nothing else and walked back inside, taking one more look at Luke before closing the door behind him.

The next day, Luke and Pyra headed out to the train station and met Xenovia on the way there. Once they arrived at the station, Belinda was already there waiting for them. Luke was wearing a light grey and blue shirt, navy jeans and white tennis shoes. Pyra was wearing a red T-shirt with emerald lines, black shorts, black shoes, and pink thigh-high socks. Xenovia's attire consisted of a green shirt and white shorts with brown shoes and white socks. When they saw Belinda, they were surprised that she was wearing the same thing she wears when teaching at school.

"Ms. Green, why are you wearing that?" Luke inquired. "You do have other clothes, don't you?"

"Oh, perhaps I should have done some clothes shopping yesterday." Belinda held up her arm while looking at the sleeve.

"I'm sure there are plenty of clothing stores in Tokyo." Luke said. "I'll get you something to wear during your days off."

"I do wear a short-sleeved shirt and shorts when I return to my apartment." Belinda cupped her chin. "But I've been told by Selene that those clothes are not appropriate for going outside."

"Who's Selene?" Xenovia asked.

"Selene is another of Genesis's directors." Belinda answered. "She claims to have a skill called 'excellent fashion sense', although I am not sure what that means."

It's not a skill and it's self-explanatory… Luke thought in exasperation.

"Anyway, we should get our tickets before our train leaves." Belinda said.

On Belinda's suggestion, everyone got their train tickets. Luke paid for him and Pyra, Xenovia paid using money given to her by Rias, and Belinda paid for her ticket. After waiting about ten minutes, their train arrived and as the door opened, Luke was surprised at the number of people that were already on the train.

"Will… we even fit in there?" Pyra wondered aloud.

"Surely, this must be a test to prove ourselves worthy of entering Tokyo." Xenovia said.

"Don't make this so dramatic." Luke told her.

Since they were short on time, they all got on the crowded train and once the doors were closed, all four of them were being pushed together with barely any room to move their arms. In particular, Luke could feel that his arm was pressing against another passenger's breasts.

"Oh, s-sorry about that, ma'am." Luke turned to the person with his eyes closed.

"Ahhh-ahhh-ah-ah…"

Noticing the voice that just let out a moan, Luke nervously opened his eyes and realized that the person whose breasts he was touching was Xenovia, her cheeks pink and her breathing seemed a little heavy.

… Oh, shit… "I-I didn't mean that Xe-"

As Luke tried to step away from Xenovia, he accidentally tripped over another person's foot and before he knew what was happening, he could see nothing but darkness. What's more, he could feel something pushing against his back which was causing his face to be stuck against some kind of surface.

What's happening?! Why can't I breathe?! I'm not dead again, am I?!

Bing!

"Aoyama. We are coming up on Aoyama."

As an announcement rang throughout the train, Luke felt the pressure against his back disappear and with a loud gasp of air, he was able to pull himself out of the dark, suffocating abyss.

"U-u-um, are… are you okay, Luke?" A familiar, soft voice spoke up.

Luke opened his eyes and saw that right in front of him was Pyra, who was blushing and appeared to be somewhat shaken. It was at that moment he realized what had happened.

"… I'm so sorry, Pyra!" Luke panicked.

"It's fine." Pyra shook her hands in insistence. "It was an accident. You're just lucky she wasn't awake."

"Hm?"

"There you are, Luke." Xenovia approached them while squeezing through some of the crowd.

"Don't cut me with Durandal!" Luke begged for forgiveness.

"Why would I do that?" Xenovia looked at him with a genuinely confused expression. "It was a tight space, so I do not blame you."

After sighing with relief, Luke looked around to see if Belinda was still within sight and she thankfully was. She didn't even seem the least bit bothered or unbalanced with all of the people pushing against her.

"Ms. Green is a very calm individual." Xenovia said.

"No one in school has ever seen her without that expression." Luke stated. "It's one of the reasons she's so popular at school. Although, it's also led to several ridiculous rumors like she's an android."

Xenovia looked at her feet, as if she wanted to say something but remained quiet about it.

"Shibuya. We are coming up on Shibuya."

"This is our stop!" Luke exclaimed as the announcement startled him and started trying to make his way to the train door. "Excuse me!"

Upon leaving the station, Pyra and Xenovia were in awe at how bustling Shibuya Crossing was.

"Wow…"

"I have never seen so many people in such a confined space." Belinda expressed through her words, although Luke did notice a faint glimmer in her eyes.

"This is only the Shibuya area." Luke informed the ladies. "There's a lot more to Tokyo than this."

Grrrrumble…

"Eehhh…" Luke became a little embarrassed as he held his hand against his growling stomach.

"It sounds like your stomach requires sustenance." Belinda said.

"If none of you are hungry, I can wait."

Grrrrrrrrrrrumble…

Luke's stomach growled again.

"Actually, I am feeling a little hungry." Xenovia spoke up.

"Me, too." Pyra added.

"Ms. Green, do you mind us getting some food before getting you new clothes?" Luke asked.

"I do not mind." Belinda answered.

"I know I've seen a few restaurants on Central Street."

The four of them stopped at a diner on Central Street and after looking over his menu, Pyra and Xenovia also lowered theirs, as they all decided on their orders. However, Belinda was still staring at her menu.

"Are you still deciding on what to order?" Luke inquired.

"I do not comprehend the items listed on this 'menu'." Belinda replied without taking her eyes off of the menu. "Do any of these contain rice or tofu?"

"Uhhh, probably?" Luke took another look at his menu to check. "Do you like rice and tofu?"

"It satiates my hunger and provides me with the proper nutrients. Isn't that what food is supposed to do?"

"You, uh, have a good point, but food has become an art form where it not only looks appealing, but also smells and tastes good."

"Hm, so food should stimulate the senses in addition to its nutritional value? Hmmm…" Belinda closed her eyes in deep thought for several seconds before opening them up again. "Luke, you are familiar with the items on this menu, yes?"

"Yes." Luke nodded.

"Then I will let you decide on my order."

"Huh? Why me?"

"Your knowledge on this is far greater than mine. Seth told me you are an excellent cook."

Dammit, Seth! Stop trying to set me up with several women at once!

After talking it over with Pyra, she and Luke decided to order Belinda a bowl of ramen.

"I have seen a teacher or two eat a cup of ramen during lunch." Belinda stated.

"They're probably eating instant ramen." Luke guessed. "What we're ordering is real ramen which is vastly superior in terms of flavor, texture and freshness. What do you usually eat?"

"Rice, tofu, carrots, bananas and peanuts." Belinda plainly replied.

Everyone was waiting for Belinda to say something else, but she didn't utter another word.

"… That's it?" Luke raised his eyebrow.

"Yes."

"You don't even eat bread?" Xenovia asked.

"No."

"I can understand having a diet, but it doesn't hurt to treat yourself to something once in a while." Pyra said.

"'Treat'?"

"Yeah. I know that after a long study session, having some chocolate really hits the spot." Luke expressed.

"Hit what spot exactly?" Belinda tilted her head quizzically without her expression changing even the slightest.

You're an English teacher and yet you don't even know what that idiom means…

After a little bit of waiting, everyone received their order. Belinda just stared at the steaming bowl of ramen, complete with sliced pork, eggs, scallions, and nori.

"This seems rather hot." Belinda said as she separated her chopsticks. "I might need to wait a few minutes for it to cool. And I did see how the other teachers used chopsticks, so that won't be an issue."

"Uh, that's actually not a good idea." Luke pointed out. "Ramen is made to be eaten immediately or else the noodles will lose their optimal chewiness."

"'Chewiness'?"

"The point where it feels the best to chew in your mouth. And you don't want to start picking at the noodles right away. First, take that spoon and gather some of the broth in it."

Belinda did as Luke suggested and took a bit of the ramen's broth into her spoon.

"Now, take a sip."

After blowing on it to cool it down, Belinda took a sip of the soup in her spoon with calmly closed eyes. As the flavor reached her taste buds, the only noticeable expression was that of her eyes opening mid-sip.

"And now, lift up the noodles with your chopsticks and suck them into your mouth. Then have one of the toppings. So, soup, noodles, toppings, and repeat."

Belinda took her chopsticks, picked up a few noodles with them, blew on them to cool them off, and sucked them into her mouth with a satisfying slurp. Everyone watched Belinda as they tried to gauge her reaction, but she was completely motionless. However, after several long seconds, Belinda quickly took one of the toppings and ate it, followed by taking another sip of the soup and repeating the process with her quick body movements clearly conveying her enjoyment of the dish. In less than ten minutes, there was nothing left in the bowl.

"I never knew eating would be this enjoyable." Belinda said. "I would like to start learning how to make healthy and delicious food for myself. Would you be willing to teach me sometime, Luke?"

"I'm not an expert chef, but I will try my best." Luke replied.

"I'd also be willing to teach you a thing or two myself." Pyra followed up.

"I appreciate it." Belinda thanked them.

"I have never cooked before, but it might be a skill I have to learn if I am going to continue living by myself." Xenovia pondered aloud. "It wouldn't be financially wise to purchase food every night. Luke, Pyra, if you are willing, please teach me how to cook, too!"

"Of course." Both Luke and Pyra responded simultaneously.

After filling their stomachs, with Luke paying for their meals, the four of them went to a nearby clothing store to find Belinda some new clothes. Belinda was looking at the various clothes she passed by.

"Um, Ms. Green, what are you doing?" Luke asked as he, Pyra and Xenovia looked at Belinda in confusion.

"I am searching for new clothes." Belinda answered.

"This is the men's section." Pyra pointed out. "The women's section is over there."

After clearing that up, they headed to the women's section where Belinda was examining every article of clothing in her sight.

"… There are so many to choose from. I don't even know where to begin." Belinda said. "Maybe I should call Selene and get her opinion…"

"Here, let me help." Luke looked over Belinda's clothes for a few seconds and started looking around at the clothes.

Luke picked out a few shirts, a couple of skirts and pants, all of various shades of black and green, and handed them to Belinda.

"I think these would look best on you." Luke said. "Are any of these your size?"

"'Size'?"

Seriously?! "Take these to the dressing room to see if they fit and you like any of them."

"Won't you be coming with me?" Belinda asked Luke.

"… What did Seth tell you this time?" Luke knew his older brother was up to something.

"Seth told me that it is customary that when on a date, men must accompany women to the dressing room."

Luke just blankly stared with wide eyes while Pyra held her hands over her mouth and Xenovia seemed intrigued.

"Hmmmm, I was not aware of such customs." Xenovia had her chin resting on her index finger and thumb.

It's obviously not a custom!

"If I have to go with you, can I just stand outside the door to your room and wait?"

"Seth explicitly stated that we both must be in the same room."

Luke's eye twitched. "Let me guess… he also said I can't avert my eyes?"

"How did you know?"

Luke could only smack himself in the face at the actions Seth made behind his back in an attempt to set him up with his teacher.

"I don't understand the problem." Xenovia said. "It was my understanding that men typically lust over a woman's body. Do you not have that desire, Luke?"

"Uhhhh…" Luke started feeling hot and sweaty at Xenovia's question. Of course, I want to see a naked woman! But I can't just say that out loud!

"When you are ready, I will be waiting in the dressing room." Belinda walked off in the direction of the store's dressing rooms with the clothes Luke handed her.

Luke let out a big sigh before looking back at Pyra and Xenovia. "Please don't think of me as some kind of pervert."

"I do think you like women that way." Pyra expressed.

Luke felt dejected at Pyra's words.

"But I know you respect women's privacy." Pyra continued with an assuring smile. "Don't worry about it."

Thank you for being so understanding, Pyra! Luke sobbed in his head.

Luke went toward the dressing room by himself and took a deep breath in preparation for what he felt would be one of the most awkward moments in his life. Once he arrived at the entrance, he saw Belinda waiting for him in front of one of the curtains.

"There you are, Luke. Are you ready now?"

"As ready as I can be…" Luke nervously responded.

Belinda went behind the curtain and Luke followed right behind her. The changing room was spacious enough for two people to change simultaneously with two tall mirrors attached to the walls.

"Which of these clothes should I try on first?" Belinda asked as she held out the clothes toward Luke.

Luke examined the clothes and picked out one shirt and a skirt. "These."

I can tell you want to enjoy this. You try to maintain the façade of a gentleman, but deep down you are just as lustful as any other man. Opheria spoke to Luke through their thoughts.

Well, Seth kind of put me in a corner and I wouldn't go looking at any woman's body without their permission!

After speaking with Opheria, Luke started watching just as Belinda removed her jacket.

"Luke, there is something I have been curious about." Belinda spoke up as she unbuttoned her white dress shirt. "Earlier this week, I witnessed an interesting conversation between a male and female student."

"Interesting how?" Luke inquired.

"The female student said to the male student 'I love you' and his reaction indicated elation." Belinda removed her shirt and her black bra was now visible to Luke.

Although Luke got a decent look at Belinda's cleavage just before joining the Occult Research Club, he was now able to get a good look at just how big her breasts were. In fact, they were so big that her bra was barely able to contain them which left Luke in a state of shock.

Holy…! I didn't think Ms. Green was flat by any stretch of the imagination, but it never crossed my mind that her breasts would be even bigger than Akeno's! Luke quickly regained his composure before responding to Belinda's story, although his cheeks were still red. "That sounds like a typical love confession."

"'Love confession'?" Belinda started to undo her skirt.

"You… don't know what a love confession is, either?"

"That is why I am asking you." Belinda lowered her skirt, revealing the black panties visible through her dark stockings.

"A love confession is, well, when a person confesses their love for another person."

"And what does that mean?" Belinda started removing her stockings, baring her slender legs.

"Well… Those students are romantically interested in each other."

Just as Belinda had grabbed the skirt she was about to try on, she just blankly stared at Luke in silence.

"You don't know what that means, do you?"

Belinda shook her head and Luke was left in an uncomfortable situation where he was expected to answer and had to be careful with the words he chose.

"Love is…" Luke scratched the back of his head while searching his brain for a good response. After a few seconds, his mind immediately went to Rias and he could feel his emotions well up. "A strong admiration of someone and a desire to be with them for the rest of your life. Well, there's a lot more to it than that, but that's the best way I can describe it on the spot like this."

"'A strong admiration of someone and a desire to be with them for the rest of your life'…" Belinda muttered Luke's words to herself as she put on the shirt. "Is that how you feel about me?"

"W-where did that come from?!"

"Seth told me that you have been in love with me ever since the day I offered to mate with you and you only told me that I shouldn't because you didn't want to admit your feelings for me."

… Seth, are you so desperate to get me a girlfriend that you'll say anything?!

"… I see. You're still not ready to admit your feelings toward me. We're still young. You can take as much time as you need."

Phew, that's a relief…

"There is one thing I would like your help with."

Luke paid attention to Belinda's request. "I am quite interested in this 'romance'. Would you help me 'fall in love'?"

Luke sighed. "I'm… not the person you should be seeking help from with that… but if it has to be me, I will do my best."

"Thank you, Luke." Belinda then checked herself in the mirror wearing the outfit. "Hmm…"

"That look suits you." Luke complimented. "Does it feel tight or loose anywhere?"

"It does feel tight in the chest." Belinda replied.

Belinda tried to remove the shirt, but experienced difficulties as it struggled to reach past her massive bust.

"Hey, be careful taking that off!" Luke somewhat panicked. "If you end up tearing it, I'll have to pay for it!"

"Ngh! NGH!"

With a forceful pull, Belinda managed to remove the shirt without tearing it, but the straps and hook of her bra snapped and it fell off of her body to the floor.

"Oh, it looks like my bra broke." Belinda had a very plain reaction to the situation as she picked up and looked at her broken bra.

With her nipples and areolas completely exposed, Luke's head exploded in a cloud of steam and he sat down on one of the stools with his back leaning against the wall to keep himself from falling over, all while Belinda just stared at him without any noticeable expressions.

"I just realized." Belinda said. "You have probably become aroused after seeing my breasts. Shall I cure you of your erection?"

The curtain was opened wide.

"Okay! I think that's enough!" Pyra was the one who attempted to put a stop to anything happening.

Once Pyra and Xenovia helped Luke cool off, he bought Belinda her new clothes, as well as another bra resulting in him discovering that Belinda's bust measurements were a shocking and impressive 105cm, and after going to the changing room alone, she was now wearing a sleeved black shirt that exposed her shoulders, dark green shorts, and black stockings and heels. With that whole ordeal sorted out, they went to a location Pyra was interested in visiting in Asakusa.

"Wow, Belinda, you look amazing in that!" Pyra said. "I didn't know you had such fashion sense, Luke."

"I've been clothes shopping with Melody and Allegra a lot, so I know a thing or two." Luke's face started to become solemn. "My mother also took me shopping with her before she died."

"I'm sorry, Luke…" Pyra apologized.

"You don't have to be sorry." Luke assured her. "If anything, I should thank you all. When I shop for clothes, it's when I feel the closest to Mom."

Pyra warmly smiled and then noticed something coming within their sights.

"There it is!" Pyra happily exclaimed as she pointed at the famous Sensō-ji temple. "I'm really interested in visiting the temple of another mythology. Let's-Oh…"

Pyra then looked at Luke, Xenovia, and Belinda with a regretful expression.

"That's right… As Devils, approaching these temples is forbidden…" Pyra held a clenched fist to her heart.

Luke then had an idea. "Pyra, here." He handed her his phone. "You can go ahead and take pictures of the temple while we wait."

"But…"

"This way you can share those experiences with us. Go have fun."

"O-okay…"

After showing Pyra how to take photographs on his phone, she headed toward the temple while Luke, Xenovia, and Belinda sat down on a nearby bench and Xenovia let out a heavy sigh.

"Xenovia?" Luke asked with a bit of concern.

"It still doesn't feel real to me." Xenovia stared at her hand. "Now that I'm a Devil, I can't set foot on any holy grounds."

"You miss the Church, don't you?" Luke surmised.

"Mm-hm…" Xenovia nodded. "My goals were aligned with the Church. After being excommunicated, those goals have disappeared through no fault of my own. I chose to become a Devil and I must accept that my future has completely changed."

"… I don't know if it will help, but when I was young, Mom took me to Church with her." Luke recalled old memories. "Actually, I think I was a baptized Catholic when I was born. If my parents hadn't died, I would probably still be a devout Catholic… but ever since that day, I lost all of my faith in God."

"Luke…" Xenovia looked at him with glistening eyes.

"I just realized that our situations are quite different. I chose to leave the Church, whereas you were forced out." Luke then recalled something else. "Xenovia, did President or the others tell you of my dream?"

"No, they haven't."

"I want to make women happy. It was something I decided on a couple of months ago. Your old dreams may no longer be achievable, but new ones will come to you someday. Just give it some time."

Xenovia just looked at Luke, unsure of how to respond.

"And if you ever need help, know that you've got me, President and the others. You're in President's peerage now, so we're practically friends."

Xenovia continued staring at Luke, her mouth slightly open, and eventually smiled. "Thank you, Luke."

Xenovia is really cute when she smiles like that!

After waiting for some time, Pyra returned to them with Luke's phone.

"I managed to take plenty of photos of the temple." Pyra beamed. "Want to see?"

Pyra scrolled through the photographs of various parts of the temple to them.

"The structure of Buddhist temples is very different from those of Christianity." Xenovia remarked.

"Sounds like you had fun." Luke said.

"I wish you could have been there with me, but it can't be helped."

"What shall be our next destination?" Belinda inquired.

"How about the planetarium in Ikebukuro?" Luke suggested.

"What's a planetarium?" Xenovia asked.

"It's a building where you go inside and learn about the various stars, planets and constellations."

"Couldn't you just do that by looking at the night sky?"

"You can only see certain celestial bodies at a specific time of the year. So, think of it as a way to witness these constellations at any time of the year, albeit just as a display."

"Do these planetariums use magic?"

"Uh, no, they use science."

The four of them arrived at the planetarium and as they walked inside the dome and took their seats, Xenovia marveled at the display of the cosmos above them.

"Wow… It's… beautiful…"

"It is." Luke said. "Makes you wonder what else is out there in the universe…"

"I've… never seen anything like this…"

When Luke turned to Xenovia and saw her face light up at seeing a completely new sight, there was a feeling that he couldn't quite describe, but he knew that it was mixed with joy.

"Excuse me? Young man?"

They all turned to the unfamiliar voice and saw a beautiful young woman with short scarlet hair and wearing glasses, a stylish pink shirt, light blue jeans, and white and black sneakers approach them.

"I'm sorry, but when I saw you, you looked a bit familiar" The scarlet-haired woman said. "Do you know if we've met before?"

Luke searched his memories and nothing came up. "I'm sorry, but I don't think we have."

"My apologies." The woman politely bowed to him. "You just remind me a lot like an old family friend of mine. Please ignore everything I just said."

As she turned away, she accidentally hit her foot against one of the seats and fell over.

"Kyah!" The woman lifted herself up but realized that her glasses had fallen off. "Oh no! My glasses!"

With his ability to see in the dark, Luke got up and picked up the woman's glasses.

"Here are your glasses, ma'am."

"Thank you."

As the woman put her glasses back on, Luke caught a glimpse of her eyes. When he saw her with the glasses on a few seconds ago, her eyes appeared to be blue, but without the glasses, her eyes were a strange mixture of blue, purple, pink and orange.

"I'll be on my way then." The woman bid Luke farewell and left.

Who was that woman? Her eyes were just like Dad's…

The four of them enjoyed their time in Tokyo to the point that by the time they got on the train ride back, it was already very late at night. Once they got to the Kuoh Town station, they were preparing to part ways with Belinda.

"This was quite an enjoyable day." Belinda admitted. "Now that it's over, there is this feeling of disappointment."

"It must have been a really good day for you if you feel that way." Pyra said.

"I think I know how to abate this feeling." Belinda then looked to Luke. "Luke, when you are free, I would like to spend the day with you again."

"Y-yeah…"

What happened next was something Luke never thought he would see in his entire life. It was small, but Belinda was smiling and her eyes were practically glowing.

"Thank you. And if you ever need to get something off of your chest, you're more than welcome to speak with me."

Luke nearly froze hearing Belinda's words and the more he looked at her, the warmer he felt inside.

"I will see you and Pyra in class tomorrow. Have a good evening." Belinda went back to her usual stoic expression just as she bid them farewell and left the station.

Luke remained motionless and just kept staring at Belinda, even after she was no longer in sight.

"Luke?"

Pyra's voice brought Luke back to reality.

"Uh-huh…"

"We should let Rias know we got off the train." Pyra suggested.

"Ah, r-right."

Luke sent a text message to Rias informing her that they just arrived at Kuoh Town and will be heading to the old school building for their Devil jobs. Seconds later, Luke received a message from Rias saying that they can just head home tonight as they must be tired from their excursion but will have to perform double the work tomorrow night. As they were making their way through the dark and empty neighborhood streets, they could hear something approaching them fast.

"I CAN'T STOP THIS THING!"

Suddenly, someone riding on a bicycle crashed into Luke and knocked him into the ground in a daze.

"Luke, are you hurt?" Pyra quickly ran up to her partner to check on him.

"Huh?" Xenovia looked at the other person lying on the ground next to the bicycle. "Issei Hyoudou?"

"Oh-oooooo…" Issei groaned while his head felt like it was spinning.

Once the young men were able to stand up again, Luke had a few questions for Issei.

"Why are you riding a bike out here?" Luke asked. "Shouldn't you have Devil jobs to do?"

"I'm… currently doing them…" Issei moaned. "My demonic power is so low that I can't use magic circles to teleport straight to the clients."

"That… has got to suck." Luke commented.

"What about you guys?"

"We're actually heading home-Gh!"

Feeling a strange sensation all over his body, Luke felt like something dangerous was nearby and his body was visibly shivering.

"Luke, are you getting cold?" Xenovia inquired.

"Don't you feel that, Xenovia?" Pyra asked.

"Feel what?"

"Yeah, I don't feel anything." Issei added.

Suddenly, everyone could hear unusual mechanical sounds coming from close by. They all looked around and saw something approach them from the nearby alley. It had a head, two arms and two legs it was using to stand upright like a human, but the rest of it didn't resemble anything human. Its lustrous silver skin looked like a hard exoskeleton while at the same time appearing smooth, the back of its head protruding outward, five blue compound eyes like those of insects, and no visible signs of a nose or mouth.

"What is that thing?" Xenovia pulled out Durandal from another space.

There was no doubt in Luke's mind. The sensation he was feeling was because of this unknown creature.

"It kind of looks like a machine…" Issei commented as he made his Boosted Gear appear.

The creature just looked in their direction, its eyes examining each one of them. Its final sights were set on Luke before speaking with mechanical sounds. To Xenovia and Issei, it was just a collection of odd sounds, but to Luke it was like the creature was speaking clearly in his native language.

"Kaelian identified. Age: Adolescent."

"'Kaelian'?" Pyra could also hear the creature speak.

"You can understand that thing?!" Issei was surprised.

"I think it's more like Luke understands it and our link sends that information to me." Pyra explained.

"Beginning termination."

After hearing the creature say those words, Luke made his Gradivus appear in his left hand and Pyra materialized the Aegis sword before tossing it to Luke, who caught it with his right hand.

"What did it say?" Xenovia asked.

"'Beginning termination'." Luke answered chillingly.

All of them got into battle stances as the creature shambled towards them.

"I'll strike it from a distance first." Luke informed his allies. "If this thing spews out acid from its wounds, it would be best to stay away."

Luke extended his Gradivus toward the creature and pierced straight through its chest, the strike accompanied by a metallic sound.

"That sounded like I hit metal, but it feels like I stabbed rubber." Luke analyzed.

The creature's eyes changed color from blue to red and fired beams from each of them straight at Luke. Luke changed Gradivus to Falchion and rolled out the way of the beams, however the beams changed trajectory and followed after him.

"It changed the direction?!" Pyra exclaimed.

"Svallin!" Luke's Falchion disappeared and a barrier appeared around him. "This should block them."

The beams of light passed through the barrier like it didn't exist and all of them struck Luke, forcing him to the ground.

"H… how…" Luke struggled to get up.

"You bastard!" Issei charged straight at the creature and punched it straight in the head.

However, the creature just shrugged off Issei's attack and ignored him.

"If blunt force won't work, I'll try cutting it!" Xenovia leapt into the air and swung down Durandal.

Issei managed to run out of the way in time as Xenovia used Durandal to cleanly sever the creature's arm. Just as the arm fell to the ground, several tendrils came from the wounded areas of the arm and the original body, grabbed each other, and reattached the limb to the main body.

"It can regenerate, too?!" Xenovia gritted her teeth.

Luke tried his best to stand up. "Our offense and defense are useless against this thing. How can we beat it?"

The creature was ready to fire some more beams from its eyes at Luke, but suddenly a small black hole appeared in its chest and it was gradually getting sucked into it until there wasn't a trace of it left, after which the black hole disappeared. The four of them stared at the spot where the creature once was until they heard footsteps approaching them.

"You're not badly injured, are you?"

Luke, Pyra, and Xenovia immediately recognized the person as they had just met her mere hours ago. It was the scarlet-haired woman with glasses. Issei was immediately captivated by her beauty.

"You're…" Luke was about to speak up.

"I know you have a lot of questions, but it would be best to tell you once you've calmed down." The woman told him. "Too much information at once might fry your brain, you know?"

"That actually doesn't help!" Luke retorted.

The woman conjured what appeared to be a spatial rift in the middle of the alley and looked back at them.

"My name is Ruby Evergarden (Age 19). We will meet again soon."

The woman who called herself Ruby stepped into the rift and both disappeared.

"… What… just happened?" Pyra was left speechless.

"I don't think I've ever met someone so beautiful…" Issei was still admiring Ruby.

When Luke and Pyra arrived home, they told Rias what had happened, and she and Fumiko immediately headed over. While Luke and Pyra retold the events to Rias, Fumiko was healing Luke's injuries.

"I've never heard of a creature like that in any mythology." Rias said. "And 'Kaelian' isn't mentioned in any of them either."

"And nothing we did had much effect on it." Pyra stated.

"And this Ruby Evergarden… I wonder if she's connected to the Evergarden magician family…"

"Whoever she is, I'd probably be dead if not for her." Luke said. "She must know what that thing was, but… there was something else about her… Seth showed you that photo of my parents, right?"

"Yes, back when the whole club was here before the Kokabiel Incident." Fumiko replied.

"Well, Ruby's eyes… were the same as my Dad's. She also said that I looked familiar."

"If both of those are true, then your father must be related to this." Rias surmised. "I will report this incident to my brother and he'll sort things out."

After taking a long, relaxing bath, Luke immediately went to bed. His mind was racing at first, but the combination of Rias's soft embrace and Fumiko's warmth helped ease his stress and he fell asleep without much issue, even though those thoughts were still at the back of his mind.

The next night, Luke arrived at the home of one of his more recent clients, an unbelievably attractive woman that loved teasing him. Ever since their first encounter where he cooked her tempura, she requested him every night to do various things. The moment he appeared in the living room his eyes popped out at the sight before him. Those words were like an alarm to Luke, slowly turning around to the woman calmly smiling at him.

"You're… not human, are you?" Luke could feel his body shiver.

"I am Karlel (Age 250), one of the executives of Grigori. The governor, Azazel, is my old man."

From the woman's back sprouted twelve pitch-black, feathery wings, the sight of which caused Luke to freeze in place and be reminded of the time he was killed by Raynare.

A/N: Boy, a lot certainly happened this chapter! I realized there weren't any lewd scenes in the last arc, but given the subject matter, I felt like it would have been inappropriate, so I tried to make up for it in this chapter.

Belinda ended up getting a lot of focus this time and display more of her personality. I'm glad I got the chance to flesh her out a bit more, as well as Luke.

I also wanted to take this opportunity for Luke to start developing feelings for some characters.

For those of you familiar with the light novel, yes. What Luke and the others encountered near the end was an Evie, showing up much earlier than in canon. And as for the mysterious woman Ruby Evergarden, I will reveal who, and what, she is in a later chapter.

At long last, the identity of the sultry woman Luke first met back in Chapter 14 is the much-referenced Karlel. What's more, she is Azazel's daughter. How exactly did that happen? Well, I will tell you in a later chapter.

Just so you know, starting next week, I will likely be staying late at work, so I won't be writing as much and churn out chapters at my usual pace.
