Hello again.
This time will be a bit slice of life in comparison, showing that even with something such as Teresa, life goes on. And that includes kids becoming adults.

One thing James and Lily were definitely not expecting, was Jasmine's 'aversion' to dresses and skirts.
Bellatrix did explain what she knew, but seeing it was still a surprise.
At least the reason behind it was...somewhat understandable (outside of the fact that she was and is fine underwater, somehow).
Though, if James was be honest, he wasn't exactly complaining when Bellatrix convinced Lily to let Jasmine make her some clothes.
The tight shirts, the hugging pants...
It was tempered, though, by the fact that Jasmine's magic was well beyond anything any text or mouth had ever given him an inkling of.
Something which could not continue. They had to get a handle on it, especially with Teresa.
They needed to know what they were getting into.
And while the Goblins were able to clear them back to 'alive,' they...weren't exactly helpful like he wanted.
They gave more questions when they brought up a connection between Jasmine and 'Atlantis' of all places.
Just what did their daughter have to do with the lost underwater city?
Thankfully for him, Bellatrix noticed and placed a comforting hand on his shoulder. "You're not alone, James. For now, stick with supporting her while searching in your spare time. It's what I've been doing."
James looked at her, catching the clear support in both her and Lily's eyes (a moment that she wasn't keeping Jasmine occupied, of course).
He smiled. "Thanks, Bellatrix."
"Between the three of us, call me Trixie." Bellatrix said, caressing James' cheek in a manner that made him blush, "We are married, after all."
James gulped and stammered out his acceptance as Bellatrix giggled, which got Jasmine's attention.
She tilted her head in confusion, only to face Moony to her and puff her cheeks. "Why not, Moony?! I wanna know what's so funny!"
That got a round of laughter, which got her to puff her cheeks to comical proportions.
The laughter was cut short when a blond-haired woman wearing glasses suddenly popped up in front of the group as they walked from Gringotts, followed closely by a group of robed people lead by two all-too-familiar faces (at least to the adults). "We are not in the mood to deal with anyone who only cares about their own truths."
"Not to mention you don't have the right to command my Aurors, Minister." Amelia added, storming up as well, "Especially for something as simple as a reinstatement."
"Preposterous!" the man Amelia was speaking to said, "They are not the Potters!"
Jasmine looked up at Bellatrix. "He won't listen, will he?"
"Not for anything that will keep the money from his pockets and his top supporters out of prison." Bellatrix said, making Jasmine glare as well, "And for the record, Minister Fudge, this whole thing is beyond wizarding magic. So you don't have any business with us."
Fudge was about to respond, only to suddenly find his clothes switched with the woman in pink that was with him.
Jasmine blinked with her parents until Moony got her attention elsewhere, just in time to see Teresa lick her lips at her before fading away.
She felt her face heat up some as her parents looked at her in question. "Teresa was here. She did it."
As if to prove her point, Fudge grew an orange afro while the woman grew a green spiky mohawk while her original clothes gained neon purple polka dots while his original clothes turned into a reverse-color clown suit.
That got a serious round of laughter going that got the pair running, with a look from Amelia making the Aurors haul it as well.
As the laughter died down, Jasmine tensed as her face turned crimson from a finger suddenly traced up her spine playfully.
Something which Lily noticed. "Sweetie?"
"Um...I think the whole thing was meant for me..." Jasmine mumbled out, only to puff out her cheeks and make Moony face her, "What's that supposed to mean?!"
Amelia looked at the adults after the resulting laughter died down. "You know they'll be back."
"I remember Umbridge in particular, piece of work she is." Lily said.
"Yeah, so quick to do whatever she could to secure her power while denying it to others." Bellatrix agreed, "They'll be back."
Jasmine looked between them, then ultimately shrugged and walked with the group as they went about their business in Diagon Alley, at least until she noticed something that made her stop.
Lily was the first to notice. "Jasmine?"
Jasmine tilted her head. "Just what exactly is that?"
James was the one who answered with a slight snicker. "It's something people once wore to the beach. Once."
Jasmine blinked. "People wear that to the beach? A skirt, a shirt, and shorts, all striped?"
The stripes did not get her attention, but they did make the whole thing look even more ridiculous to her.
"Not anymore, unless you prefer the old days." James shrugged, "Or you're just stupid, like the one guy I remember hearing about that would quite willing wear a nightgown in public, and a nightgown is a dress your mothers would consider going to sleep in."
Jasmine gave a look that said it all, though she did still speak. "...really?"
"He's right, Jasmine, and the guy still does it whenever he gets the chance." Bellatrix nodded, then had a thought, "You know, despite her powers, Jasmine's never actually been to the beach."
Jasmine's "What's that to mean?" didn't stop the other adults contemplating just what Bellatrix was suggesting.

"Oh. This is what Mommy Bella was referring to."
A few days had passed, and Jasmine found herself on an island with her family, Sirius and Remus, Amelia and her niece, Draco and his mother, Hermione, Ginny, Luna, and Neville and his parents.
It was the first time she truly saw just what kind of outfits beach-goers wear, and it's left her confused of herself. Though it did give her an idea as to what Moony was talking about with her female friends.
While still developing, all six were clearly on their way to becoming quite eye-catchers in their own ways, which showed particularly in Susan and Hermione absently drawing Jasmine's eyes to their respective chest despite being in modest yellow and blue swimsuits, respectively.
And Neville especially was showing the fruits of his more physical life-style compared to the average wizard in red trunks.
While Jasmine herself was sporting a more 'suitable' version of her sleep attire (Lily and Bellatrix were the ones who decided, not her).
She shook her head to try and clear her thoughts, just Luna walked over in a purple swimsuit. "I wouldn't worry about it just yet, Jasmine. Still got a few years before it truly means something."
"Still, I'm staring at all of you."
Luna simply smiled kindly. "Don't worry, Mommy actually mentioned something about this once. For now, it just means that you're just now actually Seeing us as boys and girls, respectively. Not just friends."
Luna then left her to join Ginny in building a sand castle.
"Not...just friends...?" Jasmine asked herself softly. Like, Mommy, Mama, and Daddy?
Jasmine heard a soft woof to the side, Moony in a straight wolf-form walking over and nuzzling her. The seeing one is right. In this, you're starting the path to becoming a woman.
"It won't hurt, will it?"
Not in this. You would normally have felt occasional pain between your legs, but your magic makes that a non-issue. The only real differences you'll find is that some of your interests are liable to change and that you'll know things children are not ready to know or really care about.
"Like seeing a friend as more than a friend?"
Yes...though I'll still be 'defending' you from your female friends' breasts. The redhead's especially.
"MOONY!"
The group was treated to the sight of Jasmine chasing a clearly amused Moony, ranting about how he needed to leave their breasts alone.
Bellatrix and Luna, being the most in the know, fell to the sand laughing their heads off as the other kids blushed from embarrassment, realizing it was about the young girls, while the adult women was more effected by mortification.
The men were guffawing from just how out of the blue it was, especially James as it was his daughter that was 'speaking.'
It didn't help when Susan in particular covered her chest, being the most developed, angled herself, and tried to sidle over to her aunt inconspicuously. Of course, being young but developing nicely, it wasn't as subtle as she wanted.
Though she wasn't feeling too upset over Neville trying to be chivalrous yet stare at her.
Hermione, Draco, and Ginny, on the other hand...were more complex situations.
Despite being from the non-magical world, Hermione was the most composed thanks to her habit to read what she can. Jasmine can't be expected to understand any of it with her background, at least until she was actually clued in. Still, it did have a downside, as she knew more than the others of their group just what conversations like that can lead to. So...Yeah, not going down that rabbit hole yet.
Ginny, on the other hand, didn't have such luxuries, which was only compounded by her mother and the wizarding world. Don't get her wrong, she cared about her mother, but the woman did have a few issues here and there that didn't exactly allow a growing young woman to have an answer for something like this, at least. And to make matters worse, progeny was a pretty big thing, so two women being together...
To say the least, it wasn't banned, but it does come with some considerable pressure unless you got a out.
Draco, thankfully, was more standard issue, albeit not helped by residue from his past. Did he truly have a crush on Jasmine, of was it more an attempt to help 'clean himself?' At least if it wasn't genuine, then there was Pansy, who seemed to have genuine affections for him...possibly.
They only snapped out of it when Jasmine noticed their expressions, tilted her head, and asked directly in their faces "Uh, guys? Are you sick or something? You look red."
"Huh? O-oh, we're fine." Hermione replied, shaking her blush off, "Come on, we still got daylight."
Didn't stop Jasmine from wondering about it until bed that day...partly because while asleep, she did feel a pair of hands caress her sides a few brief times before ultimately disappearing.
Always did have trouble with chapters like this, but then, that's something that can easily show up when you have no idea what you're doing with the current chapter. Didn't help that life kept on meddling with progress (read: mood just kept on dropping).
At any rate, now this one is over.
Until next time. Please let me know what you think.
