When Killian came too, everything around him was in chaos. Rumple held and injured and confused Belle who was wailing in his arms, people seemed to be everywhere shouting and rushing about and there were lights flashing in colors of red and blue disorienting him.

The car that had driven into town and had stuck them had then crashed into a boulder on the side of the road. Groaning, he forced himself into a sitting position. Emma heard the sound and looked over surprised to see the leather clad pirate. How the hell had he gotten there? She knelt beside him on the ground to assess the damage.

"Hey, beautiful. Here I didn't think you'd notice." He chuckled wincing while trying to play it off that he wasn't as injured as he really was. The blonde leaned down and pressed on his ribs. Instantly he yelled out in pain falling back. "Your ribs are broken." She concluded somewhat smugly. "Oh, that must be why it hurts when I laugh." He groaned again. "Did you see his face? His one true love, gone in an instant! Just like Milah, crocodile! When you took her from me…" he trailed off and started to look around frantically as if remembering something. Or rather someone.

"Anthanasia?" he yelled trying to stagger to his feet. The thief had made it to their world too? "Stay, I'll find her." She stood and began to search the area. "But you took her first!" Rumple yelled, lunging at the Pirate, digging his cane into his throat.

"Gold, are you insane?" Emma yelled trying to pry the old man off the pirate. "Yes, I am." David rushed forward to help break up the fight seeing Emma struggling to contain the Dark One. "You can't do that!" he yelled, holding Rumple. "I can if you let me go!" he growled in response, fighting against the strong arms that held him. "You don't want her to see that!" Emma gestured to the terrified looking Belle. "I'm a stranger to her!" he glared. "Murder is a bad first impression."

"What would Belle want you to do?" An ambulance arrived distracting Rumple long enough David could pull him off the pirate and away. "Over here!" Snow yelled from beside the unconscious thief having found her during all the commotion. "Anthanasia!" Killian scrambled to his feet and limped over to where she lay. David followed close behind but the prince's step faltered when he saw the woman. She lay unconscious blood trickling from a gash on her forehead, scrapes on her cheek and limbs sprawled out, limp. But it wasn't her injuries that made him stop. He recognized her. David looked up at his wife shocked. "Daniella."

"There is someone in here!" Emma yelled from the car. Paramedics split, two going to the car the other two going to Anthanasia. "Stay. I'll be right back." Snow told Hook to climb to her feet. "Do you know this guy?" Emma asked as they looked in the broken window at the unconscious driver.

"I've never seen him before." Snow answered, shaking her head. "That's because he drove into town." David confirmed pointing to the skid marks. "From outside?" Snow asked, worried. "Looks like the world just came to Storybrooke."

Killian looked around befuddled as he and Anthanasia were wheeled into a large building that read EMERGENCY in bright red letters on it. They were strapped to rolling beds, tubes sticking out of their arms and odd contraptions over their faces blowing air at them. Killian had never seen such odd torture deivices.

A woman in a white dress approached. "What do we have?" she asked, falling into step beside them. "Car versus pedestrian. Driver has chest trauma from a secondary impact with the steering wheel. Pedestrian one, walking, has contusions and broken ribs. Pedestrian two; head trauma unconscious on scene, head lac and GCS of 4. Vitals are stable but she is tachycardic, pulse weak and thready." The paramedic rattled off.

"Go to X-ray. Pedestrians first. Head trauma priority." Dr. Whale arrived commanding the situation with a calmness that only liquor could provide. "Wait…Dr. Whale." David stopped the tall man. "What?" Quietly Davis said, "Can you do a DNA test on the female pedestrian?" The Dr. looked surprised. "Who's DNA would match it too?" he asked. "Everyone in town. She said she's looking for her family. Let's see if we can find them for her."

Emma walked into the room currently occupied by one Captain Hook. "Is she okay?" he rushed out about Anthanasia, worry evident on his face. "She is still unconscious right now." She informed him. "Where's Cora?" she asked darkly. "What?"he shifted to move his arm but looked down when it wouldn't move but a few inches. Again he was cuffed only this time it was to a hospital bed.

"Again? You're really into this aren't you?" he asked with a chuckle wiggling his eyebrows suggestively. "Damn, that hurts." He groaned as his ribs ached. "Told you, cracked a few ribs. Where's Cora?" she repeated. "You look good, I must say. All 'where's Cora?' in a commanding voice. Chills." He teased flirtatiously. "You have all sorts of sore places, I can hurt you." She pushed on his ribs causing him to wince proving her point.

"I have no idea where Cora is. She has her own agenda. Let's talk about something I am interested in…" He looked at her pointedly. "My hook. May I have it back? Or is there another attachment you prefer?" he wiggled his brows again. The sooner he could get his hook and get himself uncuffed the sooner he could get Anthanasia and they could get the hell out of there.

"You're awfully chipper for a guy who just failed to kill his enemy, then got himself and his girl hit by a car." She ignored his flirtations. He paused his worry for Anthanasia resurfacing once more. He quickly tried to hide it. "Well, my ribs may be broken, but…everything is still intact. Which is more than can be said for other bad days I've had. Plus, I did some quality damage to my foe." He replied cockily.

"You hurt Belle." Emma corrected with a glare. "I hurt his heart. Belle's just where he keeps it." She raised her brows, "Just like you keep yours in Anthanasia?" her words through him off but only for a moment. "He killed my love. I know the feeling." He smiled side stepping the comment completely. "Keep smiling, buddy. You're chained down, he's on his feet, immortal, has magic, and you hurt his girl. If I were to pick dead guy of the year? I'd pick you."

"Nasia!" Anthanasia opened her eyes and blinked a few times confused. She was in the Enchanted Forest, she could smell the damp soil beneath her bedroll and could hear the sound of the fire crackling not far away. "Naisa?" her eyes focused through the darkness on a small figure kneeling beside her. "I'm scared." She recognized the small voice, it was her…brother. "R…Rollan?" she whispered in disbelief. "Nasia, I'm scared." He repeated.

Anthanasia lifted her furs that covered her. "Come here." The small figure climbed under the covers and snuggled up against her chest. She felt tears stinging her eyes. She looked down and let out a quiet sob. It really was him with his brown messy hair and chestnut colored eyes. "Why are you crying?" he asked, reaching up and touching her face with his small hands. "I…I…I just miss you so much." She leaned into his touch, closing her eyes, "I miss you too."

She opened her eyes and looked into his. "I will find you, little one." She promised to stroke his wild curls. "I know… you always find me." He snuggled against her and she wrapped her arms around him tightly, pulling him closer. "Nasia?" she glanced down at him. "I love you." She felt her breath hitch. "I love you too, little brother."

Ruby and Dr. Whale entered the waiting room both smiling. "He's going to make it?" David asked worriedly. "He's got some recuperating ahead of him, a few weeks maybe, but yes. He's going to live." Dr. Whale assured them, smiling. "Thank goodness." Snow breathed. "Or me." The doctor joked. "Telling you right now, this will come to no good." Leroy, the dwarf announced grumpily, talking about the driver's recovery. "Quiet Leroy." David warned.

"I want to talk to him." Emma announced ignoring both of them. "He's waking up now." Whale informed her. "Alread?" Ruby asked surprised. "I waited a couple of hours to tell you in case he, you know, keeled over. But so far, so good." He explained with a wide grin, like he hadn't just revealed that he thought the outsider would die on his operating table. "Alright then." Snow nodded. "Well, let's go talk to him." David grabbed his wife's hand and started to head towards the outsider's room. "We're not talking to him as a group. We're not a group sheriff." Emma said, stopping them.

"But we've been doing this together." Snow argued. "We are trying to convince this guy this place is normal. In a normal town, the sheriff goes in and asks a few questions. She doesn't bring her parents in with her." She wasn't exactly sure when they had felt the need to take over, and wanted to do everything together, probably when they had gotten back from the Enchanted Forest, or even when they had gotten their memories back. She understood they were trying to compensate for abandoning her, but it wasn't going to do them any favors at that moment. "That's probably true." David admitted. "We'll be right here."

Dr. Whale waited until Emma was well out of hearing range, before he turned to the Charming's. "That test you asked me to run…" They moved away from the others so they could talk in private. "Did you find her family?" Snow asked hopeful. "I did. They are here in Storybrooke."

"Ahh!" Snow screamed as she pushed through yet another contraction. "You're doing great Snow! Just a few more pushes and our son will be here!" David encouraged his wife excitedly. She would have laughed if another contraction hadn't sent pain rippling through her. She had never corrected him on thinking their child was to be a boy. "One more big push should do it." Granny announced. Another contraction hit and she bared down, pushing as hard as she could, yelling in pain. Sweat dripped from her forehead as she did. Never did she imagine she would be giving birth to their child in the middle of the forest. A child they had conceived out of wedlock mind you. "Ahhh!" she gave one last push and fell back exhausted.

Silence filled the air and worry began to build in both parents' chest. Was something wrong with their baby? Just as she was about to ask a small but strong cry ripped through the air destroying the silence blissfully. Snow sighed and David let out a relieved laugh. "It's a girl." Ruby announced handing Granny a blanket to wrap the baby in. "A girl?" Davied asked, shocked as Granny handed the baby to Snow. She chuckled. "I didn't have the heart to tell you." David shook his head laughing and moved to peer down at his daughter.

She was perfect. He reached out and brushed his hand over the thin black strands of hair on her small head. "She will look just like you." He told his wife, smiling, with tears in his eyes. The small baby looked up at him making a gurgling noise and David gasped. She had the most beautiful turquoise blue eyes, the perfect combination of both her mother's and father's eyes. "No, she is the perfect mix of both of us." Snow corrected, smiling watery down at her baby.

"Would you like to hold your daughter?" David nodded eagerly and Snow handed him the small bundle of joy. He cradled her gently in his arms rocking back and forth ever so slightly. "What will we call her?" Snow wondered. "Daniella. Our sweet little Princess, Daniella."

Anthanasia's eyes fluttered open. Her head was pounding and she could hear a loud beeping coming from her left. She blinked a few times trying to focus through her blurry vision. She looked around confused. Where the hell was she? The last thing she remembered was that metal contraption speeding toward the pirate. Killian!

She sat up abruptly. The beeping quickened and she felt a sharp pain in the crook of her elbow. She looked down and saw a tube sticking out of her arm. She had to find Killian. She ripped the tube from her arm cringing. She pulled the odd sticky wires off her chest, and ripped another tube, pressing up against her nose away from her face. In her haste to get them off the device on her finger fell away leaving her free.

She scrambled out of the bed and felt the cool tile beneath her feet and she noticed she was in some sort of short nightdress. She felt grief rip through her body and fell to her knees crying out. Hundreds of emotions slammed into her like stones were being thrown at her with bone breaking strength.

"Ahh!" she screamed as they overwhelmed her, not noticing the way the lights and machines in the room flickered. She looked around frantically for her clothes. She needed to get out of there. She spotted them laying on a chair, and fumbling she managed to pull them on ignoring the sticky blood that dripped down her arm from where she had torn out the tube.

Once dressed she staggered from the room ignoring the way her body protested agonizingly. Every which way she turned she was slammed with yet another wall of overwhelming emotion. She couldn't escape it. She screamed as they threatened to overtake her, clutching her head.

Having heard the commotion everyone who had gathered in the waiting room rushed to see what was happening. Snow and David saw Anthanasia in the hall stumbling around the hall screaming and clutching her head, her face contorted in pain. Two nurses ran forward to grab her but they were thrown back when she let out another gut wrenching scream, by a surge of power, the lights above them flickering wildly.

More nurses and orderlies moved to help but they too were thrown back. "Whoa!" Emma yelled pulling her gun. The lightbulbs began to shatter sparking dangerously hot. Emma lifted it and aimed it at the thief. She would put her down if she had too. "Wait!" Killian yelled, shoving his way through the group. "How the hell did you get out?" Emma asked bewildered. She had left him cuffed to the bed. "Pirate." he reminded. Anthanasia let out another scream and the ground trembled beneath them. "She's lost it!" Emma yelled, focusing her attention back on the thief.

"No, she's just overwhelmed, let me…" cautiously he stepped toward Anthanasia. "Hey…" She flinched away from him but he was thrown away like the others. "It's okay, love." He said softly, venturing closer. She looked up at him but he could tell from the way her eye color continuously flickered from turquoise to emerald green that she could probably barely see him if at all, the pain blinding.

"K…Killian?" she whispered tears streaming down her beautiful face. "Aye, love. It's me. You're alright." She fell to her knees still clutching her head. "I…I can feel it all…so much pain, grief, love…" she sobbed and Killian sunk down to his knees in front of her. "It's too much."

"I know. That's why I am here, love. Come on…" he held his arms out to her. "Come here." he cooed softly, forgetting about the people gathered behind him, watching. She hesitated for a moment before she threw herself into his arms. He wrapped them around her tightly and she gasped as a stillness washed over her. "There you go, sweetheart, breathe."

The lights quit flickering and shattering, sparks no longer skittering across the floor, and calmness filled the air. "There you go, love. That's better." Killian smoothed her unruly curls tucking a strand behind her ear and cupped her face to peer into her eyes. They were half lidded and a solid turquoise. "There she is." He breathed relieved. She leaned into him burying her face in his chest taking unsteady breaths, her entire body shaking.

"I need to get her out of here." Killian announced lifting Anthanasia into his arms. Weakly she wrapped her arms around his neck as he stood. "You're not going anywhere!" Emma yelled, training the gun on the two of them once more. Realizing they were a far bigger threat than she had initially thought.

"If I don't get her out of here, she will blow this place and anyone in it to oblivion, or worse, kill herself in the process. Now, I'm not asking. Move, Swan." Killian growled protectively, arms tightening around Anthanasia's tiny frame. If he had to, he would kill every last one of them who stood in his way to get Anthanasia out of there. Emma stared at him, gun still trained on them unsure what to do.

The wise thing would be to let them go in peace. But then again that would be the stupid thing to do, letting a thief and pirate go in Storybrooke when the woman had nearly just leveled the entire hospital. "I will kill you to get her out of here." He warned his voice dangerous. It wasn't a threat. It was a promise. Emma frowned recognizing that.

"Emma, let them go." Snow said quietly from the safety of her husband's arms. Emma glanced at her parents who shared the same look, and back to Killian. "Fine." Killian didn't wait to hear the rest of what the blonde had to say and ran as fast as he could towards the automatic doors leading to the parking lot. He could hear Emma close behind.

As soon as they were outside the hospital and the cool night air hit Anthanasia's face she fell unconscious, her head lulling against his chest, her breathing finally evening out and her body relaxed. "I need to get her to the Jolly Rodger or some place where there isn't another person for at least ten miles." He told her, just wanting to get her to safety. "We'll take my car."

They pulled up outside the sheriff's station. Killian looked at Emma. "Did you really think I would take you to your ship where you two could just sail out of town?" She had a good point. That had been exactly what he had intended to do. "Right, shall we then?" He gently lifted Anthanasia out of the back of the small car and carried her toward the doors of the station. Emma held the door open and led them through the building. He stopped when he saw the jail cells. "You want to stick her in a cell?" he asked incredulously.

"I want to stick both of you in a cell." She corrected. "Aw, love, you act as if you can't trust us." Killian drawled. "I can't. Now in." Sighing, he carried her into the cell and laid Anthanasia on the only cot, making sure to be gentle with her. "There you go, love." He whispered, brushing a curl out of her face, forgetting Emma was there watching them. "Just a little excitement that's all." He promised rubbing his thumb against her soft cheek.

"What was that?" Emma asked loudly, reminding him of her presence. "Shh. Everything is heightened for her right now." He hissed standing back up. She crossed her arms waiting for him to answer her question. "I told you once before. Anthanasia is a rare treasure." He said quietly walking to the bars that now confined him. "What do you mean? Back there you said she was overwhelmed. Overwhelmed by what?"

She needed answers. Killian saw no way to avoid her questions; he was only left with two options. Not answering at all or telling her the truth. He figured not answering wouldn't go over very well and Anthanasia was too sensitive to start a fight. So he was going to have to tell her the truth, Anthanasia could be mad at him for it later.

"Emotions." He answered simply. Her brows furrowed. "People get overwhelmed by their emotions all the time and that…that doesn't happen." She was unsure what to call what had happened at the hospital. "Not her own emotions, Swan. I told you she was a rare treasure." He reminded her. "If it wasn't her emotions then…" Emma trailed off not understanding.

"She's an empath." She turned to see her parents in the doorway. "Emma, we need to talk."
