Chapter 7 Final Straw

MK had been summoned to the Nickle family house to discuss a babysitting job. Fred and Doreen's anniversary was coming up and they were going to head out to the town for a few days leaving Lucas and Tiffany alone with Mommo. They trusted Mommo to take good care and watch over the twins, but they felt it was a good idea to have an extra pair of hands around to help and check in on the kids and elder. MK was fine with doing that and after discussing price and duties, MK began left the Nickle family home and head back to her own house.
MK was walking down the sidewalk, when she happened to look over at a tree and saw Tiffany crying beneath it. She got concerned and went over to the young girl.
"What's wrong Tiffany?" Asked MK.
"Nothing...I'm fine. Please go away." Said Tiffany looking away.
"Tiffany I can tell something is wrong and you can tell me. Are you being bullied?" Said MK.
"Um...yes. How did you know?" Asked Tiffany wiping her eyes and looking at MK.
"Because I was your age at one point and I got bullied too." Said MK.
"Why were you bullied?" Asked Tiffany.
"I was bullied because of stuff my dad did." Said MK not wanting to go into too much detail.
"How did you deal with it?" Asked Tiffany.
"I told my teachers and my mom and it got handled." Said MK.
"Oh." Said Tiffany.
"Now the best thing you should do is tell your own parents what is going on." Said MK.
"I can't do that now, they're fixing to go on a trip for their anniversary. I don't want to ruin it for them." Said Tiffany.
"Alright, but you should tell them about it when they get back. Right now you can tell me about the bullying." Said MK.
"Ok...there's this older girl named Ashley and she insults my music, dancing, and looks. She called me a fat hippo with no rhythm or skill!" Said Tiffany.
"That really is mean. How do you normally deal with your bullying if you don't tell your parents or any adults?" Said MK.
"I go to an anthill and either kick it, throw rocks at it, or pour soda on it." Said Tiffany.
"Ok that's not a good way to deal with your anger. You're bullying some creatures that have nothing to do with what you're going through, so you should stop doing that." Said MK.
"Ok. I'll stop messing with them." Said Tiffany.
"And I'm going to be around to help make sure you don't get bullied anymore." Said MK as she helped Tiffany to her feet.
"Thank you MK." Said Tiffany.
"You're welcome." Said MK.
The two went their separate ways to their homes.
Unfortunately Lucas had just got a really big wedgie from Steve greatly angering and upsetting the boy, who decided to take his frustration out on the anthill. Lucas went into his dad's garage and found a really big bucket, he filled with water and soap. He then took the bucket and marched out to the anthill to pour it on the ants.
Inside the anthill, Zoc had gathered the final ingredients for the potion he had learned from the scroll he Ring of Records. He was just doing the finishing touches using some fire crystals, when his girlfriend a nurse ant named Hova entered the chamber
Hova was a beautiful ant with blue eyes and a slider build.
"How's my big wizard boyfriend doing? You working on some incredible magic?" Asked Hova.
"I am actually. I just finished creating a potion that will greatly help the colony with our human problem." Said Zoc proudly as he corked the bottle that held the potion in it.
It was a yellow liquid that had a bright goal to it.
"A potion huh? What does it do? Will it give us the ability to have our voices heard by the humans so we can communicate with them and resolve things peacefully?" Asked Hova.
"No, but it's a incredibly powerful potion, that I suppose could allow us to speak with humans." Said Zoc.
Hova was about to ask in what way, when she looked up at a shelf and noticed the scroll from the Ring of Records.
"Is that a scroll from the Ring of Records? I'm surprised Nim Galuu gave you one." Said Hova.
"Well I explained the situation to Nim Galuu and he agreed to help us, by giving me the scroll that told me how to make my potion." Said Zoc.
"That was nice of him, but you still haven't told me what the potion does exactly." Said Hova.
Zoc was about to explain it, when there was a loud rumbling followed by many screams. Lucas had reached the anthill and dumped the large bucket of water and soap on it flooding a good deal of the colony. Water poured through the tunnels and into many of the chambers including Zoc's chamber. Zoc yelled as he grabbed his potion and Hova and held onto them tightly as they were swept away from his chamber and through a couple more chambers. The scroll from the Ring Of Records was thankfully high enough on a shelf and secure so it didn't get swept away by the water. Zoc and Hova were dumped into a larger chamber groaning with several other ants. They all laid on the ground groaning.
Zoc helped Hova to her feet as he surveyed the carnage brought on my one of the humans. This greatly angered Zoc, who now wanted to strike back against the humans. Zoc saw the Head of the Ant Council and went over to him.
"Sir we can't take more of these violent attacks from the humans. I just created a potion that will greatly help us against the humans. I will go to there home or homes and use it against them, but I need the aid of others to help me bring the humans to justice." Said.
The Head of the Ant Council looked at the carnage and then at Zoc.
"Take what you need, you have the full blessing and backing of the colony." Said the Head of the Ant Council.
"Thank you sir." Said Zoc.
Action was going to be taken.
