Shark Tale has always been one of my favorite animated films to watch ever since childhood and I still enjoy watching the movie so much, and since I love Shark Tale so much, I decided to do a whole twenty four-part miniseries version of the movie that serves as a whole retelling of the movie which is known as When A Little Fish Tells A Great White Lie that has brand new scenes, brand new characters, brand new locations, different dialogue. Episode 10: That's What Best Friends Are For
Chapter 5: Having Some Doubt
On the next day, at the Whale Wash of Southside Reef, while the many employees who worked there worked together to take good care of the personal hygiene of many sperm whale customers who arrived at the local business in an assembly line as usual, Oscar has already arrived there and is visiting Angie, Nelson, and Sabrina who are doing their hard work there as usual just as Angie and Sabrina were carrying out their own jobs at the Whale Wash receptionist office just as they are doing some paperwork and making some phone calls and Nelson is carrying out his own job as leader of the dental squad just as he carrying a box filled with some dental supplies, and the group of four childhood best friends are having a conversation about the latest shark attacks that occurred in Southside Reef and how Oscar is the main target of the great white shark mafia for killing one their members.
Also, besides having a conversation of how last night has turned out due to the latest attack carried about by the members of the Five Families and how the Five Families plan to get revenge on Oscar for managing to kill one of the members of the great white shark mafia from before which has made him to become the Sharkslayer, Angie, Nelson, and Sabrina began expressing their own deep suspicions about Lola to Oscar just as they began questioning to him if Lola would be really interested in Oscar if he wasn't living a life of luxury at the Top Of Southside Reef as the Sharkslayer since she's downright shallow and what is more to her motivations of only dating those who are so wealthy besides being neglected by her own parents which caused her to have such a tragic childhood, and they even still warn Oscar that Lola is not one of those people who can be trusted and that there could be a chance that she only loves him for his money rather than for who he is, but he still doesn't listen to them at all.
"It looks like Southside Reef is safe from the Five Families," said Oscar.
"We can see that already, and you've improved the reef very much." said Angie.
"Things have been going so well ever since you became the Sharkslayer." said Nelson.
"Heroes would make sure that they will protect the innocent no matter what." said Sabrina.
"Well, the reef wouldn't go under any improvement if I didn't agree to become its new hero, but it is and it's still improving very well all thanks to my help." said Oscar.
"As long as you are keeping the reef safe from the threat of the Five Families, we no longer have to live in fear of them at all just like we were from before." said Sabrina.
"Look how things have turned out so far, and anybody is no longer afraid to swim out of their own homes and anywhere else all 'cause of the sharks." said Nelson.
"People would usually go into hiding once any member of the Five Families would arrive and commit crimes, but they don't have to worry about that anymore." said Angie.
"Speaking about all of this, nobody would have to worry about the Whale Wash being under attack by the sharks unless they've been paid for protection," said Nelson.
"Just like any other local business in the reef who has no choice but to pay them protection money in order to not have them be wrecked by them for sure." said Sabrina.
"Yeah, and all 'cause of me becoming the Sharkslayer, no shark would even dare to come into Oscartown for sure and they will be going down," said Oscar.
"Well, about the latest shark attack on the reef from last night, there were more than one shark attack as usual and many people got hurt in the process." said Sabrina.
"True, last night was really crazy all thanks to those many shark attacks, and besides endangering many people, it caused a large amount of damage." said Nelson.
"I guess it's all 'cause they would do anything to have Oscar killed for what he has done to them, and they were the ones who have terrorized this reef for so long." said Angie.
"I must do the best I can to defend myself from their assassination plot against me as well as doing the best I can to keep this reef safe from them," said Oscar.
"We know that you will, and we're really counting on you to make sure that the Five Families would bring any more harm to the reef just like everybody else does." said Angie. "Also, besides you being the defender of the reef, there's something else we need to talk about and it's your relationship with Lola who wishes to live a life of luxury due to having a very unstable childhood."
"Huh? What are you saying about my relationship with Lola?" asked Oscar. "I mean, I already know she wishes to have a good life which is being so rich and famous, but it's such a good reason 'cause of what she's been through with her parents who have always neglected her and growing up in a really bad apartment home with them. What are you trying to say about it?"
"We're saying that it turns out to be very unexpected 'cause Lola came out of nowhere and she just started dating you all of a sudden." said Nelson.
"You and Lola don't know each other that much after you just met, and you only got the chance to know much about her but it wasn't enough." said Sabrina.
"Look, there has to be another good reason why she would be with somebody who has money and fame besides of how she grew up." said Angie. "All we know is that she wishes to have relationships with those who are rich and famous 'cause of having neglectful parents and living in a run-down apartment home, but there has to be more than that. Maybe not only she wishes to have a much better life than the one she had before, but that she could gain money and fame for herself."
"What? Guys, there's no way Lola could be doing such a thing to me, and she strongly appreciates what I've done for her already." said Oscar. "I made a promise that I will give her a better life than she had with her neglectful parents, and I really felt bad for her so much 'cause of how she has been raised for her whole life."
"We know that, but you don't even know if she really is showing you that appreciation for you for deciding to allow her to stay with you at your own penthouse." said Nelson.
"Oscar, we just don't trust her at all and we don't know if we could really feel bad for her for what she has been through just like we've felt bad for what you've been through." said Sabrina.
"You must be overreacting about Lola, and guys don't even know her that much and you can't just jump into conclusions without knowing the facts," said Oscar.
"Just like you don't even know about her, and since she showed up all of the sudden, there could be a chance that you'll find out that she may not be what you think she is." said Angie.
"What do you mean by that?" asked Oscar in surprise.
"We mean that Lola is only dating you to get your money since she's only interested in those who are so rich and famous," said Angie. "You're right, jumping to conclusions without knowing the facts is wrong, but all we're saying is that Lola might not be the best person to have a romantic relationship with, especially that she's downright shallow which means that you only care about what they have rather than for who they are."
"Guys, that's enough. There's nothing to worry about Lola, and I promise that we're able to trust her 'cause we've managed to know some things about her." said Oscar. "Especially of what she has been through during her childhood which is very tragic."
"But, Oscar, you must at least have some common sense about Lola, and maybe your relationship with her wouldn't last long if you…" said Angie just as she tried to explain, but Oscar suddenly interrupted her."
"I said that's enough, and besides, there's something else I gotta do since I'm the Sharkslayer who keeps this reef safe from the threat of the Five Families." said Oscar. "So, now I'm on my way, and I wish each of you good luck on each of your own jobs right here at the Whale Wash and I'll see ya later."
Oscar then leaves the Whale Wash of Southside Reef just as he waved bye to his three childhood best friends Angie, Nelson, and Sabrina who did the same thing to them, and he proceeds to go back to his penthouse at the Top Of Southside Reef where he plans on retiring as the Sharkslayer and calling off his deal with Sykes after he has discovered that he has taken credit for killing Don Lino's oldest child Frankie which he was completely unaware of on that point until he met Don Lino's two younger children Lenny and Teresa who has explained everything to him after he became best friend with them and got to know them so much better, and once he has found out about the shark he has falsely claimed killing him in order to become a somebody, he realized that it was such a dumb thing to do since it turns out that he's one of Don Lino's children and in order to avoid facing danger because of it, he must do what he has planned on doing while he has filled with fear because of it.
Later on that day at the Whale Wash, Oscar's three childhood best friends Angie, Nelson, and Sabrina are taking a break from all of their own hard work as employees at the Whale Wash at the outdoor cafe along with most of the employees who are also taking a break from all of their hard work just as the rest of the employees continued doing their own hard work of cleaning up each of the sperm whale customers at each section of the Whale Wash, and just as they are, they are continuing to have a conversation about Oscar's relationship with Lola which just happened unexpectedly which causes them to become very suspicious and they even continue to question if Lola would continue to have a relationship with Oscar if he wasn't the Sharkslayer since she is downright shallow as well as their has to be more to her motivation of only dating rich people for a much better life than the very unstable life that she used to have with her parents who have been very neglectful towards her throughout her life.
Also, due to Oscar began dating Lola, it made Angie, Nelson, and Sabrina feel very undervalued in the process, especially Angie since it made her very jealous since she has always been in love with Oscar ever since they used to be young children and she even remembered of how she first fell in love with Oscar which was an act of kindness he did for her when they used to attend Pisces Elementary School, and while Angie expressed her deep romantic feelings for Oscar which she has always had since childhood, both Nelson and Sabrina began comforting her since Sabrina has always knew about Angie being deeply in love with Oscar and Nelson got the chance to notice her feelings for Oscar on the other night just as Nelson began expressing his own secret love for Sabrina since it turns out that his secret love for her is very similar to Angie's secret love for Oscar, especially that he has always been Sabrina's secret admirer who has sent her countless gifts to her and Angie's apartment.
"I can't believe Oscar isn't even listening to us about Lola, Nel and Brina." said Angie.
"We can't believe it as much as you do, Ang, and Oscar needs to listen." said Sabrina.
"That's right, and there must be something very fishy about Lola as well," said Nelson.
"It's 'cause that Lola just showed up all of a sudden and began dating Oscar who didn't get to know her that much." said Angie.
"All we know about her is that she had such an unstable childhood with neglectful parents and made her wish to live a life of luxury for a better life." said Nelson.
"That's what we know about her so far is having a very tragic childhood which could prove to be something to sympathize with." said Sabrina.
"Once Oscar learned about her having such a tragic childhood, he invited her to live with him in his luxurious penthouse at the Top Of Southside Reef." said Nelson.
"But it still doesn't make any sense at all 'cause she just came out of nowhere and Oscar only met her, that's all." said Sabrina.
"It's really strange for somebody to start a relationship with somebody they just met without even getting to know them better." said Angie.
"They should at least start to get to know them much better before they could start dating somebody which makes more sense." said Sabrina.
"It didn't feel right for Oscar to start dating Lola all of a sudden, especially that he doesn't know more about her either." said Nelson.
"What could be more to about Lola which could prove to be only using others who have money and fame so she could have money and fame for herself." said Angie.
"You know, that could be absolutely true, and it's all 'cause she's nothing but a superficial person who only cares about what they have rather than for who they are." said Nelson.
"Even though she does have a very sad backstory, maybe she's only saying it to not let anybody know her true intentions of having a life of being so rich and famous." said Sabrina.
"We're able to sympathize with anybody who has a tragic past, including Oscar's own tragic past, but we don't know if we're able to sympathize with her at all." said Nelson.
"Maybe Lola's own tragic past couldn't be sympathized with 'cause we still don't know more about it, including Oscar who began dating her all of a sudden." said Sabrina.
"Guys, we'll be able to get the chance to learn more about Lola sooner or later, and why she's really interested in Oscar since he's now the Sharkslayer." said Angie. "We bet that she wouldn't be in a romantic relationship with Oscar for a minute if he wasn't so rich and famous since she's so shallow, and there really has to be more to her motivation of wishing for a better life of being so rich and famous rather than having an unstable childhood. But first, we're gonna somehow convince Oscar that he shouldn't start dating somebody he just met and make him come to his senses somehow."
"Yeah." said Sabrina.
"Uh-huh." said Nelson.
"Also, speaking about Oscar being in a relationship with Lola and if she is really using him to get to his money like we suspected, he deserves somebody much better." said Angie.
"You're right, Ang, Oscar deserves somebody so much better and it could prove to be you since it turns out you always had romantic feelings for him," said Nelson.
"You might be the right girl for Oscar the whole time rather than somebody like Lola 'cause you've always loved him just the way he is rather than for what he has." said Sabrina.
"Mmm-hmm, and honestly, I wish I could've told Oscar how I actually felt about him, but I kept waiting and waiting for the right time to tell him 'cause I was way too shy to do so." said Angie.
"We understand that very well, but you could've had more courage to tell Oscar that you always had feelings for him and you could've got the chance," said Sabrina.
"Of course, and if you did have the courage to tell Oscar that you have always loved him, then who knows what could happen 'cause he would know for sure." said Nelson.
"But I didn't have the courage to do so, and now he's with a so-called gorgeous fish named Lola who is downright shallow and could prove to be a gold digger," said Angie.
"Look, you'll eventually have the chance to tell Oscar how you actually felt about him sooner or later, and it's gonna happen for sure." said Nelson.
"We're just gonna have to wait and see when you'll be able to tell him that you have always loved him, girl, and we know that you will." said Sabrina.
"Nel, Brina, you're absolutely right, the time when I'll be able to tell Oscar that I always had romantic feelings for him will come, and I hope so." said Angie.
"No problem." said Sabrina.
"You're welcome." said Nelson.
"Also, how I eventually fell in love with Oscar was one of the best things in my entire life, and that day happened when we used to be young." said Angie. "It felt like it was only yesterday when I began having feelings for him, and it was when he did that act of kindness he did for me at Pisces Elementary School that I would never forget about. Ever."
Flashback
Many years ago at one of the local elementary schools of Southside Reef which is known as Pisces Elementary School where Oscar and his childhood best friends Angie, Nelson, and Sabrina used to attended at together and first started their very close friendship with each other, at the main playground of the elementary school where the many young students are playing together and spending some time together at the many playing equipment of the playground, the blacktop, and the benches, young Angie was at one of the benches of the playground and she was working on an art project for art class at school and her art project turns to be such beautiful flowers by using some paint and paint brushes which greatly amazes her very much. Young Angie quickly gets finished with doing her art project and becomes very excited about turning it into her art class and will pass for her assignment for sure on the next day.
"Yay me! I got finished with my art project at last, and it sure does look so beautiful." said young Angie. "Once I turn this in at my art class for my art project assignment tomorrow morning, I'll be getting an A and will be able to pass the assignment. Oh, I can't wait for the art teacher to see this kind of art project and she will be amazed by it for sure, and even my best friends Oscar, Nel, and Brina are gonna be amazed by it as much as she will be. Since I'm now finished, I'll take a break while I wait for my art to dry off since I used some paint to make it."
Suddenly, just as young Angie was very excited about turning in her art project in her art class for her art project tomorrow so she'll be able to pass and earn an A tomorrow morning and prepare to take a break from her hard work on it, a ball suddenly came out of nowhere and accidentally knocked over one of the paint jars young Angie has been using for her flower art project which causes some of the paint to spill all over the flower art project while some of it has dissolved within the water, and once the flower art project got spilled on by the paint by accident while the ball is being chased after by a young stingray student which turns out to be his ball, young Angie suddenly became saddened that her art project got ruined and began fearing what will happen if she would turn it in being drenched into the paint.
"Oh, no! My flower art project! It's now ruined!" exclaimed young Angie. "If I turn it into my art class for the whole art project assignment tomorrow morning, I'm gonna fail for sure and I can't go through with it. I can't turn it in like this, and I honestly don't know what to do. I've worked so hard on my art project and I…I guess I'm gonna have to turn it in like this and receive an F for it, but I can't. The art project is due tomorrow. What am I gonna do?"
Young Angie then began crying that her flower art project got ruined after some paint from one of the paint jars that she has been using for the art project got accidentally knocked over by a ball one of the students has been using for recess at the playground and continue to fear that she will fail on her art project assignment for art class if she turns it in all drenched in paint just as she began hoping what she can do in order to avoid facing failure at her art class tomorrow morning. Elsewhere at the playground, young Oscar was playing hula-hoop and had so much fun until he heard young Angie crying nearby which causes him to wonder why she's crying, and she informs him about her current situation which causes him to decide to help her out with making another art project that she quickly accepts.
"Hey, Angie. What's the matter?" asked young Oscar.
"Oh, Oscar, is terrible. Just terrible." answered young Angie.
"Well, what is it anyway?" asked young Oscar.
"I just made a very beautiful art project for art class, but it got ruined when some of my paints spilled over it." explained young Angie.
"Really? I am so sorry that your art project got ruined, and you must've worked really hard on the project." said young Oscar.
"I worked really hard on my project and it didn't even take me that long to get it finished," said young Angie.
"Don't worry. It's gonna be alright." said young Oscar just as he began comforting young Angie.
"No, it won't be alright 'cause once I turn it in like this, I'm gonna get an F for sure." said young Angie just as she continued to cry.
"Ang, please don't cry. I'll make it all better and how I'm gonna do that is help you make another one." said young Oscar just as he continued comforting young Angie.
"Wait a minute? You'll help me make another one, Oscar?" asked young Angie in surprise.
Young Oscar nodded. "Yes, and we'll work together to make another art project and it's easy." He quickly wiped away young Angie's tears from her eyes.
"Thanks for deciding to help me out with making another art project for art class and I appreciate it, especially when my project is due tomorrow." said young Angie just as she stopped crying.
"No problem, and that's what best friends do for each other." said young Oscar.
"It's a good thing I have extra art supplies just in case, and we can get started on another art project." said young Angie just as she began cheering herself up all thanks to young Oscar.
"Alright, let's get started on your new art project, Ang." said young Oscar.
"Well, my art project is on flowers and that's what we'll be doing together. Let's do it already." said young Angie.
Once young Oscar has decided to help out young Angie with making another art project for art class which is due tomorrow morning after her old one got ruined once it has been spilled in with paint by accident when a ball from one of the many students has caused the paint jar to knock it over, both young Oscar and young Angie began working together to make another flower art project by using some pencils, paints, paint brushes, and another piece of paper just as they proceed to throw the old art project into a nearby trash can. They manage to use the pencils, paints, and the paint brushes to draw and color in very beautiful flowers on the piece of paper, and it almost look like the ones young Angie did for her old art project but it turns out to be even more beautiful than the one she did from before which greatly amazes both young Oscar and young Angie.
Soon, young Oscar and young Angie get finished with making another art project and it turned out to be very beautiful just like the last art project young Angie did for herself, but it's much more beautiful than the last art project, much to the amazement of both young Oscar and young Angie just as young Angie began showing her gratitude towards young Oscar for helping her make another art project for her art project in the art class of the Pisces Elementary School which is due tomorrow and she has managed to cheer herself up from her depression after her old art project got accidentally ruined when one of her paint jars spilled some paint all over it by a ball that belongs to one of the students of the elementary school, much to young Oscar's delight.
"Looks like we're all finished, Ang." said young Oscar.
"My art project is good as new." said young Angie.
"You can now turn it into your art class tomorrow morning," said young Oscar.
"Yeah, and it's just as beautiful as my old art project," said young Angie.
"Mmm-hmm, but it's much more beautiful than ever." said young Oscar.
"Oscar, thank you very much for helping me and I appreciate it very much." said young Angie.
"It was no problem at all, Ang, and I would always help out my friends when in need." said young Oscar.
"I know, and that's what best friends do for each other all the time." said young Angie.
"True, and Nel, Brina, and I are so lucky to have you as our best friend," said young Oscar.
"And I am so lucky to have you, Nel, and Brina as my best friends too." said young Angie.
"Now let's take a break from doing my art project together, and I am so exhausted from all of that hard work," said young Oscar.
"Good idea, and I'm so exhausted too and I know how we could take a break together. Let's do the hula hoop and it's so much fun." said young Angie.
Right after young Oscar and young Angie got finished with working together on making another art project which is an flower art project so young Angie so young angie would be able to turn it into her teacher at the art class of Pisces Elementary School tomorrow morning, they both decided to take a break from working together on the flower art project in order to make up for the last art project that accidentally got ruined by a paint spill from one of the paint jars being hit by the ball of one of the students by playing together with some hula hoops that young Oscar was doing before he noticed young Angie needed some help and some comfort of what happened to her art project and needed to make another one for art class while they leave the brand new art project at the table of the bench to dry off since they used some paint and paint brushes to make it together, and this time, no harm came to it at all.
Also, since young Oscar has helped her out with making another flower art project for art class so she could turn it into the art teacher tomorrow morning just as she began playing with him with some hula hoops and began waiting for her new flower art project to dry off from the paint they used for it, young Angie then quickly to develop deep romantic feelings for him due to being so kind towards her and being very helpful towards her when she needed it just like they would do for their other best friends young Nelson and young Sabrina, and she wishes that she could confess her newfound feelings for young Oscar, but she is way too shy to do so, especially since that she has already fell in love with him for his act of kindness of helping her out with making another art project for art class which is due tomorrow morning, and she has decided to keep her newfound love for him a secret until she's ready to tell him about how she felt about him just as they continue playing hula hoop together in the playground.
End Flashback
"So, that's how I fell in love with Oscar, Nelson and Sabrina." said Angie. "He helped me with making another art project for art class at Pisces Elementary School after my old one got ruined, and I managed to turn the new one in and I've passed my art project assignment for sure which has earned an A for sure. I have always been grateful for what Oscar has done for me when we used to be little kids and I will always be grateful no matter what."
"I've always known that, Ang, and that's 'cause you have always told me first falling in love with Oscar for what he did for you from our childhood together." said Sabrina. "I even remember when you first told me when we were studying for our history exam together for Pisces Elementary School, and I have agreed to keep your love for Oscar a secret 'cause I'm really good a keeping secrets, even it those kind of secrets isn't bad and as long it's good."
"Well, I didn't even know that you have always been in love with Oscar ever since we used to be young children and first fell in love with him when he did that thing for you." said Nelson. "I never even got the chance to notice that kind of thing until you two told me all about it from the other night, and I really appreciated that you have decided to tell me your love for Oscar that you have kept a secret for so many years and I really deserved to know about it as well."
"Guys, I still hope that I will eventually be able to tell Oscar how I exactly felt about him throughout these years, and that time will come sooner or later." said Angie. "Also, we all think that he deserves somebody better rather than somebody like Lola who could prove to be nothing but a gold digger since she's only interested in those who are so rich and famous which makes her a superficial person."
"Of course." said Nelson.
"For sure," said Sabrina.
"Well, speaking about being in love, I'm in love with somebody just like you are, Ang, and it turns out to be…" said Nelson, but he quickly covered his mouth in embarrassment.
"Huh?" asked Angie in surprise.
"What did you just say, Nel?" asked Sabrina in surprise.
"Um…Uh…Nothing. It was nothing." said Nelson nervously.
"Are you sure? You just said something about being in love just like Ang is." said Sabrina.
"What? I didn't say anything about that at all.
"Really?" asked Angie.
"Really. And I just wish that Brina would know that I've always been her…" said Nelson just as he covered his mouth in embarrassment again.
"What?" asked Sabrina in surprise.
"Nothing. I swear." said Nelson nervously just as he blushed.
"Okay." said Sabrina awkwardly.
"So, we all hope that we'll be able to get Oscar to come to his senses and understand that Lola might not be trusted at all." said Angie.
Angie continued to feel very depressed and heartbroken that Oscar began a relationship with Lola which came right out of nowhere since he only just met Lola and doesn't know her that much besides getting to learn about her tragic childhood which there could be more to it since she would only have relationships with those who are living a life of luxury as well as those who would support her with a lot of money, and she, Nelson, and Sabrina hopes that they will be able to get Oscar to come to his senses about Lola just as she also will be able to tell Oscar about how she has always felt about him and Nelson and Sabrina began comforting her while they began hoping for the same thing, and even Nelson continues to keep his own secret love for Sabrina a secret since he was way too shy to tell her and continues to wait for the right time to tell her about how he felt about her and how he has always been her secret admirer when he manages to overcome his shyness somehow.
Meanwhile, at the storage warehouse of the Whale Wash which hasn't been used by the many employees of the Whale Wash for many years due to leaving their cleaning supplies out in each of the cleaning sections of the Whale Wash, both the two Lino siblings Lenny and Teresa are still hiding in the area just as they witnessed the large assembly line of sperm whale customers arrive at the local Whale Wash of Southside Reef to get cleaned up by the many employees who worked there, much to their own amazement, and while they do so, Teresa continue to feel great concern about what kind of serious consequences will be for Oscar's great white lie since somebody telling lies in order to be noticed by others would eventually end up causing more harm than good, especially of how he has learned that they are the children of Don Lino which makes their older brother Frankie his oldest child while Lenny strongly agrees with Teresa and still isn't sure about returning back to their home due to their estrangement with their father.
"It looks totally amazing, and I've always wondered what the Whale Wash would be like," said Lenny.
"Me too, and you're absolutely right about what you said, it does look fantastic." said Teresa.
"This is the very first time to see it in action and this is our own exact chance." said Lenny.
"Yes, and we didn't even get the chance to see the action until right now," said Teresa.
"The sperm whales are the usual customers of the Whale Wash." said Lenny.
"So true, and each of those sperm whale customers would have their own personal hygiene taken good care of by each of the employees," said Teresa.
"Also, those employees who work at the Whale Wash would always work together to clean up each of the customers when they arrive there every day," said Lenny.
"Well, we've always known about the Whale Wash ever since we used to be young children 'cause we've been listening to stories about them sometimes," said Teresa.
"Oh, and let's not forget that there's more than one Whale Wash in the ocean and they're located in many other reefs in the ocean," said Lenny.
"That's right, and each of those Whale Washes from each of those other reefs are frequented by different kinds of whale species besides the usual whale species of this reef." said Teresa.
"Everything about the Whale Wash is very interesting, especially that each of them throughout the ocean world has always been around ever since they first were established," said Lenny.
"You can say that again, and since we've been hearing about the stories of the Whale Wash, we've been wondering what it was like and we got the chance to see it." said Teresa.
"Mmm-hmm, and we honestly enjoy hearing about the stories of the Whale Wash just like anybody else ever since we used to be young shark pups," said Lenny.
"Besides having a conversation about the Whale Wash and the wonders it has, there's something else we need to have a conversation about, Lenny." said Teresa.
"Well, what is it, Teresa?" asked Lenny in surprise.
"You know, about Oscar becoming the so-called Sharkslayer after he took credit for killing our brother which he never did in the first place in order to become a somebody." said Teresa.
"You're right, Teresa, we need to talk about Oscar lying about being the Sharkslayer, and we still don't know what exactly will happen next if he keeps up with his own lies," said Lenny.
"I bet what will happen next if Oscar keeps up with his own lie, and it will be our father Don Lino sending his elite assassins to search for him and have him killed," said Teresa.
"We just become best friends with Oscar last night and after he learned we're Don Lino's kids, I began fearing for his safety all 'cause of the status he has right now," said Lenny.
"I began fearing for his safety as much as you do too, and right now, Daddy wants to get revenge on him for being responsible for Frankie's death which is not true." said Teresa.
"Pop would do anything to get revenge on anybody who did something to our crime family, and revenge has always been one of the main traditions of our crime family," said Lenny.
"Also, we know that he has managed to come up with some ideas to take down the assassins of our crime family, but he wouldn't keep up with those ideas for that long." said Teresa.
"He won't be able to survive from the assassins at all once he will manage to run out of ideas and will be killed by them for sure under our dad's orders." said Lenny.
"Let's not forget that he didn't attempt to slay us 'cause we wouldn't kill anybody, even when it turns out that he only made it up to make himself look better," said Teresa.
"True, and those kinds of things make us have things in common, especially of what he has both been through which we could relate to very well." said Lenny.
"Look, I greatly show sympathy for Oscar for what he has been through since his childhood, but it still isn't a good idea to lie to others in order to be a somebody." said Teresa.
"I show sympathy to him for how he wishes to be a somebody as much as you do, Sis, but telling lies always has serious consequences and he just told a little lie, that's all." said Lenny.
"A little lie that would become a really big lie sooner or later if he doesn't come to his senses which will put in danger and be under the mercy of the mafia," said Teresa.
"What you just said is absolutely right, and since Oscar's lie would get bigger due to taking credit for Frankie's death, I hope he will be alright somehow." said Lenny.
"I hope for the same thing too, and I'm still gonna try to get him to understand that his lie would end up hurting somebody which could be the ones he cares about for sure." said Teresa.
"Also, about our relationship with our dad, it still hasn't been the best lately and he still expects me to be a killer just like our older brother Frankie," said Lenny.
"I know, and just like I've been saying from before, just give him a little time to understand that you are just your own person and he can't force you to be something you're not." said Teresa.
"That's what I'm doing right now, and I still hope that he will come to accept me for who I am and I would rather be myself 'cause I'm not like the other sharks at all." said Lenny.
"Lenny, you shouldn't be ashamed of being yourself 'cause everybody is not the same at all, and I've always loved you just the way you are as much as anybody else would." said Teresa.
"Everybody has different personalities and I am so proud to be a vegetarian, and most of all, since I am a vegetarian…I still don't know if I could ever go back home," said Lenny.
"Maybe there could be a chance if we could go home some other time, and it might happen if our father would understand that you are just yourself," said Teresa.
"We don't know that for sure, and about Frankie getting killed by the anchor weeks ago, it wasn't actually my fault after all and I would never do such a thing to anybody." said Lenny.
"Of course it's not your fault, and none of us had anything to do with Frankie's death 'cause it was an accident and I am so glad that you've realized it from last night." said Teresa.
"I'm so glad to realize that too, and Teresa, about how things have turned out lately, what's gonna happen next." said Lenny.
"I don't know, but I hope that things will be alright, especially after Oscar told his lie which would end up causing nothing but trouble if he doesn't realize it." said Teresa.
"Me too, and somebody telling lies has consequences, no matter how much you wish to be noticed by others due to what you've been through." said Lenny.
Then, Lenny and Teresa quickly warmly embrace each other and nuzzle each other on their heads just as they reassure to each other that everything will turn out to be alright somehow right after Oscar has made up an entire story about killing a shark in order to be respected by others due to the traumatic experience he has dealt with during childhood which would put him in complete danger since he has taken credit for killing their Frankie which makes him and themselves his own children, and Teresa continues to feel concern about how much harm Oscar's lie will cause while Lenny is concerned about it as much as she is. Also, Lenny still isn't sure about returning back home due to their estranged relationship with Don Lino just Teresa vows to continue to accompany him no matter what, and he has even stopped blaming himself for Frankie's death which he wasn't responsible for and continued to agreed on to just give Don Lino a little time to understand that he is just himself while Teresa gives him a kiss on the cheek.
