AN: I wrote chapter 1,2 together so was not able to reply in ch2 thanks you for your pm and reviews I would like to keep the story a little scientific and logical so there would be many explanations for jutsus and power scalings and last thing I would most likely would not add new characters.

After the incident with Sasuke, Naruto returned to his house Kakashi was there he asked Naruto how was your day? Naruto said it was good I met Sasuke and trained with him a little but when I told him that I live with my big brother sometimes he got all teary and ran away.

Kakashi sighed and told Naruto about the Uchiha massacre

The Uchiha clan was massacred by the eldest son of the clan head, itachi Uchiha which was the older brother of Sasuke. Naruto never knew itachi was big brother of Sasuke. He said to Kakashi that he will take care of Sasuke and he will be his brother and friend so Sasuke would not be alone.

Kakashi was surprised seeing the maturity of this 6-year-old boy.

-next day at morning-

Naruto was walking through the village to his academy, he made a habit to go to academy early and read there at the library as the teachers their would not allow him to read there so Naruto went in early to read. When Naruto entered library, he gathered the books;

Advance chakra theory: yin chakra

Naruto was always intrigued that how yang chakra had its elemental forms but yin chakra was so simple but when he started to read on yin chakra, he realized it was way cooler as it was used in fuinjutsu, genjutsu and space time techniques

In the first book Naruto read about the application of fuinjutsu and yin chakra in the fourth hokage's hiraishin how easily fourth hokage was able to ripple in the space time continuum to teleport where ever his marker was. Though the book did not explain how the technique worked as it was the master level application of space time and fuinjutsu but the book was enough to establish a love for space time jutsu and fuinjutsu in the young boy.

Naruto didn't realize the sound of bell ringing. Iruka saw Naruto reading the books and was surprised that how this brat was reading the advance chakra theory book easily understanding it. He waslked in and cleared his throat to grab the attention of the blonde though he was unsuccessful he walked towards Naruto and tapped on hus shoulder.

What are you doing Naruto? Asked iruka

Sensei I was just reading this cool book on yin chakra and the book on space time for idiots

Iruka was surprised and told Naruto that if you need any help I will be there after school now lets go to the class. Naruto saw at the clock and realized it was 7:30 already he apologized to iruka and they both went in class Naruto saw the pink haired girl and another blonde fighting to sit near Sasuke and Sasuke was looking at Naruto with pleading eyes Naruto smirked and swayed his way between both the girls and sat with Sasuke. They both shouted at him and this pink girl tried to hit him but her punch was met by a hard surface rather than naruto's face and she shouted iruka was surprised to see a boy this young practically using the substitution jutsu. Then Naruto silently walked towards Sakura and sat on the chair as Naruto did not directly hurt her he was not at mistake and Sakura was given detention by iruka for attacking a fellow shinobi after a lecture of how they should never attack a comrade as it is punishable by death and this will give her time to think about her actions and warned her that if she ever attacked any of the fellow shinobi she will be thrown out the academy.

Sasuke was surprised seeing Naruto dodging her attack so easily and fist bumped him. Naruto apologized Sasuke for yesterday and asked him to train with him today they both after the academy went to the Uchiha training grounds where they both sparred and tried shuriken jutsu wand dodging where Naruto gave Sasuke some tips on substitution justu and Sasuke helped Naruto in his shuriken jutsu. As Kakashi was not always at home to train with him in the morning Sasuke and Naruto devised a training planner it was:

Taijutsu

Physical conditioning

Chakra control

And ninjutsu

Which they will train on weekdays and other days they will read in library and Uchiha jutsu library courtesy to Naruto.

-time skip 2 years-

Naruto and Sasuke were sparring

Naruto ducked through the jab Sasuke threw and weaved and flawlessly converted his dodge into a spinning back kick wich was blocked by Sasuke

Tch. Sasuke said as he slided few meters and developed a bruise. Sasuke ran towards Naruto as he was feinting a axe kick when Sasuke was in air he spun and tried to hit by converting into a back kick Naruto side stepped easily as he realized he was in sasuke's trap Sasuke fell down and sweeped naruto's leg and then tried to grapple him using his groundwork but Naruto was faster and stood up, Kakashi entered the grounds and saw them both training he was happy to see them train he offered them few advise here and there and helped them. Kakashi had an idea which he discussed with the hokage.

Hokage's office:

Sandaime sama I think Naruto and Sasuke are too good for academy as of now and are just wasting there potential. Hiruzen asked so what are you suggestion Kakashi?

Kakashi said I think we should let them graduate early and train them under the future jonin sensei for the rookie teams from their class which would help both the sides and the teachers will gain experience teaching and they both will grow stronger.

Hiruzen said it is not a bad idea but shat about the third member of their team?

Kakashi said we will keep them under training until their class graduates and they will help in the academy helping the students getting stronger. So when the class graduates they will be stronger.

Hiruzen was skeptical at first ans this was quit unconventional and the council would not agree but the thought of pissing of the council removed all of the hiruzen's doubts.

Kakashi informed both the boys about this and they were shocked they jumped and hugged Kakashi.

Sasuke was still very closed but he was open with Naruto and Kakashi and him hugging them was not a surprise now. They both were to give the exam in a week. Sasuke went home so did Kakashi and Naruto. Kakashi told Naruto about the clone justsu problem which Naruto almost forgot. Naruto was shocked when he heard he would be learning the shadow clone jutsu he knew the secret of the jutsu and now he will be able to learn and study atleast 10x his normal pace. Naruto went home and slept that night very peacefully.

The next day Naruto met Kakashi at the training ground and showed Naruto the hand signs he went onto the chakra theory for this jutsu as Naruto would highly likely to know how this jutsu is formed and the advance implications of yin and yang chakra in this jutsu.

Kakashi started: as you know during a normal clone you try to make a thin layer of your chakra and it is augmented by the hand signs the yin chakra is helped to mold by the sign and you make a clone out of it. Similarly, in the shadow clone jutsu you make this hand sign which will help you to mold yin and yang chakra together and add them to make a solid smart clone, this handsign ( the plus handsign) helps you to make thick layer of yang chakra and fill it up with yin chakra which gives the clone the solid characteristics and the personality of the user though it uses much more chakra than a normal clone.

Naruto tried the handsign and imagined the dense chakra molding into someone like him. Naruto though used the least amount of chakra as he could still made ten clones.
