Hey, guys. Welcome to the next chapter of, 'Powerpuff Kids!'. I hope that you guys will enjoy the chapter...anyway, I don't own anything except for my OCs, as the OCs Rango Deluge and Zap Deluge belong entirely to 9655, and Scarlett belongs entirely to Jake H Voronkov.
NOW LET'S GET ON WITH THE STORY!
"The cause? Five super-powered little kids." An Anchorman says while delivering a news bulletin as, around him, are video screens and clocks, and stock prices scroll across the bottom as this is a channel such as CNN, and an onscreen logo identifies it as CTN, and we then cue over to another screen displaying a talk show: Incorrect Politics as the guests are a spike-haired punk who looks rather like 2-D, a member of the animated group Gorillaz; an irritated-looking, thin white woman, a snobbish man, and a fat black woman as the host wears a bad suit and a brush cut.
"Should the manufacturing of super-powered children be illegal?" The Host asked as we cut to another screen that showed the Mayor at his desk.
"A great travesty has befallen our beloved city." The Mayor solemnly says as we then cue over to another screen, which shows the record shop where the stoners' van crashed as it is still stuck in the window, and a reporter holds a microphone towards them as protesters stand in the background. This is Channel 5, KTTVL.
"I was reaching down between my legs to ease the seat back when this atomic boat flies in with no fair warning!"
"The devastation? Devastating!"
"Of course, it should be illegal!"
"Used to be a time when you could buy an honest pickle!"
"And they were causing an eruption and lighting up the sky!"
"Estimated dollars in damages?! A whopping 25 million, but surprisingly no deaths or any serious injuries!"
"I'm offended just lookin' at 'em! They are abominations against nature!"
"The kind that you can only find at a pickle cart!"
"Now Jamie's crying!"
"Well, it seems that..."
"...the hatred is running rampant for..."
"...those mutant, super-powered..."
"...PICKLE-CART KILLIN'..."
"...freaks! Back to you, Linda!"
"Oh they are worse than freaks! They are Demon Children! With more on this subject is..." Various People On The Screen say as we then pull back from the collection of screens to show it as part of a display in the window of a TV shop, and we see the Powerpuff Kids stand before the lot and watch as the disbelief, guilt, and hurt on their faces are clear enough to be read a mile away as the kids hang their heads and shuffled down the street as, several seconds after they have departed, static flickers across all the screens and gives way to a news flash graphic that looks very much like the one used on Sesame Street as it then shows the image of an Anchor Lady and two mug shots of a very haggard Professor and Scientist appear on every screen. "We interrupt this program for an important news flash. Arrested today in connection with the tag incident were the mad scientists responsible for creating the destructive kids, Professor Utonium and Scientist Deluge." The Anchor Lady says as the report then cuts to them in a jail cell, still handcuffed; the door slams shut. "Upon incarceration, the Professor and the Scientist had this statement to make."
"Please, just let us go! My girls, they need me!"
"And my son needs me! The kids don't know that we are in jail, and we prohibited them from using their powers today!" A concerned Rango says as Drake nods.
"What if they try to go home themselves? They can't find their way if they don't fly because they have been born recently and don't know the way of the land yet."
"Please, they're only little kids...who are probably cold, scared, and maybe even...lost," Rango says worriedly as we see the Powerpuff Kids walking down a ruined street with trenches cut into the pavement and the building behind them as we then see them walking across the buckled stretch of street and making their way past a cratered stretch with a trench running down the block as the kids walked past the mirrored globe and none of them looks the slightest bit at ease as they continued making their way through the city of Townsville.

Narrator: Sugar...spice...love...and everything nice,
These were the ingredients chosen to create the perfect little girl!
Toughness...Smartness...Kindness...and Resilience,
These were the ingredients chosen to create the perfect little boy!
Having a look of resolve on his face, Professor Drake Utonium could be seen pouring some sugar from the box into his mixing bowl (Sugar) with the area around him being blue, then shaking spices into the bowl (Spice) as the area around him was green, dropped all of the chocolate from the heart-shaped Saint Valentine's chocolate box into the bowl (Love) as the area around him was red, and then swiftly pours all of the girly objects inside (Everything Nice) as the area around him was pink, and we then see a smiling Rango Deluge pouring some ingredients into his pot, which includes various sports equipment (Toughness), a bunch of science books (Smartness), various Compassion Self Help VHS Tapes (Kindness), and Tears of the Jolly Beetle (Resilience) as the Scientists' concoctions were shown to the readers.
But Professor Drake Utonium and Rango Deluge accidentally added a couple of extra ingredients to the concoctions...
Their blood and Chemical X!
Stirring merrily away at the bowl and pot peacefully, Professor Drake and Rango were then surprised when Pre-Chemical X Mojo Jojo appeared out of nowhere while carrying around a knife as he screeched loudly and barreled across the lab as the Monkey leaped up to collide against both Professor and the Scientist, accidentally cutting up their left hand and left cheek, causing them to scream in pain as their blood crashed down into the bowl and pot respectively as both men were knocked off balance and the end of the Professor's wooden spoon breaks a flask of black liquid that hangs nearby, and the lights go red as the black drains away to reveal the label on the broken flask: 'Chemical X', and poured down into the bowl and the pot, which began glowing ominously and bubble a bit as the Professor and the Scientist are momentarily paralyzed with fear as they finally start to back away and the Monkey watches from a short distance as the mixtures now bubble more fiercely, and the Professor and the Scientist dive for cover, but Jojo moves closer and eases his head up to look into the bowl and the pot as a huge explosion occurred.
Thus, the Powerpuff Kids were born!
Using their ultra-super powers,
Blossom, Bubbles, Buttercup, Blakely, and Zap,
Have dedicated their lives to fighting crime,
And the forces of evil!
Groaning in pain, Professor Drake and Rango slowly woke up from their unconscious state and proceeds to smile happily at the sight of the Powerpuff Kids holding hands and floating above the empty bowl and pot cheerfully with smiles on their faces as they glowed with pink, blue, green, red, and purple energy as, in a heart-pattered background, we see the kids popping up one at a time in their signature poses when the narrator introduces them, and we then cue over to a blue speed line background as we see the Powerpuff Kids flying onto the scene one by one, starting with a serious Blossom flying on the top and was covered with a pink icy aura as a giggling Bubbles flew in the middle while briefly shapeshifting herself into a Bird with the help of a blue powerful energy glow as a scowling Buttercup swiftly flew onto the scene and was covered with a green blazing fiery aura as a smirking Blakely flew below her after teleporting herself onto the scene with a flash of red light as a determined Zap appeared out of nowhere and floated below the girls while covered in a purple electrified aura as, in a red background, we see a full scenery of various villains appearing onto the scene and the Powerpuff Kids cracked their knuckles as both sides flew over to attack each other and Blossom punches Mojo Jojo, Bubbles uses her Sonic Shrieking against Fuzzy Lumpkins, Buttercup kicks HIM in the face, knocking a tooth out as Blakley gave a teleporting kick to the back of Princess Morbuck's head, and Zap swifly speedblitz himself over to punch and whack away the Rowdyruff Kids as the Superpowered Kids battle all the villains and stand together on the defeated supervillains' heads as an explosion is heard and the story's logo appears on the screen.

"...Well, it's official. We are lost." Zap says with a heavy sigh as we see him and the Powerpuff Girls arriving at the entrance to a parking lot.
"We caused...so much destruction...we didn't mean to. We just thought we were having fun." Blakely said guiltily as Buttercup sighed heavily.
"Well, I can say that today has been suckish."
"But it probably couldn't get much worse," Bubbles says with a weak smile just as she was immediately proven wrong when a thunderstorm suddenly kicks up, and cries while Buttercup yells in frustration as Blakely covered her face with her long curly brown hair and dropped down into the ground in a fetal position to cry as a worried Zap went over to comfort Bubbles while Blossom did the same with Blakely.
"Hey, I know things seem bad, but it will get better. I promise."
"Yeah, maybe there's a box we can get in around back. Come on." Blossom says while grabbing Blakely and pulled her up to her feet before pulling back her hair to reveal her face as she sniffled and nodded as Bubbles hiccuped but calmed down when Zap hugged her as the group began walking with Buttercup reluctantly grabbing both of her crying sisters' hands to calm them down as they made their way past around the Damaged Malph to appear in the back. "See, there's a whole bunch of boxes," Blossom says with a relieved smile while pointing over to a pile of boxes placed nearby as, before she could try and reach it, the Powerpuff Kids were confronted by someone popping out and snarls at them, causing the kids to cry out in fear as they find their retreat cut off by two more people and the shadows in which the sisters are standing slowly part to reveal the outline of two skinny, bell-bottomed legs cast by a mysterious figure and Blakely and the others are stunned into silence by this emergence, which is revealed to be the leader of the gang emerging towards them with a malicious gleeful smile on his face as his gang backed him up.
Standing before them is a 6'1-feet-tall, 17-year-old Mutated Man with a pair of black eyes, long straight greasy slickblack hairdo, thick black eyebrows, pointy ears, a big pointy nose with a thin black mustache a wide grin with white fangs, a long pointy chin, Forest Green Skin, a tall muscularly slim build, and his outfit consists of a pair of pointed black shades, a blue and orange opened vest-jacket with a short-sleeved white shirt underneath as it has a purple neck collar/sleeves, beige-yellow high-waist pants tattered at the ankles, and a pair of pointed black high-heel shoes. His name is Ace D. Copular, the Punk Leader of the Gangreen Gang.
Standing before them is a 5'8-feet-tall, 15-year-old Mutated Teenage Boy with a pair of slanted pink eyes, long messy black hair, thick black eyebrows, a big pointy nose, a sharp chin, Lime Green Skin, a tall skinny build with a curve on his back, and his outfit consists of a backwards brown Kangol hat, a white tank top with black and yellow stripes, a pair of white sweatbands with black and yellow stripes, orange shorts, and a pair of black high-top sneakers. His name is Sanford 'Snake' Ingleberry, the second-in-command of the Gangreen Gang as he looks similar to a snake and hisses after each word he speaks.
Standing before them is a 5'5-feet-tall, 15-year-old Mutated Teenage Boy with a pair of bulgy black eyes, short messy black hair, no eyebrows, a big stumpy nose, crooked white teeth, a sharp chin, Pale Green Skin, a short slim build with a humpback, and his outfit consists of a purple shirt with ripped sleeves, a rope around his waist, long brown pants, and no shoes. His name is Grubber, a member of the Gangreen Gang as he is possibly the most mysterious member of the group, appearing significantly more chaotic than his comrades and communicates entirely by blowing raspberries.
Standing before them is a 5-feet-tall, 12-year-old Mutated Boy as he looked like he had jumped out of a Picasso Painting with a baby-like face as he had a pair of black eyes, raven hair that is combed sideways as it covers his left eye, thick black eyebrows, a dark green stumpy nose, a prominent underbite with a set of rounded pearly whites and bares the resemblance of a piranha, a sharp chin, Light Green Skin, a short slim build, and his outfit consists of a short-sleeved maroon T-Shirt with a long-sleeved white shirt underneath, long black pants, and a pair of black pointy thigh-high boots. His name is Arturo de la Guerra, a member of the Gangreen Gang as he has a Mexican-Hispanic Accent.
Standing before them is a 7-feet-tall, 16-year-old Mutated Teenage Boy with a pair of blue eyes, red-orange hair, thick red-orange eyebrows, a dark green stumpy nose, has a single stray tooth hangs under his lip, freckles on his cheeks, a sharp chin, Pearl Green Skin, a very tall and round shape fat build with large elliptic arms and short legs, and his outfit consists of a short-sleeved green t-shirt with two yellow lines on each sleeve, a black belt, long blue jeans, and a pair of white striped shoes. His name is William W. Williams AKA Big Billy, a member of the Gangreen Gang, often performing the parts of their crimes involving brute force.
"Aww, what's the matter? Did somebody get wost?" Ace asked with a baby-like tone as he and his buddies laughed wickedly as the Powerpuff Kids backed up against a fence and Grubber blew a healthy raspberry at them, causing the kids to scream in terror as he had his arms reaching out to seize them and a deranged grin fixed on his face, but just before he gets to them, there is a flash of light and a loud clang as Grubber stands stock-still, his face and tongue slack, and then tumbles to the ground as something has dealt him a mighty blow, and it turned out to be a flying trash can lid as it bounced off the walls and fences as it takes out Snake, Billy, Ace, and Arturo, then hurtles toward the kids as it ricochets off the ground just in front of them and sails overhead as they look up at it with relief and delight as a Mysterious Figure catches it and could be seen standing on a rooftop as we can see no features other than the narrowed eyes, even when a flash of lightning illuminates it for a moment.
"Wow! Thanks!" The Powerpuff Kids say just as their rescuer's shadow zooms across trucks and walls as they followed and passed through the clutter that lines a path, it is still mostly hidden, but brief flashes of the face seen through gaps in the mess are enough to establish this individual as none other than a familiar Monkey as he runs into an open box, and Blakely and the others appeared as they approach cautiously, looking for some sign of their savior until they were able to spot him as Blossom stepped forward.
"Hi. What's your name? I'm Blossom."
"Buttercup."
"Bubbles."
"Blakely."
"And I'm Zap." The Powerpuff Kids introduced themselves to their rescuer as he hid deeper in the box.
"Go away, please, do not look at me." Their Savior says with a low, deep, sinister voice and has a vaguely Japanese Accent.
"But we just wanted to thank you for saving us from those Green Gangsters back there," Blossom said as an excited Buttercup nodded.
"Yeah, that was amazing with the trash can lid! It was all THWOOSH! BANG! SPLASH! BAM! BOOM!"
"Yeah, you rock!" Bubbles praised as Jojo sighed somberly.
"No, please. I dare not listen. For I have been lashed by harsh tongues for too long. Alas, my little ones, I do not rock. For I, Jojo, am a monster."
"You are not a monster, Jojo. Monsters don't save innocent people." Blakely says with a kind smile on her face as she and the others were not put off by his self-loathing.
"Yeah, being dirty and homeless doesn't mean you are are a monster," Zap added as Jojo looked away with a pained look on his face.
"Please, you're just trying to make me feel better, but my pain is not for you to understand. Besides, how could you? For you are pure and innocent, and most certainly loved." Jojo said as the Powerpuff Kids traded an uneasy look. "How could you know what it is to be cast out into a world that only offers misery? How could you know what it's like for people to fear and despise you for the very things that make you special? Because you don't fit in...because you are...A FREAK!" Jojo says while emerging out of the box, and reaching up to grab the bag from his head and briefly exposing his brain as lightning flashes across his visage.
Standing before them is a 4'6-feet-tall, 28-year-old Chemically X Mutated Male Chimpanzee with a large head as he had a pair of pink eyes, an enlarged pink brain that has effectively grown out of his skull, no hair, pointy green ears, thick black eyebrows, two holes that acted as his nose, a wide mouth with a row of sharp white teeth, a sharp chin, a pair of elongated four-fingered black furry arms, black fur with a green face/chest/hands/feet, a chimpanzee/human-like muscularly slim build, and his current outfit consists of a paper bag that covered up his brain, a tattered scarf wrapped around his neck that blows in the wind, a long-sleeved tattered trench coat with an opened ratty vest underneath, long tattered black pants, and no shoes. His name is Mojo Jojo, a villainous and intelligent mad scientist chimpanzee who is plotting to take over the world.
"...Because...we're freaks, too." A somber Blossom says while she and the others floated upwards as Mojo Jojo looks stunned by this.
"What amazing powers!"
"No, they're terrible!" Buttercup snapped as Jojo frowned sympathetically.
"I'll bet everyone hates them."
"Yeah..." Bubbles said sadly as she and the others flew down to the ground.
"And they hate you, too?"
"...Yes..." Zap says sadly as Jojo turns away, and his eyes teared up.
"I am in the same boat. This brain is full of brilliant ideas, but will anyone listen? No. Nothing in this gray matters...so what's the point?"
"Don't be sad, Jojo. Our Daddies said that sometimes people get angry when they don't understand something special or unique." Blakely says with a reassuring tone as Jojo has narrowed and calculating eyes.
"And if you just give people time, they'll start to understand your specialness," Zap added as Mojo Jojo grins nastily and proceeds to turn them as he gains starry eyes.
"You mean, if I take the time to construct my most ingenious plan, the-help-the-town-and-make-it-a-better-place-machine, then people will come to understand my specialness?!"
"...Uhh..."
"Okay, I'll do it! But I'll need your help!" Mojo Jojo says with the Powerpuff Kids being put off by how quickly he agreed to do their idea, and shared an odd look as we then suddenly cue over to the Hero Alliance Headquarters, which was floating around in space as we zoom inside, and we see a group of heroes hanging around in a room while sitting around some desks as they watched video footage of the Powerpuff Kids' Game of Tag and all of them had looks of shocked and amazed looks on their faces.
One of the heroes is a 6'5-feet-tall, beautiful, sexy, 32-year-old, Metroxian Female with crystal blue eyes, long dirty blonde hair that reaches down to her waist, a small nose, rosy pink cheekbones, a small beauty mark placed on her right cheek, a sharp chin, H-Cup Breasts, smooth radiant Caucasian Skin, a curvy muscular voluptuous built, a heart-shaped ass, and her outfit consists of a dark blue bodysuit with a yellow bordered triangle window to show off her busty chest, a long yellow cape that reaches down to her feet and is attached to the yellow sections of her costume, yellow cuffed gloves, a yellow belt with a dark blue 'LAS' shaped belt buckle planted on it, and yellow combat boots. Her name is Maria Weebstein AKA Lady Armstrong, the alien leader of the Hero Alliance and the Last Daughter of Metrox.
The second hero is a 7-feet-tall, 48-year-old, Cyborg Male that has a humanoid sleek heavily armored titanium exoskeleton which is primarily dark green and silver with the only parts that were human was half of his head/his left arm/his chest as he has a single black eye with his other eye being entirely mechanical as it was glowing green, spiky black hair that reaches down to his shoulders, a single pierced ear, a large nose, a sharp chin, a small black goatee, a small glowing green orb placed directly inside of his chest and was covered by a thick bullet/laser-proof glass that had a metallic dark silver plating, his exoskeleton had small bio-luminescent green lights blinking on and off across his whole body, and his outfit consists of a sleeveless long black jacket with a pair of ripped blue jeans underneath that has a black belt and no shoes. His name is Mark Kennedy AKA Techborg, the second in command and the resident genius of the Hero Alliance.
The third hero is a 5'8-feet-tall, cute-looking, 26-year-old Human woman with vibrant green eyes, long flowing pink hair that was tied up into two high pigtails and had large bangs covering most of her forehead, a small nose, a large scar that runs down from her left eye down to her chin, B-Cup Breasts, smooth Caucasian Skin, an hourglass muscular figure, a fairly big ass, and her outfit consists of a skintight dark pink jumpsuit that had a black lining that spreads across her whole suit, a dark pink bandana that covers the upper half of her head and has two Spiderman-like black lenses that allow her to see, dark pink fingerless gloves, two sword straps that wrapped around her chest and hold two sharp-looking katanas as there was also the symbol of a target placed in the middle of the straps, a black utility belt that has multiple pockets and contains all sorts of weapons, and black combat boots. Her name is Leslie Doris AKA Sharpshooter, the weapons/combat expert of the Hero Alliance and the only member of the team who doesn't have any kind of superpowers.
The fourth hero is a 6-feet-tall, 240-year-old, Gumolian male with pupilless orange eyes, a bald head, no nose/ears, a small mouth with a yellow tongue, dark olive skin, a tall lanky but somewhat muscular built, and his superhero outfit consists of a long purple cape that reaches down to his feet with a sleeveless lilac-blue jumpsuit underneath that has a purple symbol of an elastic fist planted on his chest, fingerless lilac-blue gloves, and lilac-blue combat boots. His name is Korin-Mx AKA Elastic Man, an alien refugee from a planet named Gumbi and the stretchy support member of the Hero Alliance.
The fifth hero is a 6'2-feet-tall, 25,000-year-old female Amazon with green eyes, long black hair that hangs loose and reaches past her shoulders, a small nose, a sharp chin, K-Cup Breasts, dark brown skin, a tall muscular but slim hourglass build, a large thick bubble ass, and her outfit consists of a silver tiara with a warhammer symbol planted on it, a pair of golden lightning bolt-shaped earrings, a sleeveless silver/golden swimsuit with a golden 'W' symbol on the chest and lightning bolts on them, a large golden cape that is strapped onto her shoulders, a pair of golden bracelets that are named 'The Golden Bracelets of Zeus', a silver belt with a golden glowing lasso named 'The Lasso of Honesty and Justice' attached to it, and a pair of silver/golden-stripped boots as she also carries around a huge black spiky warhammer named 'Storm Slayer' that was strapped onto her back and a silver/golden indestructible shield on her hip. Her name is Jane Martin AKA Warmazon, the Amazon Princess from the Fairy Dimension, and one of the best hand-to-hand fighters of the Hero Alliance.
The sixth hero is a 5'10-feet-tall, 35-year-old male Human/Atlantean Hybrid with light brown eyes, long shaggy blond hair that reaches past his shoulders, a big nose, a sharp chin, a pair of three gills planted on each of his neck, Tan Skin, a tall muscular athletic swimmer build, Ancient Magic Atlantean Tattoos planted all over his body, and his outfit consisted of Ancient Atlantean golden helmet, golden shoulder pads with spikes planted onto them, a golden chest plate, golden arm-length fingerless gauntlets, golden belt with a large 'O' symbol attached to it, golden armored pants, and leg-length golden boots as he also carried around a huge golden trident named 'The Trident of Neptune'. His name is Reginald Aquarius AKA Oceanmaster, the Hybrid King of Atlantis, and a member of the Hero Alliance.
The seventh hero is a 5'9-feet-tall, 18-year-old Human/Monkey male with brown eyes, curly shoulder-length orange hair, an oval-shaped head, small ears, a small nose, freckles on both of his cheeks, orange furry sideburns, silver fur on his hands/feet, a slim somewhat muscular built, fair skin, a long orange tail that had a white fury tip, and his outfit consists of an orange mask that covered half of his face, a black turtle-neck long-sleeved sweater with a magical orange amulet that he wears around his neck, orange/black fingerless gloves, an orange scarf that he wears around his waist, and black/orange boots. His name is Wayde Martin AKA Monkey Fist, the supernatural shape-shifting monkey/human hybrid hero and the newest member of the Hero Alliance.
The eighth hero is a 6'4-feet-tall, beautiful and sexy 325-year-old Woman with serene ocean-blue eyes, long golden blonde hair that reaches to her knees, a small nose, a sharp chin, E-Cup breasts, flawless caucasian skin with a tattoo on her right shoulder of a black tiger encircled with a red dragon in a yin-yang symbol that covered her shoulder with various other tattoos on her arms depicting magic and war themes, a slim curvy voluptuous yet visibly muscular build with a six-pack, and her outfit consisted of a scarlet domino mask with golden lining that covered the area around her eyes, a scarlet one-piece outfit, a pair of scarlet elbow-length gloves with golden lining, a golden utility belt with the buckle being the same symbol as the tattoo on her shoulder and was lined with several pouches and a scabbard that held a beautiful red sword as well as two holsters that held her red and golden handguns, and a pair of scarlet knee-length boots with golden lining. Her name is Scarlett, a close personal friend of the Butterfly Families, a Member of the Hero Alliance, and one of the most powerful and skilled heroines in the Multiverse.
"I've NEVER seen anyone this powerful at their age except maybe Aurora and Jordan Rosato," Warmazon said, stunned as Leslie nodded with her jaw dropped as she had starry eyes.
"Not only that, but we need to remind ourselves that these kids were playing a game of tag, and nearly destroyed all of the city doing so," Sharpshooter says as Monkey Fist nods.
"Imagine if they were actually serious? Or imagine how strong they will be when they grow up?
"Someone has to go down there and get these kids under control," Scarlett said with a nod as she stood up from the floor. "And since I'm partially responsible for this, I think it should be me. After all, I gave their creator the idea to create them."
"Go ahead," Oceanmaster said with a nod as he clasped his hands together. "The rest of us will try to contain the fallout."
"Out of all of us, you are the best at getting through to the kids." Elastic Man says as Lady Armstrong turned to her.
"We will handle damage control while you go and have a talk with those kids." Lady Armstrong said as Scarlett nodded and stood up from her seat as she turned around to leave.
"...WHAT?!" The Powerpuff Kids asked as we fast forward in time, and we cue back to the City of Townsville as we see the kids and Mojo Jojo standing on the edge of the volcano placed in the middle of the park as the Chemically Mutated Chimpanzee is holding a piece of equipment shaped like a large, thick, stubby pencil, and even though the weather is now calm, his scarf continues to billow under its own power.
"Jump in, take this device, and build it into the volcano. We need to harness the energy of the Earth's core for power."
"What are you talking about?" A bewildered Blossom asked as Mojo Jojo grinned widely.
"The plan!"
"What plan?" Buttercup asked as Jojo threw out his hands excitedly.
"Our plan!"
"To do what?" Bubbles asked in exasperation as Mojo Jojo reached behind him to pull out his blueprint and placed it down on the ground.
"To make the town better, of course." Mojo Jojo says as the blueprint showed an observatory with detailed views of a cluster of globes and a cylindrical enclosure. "Using my ideas and your powers, we will build the help-the-town-and-make-it-a-better-place machine. That way, everyone will see that our special abilities are good, and then everyone will love us. Remember? It was your idea."
"...Uh...I guess, but...we can't use our powers again. We just make things worse." Blakely said with teary eyes as Zap nodded.
"Yeah, our powers bring us nothing but bad luck."
"Oh, kids, don't be scared and sad. Your powers are great. You just gotta believe in yourself." Mojo Jojo says while giving them a calculating, sly grin, the sort they would never trust if they had run into him before this encounter, and the Powerpuff Kids look to each other, then toward the crater as their images are reflected from the surface of the boiling lava within, and after a few tense seconds, Blakely and the others then gained a determined look before flying off at superhuman speed, resembling multi-colored energy streaks as they proceeded to splash down into the volcano and Jojo grins broadly at the volcano as the kids plunged through the lava, holding their breath and hauling the equipment that they swipped from their friend earlier as Blakely and the others go deeper and deeper as the glow from the subterranean heat finally turns pure white and the group then let go of their payload, making sure that it pointed down as it remains in place and the pointed end opens as a small platform shoots up from the blunt end, tethered to the body by a cable as it emerges from the core and zooms towards the surface with the Powerpuff Kids keeping pace as, back to the crater, they and the platform emerge, throwing gobbets of lava everywhere as Jojo pays no mind to the hazard and was instead jumping for joy.
"Well, at least we know that we can't get sunburned," Blakely says with a soft smile on her face as, obviously, since they can swim around in lava with their skin not even leaving behind any kind of burns whatsoever, they can definitely survive the intense rays from the sun without getting any kind of sunburn whatsoever.
"Yes! Yes! YES!"
"We did good?" Blossom asked hopefully as Mojo Jojo nodded, and his eyes shifted around slantily.
"You did very good. Very good indeed."
"Now, what do we do?" Buttercup asked excitedly as Mojo Jojo smirked cockily.
"First, we construct the superstructure."
~[Epic Montage Time!]~
An epic montage then rang out as we cue over to the frozen wasteland of the South Pole, and we see Blossom zooming onto the scene in the form of a pink energy blur as she landed on a patch of snow and ice beneath as the Future Leader of the Powerpuff Kids then activated a combination of her X-Ray Vision and her Microscopic Vision to see a large meteorite placed deep below as her eyes glowed pink and Blossom activated her Heat Vision to blast the ground underneath her, causing the area to begin getting covered with steam from the vaporizing snow as, when it clears, a large hole was made on the ground and Blossom slides down as she disappears behind the meteorite, which begins to shake and then lift away from the snow under her efforts as we then cue over to the top of the volcano in the City of Townsville and we see Mojo Jojo on the crater's lip, which now had support rod protruding from each side of the crater to show a large platform and it is anchored to the interior wall as he gives directions to Blossom, who held the meteorite above the platform as she placed it down on the platform before flying off.
Grinning cockily, Buttercup held out her left arm as she covered it with green metal and shapeshifted it into a slide that leads to an I-Beam Mold being held in place by Mojo Jojo as she then raised her right arm and covered it with intense green flames as the black-haired kid fired a huge stream of green flames that collided against the meteorite, causing a stream of liquid metal to pour down her shapeshifted arm to fill up the I-Beam Mold as Jojo gave her more directions, and we then see a framework of such beams under construction as Buttercup swings one over so that Zap can weld it to another with his Purple Heat Vision as Blossom bends another one into an arc to connect with one already in place and then zaps the joint with her Pink Heat Vision as we briefly pulled back to see that the volcano now has the lower portion of what will become the observatory in place.
With the others, we see the Powerpuff Duo zooming across the ocean at high speeds, resembling blue and red energy blurs as, after Bubbles used her Zoopathy to talk to a few Dolphins and asked them where the sunken submarine that they were looking for was located, we see the girls zooming past various sunken ships and flew among and through several of the wrecks before arriving at a submarine whose windows glow with light, even though there is a large rip in the hull as the lights flicker and go out as their source, a school of angler fish each with a small light on the end of a stalk extending from the head, emerges and swims away as a smiling Blakley used her left arm to grab Bubbles and used her right arm to place it on the submarine to teleport all of them back to the Volcano in the Townsville Park with a big flash of red light as the girls floated above the partially completed dome support frame and Jojo calls instructions from its base.
Nodding softly, Blakley then used her telekinesis to latch onto the submarine and waved her hands around sharply to break the hull like a piñata and releasing a shower of components as Bubbles then began spinning around rapidly, resembling a big blue tornado as she used it to latch onto the falling pieces and began launching them over to the others so that they can use them to help Jojo build the observatory, and we see said person plugging two cords together and allowed Zap to grab it as he swiftly covered himself with purple electricity, powering up the whole base as the walls and floor in the now-completed dome start to glow green and flashed brightly as the main power source is functioning, much to the delight of all six as Jojo is at a partially built control panel in the center of the floor with cables running towards the walls and we briefly pull back to see that the observatory exterior has taken on its current form, complete with telescope as we then see the Powerpuff Kids flying away from the city, and we fast forward in time to see them arriving at Egypt as they all began flying together in a tight circle, forming a multi-colored tornado to stir up clouds of sand that fill the screen as these give way to the observatory's interior, where the sand they picked up during this run lies in drifts near the wall and Mojo Jojo directs the kids' work as they superheated the sand into molten glass after generating pink, green, blue, red, and purple flames around their bodies as we then see the kids hovering in midair, blowing the molten glass as each ends up with a large globe that has a thin tube attached and we then see Jojo wrenching on a piece of machinery as the kids attach the globes to a large central hub and heat-seal the joints.
"Look! Can't you see our plan is working?! Our work is proceeding as planned! At last, our lives will be better!" An excited Mojo Jojo says with mounting fervor while now standing among a row of metal bases running along the wall as the Powerpuff Kids descend into view, and each sets a bell-jar-shaped glass cover onto a base to create a holding tank such as that seen in the blueprint's details. "At last, we will be accepted! At last, our greatest work is complete!" Mojo Jojo says with a big, beaming smile on his face while holding up his blueprint's main drawing as he then lowers it to show the interior of the completed observatory and the tanks run around the chamber's entire perimeter, electrodes fitted to their tops, and floor cables radiate out from the center to the walls as the assembly of globes, also matching the blueprint's details, is suspended within a huge globe that hangs above the completed control panel, and a cable or tube runs from the underside of this to the top of each tank as Jojo looks intently at the plans. "Oops."
"What's wrong?"
"Well, there is one last, teeny tiny, itsy bitsy thing we still need." Mojo Jojo says sweetly as we then fast forward in time and we cue back over to the Utonium Home as we see a flask of Chemical X in the Professor's Lab, and Blakely briefly teleported onto the scene with a flash of red light and grabbed it before teleporting back to Mojo Jojo's Laboratory as she flew over to place the Chemical X to the top of the huge outer globe via Jojo's instruction and set the flask in a socket up there.
~[Epic Montage Time Over!]~
"YES! YES! YES!"
"We did good?" Zap asked eagerly as Jojo nodded.
"You did very good. Very good indeed."
"Now, what do we do?" Bubbles asked with a warm smile on her face as Jojo gave them a fake, caring smile.
"Well, because you've done so good, I've got a special surprise!" Mojo Jojo says with the Powerpuff Kids giving him a curious look, and we then cut over to the Townsville City Hall as we see a few members of the Hero Alliance having a town meeting and being interviewed by a group of reporters and cameramen.
"The Hero Alliance would like to sincerely apologize for this development," Lady Armstrong says as she frowns seriously. "The cost of the damages are going to be on us."
"We promised that an incident like this won't happen again." Warmazon as she gripped the podium tightly.
"Indeed, and we had sent one of our own to help the kids properly control their powers," Oceanmaster added as the Mayor turned to him, confusedly.
"Control them?"
"...I mean...well, yeah, we are obviously going to help the kids learn how to use their powers more responsibly." Lady Armstrong said with a firm tone as Techborg nodded. "We're not about to exterminate five innocent children because of an accident."
"Do you think we're out of our fucking minds?" An angry Warmazon asked as Oceanmaster glared at them.
"Did...Did you all genuinely believe that we came here to kill them? They just need guidance and patience. Not punishment and murder."
"They nearly destroyed the city!"
"They are six year olds, who were born a couple of days ago!" All of the Hero Alliance snapped in unison with big scowls on their faces as, while that was going on, we then suddenly cue over to the Townsville Zoo, and we see the Powerpuff Kids running towards it happily, and Mojo Jojo trails behind them stoically as he holds up a camera, and we see the gang outside the elephant pen as Jojo pays no attention to the beasts as we then see the kids watching a couple of happy seals in a pond with Jojo still disregarding the sights as we then see them watching an exhibit of lions before stopping and cheering happily when they spotted a sign indicating that the zebras are nearby, and they zip away in its direction as, after a moment, Jojo walks into view from that direction, a quiet smile on his face and carried around the puzzled kids tucked under his arms as we see the group on their way to Primate Plaza.
The Powerpuff Kids could then be seen enjoying the spectacle of the Monkeys hanging from a branch behind a fence, but Jojo seems a bit down in the dumps as his face brightens, and holds up his camera as the kids all pose in front of the exhibit, and after a moment, he lowers the camera and waves to one side as they step away, finally moving out of frame altogether and leaving the viewfinder centered on a Monkey's rump as we cue back to Jojo, who gives a thumbs-up and clicks the shutter release as the Monkey screeches, claps its hands to its rump, and drops out of sight as we then see the Powerpuff Kids striking various goofy poses while floating in front of a couple of Baboons, and Jojo took a photo of one of them, and we then see another silly shot of the kids in the viewfinder, then shift quickly to a Large-Nosed Proboscis Monkey sitting in a tree and Mojo took a picture of it.
After appearing near a few Japanese Macaque Monkeys sitting in a steaming lagoon as one of them is scratching at another's fur and eating the lice it picks out as Mojo Jojo took the picture of the one being groomed, causing it to start screeching at the lice picker, and we then see a small montage of Mojo Jojo taking various pictures of Primates and Simians, each of which starts in fear and shock when the flash goes off as the tempo of Jojo's picture taking steadily increases until the subjects are flashing by, and we then see the Powerpuff Kids standing in front of a poster showing the stages of man's evolution as all of them read the one-word description of each stage and each drawing has a time period under its caption; 4.5 million BC, 3.5 million BC, 2.5 million BC, 2.1 million BC, 750,000 BC, 250,000 BC, and today.
"Worthless."
"Lame."
"Stupid."
"Okay."
"Better."
"Almost...awesome!" Blossom, Buttercup, Bubbles, Blakely, and Zap said in unison while sharing a laugh as Mojo Jojo looks away with pure contempt, and his eyes suddenly go wide at the sight of a large black Gorilla sitting atop a rock and grinned wickedly as he raises his camera and takes a picture as the Gorilla grunts briefly in surprise and starts to scratch at a spot near its shoulder as we then see an extreme close-up of this, moving slowly over to a small electronic component now embedded among the hairs, and it beeps as it flashed red, and its shape and details vaguely resemble the braincap that Jojo will ultimately adopt as his headgear as said person had a satisfied smile on his face.
"Come, kids, our work is fin..." Mojo Jojo says before trailing off as he walks passes the Powerpuff Kids, who are watching animals that might be prairie dogs as he grins. "...oh, I mean...time to go."
"Awwww, but Jojo!"
"We haven't seen the gazelles!"
"Or the crocodiles!"
"Or the Dragons!"
"Or the unicorns! Just one unicorn!" Blossom, Buttercup, Zap, Blakely, and Bubbles whined in unison while trailing after Jojo, who was walking towards the exit as the blonde-haired girl tripped over a discarded baby rattle and ends up flat on her face as a baby is heard crying, and a curious Bubbles turns to look for it to see a mother and two children, a young boy and said infant, on their way out as she quickly runs after them with the toy.
"Excuse me, ma'am. I think you dropped this." Bubbles says while reaching the Mother as the boy looks at her with loathing as the Mother glanced down at her angrily, both of them still being mad at the Powerpuff Kids because of the damage that they caused to the city two days earlier and snatches the rattle away and starts to drag the boy along behind her.
"I thought the zoo kept all the animals in cages!" The Mother says with a contemptuous little snort as Blossom went over to comfort a saddened Bubbles, and Buttercup flipped off the mother, something that the Powerpuff Kids had learned from Jojo.
"Yeah? Well, you're welcome, lady!"
"Don't listen, Bubbles," Blossom says just as Jojo appears as he gave them all a sympathetic look.
"That's right, Bubbles, do not listen. All of you deafen yourselves to their heartless words. They do not know that it is their saviors they are speaking to. They are unaware that your actions will have helped change their world forever." Mojo Jojo says as this seems to brighten the Powerpuff Kids' mood quite a bit, and he gathers them up in a hug. "Because we have helped the town and made it a better place."
"Do you think they'll be surprised?" Zap asked excitedly as Jojo nodded.
"Oh yeah."
"You think they'll still be mad at us for playing tag?" Blakely asked guiltily as Jojo shook his head with a reassuring smile on his face.
"No, they'll have forgotten all about that."
"Will they love us?" The Powerpuff Kids asked in unison as a tense silence rang out briefly.
"...Yes," Jojo says as he is sure that everyone would love the Powerpuff Kids...love to hate them.
"Really?"
"Would I lie to you?" Mojo Jojo asked as the Powerpuff Kids smiled at one another, and we then cut over to Scarlett as we see her walking through the destroyed remains of the City of Townsville, and reached up to press her hand to her earpiece with a roll of her eyes as she looked upon the place.
"It's official. This town is the biggest shithole I've ever visited, and that's saying something because I thought Royal Woods was bad, but this place is just as bad, if not worse since it has no Heroes to protect it."
"No kidding," Sharpshooter as she and Monkey Fist remained in the Hero Alliance Headquarters.
"Indeed. Anyway, Scarlett, I'm sorry to say, but Elastic Man had told us that there is a problem in China that needs your immediate attention. Mind teleporting over there to help him out? We're planning to teleport there as well soon."
"...Fine," Scarlett says with a disappointed sigh, figuring that it was best to call off the search for now anyway, and decided to simply find the kids tomorrow as she quickly creates a big glowing red energy portal and goes through it as the Scarlett Warrior then teleports away, and we then fast forward in time as we see the Powerkids flying over to appear inside the Utonium Home through the front door as they begin flying around the Living Room happily.
"I'm so excited!"
"Yeah, we'll show 'em!"
"Everyone will love us!"
"Daddy will be happy for us!"
"Hey, where's..." Blossom, Buttercup, Bubbles, Blakely, and Zap say before trailing off as the door is kicked open by the Cops who took the Professor and Scientist away as they tossed them to the carpet while still in cuffs and looking a mess from their time in custody as the cops then left. "Daddy!/Father!/Dad!" The Powerpuff Kids exclaimed in unison while flying over to their Fathers as Blakely and Zap used their telekinesis and electricity to snap and blast away the cuffs from their arms.
"Oh, kids, thank goodness you're okay! We're so sorry! We are terrible, terrible parents!"
"You must hate us for not picking you up from school, but it's not our fault!" Rango says sadly as a somber Drake nods.
"Yeah, it's this town. They've gone crazy. It's like they've never seen kids playing before. We knew your powers would take some getting used to but jail? Lawsuits? Angry mobs? What's next?"
"Don't worry, Daddy/Father/Dad, things are going to get better. We promise." The Powerpuff Kids say reassuringly as we then cue over to the Observatory placed on top of a volcano in Townsville Park, and we see a maliciously smiling Mojo Jojo sitting on a control panel while naked as the glass tanks are now full of greenish fluid and proceeds to press a button as all of the devices planted on the Primates and Simians' bodies in the Townsville Zoo were swiftly teleported away as they warped over to appear in the tanks placed in the Observatory and had electrodes connected to their heads as, after all the tanks are filled, Jojo then flips a switch and brings the system to life; the Chemical X drains out of the top flask as the assembly of globes begins to spin, each extending on its connecting tube as some of the black liquid flows into it and the Chemically Mutated Chimpanzee throws a lever, and the spinning stops as the globes remain extended and began working another control, causing sparks to fly among the assembly as the entire area is bathed in lurid green light and the Chemical X vaporizes and is sucked down the tubes, straight into the captives' tanks as their faces contort in pain and shock when the doses hit them, and the lights start to crackle and spark throughout the place as the Simians and Primates' eyes popped wide open and their pupils contract as the exposed skin on their faces, hands, feet, chests, and even rumps changes from its normal color to the same sickly green as Jojo's own and the top of one Monkey's skull ruptures as its brain starts to swell before a flash of white light fills the screen, and when it subsides, we see an extreme close-up of Mojo Jojo as he reared back his head and began laughing maniacally.

Mojo Jojo laughed evilly as red and green lights flashed across him, and the camera pulled back to show that every tank now contains a Primate or Simian with an overgrown brain and very mean expressions as the camera kept pulling back out of one of the observatory's windows, across the rest of the city, and finally into the Powerpuff Girls' Bedroom and they are fast asleep with Blakely sleep floating like usual as the sinister laughter echoes through the entire sequence.
