Those who are reading enjoy chapter two of The Lioness Queen II!

Every animal big and small traveled all over the now revied green Pridelands. For this particular day was a very special day for all who lived there.

Everyone from near and far heard the tragic story of the Pridelands.

How the queen of the Pridelands came back from the dead and challenged her evil uncle who ruined the kingdom by letting the hyenas take over. It was in this challenge that a dark secret was revealed, Mufasa had murdered the Prince-Consort Taka. After defeating the tyrant, the rightful heir took her place as queen.

Now today the young Queen and her faithful Prince-Consort are presenting their cub to the kingdom. The royal couple stood at the peck of Pride Rock with their friends, as well as two of the queen's guardians Timon and Pumbaa by their sides.

Soon the Royal Mjuzi walked up with a pale cream bundle of fur in his grey arms. Queen Eshe and her tawny, dark brown mane mate shared a loving smile a nuzzle before watching their cub get thrusted into the air for all their subjects to see.

After the ceremony, the light brown queen took her cub by the scruff and headed for the main cave, where her mother, mother-in-law, as well as other family and friends awaited.

"He's so handsome!" Sarafina smiled proudly once her daughter-in-law laid down.

Sarabi nodded in agreement as her orange eyes was on the gummy smiling prince. "He'll make a fine king one day."

Eshe smiled gratefully at the older lionesses." Thank you, mother and Sarafina."

Kula walked over and smiled warmly."He looks just like Mheetu. Don't he, Sarafina?"

The dark cream lioness nodded with a bright smile that reached her greenish eyes. "That he does. Have you and my son thought of a name, dear?"

Eshe looked at her son with a smile, "Yes, we decided on naming him Jashua. Prince Jashua."

Sarabi smiled and said with proudness in her eyes. "He'll be a light to shine as we leave such a terrible time behind."

A new generation has began in the now peaceful Pride Lands.

~TLK~

On the outskirts of the Pridelands young adult Chumvi has been on edge. His brother found a mate, he just hope it doesn't interfere with his plans. Which leads him to another issue that has the dark brown lion on edge.

He has come up with a plan but hasn't say anything yet besides to his mother. He knew his mother was getting impatient but he was unaware that the dark brown lioness took it upon herself to gather their pride of Mufasa's followers before looking for her oldest son.

"Chumvi!"

The dark brown, dark red mane lion was sitting near the edge of a cliff nearby the cave when his mother walked over. Chumvi dipped his head for the older lioness to continue.

"The pride want to know the plan."

Chumvi shook his head before he looked from the setting sun to his mother, "I'll be there in a moment."

Avana nodded before walking away. Chumvi looked back to the sky and closed his eyes, Don't worry father, you're about to be avenged!

Chumvi snapped his orange eyes open and with a snarl he got up and went to where the lionesses and lions as well as his half-brother, his mother, Zira and his father's other mistresses were waiting. There in a clearing, close the Outlands border was a group of lionesses and a couple lions. From fifthteen to twenty lionesses, from different shades of color stood, sat or laid.

Avana walked over to where her brownish mother, Jurni was and sat.

Chumvi cleared his throat before facing everyone."I know you all are wondering what's the plan. It's quite simple.. We take down Eshe, by striking where it hurts the most."

"And how exactly are we going to do that, little brother?" asked Mbamba asked sarcastically with a roll of his orange eyes.

Jurni turned her dark orange eyes from her grandson to her daughter. "Do you have any idea exactly what the plan is, Avana?"

The dark brown lioness shook her head before focusing on her son again as he smiled darkly at Mbamba,

"We take away the most precious thing to her," then Chumvi grinned at the rest, "Her son."
