Lancex hurried into the fray, raised his sword and yelled out "flame sword art form 12: Hinokami Kangura dance." Ultra Magnus and Sentinel were thoroughly confused by the utterance as it made or no sense to them. With slashes that were barely visible to the human eye, Lancex ran through the danger zone, slicing and dicing the machines with ease. And in short order, he was able to destroy all the whacked out machinery that was outside.
Once the outdoor security bots were thoroughly annihilated, Lancex headed into the factory, with Jazz, Optimus, and Sari in tow. Lancex once again used his weapon of choice and put an end to the factory line that was making the security bots. Now it was all over, at least here. Jazz and the others were impressed with Lancex's weaponry and abilities. Optimus and Grimlock merely looked on, as they were happy that while Lancex was a powerful bot that one didn't want to mess with, he was also a very good submissive bot who the pair would work hard to win over. In fact, both couldn't help but think of taking the bot and going somewhere to make the dream a reality, but they held it together for now.
Meanwhile, oblivious to the others seemingly, Lancex cut up the console that had been controlling this part of the factory line. As the pieces of the shredded machinery headed in seeeminglg every direction, a flicker of something was noted. Lancex reached down to pick up the shiny object. He recognized it instantly as part of the all spark that he had helped destroy to protect it from the Decepticons. Lancex confidently strides towards the Ultra and presented the shard that had been located. Sentinel was stunned and speechless for once, which was a huge relief to all in the vicinity. "Here is your proof that is was shattered and not destroyed" Lancex said somewhat coldly though not overly so.
Ultra Magnus turned the shard over in his hand. He knew in an instant that yes, indeed, this was part of the all spark. But before Magnus could say anything, Optimus came over and gave a hug to Lancex. Lancex was stunned but seemingly enjoyed the simple appearing gesture. The only ones who didn't see it as innocent were Magnus and Sentinel. Sentinel because he didn't like when good things happened for Optimus, and Magnus for a reason he wasn't quite sure he understood. He would keep his optics on this for now. "It appears you were right about the all spark, Optimus" Magnus said. For now, he would bide his time.
