Chapter 169 Park Chaos

Phantom and Maddie stepped up and stood besides Wraith and Jazz with their lightsabers ignited and ready to fight. Fright Knight ignited his own lightsaber and Vid, Thrash, and Download readied their force pikes. Wraith looked over at Danny and Maddie and then she glanced over at Jazz, who had put herself between her and Fright Knight.
"It appears we will be capturing or killing Phantom and one of the Jedi that fight alongside the Rebels. The master will be very pleased." Said Fright Knight.
"You aren't going to be killing or capturing anyone." Said Phantom.
"Wraith this is an opportunity to prove yourself and regain favor with Vlad. Turn your blade on Phantom and the Jedi and help capture or kill them." Said Fright Knight.
Wraith looked at Fright Knight and then Jazz put a hand on her shoulder.
"Don't listen to him. You don't have to do anything he or Vlad says. They're abusing you and don't care about you at all. This is your life and you get to decide what to do with it." Said Jazz.
Wraith looked at Jazz then at Phantom and the Jedi that had showed up. She reached out with the Force to Phantom and he let his guard down a little and Wraith sensed his desire to protect and help Wraith. Wraith was a bit stunned by this. She and Phantom were supposed to be enemies, yet after each clash Wraith had began to doubt her master, Pariah Dark, and the Empire. Her supposed enemy had treated her better then her master and now here he was protecting her. Wraith knew what she had to do. She activated her lightsaber and stepped past Jazz pointing the weapon at Fright Knight and his group.
"I will not be going with you back to Vlad. Tell him, I'm no longer his apprentice." Said Wraith.
Jazz smiled and Danny and Maddie smiled beneath their masks.
"Foolish child! You dare turn your back on the master! You will pay dearly for your treachery!" Declared Fright Knight.
"Will see about that." Said Wraith gripping her weapon tightly.
"Vid. You and the others focus on Wraith and Phantom. I'll deal with the Jedi." Said Fright Knight.
Vid, Thrash, and Download charged forward with their force pikes and began to do battle with Phantom and Wraith, as Fright Knight rushed at Maddie and they did battle. Jazz stood by watching the fights as put her hands on a tiny blaster she had ready to spring into action if her mother and the others needed assistance.
As the fighting was going on Kwan, Klemper, Dash and a squad of Stormtroopers were patrolling the area, when they spotted the fighting going on.
"Look it's the Fright Knight and his squad fighting some Rebel scum! We have to assist them! This our chance to prove ourselves and move up in the ranks!" Said Dash with excitement.
"I think we should call this in before we act." Said Kwan.
"Yeah." Said Klemper in agreement.
"You can do that, I'm going in! Come on men!" Said Dash to the others.
Dash and some of the Stormtroopers were about to charge in, when a round object suddenly flew out the the trees near them.
"Bomb!" Screamed one of the Stormtroopers right before the device exploded sending Stormtroopers flying and creating chaos.
Stun blasts suddenly flew out of the trees as Valerie, Wulf, and Tucker dropped down firing boasters at the confused and disoriented Stormtroopers. Kwan pulled out his communicator and was trying desperately to call for help, when Wulf suddenly appeared and grabbed both him and Klemper by their heads.
"Not again!" Thought Kwan before his and Klemper's heads were slammed together and they both collapsed to the ground in a heap.
Dash ducked behind a tree curing under his breath at the change of events. He glanced out from behind his cover and saw that the attackers were busy dealing with his comrades and the path was clear to the Fright Knight's fight. Dash took a deep breath before he got out and headed towards the fight as stealthy as he could.
Fright Knight swung his lightsaber at Maddie who blocked his attacks with her lightsaber. Danny and Wraith stood back-to-back as Vid, Download, and Thrash circled them with their force spears. Vid and her comrades would thrust their force spears at Phantom and Wraith who blocked them with their skills. Jazz stood by watching and then she noticed the Stormtrooper walking onto the scene looking like he might disrupt the battle and got an idea.
"Oh thank goodness you're here! These Rebels just showed up and started causing trouble!" Said Jazz heading up to Dash.
"No need to panic lady, I got this." Said Dash as he stepped past Jazz and took careful aim at Phantom and Wraith.
Jazz positioned herself behind Dash and then pretended to look at something behind him and spotted Valerie and the others fighting Stormtroopers. The three Rebels had just finished off the last of the patrol squad and were beginning to head Jazz's way.
"Oh no! More enemies!" Yelled Jazz making sure to put a hand on Dash's shoulder making him throw off his aim as he fired.
Dash's blast struck Download instead of Phantom or Wraith. Download's armor protected him from being killed or seriously injured, but the blast still knocked him to the ground. This distracted both Vid and Thrash, which aloud Phantom and Wraith to knock them down with a Force Push.
"What have done?!" Said Dash in a panic.
Before Dash could try to do anything else both he and the down Vid and Thrash were struck by stun blasts knocking them out of the fight. Valerie motioned for Jazz to get out of sight and she did as she was instructed.
Phantom and Wraith went over to Maddie and the Fight Knight backed off as he saw he was outnumbered.
"Savory this little victory Wraith. You may have won this little battle and escaped, but the master will find you and he will make you suffer!" Vowed Fright Knight.
"He and the rest of the Empire has to go through us first!" Said Maddie.
"And will beat them all!" Said Danny as he produced a smoke bomb and set it off.
The area was blanketed in smoke and Fright Knight used the Force to clear it all the Rebels and Jazz were gone. Fright Knight yelled angrily at the heavens in defeat as he failed to get Wraith or any Rebels.
Elsewhere Phantom and Maddie had removed their masks as they traveled with Wraith and they met up with Jazz and the others. Wraith was a bit startled to see a resemblance between Jazz and the Jedi woman. Jazz smiled at Wraith and took her hand.
"Now you get to come live with me my family." Said Jazz.
"Family?" Asked Wraith.
"Yep. You already met my younger brother and my mother, so technically since you're my brother's clone that makes you my sister and part of the family. And I promise you we're going to do everything in our power to give you the best life and keep you safe." Said Jazz.
Wraith ponder this information for a bit and then she spoke.
"Ok. I'll trust you sister." Said Wraith.
With that said they headed home.
