It begins with baseball players, Joe and Leonard ready to play at the small baseball stadium. In the 6th inning, Joe was in the dugout ready to pitch when a bee buzzed around him. Five more players in the game: Jerry, Sam, Clam, Beau, and Margaret are in the field. Joe is ready to bat when he notices something different and strange. An old Buddy Holly song is played. Cracks are forming on the concrete as they spread wider and wider into a steel support beam, causing it to slide open out of its foundation. A tanker trunk carrying flammable liquid is parked next to the stadium. An unknown person throws something at the turn handle which causes it to turn slowly and dump a little bit of flammable liquid into a puddle. A small cigarette flies in the air and lands on the puddle. It caught on fire and the tanker exploded, catching the stadium on fire. The vibration causes the support beams to come apart, creating a collapse. Joe and the six other players try to escape with their lives. Jerry falls down into a lamppost and is impaled to death. Sam trips and a piece of metal chops his head off clean. Clam's head is crushed by cinder blocks. Another explosion happens, and Margaret is killed by flying pieces. Beau is on a falling platform, breaks his legs, and gets crushed by another falling platform. The fire from a second explosion spreads, and Leonard is impaled by steel rods. Joe is stopped by a metal fence, and he screams in terror as he is engulfed by the fire.

We zoomed out of Joe's eye as if it was just a vision. Joe is panting heavily when a bee buzzes around him to snap out of it. He notices that it was the same bee from his vision as a sign of what is going to happen next. Joe is getting scared as he looks around. Joe starts to panic that he ran before he could bat up next. The rest of the players were confused. Leonard follows him as he is suspicious. Joe saw the exact same tanker truck next to the stadium and freaked out. He ran back to the players to warn them. Joe tells Leonard to come with him along with Clam. They heard a rumble and explosion because of the tanker truck exploded. All seven players on the one team escaped with their lives except for one unlucky unnamed soul as the stadium collapsed with an explosion. Many people from the crowd escaped with their lives as well, but many others back at the stadium weren't so lucky.

A few weeks later, Joe is resting on the couch, thinking of what happened a few weeks ago. Somehow, he got that strange feeling. In New York City, in the Empire State Building, Jerry is seeing the nice view. One of the screws on one of the metal bars unscrews by itself and falls to the concrete floor. The metal bar moves up, creating an opening. Jerry is having a nice time when the wind blows and a newspaper flies into him, causing him to move backwards. He took the newspaper off, but he slipped on the screw which made him move backwards to the open space of the metal bars. He falls hundreds of stories down and lands in a parked car, killing him instantly. The metal bar moves back down into place on its own.

Joe is cleaning the kitchen when Leonard calls him to tell him about Jerry's death as it spreads on the news. Joe goes out for a walk when he notices a white haired kid by himself. The kid sees him and runs away in fear. Joe got suspicious of the kid, thinking he knew something. Sam is playing basketball in a high school when a metal plate on the court is opened by someone stepping on it. He was about to throw the ball when he slipped on someone's sweat puddle, making him fall forward and into the open metal plate. The metal plate sliced through his top head in half, killing him instantly.

Joe researched on accidents when he saw an article about how people escaped from an accident and died later in a series of bizarre deaths. Joe realized that his teammates are dying in the order on death's list. Joe got a call again from Leonard about Sam's death. Joe arrives outside of the high school as the ambulance drives away. Leonard is getting paranoid of why two of their friends died in unfortunate accidents. Joe spots the same white haired kid before he runs away. Joe follows the kid to the park. When the kid tries to run, Joe stops him. The kid calms down as he introduces his name: Linc. Joe asks Linc why he was there when his friends died. Linc explains that he was just walking around and noticed the scenes of the crimes in the same location he is. Joe understands that Linc didn't do anything on purpose or suspicious. Joe noticed Clam at the park, sitting next to a tree. A bowling ball is on branches when it starts to move. It falls off the branches and into Clam. Clam's head is completely caved in and crushed by the bowling ball, killing him instantly. Joe and Linc saw this and were horrified.

At Joe's house, Joe tells Linc how people die in order on death's list according to his vision. Linc gets scared and upset at the same time. Joe asked him what's wrong until he broke down in tears. Joe touched his head which shows another vision that Linc is walking with his family when he threw something at the turn handle of the parked flammable tanker truck. Linc looked behind and saw the dumping flammable liquid, making him very anxious as he continued walking to the stadium. He and his family escaped the stadium after the tanker exploded, before the stadium collapsed. Before the vision, he has a panic attack, thinking it was his fault for the disaster. Joe lets go of Linc's head as he continues sobbing. Linc reveals that he is the main cause of the tanker explosion and the stadium collapse that led to some people being killed. He thought nothing terrible would happen and somebody would clean up the mess before the disaster, which didn't happen. He kept it a secret to himself. He considered himself as bad luck. Leonard is spying on them and has a shocking revelation. Joe tells Linc it was an accident and didn't mean to kill people over a little child's play. They discussed how to save his friends from dying. Leonard ran away quietly though he didn't call the police on Linc for no reason.

The next day, Joe and Linc race off to save Margaret as she's practicing her batting. Joe tells her to stop and be careful. Margaret and Joe talked as she placed her wooden bat down. The wooden bat rolled to a big sheet which made it move. One of the holes of the sheet gets caught on the switch and causes it to flick and turn on the shredder. The vibration of the shredder causes the wooden bats on the shelf to move. Joe and Margaret talk about the stadium collapse a few weeks ago and how the survivors like them are going to die later. Margaret said that it's just anything to scare us. She walked back to get her ball when a wooden baseball bat fell into a shredder. Margaret is impaled by pieces of wood.

Leonard followed them and saw Margaret's death after they left. Leonard is convinced that Linc is bad luck that causes people to die when he gets close to them. It makes Leonard superstitious and very paranoid. Joe and Linc went to the gym to save Beau. In the indoor basketball court, Beau is walking around the court. Joe talks to him about what is happening. Beau is talking against it. Before he is finished speaking, the basketball hoop falls and crushes him flat to death. Outside, Joe is too shaken after two deaths of his friends that he couldn't save today. Linc comforts Joe. The two leave when Leonard stalks him and follows them.

At night, Joe and Linc are at Joe's house, sitting in the kitchen. Joe said that Leonard is next then Joe. He calls Leonard on the phone, but Leonard tells him he's outside. Joe lets Leonard inside and wants him to be safe, however, Leonard has other plans. He came here so something he thought he could save including himself. Joe tries to tell Leonard some sense of it. Leonard says that anyone on death's list will live if someone takes a life for a life. Kill or be killed. Leonard has gone fully insane. Leonard attempts to kill Linc to save everyone from his bad luck, Leonard believes, along with Joe because he believes that Linc tainted Joe with Linc's bad luck. Joe and Leonard brawl with each other, but Leonard gets the upper hand and knocks Joe out with a pot. Before Leonard can kill Linc, Joe impales Leonard to death with a pitchfork. Joe is safe from death's list. Joe and Linc were relieved that it's over.

A few months later, Joe and Linc were on a passenger bus at night as it traveled down the highway. Linc's new friend, Sid, is traveling with them. They thought they were in the clear of not being on death's list. Suddenly, some sharp metal piece fell off of a bridge and landed on the highway. Linc has this feeling of something not right. Before he could figure out, the metal piece on the road slashed the bus tires. The bus moves around as it skids on the road. Sid gets up, but Joe tells her to stay down. Before she can, she is instantly killed by a flying tire that smashed through the bus. The bus tilts to the right that makes Joe fall to the window. The window cracks and breaks, and Joe is instantly killed between the bus and a big piece of metal. The bus hits a concrete pillar front which makes Linc lose his hand grip and fly to the other side of the bus. A vehicle skids on the road before it stops with a crash and a person smashed through the window. Linc is somehow on railroad tracks. He tries to get up, but his legs are broken. He sobs in agony and despair over the devastation of the highway and his friends dead. He hears some noises from the tracks. When he looks back forward, he sees a high speed passenger train coming his way, making bad luck to himself. He screams in horror as the train is closing on him. Some crashing sounds were heard as maybe the train derailed as well.
