As the Enchancian royals stepped out of their coach, James dashed inside. "Come on, Sparky!"
Amber quickly sighed as she commented, "Oh James... always in a rush!" She then followed behind, calmly walking towards the door.
As Amber made her way to her bedroom, she held up her eevee and stated, "Venus really was the perfect choice for your name. After all, the planet Venus is known for its brilliant yellow-white cream with the strong brown-orange! Plus, Clio says that there's a goddess of love and beauty named Venus!"
Once the two had entered Amber's room, Amber set down her eevee. "Alright, let's see... What else do I have to do today," Amber asked herself while looking at her perfectly laid out schedule.
Venus saw Amber's collection of tiaras and was entranced. Her eyes sparkled as she made her way towards them, reaching to touch them all. "Ohhh...! Eevee! Eevee!" she purred.
Amber heard this and turned to see her new eevee about to place her paws on her collection. Amber gasped and rushed to block the way. "Absolutely not!" Amber exclaimed. "No one touches my tiaras!!" Venus began to whimper in response. Amber instantly felt guilt. "Oh, don't give me that look. Tiaras are very tempting, I would know." She paused for a moment before her face let up. "Wait! Why try on my tiaras when you could have your own!?" Venus gave a large smile and began to pounce. Amber grinned as she stated, "Perfect! Let's go to the jewel room!!"
When they had gotten to the jewel room, Amber sighed. The room was locked and everything in there was meant for special occasions, not to be given away. Plus, from the looks of it, none would be able to fit Venus. Amber instantly cried out, "BAILEYWICK!!!!"
She raced back down the stairs until she met up with the steward. He questioned what she needed and Amber held up her eevee answering, "Venus needs her own tiara!"
"A tiara? I don't know if we have any to fit her, your highness," Baileywick responded. Amber went on to explain how much Venus loved her tiara collection so she needed one for herself. Baileywick smiled and told her, "Alright, we can make one!" Amber and Venus were instantly giddy and squealing.
By the next day, Baileywick had announced that Venus' tiara was complete. Amber and Venus were thrilled when they saw the new tiara. It was a dainty yet regal accessory, perfectly crafted to match her graceful nature. The main structure was a delicate silver band adorned with shimmering beads, forming a small, elegant crown with tiny pearls at each peak. At the base, a soft pink ribbon was carefully ruffled, creating a lovely decorative trim that adds a touch of sophistication. This same ribbon extends to the back, where it ties into a neat bow, allowing its long, flowing tails to drape gently along the back. The overall design seemed both refined and charming—perfect for Amber's fashionable and graceful eevee!
Amber grabbed the tiara and instantly announced, "I absolutely LOVE it!! What do you think, Venus?" The eevee was quick to respond with joyous cheers. "I feel the exact same way, let's try it on," Amber said.
The tiara was placed on the top of Venus' head. Amber adjusted the bow in the back until it was a perfect fit for her new friend. It looked super cute and elegant! "It's just missing a little something..." Amber stated. The princess paused in thought, until Venus shook her head until the ribbons laid across her back. She then moved her tail to wrap around her back. It looked almost like a skirt. Amber's face lit up as she cried, "You're right!! You need a dress!"
Madam Collette ended up creating several different outfits for the eevee. It was hard to choose. Amber knew she had to see each of them on Venus, but tried to decide a fun way to do so. It suddenly struck her as she decided to have a fashion show!
Back in Amber's room, Amber adjusted the lights and played loud ambient music. Venus began proudly strutting out of Amber's closet, holding her head up high with a large smile. One by one, Amber announced each set of dresses as Venus gracefully paced the 'runway' showing off the outfit. It was super fun for BOTH of them!
That night, they were exhausted and ready for bed. However, there was a huge thunderstorm! "How am I supposed to sleep like this!?" Amber exclaimed. She started complaining how loud the rain and thunder was. She turned to see Venus just calmly relaxing. "It doesn't bother you much, huh?" the princess noticed.
Venus simply smiled up at Amber. Her expression instantly changed to concerned, though, when she noticed Amber still in her tiara. Amber questioned what was wrong, until she felt the top of her head and commented, "Oh! You're right! I forgot to take off my tiara!" The princess started to remove her tiara and explained, "Sometimes I just feel more comfortable with them on than with them off, making it just feel natural to keep on at night. If that makes any sense..." She added an embarrassed laugh followed by a sigh. Venus, however, gently nodded.
Amber looked at the window seeing the storm, at her tiara, then back at Venus. A gentle smile grew on Amber's face. "Here," she said before placing her tiara on Venus. "You really do have flawless taste!"
A random burst of thunder took Amber by surprise, making her scream. She looked back at Venus and began to laugh. Venus laughed along and the two of them tucked under the covers and finally began to rest.
A few days had passed, each day the two found something new to try regarding Venus' fashion. They both ran into James and Sparky in the throne room. James chuckled for a bit as he looked at Venus and stated, "Why do you always dress up your eevee so much?"
Amber instantly told her twin, "Because Venus loves it just as much as I do! Right, Venus?" The eevee sat up perfectly straight and proudly smiled and nodded. Amber grinned herself as she finished, "See! Why do you always have to be so reckless with yours. Not necessarily being a good influence if you ask me."
"We're just having fun," James explained. "Sparky sure seems to enjoy it. Right, Sparky?" His white eevee began squealing and jumping, making James laugh in response. "See!"
The twins decided that they simply have different relationships with their new friends. After exiting the room, Amber kneeled down to straighten Venus' tiara. "Don't listen to him, Venus. You are super graceful. Just as your name suggests, you are beautiful. You be whatever you want to be and try on all of the dresses and tiaras that you like."
Venus grew a large smile as her eyes twinkled. She instantly brushed up against Amber, making Amber smile as well and give Venus a tight hug. The princess became shocked as her eevee suddenly began to grow. Before her eyes, Venus became pale white and a bright light emerged from her. "I-I don't understand. What's happening!?" Amber questioned as she tried to observe the huge sphere of light. As the light finally toned down, Amber's face lit up. "Oh my goodness! Venus, you look... amazing!!"
