Chapter 16: The showdown pt1
"Surprise," Leo said.
"Leo!" June and Quincy said in unison.
."What?! How?!" Bowser Jr exclaimed.
"Mario! Luigi!" Peach said.
"How dare you interviene with the wedding?!] Big Jet said in anger.
And how dare you ruin my son's wedding!" Bowser exclaimed in anger.
"June is not marrying your son, and she is coming home with us!" Annie said to Bowser.
"No! I will not let you take my flower away!" Bowser Jr exclaimed.
"Koopa Troopas, destroy them!" Bowser commanded.The audience stood up and approached the heroes.
"Leo!" June said happily as she ran to her friends, but somehow, Kamek appears and uses the wand to control June's necklace, making her scream in pain.
."JUNE!" Leo, Annie, Mario, and the others exclaimed
."Hehehe! You fools didn't know that the necklace that June is wearing allows me to control her!" Kamek said
."You maniac!" Toad said with anger. Junior grabs June and makes a run for it.
"JUNE!" Leo said
."Get them!" Bowser said, and the Koopas attack along with Big Jet. The battle begins.
"Mario, get my friends and Peach out! I'm going after Junior."
Leo said.
"Im coming with you, Leo!" Annie said, punching a Koopa in the face
."No, Annie. I have to save June. You guys need to get out of here." Leo said as he pulled out the third power up: The Hammer Bro Suit
."But Leo!" Annie pleaded. Leo wanted to save June, but Annie wanted to come. They have come this far
."Ok. Since we saved each other. We stick together as brother and sister, " Leo said
"Thanks, Leo," Annie said before hugging her brother
."Go, Leo and Annie! We'll get a ship and pick you up!" Mario said.
"Go, Leo and Annie!" Quincy said, supporting them."Yeah! Go get them!" Toad said.
"We believe in you!" Toadette added.
"You ready, Annie?" Leo asks.
"Let's do it!" She replied as she pulled out the Boomerang Flower.

The siblings run to rescue June and stop Bowser Junior and Kamek. Mario and Luigi battle against Bowser and Big Jet while Toad and Toadette go to free Peach, Quincy, and Rocket.
"Hang on, Your Majesty. We're going to get you out, "Toadette said.
The Toads head for the cage to free the prisoners. Meanwhile, Mario deals with Bowser and Big Jet
."Time to crush you!" Bowser said
.[All of Mushroom Kingdom shall bow!] Big Jet said, drawing his claws out. The Mario bros assume fighting poses
."Let's a go!" Mario said, and the two sides clash against each other. Even though Big Jet has the advantage in the sky, Mario and Luigi have more experience in combat. Back with Leo and Annie, who are chasing Junior and Kamek. They made it to the top where a few Koopatrols were present.
"Get those brats!" Junior commanded as he takes June towards his air ship.
Annie!" Leo exclaimed as he had his power up.
"Let's do it!" Annie said, who has her power up. The siblings absorb the power ups, and they transform.Leo wears an orange turtle shell. His shirt now has long sleeves with black gloves, long orange pants, and a helmet. In his hand are large hammers. Annie wears the same, but the color is pink and white. In her hand in a large white Boomerang.
"Whoa!" The siblings said in awe.
"They absorb the power ups!" One Koopatrol said.
"Get them!" Another said
."Come on, Annie! Let's show them the power of siblings!" Leo said, spinning his hammers
."You said it, bro!" Annie said, readying her Boomerang.The super siblings charge against the bad guys. Leo swings his hammers, knocking a few of the Koops out of the way.
"Bullet Bills, fire on those brats!" Junior commanded.A few cannons aim at Leo and Annie and shoot Bullet Bills at them. The large bullets fly towards them.
"Annie!" Leo warned her.
"Got it!" Annie said. She throws the Boomerang at the Bullet Bills, knocking them down. The Boomerang spins around before returning back to Annie, who caught it.
"Wow! I love this power up!" She said in amazement.
"Sir, they're still coming!" A koopa said to Junior.
"Bring me my ship," Junior ordered
."You'll never get to your friend!" Kamek said, shooting his wand at Leo and Annie, who dodged out of the way. Leo swings the hammers like a baseball bat.
"Batter up!" He exclaimed Kamek shoots another spell at Leo, but he swings and strikes the projectile, and it flies back at Kamek. He ducks down, and it nearly strikes Junior.
."Hey! Watch it, you idiot!!" Junior exclaimed.Then his ship arrives, and Junior jumps on board with June in hand."
Help me!" June said.
"Go, Leo! You can save her!" Annie said.
"Ok. I will!" Leo said with courage.Leo runs as fast as he can, just as Junior's ship takes off. Leo runs to the edge and jumps with all his strength. Leaping in the air, the boy reaches and grabs the cannon of the ship. He struggles to get climb up to the top of the ship. He will not lose hope for his friends. Annie sees Kamek, who grabs his broom to escape.
"Oh no, you don't!" She said while running after the wizard. Kamek jumps on his broom to escape, but Annie jumps and grabs the end of it.
"Hey! Get off!" The wizard said to Annie.
"Make me, four eyes!!" Annie said as the two struggled in the sky.
Back inside the castle, Bowser gets thrown into the throne room. He gets up and sees Mario charging at him
"KOOPA BROTHERS!" He shouted.At the cue, Mario gets tackled by the Koopa Brothers.
"You called, Koopa!" Red said
."Deal with Mario! I gotta help my son!" Bowser commanded as he goes.
Meanwhile, with the others...Toad and Toadette had managed to free Peach, Quincy, and Rocket.
Let's get out of here!" Toad said
.[You're not going anywhere!"] Big Jet exclaimed, blocking the door."
Thunder!" Luigi exclaimed, gathering lightning in his hands.
[You're in for a shock, plumber] Big Jet as he pulls out a classic taser.Luigi shoots lightning at Big Jet, who catches the electricity. Luigi was shocked to see Rocket's rival catch the lightning.
[Try again] Big Jet said before shooting the lightning back at Luigi, who dodged out of the way. The lightning blasts the wall, creating a hole. Luigi runs and attacks the blue plane while the others escape.
"Hurry, let's get out of here." Toad said.The escaped prisoners follow Toad, Peach, Quincy, and Toadette, and they reach the hangar
."We need a ride," Toad said.Quincy looks and sees a large ship.
."How about that one?" he said, pointing to that one."
That's Bowser's ship." Toadette said."Well, he's not going to use it, though," one prisoner said.
"Hey! Stop!" Koopatrol said."
Hurry! Get on board!" Peach said as the group boards the ship. She reaches the controls and fires up the engines of the ship. One of the gaurds sees the hijacking.
"Sir! Sir!!" The gaurd quickly heads off to warn his king.
"Hold on!" Peach says, and the ship begins to lift off. Yellow, Black, and Green see the ship getting hijacked
"Dudes! They're stealing Bowser's ship!" Yellow said.
"Let's get them, dudes!" Black said, and the three brothers jumped on board in time.
Back outside, Leo climbs up and reaches to the deck of the ship, where he sees June tied to the pole.
"Leo!" June said
."June!" Leo said.June looks and sees Junior with a Koopa shell in hand.
"Watch out!" She warned.Leo turns and dodges the shell, inches from his face.
"I see that you made it this far, but no one is taking my little flower away from me!" Jr said.
"June will never be yours!" Leo said as he drew his hammers out."
"Then we shall see, boy!" Jr pulled up his bandana mask and readies his hammer as well. The two of them clash to decide the fate of June...
