Neb: I do not own Ducktales. So now we move back to Louie as they continue to storm Castle McDuck to take down Albert, Magica, Negaduck, and Steelbeak. I hope you all enjoy the fanfic. Dewey's group has been intercepted by Negaduck in the last chapter, so in this chapter...

Louie and group C made their way through the side door of Castle McDuck. Thanks to visiting the castle a lot as a kid, Della was familiar with all the secret passages and vantage points of this castle. This wasn't your typical castle invasion adventure, this was fighting on home turf, and because of that Scrooge and Della had an advantage.

"Keep moving everyone," Scrooge yelled. "We aren't going to let them take out any more of our friends or family. That rambunctious rebellious red duck won't know what hit him."

"I'm not saying I'm above fighting with a child," Gyro commented. "But don't you think we want to deal with Magica first?"

"I'm actually wanting to settle the score with the man in yellow," Penumbra stated. "His explosive tactics reflects that in his choice of clothing, cowardly."

"Dang Penny," Della grinned. "Save the good insults for when we actually run into the guy."

"I have no doubt that Negaduck is more determined to be fighting his superhero counterpart," Violet stated as she was marking their location by carving an x in the wall. She's read enough about castles to know that they behave like mazes, and if she gets separated from the rest of the group, she won't have Louie, Della, or Scrooge's knowledge of their home turf at her disposal. Expecting the worst was a basic rule for the Junior Woodchucks, safety never happens by accident.

"Don't carve my ancestors walls lassy," Scrooge scolded.

"No it's ok," Della responded. "She's being a good Junior Woodchuck. But let's try avoiding splitting up any further."

"Our enemies are small in numbers," Violet shook her head. "Most of us we'll see them and try fighting alone anyways, a split up is inevitable."

"Well I'm not fighting them alone," Gyro stated as he pushed up his glasses.

"I'll take them all on myself," Penumbra decided.

"Ah I see, never mind," Gyro sighed. "I think I probably should have been with Gizmoduck and Huey's group."

"Nonsense Gyro," Scrooge scoff. "You're just as safe with me, as your mechanical creation."

"I even gave Littlebulb to Gosalyn, what was I thinking?", Gyro added.

"Not much to think about when you want to avenge your horse friend," Penubra figured.

"Penny's right," Della nodded. "Quit being a baby Gyro, you're doing this for Manny."

"I agree with Gyro," Louie realized. "We left a bunch of our heavy hitters with Dewey's group, this is not ok."

"Hey," Penumbra, Scrooge, and Della all glared at Louie.

"Though Launchpad is valiant, I am much stronger than he is," Penumbra boasted.

"Sure buy Dewey got Webby and Beakley," Louie facepalmed. "I think those two might have been the strongest in our whole family."

"I'm the strongest," Penumbra yelled before pushing ahead of the group in a humph.

"You may have been spot on about the group falling apart kid," Della commented to Violet.

"I try to be right as often as possible," Violet shrugged. "But let's not get ahead of ourselves, bickering isn't going to be the force that split's us apart."

Right when she said that the walls started shifting and the Castle begun shaking.

"Ah there it is," Violet rolled her eyes.

"What is this? More of that blasted magic?", Scrooge complained as he steadied himself.

Violed, Louie, and Gyro were already under door frames knowing that is what you're supposed to do in an Earthquake.

"Ah, they're going to bring the whole castle down on top of me," a familiar voice growled as he was pulling whatever valuable treasure and loot he could find in a large sack.

"Steelbeak," Scrooge growled.

"Charge," Penumbra yelled.

"Wait what?", Steelbeak responded before getting tackled by the moon warrior. Steelbeak managed to push her off, and then slammed his beak into her helmet causing it to crack.

Della and Scrooge then both jumped at him. Della was swinging kicks with her mechanical foot, Scrooge was fighting with his cane.

Steelbeak, in spite being a strong well trained agent was having trouble fighting both the adventurers and the moon warrior.

"Get him mom," Louie cheered for Della.

Steelbeak growled before pulling out a crystal that was handed to him by Albert.

"Wait, get back," Violet yelled.

It was too late, Steelbeak placed the crystal into a familiar ray gun and blasted himself with it. "I see you were clever enough to know that was a mage crystal," Steelbeak grinned.

"You're a one trick pony Steelbeak," Louie facepalmed. "Didn't you lose to Launchpad, even with the help of that ray."

"Oh but I'm not just smart," Steelbeak grinned as he flexed. "The mage crystal that Albert gave me also makes me stronger and increases my aura. I am now Mega Steelbeak!"

"There was a ton of adventurers and mages all turned to stone at the front of the mansion," Violet remembered. "Albert must have gotten that crystal off of one of them. I'm unsure what type of mage crystal it is though, ones that boost stats sounds more like something out of the videogames that Huey plays."

"I play those games to," Della remembered. "Every boss fight has a weak spot after receiving a massive power up."

"Good luck finding his weak spot when his brain is super charged also," Louie complained.

Della, Penumbra, and Scrooge were all now being tossed around like rag dolls as Steelbeak was having the time of his life.

"It seems you were all inferior after all," Steelback laughed.

"Shut up," Penumbra yelled as she tried to tackle him, but was tossed over his head with ease.

To make matters worse their shadows were coming to life and attacking them as well.

"Oh so that's been your game this whole time Albert," Steelbeak realized. "I would have never caught on the way I was before."

"Why is Magica's power from the Eclipse happening again?", Scrooge wondered.

"Don't you get it you dolt?", Steelbeak laughed. "Just look out the window, Albert has already created another Eclipse."

The group gasped when they saw he was right.

"Oh no, not again," Louie groaned.

"My thoughts as well," Gyro complained as he was trying to pull his own blaster away from his shadow self.

Violet had already defeated herself and Louie's shadow with a bright camera flash, and then begun taking out each shadows with the camera flash. "I've been waiting for this since the last time their was a Shadow War," Violet smiled. "I wasn't going to be caught off guard a second time."

"Alright, way to go kid," Della cheered.

"Della the gun," Scrooge ordered as he looped his cane around one of Steelbeak's arms before getting put in a choke hold.

"Goodbye McDuck," Steelbeak laughed as he got ready to slam his beak into Scrooge's skull.

Penumbra grabbed the back of Steelbeak's head to keep him from doing so, and then Della kicked the gun out of his hand to Gyro.

"That's your plan?", Steelbeak sighed. "How obvious, but the mage crystal was a one use item, and if you can't mach the frequency of the magic powered Intelli-Ray then you have no hope of stripping me of my power or my brilliance. All of you are really pathetic for not realizing that."

Gyro changed the settings of the gun to take intelligence instead of amplify it. "Wait, I know what he's doing. He's going to throw one of you in the way the moment I try."

"I don't need to," Steelbeak shook his head. "Go ahead and shoot, it won't work."

Gyro aimed the Intelli-Ray and fired, but Steelbeak remained as confident as ever.

"See?", Steelbeak laughed. "I can't believe you didn't believe me, idiot! Now where was I? Oh right, I was going to scramble the brains of Scrooge McDuck!" He lifted his head back to get ready to strike at Scrooge who was still held in the choke hold.

Now Della and Penumbra were trying to keep Steelbeak's head away from Scrooge's, but it was no use, he was much stronger than the both of them.

"It's hopeless," Gyro stated.

"No," Louie shook his head. "Steelbeak might be smart now, but he wasn't before."

"What?", Gyro questioned. "I know, that's why it's hopeless."

"I see what your saying Louie," Violet realized as she charged into the fight.

"Violet," Gyro yelled after her.

She was pinned down by Steelbeak's foot immediately and unfortunately.

"You were supposed to be one of their smart team members," Steelbeak laughed at her.

"She is," Louie stated as he reached into Steelbeak's jacket pocket and pulled a pouch of crystals from it.

"Wait," Steelbeak let go of Scrooge to try and stop Louie but both of his arms were grabbed by Della, Penumbra, and the now free and ticked off Scrooge McDuck.

Louie tossed the bag to Gyro and he loaded another crystal into the gun.

"I hope this works," Gyro grunted as he blasted at Steelbeak.

Steelbeak smirked as his foot lifted up holding onto Violet, placing her in the path of the beam, but she pulled out a mirror and reflected the beam away from herself, into a silver plate hanging on the wall, and then back at Steelbeak.

"Never insult my intelligence... chump!"

"Good trash talking kid," Della laughed.

Steelbeak fell back as his intelligence and his magic strength was taken away. "Wait a minute."

Penumbra immediately punched him, followed by a kick from Della, and followed by a cane smack from Scrooge. Steelbeak was knocked out cold.

"Let's tie him up quickly and move forwards," Scrooge ordered. "We can't let the rest of the family fight Magica and Albert by themselves."

Let's tie him up quickly and move forwards," a familiar Scottish voice spoke up.

At least that's what Kid Donald and Kid Della were able to put together as they made their way through the castle.

"It's Scrooge," Donald spoke up delighted.

"Wait hold on," Della pulled him back. "Who are the other people with him? I can't believe it, first he leaves us with his parents and then he ditches us for a new team."

"He seems different," Donald figured. "I can't figure out why though."

"Maybe we fell into an alternative universe?", Della theorized.

"Good knot Della," Scrooge commented, but he wasn't complimenting Della, he was complimenting the older cyborg woman.

"Or the future," Kid Della stated.

"Oh no, time travel always goes wrong," Kid Donald groaned. "We have to crawl back through the rift before we see anything else."

"R-right," Kid Della agreed. "Where are you anyways?"

"I'm probably fighting at a different side of the castle," Donald shrugged. "Either that, or I finally got the sense to put behind this adventuring stuff and focus on my music career."

"Yeah sure," Della rolled her eyes.

"Wait, mom look," the boy in the green hoodie called out. "There's more of them."

"Time to go," Donald gasped as he grabbed Della and ran.

"Wait, did he just call Cyborg me mom?", Della wondered.
