"Last time on Total Drama Ultimate… the final eight had to compete in an automatic elimination challenge. Staci came in last place, sending her home. The day before though, she exposed the dead sister lie about Mary, turning everyone against her. However, their dislike for Mary was outweighed by Nichelle, Sammy, and Josee being an obvious trio, sending Josee home 4-3. Six are left, and just eight days remain in this game. Who will be voted out tonight?"
Intro
Cut to Jury House
We see Staci and Josee- who is just waking up- joining the other jurors. "Wh- what happened?" Josee asks.
"Haha, you got voted out! You didn't even make the podium!" Staci laughs. Josee begins screaming, but since she got tied to a chair by Chef, she can't throw anything, sadly for her.
"Do we think she will calm down?" Millie asks with worry.
"I sure hope so." Tammy looks concerned.
"So… uh, has anything interesting happened?" Shawn questions Staci. "We heard about the Mary and Raj hat incident from Tammy, but has anything new come out?"
"Oh, I exposed Mary for lying about having a dead sister to manipulate Sky, it was crazy!" Staci laughs, causing everyone to look shocked.
"She did that?!" Shawn asks with surprise. "Not what I expected to hear."
"Yeah, everyone hates her now, haha!" Staci chuckles.
"Wait, then how did she survive if everyone hates her?" MK questions.
"Because Raj, Chet, and Lightning need to get castrated!" Josee shouts. "They turned on me because I was allied with Nichelle and Sammy, I'm sure of it!"
"Huh." MK seems shocked. "I am surprised that Chet was able to put his emotions to the side without me around."
"Yeah, I thought his stupid self would keep a trio into the final six just because he hates Mary." Millie agrees, always happy to take a chance to slander her former Water Team teammates.
"She's still going to be a big target I think, no one wants her around, haha!" Staci laughs.
"I'm surprised that she of all people is public enemy #1. I barely even remembered who she was when this began." Cody admits. "Didn't think she was capable of stuff like lying about dead relatives or threatening people's belongings."
"She's so unlikeable." Tammy comments.
"I don't find many of the final six to be likeable. Chet and Lightning are awful too." Millie complains while taking a bite of some cheesy fries.
"Can you guys stop slandering him? It's getting so old." Cody looks annoyed.
"You're just biased because you guys are friends. He was so irritating after you got eliminated, it made me wish we kept Millie." MK states.
"And now you struggled to get rid of him because he's such a challenge threat, what a shock." Millie sarcastically responds.
"I'll admit though, regardless of your feelings towards him, the man has played one hell of a game in the challenges. His teams always did the best, and he's won multiple immunities. I respect him a lot and could see myself voting for him." Shawn admits, getting a few surprised looks.
"I'm surprised you'd say that, but I fully agree, and not just because I was allied with him. Challenges are hard, being so good at so many of them should be praised." Tammy agrees. "Sammy has won two immunities too though, shockingly enough."
"It's not that shocking, she's done some cheerleading. She can be athletic when she needs to be. I'm rooting for those two and Raj to win for sure. Lightning is my #1 pick though." Cody says, though his face morphs into worry. "Why was he limping at the elimination though? Is he hurt?"
"He and Nichelle both had to go to the infirmary." Josee has stopped raging to give actual input. "Nichelle hurt her ribs, while Lightning hurt his knee."
"I hope it's not serious." Shawn worries for Nichelle. "And I hope she can still do well in those challenges!"
"I really hope Lightning didn't get a major knee injury that needs surgery, that would set him back big time." Cody worries for his friend.
"Is it bad that I'd be slightly satisfied if he got weaker after insulting me?" Millie wonders. No one answers, as Shawn decides to talk to Josee.
"Are there any… uh… hard feelings? I'm not mad that you voted me out." Shawn states.
"Were you trying to get rid of me at final 12?" Josee questions. Shawn awkwardly nods, and Josee has to try not to pop a vein. "N- no! No hard feelings at all… okay, maybe a little. I'll get over it since you worked with me for months beforehand, so consider yourself lucky!"
"I do!" Shawn nods quickly. Tammy walks up to Shawn.
"I would like to ask the same thing. I'm sorry for falling for MK and Chet's plan, I was just so paranoid at the time that-"
"It's fine, I would've gone home anyways. Once they found out about the alliance, we were done." Shawn assures. Tammy smiles in response, thankful for the lack of negativity.
"I was kind of a genius for that plan, we must admit." MK smirks.
"Shut up."
"Oof…" MK grunts.
"But seriously MK, thanks for apologizing. I don't know how to respond to it, but I appreciate that you said something." Tammy says. MK nods in response, this duo knowing that they don't need to say many words to each other.
"Can someone untie me?" Josee requests, now clearly wanting to exit the chair. Shawn goes over to do it as Staci opens the pantry.
"Why is there barely any food?" Staci questions.
"Wait, more food is gone?" MK asks. She looks inside and sees more food gone than last time. "Yeah, this is getting weird."
All eyes turn to Millie, who is eating a plate of loaded nachos. "Why are you looking at me?!"
"Yeah, you guys are being dramatic!" Cody says nervously. "There are just more people arriving, of course there's less food."
"Still, it feels quick." MK notes as Cody begins sweating.
Day 93
Cut to merge camp
We see the final six walking in. Nichelle looks dejected, Sammy looks angry, Raj looks dejected, Lightning is smiling, Chet looks slightly annoyed, while Mary has a neutral face. Lightning drops his smile and begins to walk as 'injured like' as he possibly can. "Sha-ow! Sha-ow! Sha-ow! My leg hurts! Sha-ow!"
"Sha-shut the fuck up!" Chet cuts him off, tired of the 'sha-ow' spam on Lightning's part.
Confessional: Lightning
"Time to kick this leg injury thing into overdrive… haha, kick! Lightning's got jokes!"

After a moment of silence, Mary raises her voice.
"Congrats on final 6 everyone-" Mary tries to say before Sammy interrupts her.
"Shut up! I don't want to hear a word from you!" Sammy yells. Everyone looks a tad shocked by the outburst. "You are the worst! You voted out Dave, Gwen, Zoey, Jasmine, Cody, and now Josee? I'm tired of you getting rid of my friends!"
Mary raises an eyebrow while Chet and Lightning begin snickering. "You and your friends voted for me this round, what did you want me to do?"
"I don't care! Josee didn't deserve to go home over someone like you!" Sammy responds.
"Even if you consider my actions negative, all of the names you listed except for Zoey have done bad things too." Mary replies calmly.
"They're still better people than you! You should be at the jury house for what you did to my friends!" Sammy rants.
"Was I supposed to just let myself be voted out?" Mary questions.
"Yes! We don't like you anyways, just do us all a favor and leave!" Sammy exclaims in response.
"Is this a joke?" Mary looks around at the others, who look bewildered and entertained by this conversation.
"No, it isn't! Just know this Mary, you won't make it to the final 3, I will avenge them all!" Sammy says before storming off. Everyone looks on, the awkward situation lingering despite the twin walking away.

"I needed to get that off my chest, screw her! She's voted off so many of my friends!"

"Quite the childish behavior on her part. Maybe her allies all intentionally sabotaged their games so they wouldn't have to be around her anymore."

Chet is bursting out laughing. "That was so funny! I love Mary slander! Sammy went up in my books for that."

Confessional: Nichelle
Nichelle facepalms. "What was she doing? She was just yelling at her for voting people out of a voting game, not even about the dead sister lie. At least Chet and Raj have legit reasons to dislike her. And openly telling her she won't go to the final 3 right after we got left out of the vote does not help! We're going to need to talk, and soon. But first, I need to speak to Raj."

We see Nichelle and Raj together. "I'm sorry… so sorry." Raj begins singing, causing Nichelle to look confused. "I'm sorry like a flower after the first frost! And I'm sorry like a mitten that's been dropped and feels soooo lost. Oops, I really messed up. At least I-"
"Cut!" Nichelle looks baffled at the Bridgette reference while cutting him off. "Let me guess why you did it. Because you thought that Josee, Sammy, and I were a tight trio?" Nichelle asks, having known this could be a possibility.
"Yeah. I thought I was above Sammy, but Josee choosing her for the reward, leaving me out of the Tammy vote plan, and Sammy giving answers to you two right in front of me without helping made me realize sticking with you guys would guarantee me fourth place." Raj rubs his arm, causing Nichelle to groan.
"I would've fought for you, but those two were definitely going to vote for you." Nichelle frowns. "I'm just shocked you kept Mary after everything. All you've been talking about for days is how you want to get rid of her, you had the opportunity, then didn't take it. What if she has an idol?"
"I know it's a possibility, but even if she has one and plays it, that's still less risky than 4th place if you guys would've won a tiebreaker." Raj frowns.
Nichelle sighs. "I guess that makes sense." she says. A moment later, a lightbulb goes off. "You said Scott found her paper, right? Did Scott say he found anything else she had?"
"Nope." Raj shakes his head. "He found paper from Mary, and Tammy's idol."
"And Lightning found the merge idol, right?" Nichelle questions. Raj nods again. "That should mean she doesn't have an idol. That would make sense, the Staci threatening trick and burning Wayne's hat feel like last resort moves instead of something that someone with protection would do."
"She could've hid it somewhere else, but you have a point. It'd be dumb to make so many enemies to get immunity when you have an idol." Raj points out.
"Though to be fair, she didn't think people would have a problem with it. She's too much of a game bot to realize that she's playing with real people." Nichelle replies. "So… she might still have an advantage. If she does, how would you feel?"
Raj throws his hands up. "I don't know, then I guess there was no right choice to make! Either way, there are big risks. Let's talk about something else!"
Nichelle taps her forehead to think of something. "What are your thoughts on unionization?"
Confessional: Nichelle
"Do I blame Raj for flipping? No, I would've done the same thing in his spot. It would be stupid to let us steamroll. But do I want Raj in my current final three plans after he got rid of Josee? No. Josee was an awesome friend and it would've been great to have the Forgiveness Alliance girls in the finale." Nichelle takes a minute to think. "Except Miles wouldn't be there, but she's the forgotten member anyways. I find Chet to generally be obnoxious and disgusting, but I feel like he might be a good option to go to the finale with. People find his emotions annoying. Come to think of it, I'm shocked he didn't vote for Mary with that in mind. Maybe he's improving, but it could be a case of too little too late. Maybe causing a relapse would end his jury chances for good…"

"I'm glad she wasn't mad, but I wish I got to finish my cover of I'm Sorry!" Raj chuckles. He looks more serious afterwards. "If there wasn't an automatic elimination, then things would've been way easier. I could've taken Mary out at final 8, then gone against the trio at final 7, so both problems would be solved at once. Except that's not how it worked, so I was stuck between a rock and a spud- I mean, a hard place! Staci going is the TDU version of that relative she had that choked to death at the restaurant, just disastrous!"

We cut to early the next morning. Lightning, Chet, Mary, and Raj are all in the shelter. Lightning groans. "My knee hurts!" he complains.
"We know, you haven't let us stop knowing this for the past day." Chet replies with an annoyed tone, already growing sick of it.
"Be nice, Chet! Having a leg injury so late in the game is no walk in the park." Raj says. A moment later, his eyes widened. "Wait, was that offensive?! I didn't mean to say walk-"
"Raj, come on! Just because you have a leg up on him, doesn't mean you need to rub it in." Chet says before laughing at his intentional leg joke.
"You two are mean!" Lightning gasps in shock.
"You're right. I didn't knee-d to say that!" Chet makes another pun.
"Stop it!" Lightning protests. "I won't stand for this!"
"Yeah, because your knee will give out." Chet replies, causing Mary and Raj to laugh. Raj clears his throat.
"That's not funny." he says despite still snickering.
"You were defending me a moment ago!" Lightning looks at Raj.
"Sorry, what he said caught me off guard, that joke broke me." Raj raises his hands in defense.
"Just like how Lightning broke his leg." Mary comments.
"STOP." Lightning puts an end to this.
"Relax, my humorous intentions would not have manifested if I believed this injury was long term. The swelling on your knee looks like it's going down already!" Mary states. Raj and Chet look at it.
"Yeah, I think it is. That's good." Raj smiles.
"No it's not, you're all seeing things!" Lightning protests.
Confessional: Lightning
"Stupid knee, be hurt for longer!" Lightning slaps his knee. He cries out in pain afterwards, the knee still being a bit sore. "Ouch… but my leg barely even hurts compared to yesterday, I should be 100% in a few days!"

"Anyways, enough with the knee-dless chatter." Mary starts, causing Chet to laugh. He slaps himself in the face right after, seemingly angry at himself for laughing at Mary's joke.
"Chet, don't laugh. You're just legging her on to continue." Raj fully joins in on the leg jokes.
"Lightning said stop!" Lightning shouts.
"My sincere apologies." Mary nods. "Anyways, I think it would be wise for the four of us to stick together. Sammy and Nichelle are the only true friendship left in the game I feel, none of us like each other. If we get rid of one of them, then there will be no threatening duos left at final 5. Nichelle going would be ideal."
"That's the wrong choice in my opinion. Have you seen Sammy in the past few challenges? She's won just as many immunities as Lightning, and her two biggest competitors got injured. She could sweep the remaining immunities if we aren't careful." Chet states. "Also, look at that jury. Millie, Cody, Shawn, and Josee would vote for her. If we put Nichelle on the jury and Sammy wins out afterwards, then we are toast."
Mary hums in acknowledgement. "Huh. Good point."
Confessional: Mary
"Didn't expect any of the guys to make one of those. I personally wouldn't vote for Sammy to win since I'd want to look for strategic planning as a juror, but I know the others are overly emotional, hence why they can't respect my strategies. But I don't plan on being on the jury, so that doesn't matter too much."

"Cody would not vote for her over me!" Lightning protests.
"Still, that's four out of ten, she would only need to pull in one more." Chet replies.
"I think Tammy could possibly vote for her." Raj inputs.
"Alright, then Sammy could go. Either way, I feel like the four of us would make for a splendid final four." Mary states.
"After you went behind our backs to get rid of Cody and left me stuck with people like MK and Chet?" Lightning sounds irritated.
"Hey!" Chet seems offended.
"Why would I want to keep you around?" Lightning questions.
"Because it benefits your game to have me around." Mary replies calmly. "I'll let the three of you discuss it, since I know I'm public enemy #1."
"Duh." Raj comments.
"Because you're a bitch." Chet comments. "You're lucky I even kept you last round!"
Mary rolls her eyes before walking out, leaving the guys. "Let's just vote her out next." Raj suggests.
"I was thinking that too!" Lightning agrees. "We should have an all guys finale."
"That would start a trend of no women being finalists when you're around. As a feminist, I can't stand for that." Raj declines.
"What-"
"Just kidding, that sounds fine to me!" Raj accepts.
"Agreed." Chet adds.
Confessional: Lightning
"Do I want to go to the end with fat boy after all of our arguments? Not really, but he's probably Lightning's best option. I can easily beat him in a challenge! Raj is just better than the girls, simple as that."

"Hopefully, we can trick Mary at the next vote. We will need to tone down openly hating her though. I'm a little unsure on if I'd choose the guys over Nichelle. And I don't think Chet will want to go to the end with me. Darn Lorenzo, I barely thought about you and you're affecting me all these months later!"

"I laid the seeds for two eliminations, look at the power of me, haha!" Chet seems proud of himself. "Will I be loyal to the guys? Maybe… Lightning's not a threat with his knee, and Raj is-" Chet cuts himself off. "Chet… are you?" Chet looks shocked before walking away, leaving the audience to not know what he was going to say.

We see Nichelle and Sammy picking berries together. "Poor Josee, I think she was really mad about being eliminated!" Sammy states.
"You think?" Nichelle chuckles.
"Okay, she definitely was. She blamed it on being my friend, that kind of makes me sad. I must be cursed." Sammy frowns. "At least you're still here!"
"Probably because we aren't friends." Nichelle replies, causing Sammy's momentary enthusiasm to wane.
"Why not?"
"We've never put a label on it, and your curse makes me want to wait to possibly become your friend. If we officially become friends out here, then I am toast!" Nichelle snickers, and Sammy joins in, finding amusement in this. "But can I keep it real with you?"
"Of course you can." Sammy replies.
"The Josee thing wasn't a curse, it was you being a bad player." Nichelle is straight up. "Like 'hey Nichelle, here are the letters' right in front of Raj was just… girl, excuse me? Why would you do that right in front of him when there is a final 7 round that we needed his vote for?!"
"I… I thought the hatred for Mary would play a bigger factor." Sammy frowns. "I'm really bad at making it obvious who's out of my main social circle. Maybe it's because I struggled with making friends for so long that when I have friends, I just want to be around them a lot to the point it makes it obvious who I'm working with."
"I guess that makes sense as an explanation, but I was screaming inside. I had to give Raj the letters myself." Nichelle rubs her face. "Also, the Mary thing made you look a bit silly."
"She's a cunt!" Sammy exclaims.
"Fair enough." Nichelle laughs. "Telling her that you want her out will only make you a bigger target."
"It's not like we weren't her next targets anyways." Sammy shrugs.
"Fair enough." Nichelle repeats herself. "Even if Mary goes next, the guys could still outnumber us. We need to make a final three deal with one of them."
"You could get Raj back on your side. There are three finale slots after all, he wouldn't need to flip again if he has one of them." Sammy suggests.
"True. Or… Chet." Nichelle frowns at the idea of it. "He's not a strong competitor by any means."
"We could make final three deals with both of them. They have the yellow team beef I think despite voting together, so going to the end with us could be appealing!" Sammy brings up.
"Good idea. Just anything to prevent it from being us who goes." Nichelle agrees.

"I hope this works out. It's so much scarier playing this game without an idol…"

"I want Mary gone ASAP, Chet and Raj better agree to it this time."

Speaking of Raj and Chet, we see Raj sitting alone. He isn't alone for long though, as Chet walks up to him! No one could've predicted that. Raj looks up. "Hi!"
"Way too much enthusiasm… but hi. Why are you lying around?" Chet asks.
"I'm bored." Raj replies. "Why couldn't this season take place inside a house where there are actually things to do?"
"True, I hate being outside!" Chet complains.
"You gave off that vibe to me." Raj says casually.
"Is that an insult?"
"No."
"Oh."

"Do you trust Lightning?" Chet asks.
"I don't see why not." Raj shrugs.
"I don't think he will be a physical threat, but I hope he isn't salty towards me about how badly the Water Team went." Chet worries.
"He'd feel the same way towards Sammy though, right?"
"Oh, right." Chet chuckles. There is an awkward silence that lingers. "Why don't you seem to dislike me?"
Raj looks confused. "What do you mean?"
"I've been on a warpath against you and the yellow team for so long, yet you've been relatively patient with me. I unfairly eliminated your friend Kitty, I targeted Crimson and Emma, yet you still trusted me with Wayne's hat. Why?" Chet taps his foot. Raj decides to ignore the circumstances around the hat before responding.
"Uh… I guess I'm just a really forgiving person, and it's not like you've targeted me. And we haven't really had problems since that one reward, we've been on the same page about Mary." Raj responds. Chet seems to take this in.
"I guess I just regret hating you since there are much worse people around, like that witch." Chet sighs. "I doubt you would've done the things she's done, so I'm sorry for targeting you."
Raj gasps at the apology before clearing his throat. "Uh… I accept your apology! Sorry, it's just a shock that you even gave one." he says. Chet has no response, as he is also shocked. "Are you sorry enough to… um…"
Chet notices Raj trailing off. "To what?" Chet asks.
"Go to the finale with me?" Raj asks. "Like… for real? With or without Lightning?"
Chet pauses for a moment before shaking Raj's hand. "I can't believe I'm doing this…"
Raj smiles. "Neither can I! I have an idea."
Confessional: Chet
"Not targeting a yellow team member? Okay. Working with a yellow team member for a vote or two? Possibly… but having a yellow team member as my #1 ally that I see no reason to betray?! Chet, who are you?!" Chet collapses to the ground in shock, but he continues talking. "I think I'm going to do it! I haven't gone crazy enough for us to be flat out friends, but this is still insane!"

"I do hope that he's being genuine, we've both been through the same things with Mary. And the power of friendship is fun! Hoot hoot!" he cheers. "For my plan, Chet and I are going to pretend to still have issues. We can't be like Nichelle and Sammy where everyone knows they've made up." He takes a moment before laughing. "Scheming is… kind of fun sometimes!"

We see Mary walking up to Lightning. "So, the three of you discussed the idea? Are we good with taking out Sammy and Nichelle?"
Lightning ignores her.
"Lightning?"
"I am trying to sha-think!" Lightning snaps, having been in thought while using one arm to lift a log up and down.
"Jinkies, I was just trying to get your input. Strategy is important." Mary says.
"Why are some of you so nerdy? Strategy, strategy, strategy, get some hobbies!" Lightning mocks her.
Mary snorts. "Strategy tests the brain. I guess it makes sense why you'd hate it." she shades. Before Lightning can retort with an offended comeback, Mary speaks again. "Are you in on the final four deal?"
"Duh! Why wouldn't I agree?" Lightning responds.
"Splendid. I hope your leg gets better." Mary looks at the leg Lightning doesn't seem to be too hurt standing on. Lightning clutches his leg right after.
"Sha-ow! You made me think of it, and now it hurts even worse than before!"
"Yes, I have psychic powers to injure you at my will." Mary deadpans before walking off.

"I'm so fed up with these people… I can't pretend to be nice to people this irrational."

"I'm so glad I voted out her nerdy friend, hearing double the amount of strategy talk would make me wish for a real horrible knee injury so I could get evacuated out of here!"

Cut to reward challenge
We see the final six walk into a small building, where they all see six platforms and pairs of stilts. "Welcome to your reward challenge, this is going to test your ability to balance!" Chris announces. "This is probably obvious, but the person who can remain on stilts will win the final reward of the season."
"Let me guess, more eating?" Nichelle guesses.
"I wouldn't mind." Chet states.
"Yes, this reward will involve eating. But it also will involve the winner getting 50k." Chris says calmly. Everyone registers this for a second before cheering.
"50k dollars? I am going to win this!" Chet smiles.
"It will certainly make college easier to pay for." Sammy agrees.
"Oh yeah, and to top it off…" Chris draws, getting everyone's full attention. "The winner will get to purchase any car they want on our dime!"
Everyone cheers again, this reward clearly being a good one. "I can finally buy that one hot wheels car Wayne and I have been wanting for years!" Raj smiles, causing everyone to give him confused looks.
"You can buy any car, and you want hot wheels?!" Chet questions. "That's a toy!"
"It would barely cost production money, so that'd be cool with me." Chris laughs. "Anyways, get ready!"

We see everyone ready to balance on their stilts. "This challenge starts… now! Step off the platform!" Chris says. Everyone steps off, and the challenge is on. Chet falls off right away, causing him to scream in annoyance.
"I don't know how to use stilts, this sucks! Why was this the reward challenge for something that good?!" Chet asks. Chris ignores him as Raj falls off too.
"Dang." Raj snaps his fingers in disappointment as it's down to four.
Lightning is doing well in the challenge, which Mary notices. "Wow Lightning, you're killing it even while injured!" she calls out. Lightning falls down right afterwards.
"My knee!" he clutches it, causing Mary to roll her eyes as Nichelle also takes note of it.

"He's obviously exaggerating it. He must be trying to lower his threat level. He's on my radar for sure now, he could use his full power and get to the end very easily."

"It's down to Nichelle, Mary, and Sammy-" Chris stops talking when he sees that Nichelle has fallen off. "Nevermind, it's down to Mary vs Sammy for 50k and a car!"

"It's not like I need it, and again, winning reward challenges isn't a smart play in my opinion. Also, I've noticed Lightning. I can tell he is not a good actor, his knee isn't as hurt as he's letting on."

"Mary is out, which means Sammy wins reward!" Chris announces. Sammy jumps off her stilts and begins cheering at the top of her lungs, clearly thrilled about this big victory. Chet looks a tad salty as Mary sighs in disappointment. "You win the money and the car of your choice! But you will also get to have lunch with two people of your choice. Who do you want to take with you?"
"Nichelle and… Chet." Sammy chooses. Both smile at this.

"I'm so happy to have won that! Another challenge win is great too, I feel like I'm on a roll! I'm not broke or anything, but college is never easy to pay for, and I've been using an old car that is pretty run down. This reward is perfect for me to have! I never thought I'd be able to do this well at the beginning. As for why I chose Chet, the reward is a good time to make a deal with him!"

We see Mary and Raj walk back into camp first. Lightning is slowly walking behind them, letting out groans of pain with each step. "Me and my injured leg need to go heal alone, sha-bye bye!" Lightning says before slowly walking out.
"Poor guy…" Raj frowns. "It just seems to be getting worse and worse by the day!"
A moment of silence lingers between the duo for a few moments before Mary decides to pick the conversation back up. "So… I do know that you were mad at me about the hat thing, but you still managed to work with me at the last vote. We blindsided the biggest threat in the game, and I think that proves that we can be a good duo. Can you put your grudge aside to realize how powerful we can be together?"
"Fine." Raj responds after a few moments. "I guess you are right, we do work well together."
"And like I said, I don't think you can beat Sammy or Nichelle in the finale. Chet, Lightning, and I are lesser threats." Mary adds.
"Sammy is dangerous." Raj nods.
"Exactly. Going to the end with her is as smart as running into traffic." Mary replies.
"Ooh, I did that before! I was on the way home and my chicken nuggets from McDonalds flew out of the car window-"
"Why would you have your car window open while eating?" Mary questions. She doesn't get an answer, as he continues.
"I love chicken nuggets, so I jumped out of the window to protect the nuggets! I-"
"I don't see how this is relevant to the game itself. Let's get back on track. For this immunity challenge-"
"I have a genuine question." Raj says calmly, hiding his slight annoyance.
"Yes?"
"Do you have a life?" Raj asks, causing Mary to look surprised.
"What is that supposed to mean?"
"I don't think I've ever had a conversation with you that hasn't eventually wound up about the game. Do you have any other interests in life other than strategy?" Raj questions.
"Of course I do! I'm quite the study machine back home. And I don't think it's a problem to be laser focused on the game at all times, you could've taken some cues from me." Mary responds. "I made it to the final six, I had to do something right to get here."
"That's fair." Raj concedes while his eye twitches. "I guess you have the right mindset to make it to the end, that makes me more confident in working with you! I'm just not that strategic all the time."
"Thank you." Mary smiles.

"I know you aren't strategic all the time, Raj, that's why I worked with you to begin with." Mary rolls her eyes. "Anyways, I hope that was enough to get him back on my side. I may not even need the idol this round, and I could have that final five advantage mean nothing. That'd be splendid."

"Her ego is bigger than the fine I got after I caused that traffic disruption when I went to get the chicken nuggets. They were good if anyone cared." No one does. "Might as well play into it."

We see Sammy, Chet, and Nichelle eating and talking. "What kind of car are you thinking of getting?" Nichelle asks.
"There are so many options, I don't even know! I'm not some huge car person either, that makes it harder to pick." Sammy responds. "What do you guys recommend?"
"Get something fancy like a lamborghini!" Nichelle suggests.
"I agree!" Chet agrees, duh. "You would look so cool, everyone else at your college would be jealous."
"Amy always told me that she would be the one with a fancy car one day and I'd have nothing good… it'd be nice to get something prestigious." Sammy smirks.
"All the more reason to go for it." Nichelle encourages. "Do it, girl!"
Sammy grins. "You know what? I will!"
"Nice!" Nichelle and Sammy high five. Enough about the car though, as Nichelle turns to Chet. "I know we've had some disagreement over some things…"
"Like you calling me disgusting over the sweat." Chet glares.
"I didn't call you disgusting, I just pulled my hand away!" Nichelle defends herself.
"Actions speak louder than words."
Nichelle suppresses the urge to roll her eyes. "Whatever. But we do not hold any grudges against you over voting for Josee."
"We don't?" Sammy asks. An annoyed glance from Nichelle shuts her up.
"Yes, we don't. Mary going next is the best play for us, which I'm sure you're on board with." Nichelle says.
"Of course I'm on board!" Chet agrees.
"But after that, you really need to think about the next step. You have beef with pretty much everyone, but who is the person who you've held a grudge against for the longest? Raj, I assume?" Nichelle questions, getting a nod from Chet in response.
"We think that taking him out too would be a good idea once Mary is gone. Besides, he's been saying some horrible things about Lorenzo as of late." Sammy adds.
"What?! What did he say?!" Chet questions with wide eyes.
"He told us that the spa reward with you was terrible because you brought up Lorenzo, and all he's done is talking about how terrible and annoying Lorenzo was. Not only that, but he is saying that you're even worse than him!" Sammy lies.
"This is why Yellow Team members need to make like Ally's grandpa and die of lung cancer!" Chet shouts.
"The three of us should go to the finale together. We can take out Lightning at the final four with his injury." Sammy suggests while Chet is taking a bite of a hotdog.
"You know what? I'm in!" Chet says with the food in his mouth, causing some of it to fall on the table.
"Ew! That's gross, do not talk while chewing." Nichelle shrieks. Chet gives an annoyed look at her, causing Nichelle to backpedal. "I mean… I'm kidding!"

"He is so disgusting, yuck! But we got him on our side. If Mary wins immunity, we need a backup, so playing on his pettiness is a good choice. I'll speak to Raj when we get back to camp and make a deal with him."

"Raj must've been saying those things to pretend that we hate each other!" Chet says with confidence. His confidence is wiped off his face for a few moments. "Unless, he really did say these things and meant it, and is lying to me- no Chet, give him the benefit of the doubt. He may have not said it at all, and they're lying!" Chet looks stunned. "Giving him the benefit of the doubt… the Chet of a few months ago would be so disappointed in what I've become! I'll just talk to Raj later about this."

"And that's why I hate Raj even more than before!" Chet recounts Sammy's story to Mary and Lightning early in the morning. "I don't want to go to the end with a Lorenzo slander-er!"
"Fascinating." Mary deadpans. "I haven't slandered Lorenzo, so going to the end with me is ideal!"
"My leg hurts!" Lightning blurts out.
"Shut up!" Chet covers his ears, tired of hearing about the leg.

"Before I did anything though, I decided to stick to my end of the plan!"

We see Raj sitting around and watching the sunrise. He isn't alone for long, as Nichelle walks up to him. "Hey Raj, what's up?"
"The sky."
"I didn't mean it literally!" Nichelle responds. There is a moment of silence before she looks at the sunrise too. "It's beautiful today."
"I know! I can't believe I used to never care about sunsets, this show made me realize how cool they are!" Raj says.
"It's not sunset, it's morning." Nichelle corrects.
"AH AH AH! You get the point." Raj replies. "Anyways, how is your hip?"
"It hurts." Nichelle states. "But that was probably obvious, huh?"
"No, I thought you'd be healed already! That's how these shows work."
"Huh-"
"Just kidding, it was. I hope you get better soon, we need all hands on deck to take out Mary." Raj states.
"Don't worry, I'll bring my A- game." Nichelle says with confidence.
"Why not A?"
"If something goes wrong, A- makes it less ironic if I fail. You can't be too confident, that's how you get edited to look stupid on TV! Don't you know how these shows work?" Nichelle questions.
"Didn't you say that there was no chance you'd lose the automatic elimination?"
"I did, but- wait, that was in a confessional! How did you-"
"There's no shame in looking dumb after the fact!" Raj continues, ignoring the question.
"...right. Anyways, after Mary is gone, we need to think about what comes next. I want to go to the finale with you." Nichelle says, causing Raj to smile.
"Thank you! But I want to vote you off next."
"WHAT?"
"Just kidding, I'd be happy to go to the end with you too! Do you want to also go to the end with Sammy?" Raj asks, having assumed that Sammy is with Nichelle.
"Yes. I get why you flipped last vote, but there are three finale slots. We can go to the end with each other now, if you want to." Nichelle extends her hand, which Raj shakes moments later.

"There we go! Hopefully, things work out from here on out."

"I have all these people wanting to go to the end with me, that's great! I just need to figure out who I actually want though…"

We see Nichelle- who was walking off from the previous conversation- looking at the scenery. She takes a deep breath while looking around. "I can't believe we're going to be out of here in under a week… this place holds so many good memories."
"I know, right?" Mary says out of nowhere, popping up out of a bush to talk to Nichelle. "How are you?"
"I was fine, just externally monologuing." Nichelle taps her foot.
"Oh, that confused me. What happened to inside voices?" Mary asks.
"I'm used to saying things to myself out loud, it's how I practice my lines." Nichelle shrugs. "What do you want?"
"Nothing? Aren't we allowed to just talk?"
"We are, I'm just shocked you aren't starting some conversation about how I screwed you over or whatever." Nichelle shrugs.
"We already did an eye for an eye, that's why Josee is gone. We can be casual." Mary replies.
"Speaking of that, why did you choose her to go over me? I thought you were more upset at me." Nichelle looks confused.
"She was the bigger challenge threat." Mary responds, though she is hiding that she wanted Nichelle out.
"Right."

"I'm going to head back to camp. How about you?" Nichelle asks.
"I'll come with, not much out here anyways."

"She's right about an eye for an eye. But eventually, there won't be any more eyes to gouge, one of us can't win this game. I respect her ability to do so well in the strategy, that's why I've been rebuilding behind the scenes today. I don't want to lose our little strategist war, I've come too far."

Cut to immunity challenge
We see the final six all walk into the challenge area. There are six tripwires courses and a platform at the end of each. "Welcome to your immunity challenge! Before we begin, Sammy, I will need to take the necklace back." Chris says. Sammy walks over to Chris and allows him to take it off. "Immunity is back on the table! For this challenge, you will have to balance a little wooden puck on a spatula. You will have to make it past the tripwires. Once you do that, you will have to maneuver the puck through a narrow tunnel and put it on the small platform. You will head back and do this again until you have stacked all six pucks. Hitting the tripwires or hitting the tunnel could knock your stack over, as they're connected to each other. If your stack falls, you will have to restart. The first person to stack all six pucks and get back to their starting position will win immunity and a spot in the final five. That means you will have outlasted 95 people!"
"We know that!" Lightning says.
"I'm trying to raise the stakes, hush." Chris leers. "Anyways, get ready, then we'll get started!"

We see everyone ready. "Annnnd… go!" Chris says. With that, everyone begins. Lightning hobbles his way to the tripwire course, while everyone else is going as fast as possible. Raj is in the lead, with Nichelle and Sammy behind him. We can see Nichelle gritting her teeth from pain as she goes through the course. Chet hits the tripwire, but since he just began, it doesn't mean much.
"My leg hurts!" Lightning exclaims.
No one cares.
We see some people get their first puck through the tunnel and head back. Since this is very boring to read, we skip ahead!

Raj and Sammy have three pucks each, while Nichelle and Mary are right behind them. Chet stacks his second, but when he's on the way back, he hits the tripwire again, causing his pucks to fall. "Oh barbecue sauce- oops, that's not my line."

"I am thanking my lucky stars that I was not this clumsy during my tiebreaker with Bridgette."

Sammy and Raj stack their fourth. Sammy is getting slightly ahead of Raj, causing him to speed up. Luckily for him, he doesn't hit a tripwire and his stack is still good. Lightning is slowly making his way through the course, causing Nichelle to laugh at the way he walks. "Sorry, just thought about a coworker." She makes an excuse, clearly laughing at Lightning's acting instead. Mary and Nichelle put their fourth puck on while Sammy and Raj are at their fifth. Sammy tries to speed up to catch back up to Raj, but she hits the tripwire. Moments later, Raj also hits the tripwire on his way back.
"Raj and Sammy both fumbled near the end! It's now Nichelle and Mary in the lead-"
"Jinkies!" Mary cuts Chris off in frustration as she accidentally hits the tunnel while putting her fifth puck through it, causing hers to fall.
"Nevermind! Nichelle is in the lead, she just needs one more and she wins!" Chris announces. Nichelle takes a deep breath and slowly begins going for her last puck as everyone else except for Lightning begins rushing. After about a minute, Nichelle manages to put her last puck on the stack. "She just needs to make it back without hitting a tripwire, and she wins this!"
Nichelle slowly makes her way across, and she manages not to knock her stack over. "Yes!" Nichelle cheers.
"Nichelle wins immunity!" Chris announces. Sammy and Raj look happy for her while Mary looks annoyed. Chet and Lightning look neutral. Nichelle walks up to Chris, who puts the immunity necklace around her neck. "You are in our final 5, you're so close to the end! Mary, Raj, Lightning, Sammy, or Chet will be 6th place and their dream will end tonight. Decide who that will be."

"I know my strategy has been trying to come off as weaker, but there is a time and place to water yourself down. Now is not that time, I was left out of the vote and I'm not in the clear yet until I see votes that aren't against Sammy and I this round. I'm shocked I won though, my ribs were killing me. I guess people didn't have balance and patience."

We see Mary, Chet, Raj, and Lightning all standing together. "So, with Nichelle having the immunity, this vote should be obvious." Mary states. "For all the reasons we discussed, Sammy's elimination should come imminent."
"Just say 'should be obvious', 'should come imminent' is just-"
"What is with everyone taking issue with my vocabulary as of late?" Mary cuts Chet off. "Please, I urge all of you to own a dictionary to expand your own vocabulary."
"My mom bought me a dictionary! I sold it to buy some ice cream." Raj tells a story.
"That's splendid. But are we all on board?" Mary asks.
"Sha-duh!" Lightning agrees.
"Yes." Chet's eye twitches as he says it, causing Mary to conceal a frown.
"Of course." Raj finishes.

"...not! OHHHH!" Raj exclaims. "We're voting for Mary, and getting the other girls to join us."

"Unlike most of the other players, I'm not dumb. I saw the way Chet was acting, I have a reason to be worried… or maybe I'm just paranoid. I'm a little unsure of what to do. I know everyone would probably just play the idol because of the advantage, but there is no guarantee that the advantage is going to help me win. I want to save that idol just in case.

"I have one question." Chet tells Raj later on. "Have you been insulting Lorenzo behind my back to continue our beef in front of everyone else?"
"Not really." Raj shrugs.
"Interesting…" Chet mutters.
"What?"
"We can talk about it after Mary is gone."

We see Nichelle and Lightning standing near an apple tree. "We want Mary to go sha-bye bye!" Lightning exclaims. "Do you want to do that?"
"Is Amanda Boauregard a snake?" Nichelle asks.
"I don't know who the hell that is!" Lightning shouts in response.
"Oh, she's just this annoying girl from one of my movies. She refused to do a scene because her character said moist. She didn't like the word because it was yucky. Can you believe her?"
"That's not the point of this conversation." Lightning rolls his eyes.
"Oh, sorry. It's been a while since I ranted about her. Anyways, I'm on board." Nichelle gives a thumbs up. Lightning walks off, though he takes a few steps before he actually begins hobbling. Nichelle narrows her eyes at this.

"We're voting for Mary if you are." Sammy tells Chet elsewhere.
"I am. I want her gone NOW NOW NOW!" Chet begins jumping up and down. Before a repeat of last episode happens, he stops, realizing what he's doing.
"I want her gone too! She's made too many of my friends go home." Sammy states. As the two part ways, Mary walks towards Sammy.
"Greetings." Mary… greets. (duh).
"Hi." Sammy deadpans.
"So, are you voting for me?" Mary asks.
"No." Sammy replies.
"Then who are you voting for?" Mary questions.
Sammy hesitates. "Uh, Chet."
"You were just talking to him. Not about voting for me, were you?" Mary pushes her glasses up like the nerd she is.
"No, we just got into an argument as usual. But you seem like you want to vote together, so give me a name." Sammy states.
"Chet, if you're willing."
"I am."
There is awkward silence before the two part ways.

"That was so fake, and it leads me to believe Chet may have some deal with Sammy and possibly Nichelle after the reward, which worries me. Maybe I do need to play that idol. I'm aware of Lightning's fake injury, but if he tries to keep it up for longer, maybe we can take him out anyways. I don't know, this is incredibly frustrating."

Later on, we see Sammy and Nichelle talking. "The boys want to vote for Mary, right?" Sammy asks.
"Yup. I believe that they are voting for him too." Nichelle responds.
"This is so stressful… I really don't want to go home this close to the end, I've made it so far." Sammy stresses.
"Don't worry about it." Nichelle says.
"It's easy for you to say, you have immunity! What if Mary has an idol?"
"I may have an idea." Nichelle taps her chin. Before she can say anything else, the camera cuts away.
Cut to campfire ceremony
We see Millie, Cody, Shawn, MK, Tammy, Staci, and Josee on the growing jury. "Look at the jury." Chris states.
"We already are-"
"Shut up, Nichelle. You are the only one guaranteed not to take a seat here next, but one of the other five of you will join them. Half of you sitting here will be the finale, the other half will join the bench! Get voting and we will see who that lucky person is!" Chris gestures to the voting booth.
We get a quick cut of everyone voting before we cut back to the campfire
"If anyone has a hidden immunity idol and wants to play it, now would be the time to do so…"

"Chris." Mary stands up. Nichelle has an unreadable look on her face while the guys look disappointed. "I know a target has been on my back for a while now, and the acting of some of you has me on edge. I've had this thing for about three months, so it seems like a good time to play it."
"Of course she has it." Raj mutters, though he doesn't seem worried. Mary hands the Pink idol to Chris, causing Sammy to shake her head.
"I wish I got to find that." Sammy sighs in frustration as Chris examines the idol. Mary sits down as he holds it up.
"The rules state that if a hidden immunity idol is played, all votes cast against that person will not count. This is a hidden immunity idol, and votes cast against Mary are nullified. I'll read the votes." The jury looks intrigued as Chris opens the urn and pulls out the first parchment.

"1st vote… Mary. Does not count."
Mary nods.
"2nd vote… Mary. Does not count."
Mary looks at Nichelle and Sammy. Nichelle looks back at her and smirks, confusing Mary.
"3rd vote… Mary. Does not count."
Mary looks towards the guys. She sees Raj's frustration and shakes her head, while Chet and Lightning exchange a nervous glance.
"4th vote… Sammy."
Sammy takes a deep breath and bites her lip while Shawn frowns from the jury.
"5th vote… Lightning. That's 1 vote Sammy, 1 vote Lightning, 1 vote left…"
Lightning tenses up while Nichelle gives Sammy a reassuring nod. Millie has a hopeful look from the jury, causing Cody to glare at her.
"95th person voted out of Total Drama Ultimate and the 8th member of our jury…"

"Your leg! I thought it was injured!" Chet exclaims.
"I was acting. Whoever voted for me is dumb, you thought I was injured and took me out anyway!" Lightning shouts.
Nichelle scoffs. "Your acting was terrible."
"Sorry." Sammy adds.
"She isn't wrong about the bad acting…" Mary looks annoyed at her incorrect vote. "But at least I'm safe, thanks to some other people's bad acting."
"Oh, shut it." Chet rolls his eyes, causing Mary to turn to him and Raj.
"So, you guys really tried to vote me out?" she asks.
"Yes." Raj dryly replies, causing Mary to shake her head.
"That was a weak try."
"So was your attempt to get rid of Sammy." Raj responds, immediately humbling Mary, causing Sammy to laugh.
"Enough talking. Lightning, it's time for you to go." Chris interrupts.
"You know what? Whatever! Lightning doesn't care about losing, he is stronger than all of you anyways!" Lightning says with confidence before walking out. The instant he is out of everyone's sight, he begins crying to the camera. "I'm sorry for not winning again, pops!"

Mary groans in frustration. "I was supposed to control this vote, but noooo, I played the idol and it didn't even get who I wanted out! Between this, Tammy going out, and Raj forcing me to vote Josee over Nichelle, I am very displeased with my lack of true impact on the recent votes. Nichelle, Chet, and Raj have both been big problems for me playing this game the way I wanted to, and now Sammy is still here despite her threat level. This was an absolute failure despite my idol play."

She may have won last time, but there's another point for me in our strategist war! I hope the deals with Chet and Raj work out, so we can take out Mary, and make the finale."

We see Chris standing on the dock alone. "With Lightning gone, that means we are guaranteed to have a new winner this season! Who will that be? You'll have to find out by watching the next four episodes of… Total Drama Ultimate!"
And that's Episode 48! Sorry for taking so long. I went through another negative phase regarding this story to the point I'm considering a remastered version of it lol. I changed up the way the elimination went down, so if it feels rushed, that's because it was!
Lightning- Me ready to get slaughtered for this considering his immense popularity. I loved writing for Lightning. He was a perfect subversion to most of the other players being more strategic this season with his challenge strength above all attitude. He was easy for conflicts, yet he still had more to him with his relationships with Tammy and especially Cody as well. Also, the father family visit is iconic, as well as the rivalry with Josee. But despite my love for him, he really had no reason to go further. He had 0 important connections as they're all on the jury. Even in this episode, his whole story revolved around the leg since that was all he had. I did consider making him a finalist in the penultimate draft, but his journey ends here.
