Kagami Uzumaki- Born from Nothing

Clone from Naruto by an ex associate of Orochimaru, Kagami seeks out his own path. As a person, a ninja, an Uzumaki. However, it becomes entirely clear that his fate is to be nothing more than a replacement of Naruto should emergency occurs. Determined to matter, it becomes an easy choice to rebel and find his own path and purpose.

Part of my healing journey from my OCD, is to actually write the stories I tried in the past but with changes that feel organic and allow it to shine into something grand.

When Hiruzen woke up that morning, the day after Naruto finally graduated, he did not expect a thunderous and familar chakra to fill the world. It was just moments after Naruto exited his office, returning the Sacred Scroll. Rushing out of his office, Hiruzen saw the giant pillar of Uzumaki chakra filling the skies. Then, to his shock, a giant set of golden chains tore out of the ground where the Pillar pulsed, tearing apart the building it was coming from.

He was there in moments, as was Naruto. "Old man, that blue stuff, It's pulling on me inside."

Hiruzen nodded slowly, turning to the approaching ANBU. "Be careful," he froze. "This was where Orochimaru... " His body burned cold, remembering how his student expermiented on so many innocent children, killing most of them.

He was so distracted that he barely noticed Naruto breaking into the building, not until the boy screamed his name. "OLD MAN! HE LOOKS LIKE ME!"

And the Hokage was there, by Naruto, looking at another boy, naked as the day he was born, chains oozing out of his chest and impaling a doctor looking man. The boy was far thinner than Naruto, with long irregular hair and a dead eyed stare.

"Old... Man... who... am I? That Doctor, he was hurting me..." And then chains retracted, sinking into the boy's body, before he fell to the ground, entirely unconcious.

Naruto was gaping. "He's me,... Old man, what is going on!"

"Naruto, let me get back to you on that. ANBU, take this... child, to the hospital to be examined. Inoichi, get Inoichi... his mind needs to be evaluated."

In the back o his mind, Hiruzen could not help but think. 'A clone of Naruto, Minato and Kushina's line will get another Chance. As will the village for more Jinchuuriki... I can only hope that this does not bite us later.'
