Light Hero Kaiser and I made this chapter together. Also warning mention of Child Abuse.
Izuku then wakes up with a headache that was slowly going away.
"Ugh what was that?" He questions rubbing his head. He looks around to get his bearings back. He notices he was outside of the cave.
"It wasn't a dream?" Izuku questions referring to finding the Cosmic Box. He looks round for the box "Where is it?"
He then got a feeling on where it was and checks his backpack.
"Here it is." He pulls it out but gets confused. "It shrunk?"
Quiet whimpering can just be heard from the tree line.
"What was that?" Izuku questions putting the box back in his backpack and moves towards the sound. The whimpering gets louder. Izuku reaches the whimpering and gasps in shock and horror. There is a young girl the same age as him crying but the most noticeable thing is she has a black eye on the right side
"A-are you ok?" He asks. The girl jumps in fear
"Please don't hurt me!" She cries out in fear.
"I-I won't!" Izuku tries to reassure her.
"Who are you?" She asks scared.
"I'm I-Izuku Midoriya." He said. "What's your name?"
"Himiko Toga." She says in fear.
"W-What happened to you?" He asks trying to be gentle in his tone.
"N-nothing" Himiko lies.
"Bullies?" He guesses. "I have some since I'm Quirkless and one is... was my friend."
"N-not b-bullies." Himiko says. Izuku sits down by her.
"Was it someone else?" He asks.
"I c-can't t-tell y-you." She says nervously
"C-can you tell my mom?" He asks.
"I c-can't tell anyone, they'll hurt me." Himiko says "I h-have to b-be a g-good n-normal girl."
Izuku's eyes widen as he realizes who hurt Himiko.
"Then let's go get a Hero!" Izuku said.
"You can't, I'm a freak, heroes don't help freaks!" Himiko cries out
"You're not a freak. I'm Quirkless. Am I a freak?" Izuku asks.
"I want to drink blood!" Himiko cries
"Blood? Well if you want you can drink mine?" Izuku asks assuming its related to her quirk.
"No, I can't!" Himiko backs away "I have to be normal, I'm not right in the head."
"Does your Quirk need blood? Then it's normal. I mean there are tons of heroes with quirks like that or makes them different." Izuku said. "Gang Orca's quirk makes him a human Killer Whale basically."
"It's normal?" Himiko asks slowly.
"Yeah. That former friend can emit and fire explosion from his sweat yet everyone says he has great potential to be a hero because of that yet he acts like a villain by bullying others and use that quirk on them." Izuku said as it felt like he no longer cared about his ex-friend as before.
"I'm normal?" She asks.
"More normal than me. I'm Quirkless. That's not normal in this day and age." Izuku said.
"But I want blood." Himiko says
"Does your Quirk need blood to work?" Izuku asks.
"I can copy the appearance of the person I drink blood of, but I also like it." Himiko mutters
"Just the appearance? Or can you copy their quirk too?" Izuku asks. "As for liking it that does make sense since you need to drink it so your Quirk must affect the taste."
"I've never tried copying quirks." Himiko admits
"But if you can copy quirks and depending on how much blood you need and how much time you get you can become a undercover Hero infiltrating into criminal organizations or you can provide help for certain heroes like say one of the heroes who fight fires mainly." Izuku said.
"You really think so?" Himiko asks amazed. Izuku nods.
"They would never allow it." Himiko shakes her head.
"It's your life not theirs." Izuku said. "And if they try to stop you I-I'll beat them up."
"But they're my parents." Himiko says unknowingly revealing who hurt her. Izuku had guessed it.
"Adults aren't always right. The adults in my school don't punish Bakugo when he hurts me." He said.
"What why are you bringing up adults?" Himiko asks
"No reason. Now let's go to my mom and get a hero or a police officer." Izuku said getting up and reaching his hand out to Himiko.
"You're not going to leave if I don't agree, aren't you?" Himiko asks
"Nope." Izuku said smiling while feeling more and more confident than he has in years. Himiko sighs
"Fine." she gets up.
"So how do you drink blood? Do you drink from the neck like a vampire?" He asks.
"Is that because you saw my fangs?" Himiko asks
"Yeah." Izuku said bringing out a notebook and pencil.
"I just need to drink it, it doesn't matter how." Himiko explains. "I c-could s-show y-you."
"Sure." Izuku said.
"Arm please." Himiko says. Izuku moves his arm out to her. Himiko slowly brings it to her mouth
"Y-you s-sure?" She asks.
"Yes." Izuku said seriously before trying to joke. "Just don't take all of it unless I'll faint."
"I shouldn't need that much for this." Himiko says as she digs her teeth into his arm. Izuku winces a bit but other than that it wasn't much compared to Bakugo's explosions. Himiko pulls off then sucks the bite mark to draw out some blood to drink. Izuku watches her drink as she slowly changes to look like him.
"And that's how it works." the now copy of Izuku says as they pull away
"How long does it last?" Izuku asks.
"Depends on how much I drink." The Copy says.
"Like one ounce is one hour?" He asks.
"Yeah." They nod. "Though it's actually a cup of blood is enough for a full day."
"So, if you have 5 cups of that person's blood that's five days. Does it need to be fresh from the person or can you store the blood like in a blood bank and drink it days later?" Izuku asks writing it down.
"I can store it." The copy nods. Izuku writes that down.
"So do you stay transformed until time runs out or can you change back allowing you to save the time you have left?" He asks next as he get a weird idea and starts to write something else down.
"I can pick." Himiko says as the Izuku copy starts to fall off like sludge. "But there is one downside."
"A downside?" Izuku asks.
"Yeah, it feels weird over tje top my clothes, so unfortunately it's best if I don't have clothes on when I use it." Himiko blushes. Izuku blushes a bit at this too.
"Yeah." Himiko chuckles embarrassed.
"Wait it goes over your clothes? Shouldn't it just be over your skin?" He questions.
"No, it covers my whole body and makes a copy of the person's clothes I think." Himiko says. Izuku stares at her for a while making her blush under his gaze.
"H-how does that make sense? I mean you're drinking their blood so that should only allow you to use their appearance minus clothes plus maybe quirks." Izuku said in disbelief as it really doesn't make sense.
"Sorry." Himiko says blushing.
"I mean does this means you can copy any clothes they wore before and is this limited to what age they are now?" Izuku questions.
"I don't know." Himiko says "I haven't had much time to use it."
"Well once we get you away from them then you can test it all you want." Izuku smiles writing down a few more theories he had. Himiko gets curious and looks.
"What are you writing?" Himiko asks looking over. She then sees a picture of her made very well done, information about her quirk, possible theories on it, and something called a DNAJar which she never heard of before but it says Bloodbat.
"How did you get all that done so fast?" Himiko asks blushing.
"Practice." Izuku said. "I'm a hero/quirk nerd."
"That's cool." Himiko smiles. Izuku blushes a bit since she has a pretty smile like the Tsubasa had.
"Are you ok?" Himiko asks.
"Y-yeah." Izuku nods.
"Shouldn't we get going?" Himiko asks.
"R-right." Izuku said. Izuku then grabs her hand and leads her out of there. Himiko blushes as he leads her out of the forest. Izuku and Himiko exits the forest.
"My mom has green hair like me." Izuku said.
"Ok." Himiko nods still holding his hand
Just then Inko spotted him and rushes over while crying a waterfall of years.
"IIIZZZZUUKKUUU!" She yells out as she grabs her baby into a bearhug. Himiko chuckles
"Where did you go?!" She questions him while crying and yelling. Izuku got the feeling he shouldn't tell her or anyone else about the Cosmic Box, so he tries to think of an excuse that was believable. Himiko watches this feeling a bit jealous. Inko then notices Himiko and gasps at her black eye.
"Who did this to you?" She asks in concern.
"Can't say." Himiko looks away
"Her parents." Izuku whispers to Inko. Himiko sighs
"Izuku said you can help me?" She asks.
"Of course I can." Inko said lightly smiling as she rubs Himiko's head. Himiko flinches at her touch. Inko tries not to frown at this as this was a sign of abuse.
"I'm sorry." Himiko says sadly thinking Inko is mad at her.
"It's not you I'm mad at sweetie." Ink said comforting her.
"It's not?" Himiko asks shocked.
"No, it's not you." Inko smiles. "I am angry at the ones who hurt you."
"You are?" Himiko asks confused. She nods.
Himiko cries "Thank you"
"What's your name?" Inko asks her.
"H-Himiko." She said.
"Himiko." Inko tests out the name. "Its a lovely name."
"Really?" Himiko asks. Inko nods with a kind smile. Himiko suddenly hugs Inko crying. Inko hugs back and gently rubs Himiko's back.
"This is all I ever wanted." Himiko cries
"Himiko!" They heard two angry adult voices making her freeze in fear.
"Don't let them take me." She whimpers. Izuku then attacks Himiko's parents fighting them like a fighter with a decent skill level. What Izuku didn't know the Cosmic Box gave him some fighting skills using his memories of various heroes he had watched videos on to help.
"Izuku what are you doing?!" Inko yells shocked as she holds Himiko.
"You damned Brat!" Himiko's dad tries to hit Izuku but Izuku ducks under his fist and punches him in the stomach.
"Please Izuku stop fighting for me." Himiko begs in tears "I'm not worth it."
"You are! If nobody will be your hero then I will!" Izuku shouts full of determination and confidence.
"That's right!" Izuku headbutts Himiko's mother in the stomach. "Even if it means the entire world becomes my enemy I... I will be your hero no matter what!"
"Thank you." Himiko smiles with tears in her eyes "But please stop."
Just then a cop comes over.
"What is going on?" He questions as he tries to stop Izuku.
"These two hurt Himiko!" Izuku shouts.
"Officer there is bruises on her." Inko said.
"Izuku please stop." Himiko begs
"That's enough kid." The Officer said. "I'll take it from here."
Himiko runs and hugs Izuku
"Please stop." She begs but she forgot how close Izuku was to her 'parents'.
"You damned curse!" Her father tries to grab her. Himiko freezes in fear. But the officer stops him. Himiko blinks in shock. The officer then takes out a phone and calls for back up. Himiko holds Izuku closer. More cops came and arrested Himiko's parents.
"I'm free?" Himiko mutters
"You are now." Izuku said rubbing her head.
"Thank you." Himiko smiles. The officers and Inko smile at their adorableness but the first cop winces a bit since he has to break this moment up
"Wait where am I gonna live now?" Himiko asks as she realizes she can't really go back home.
"Well first we need to get you treated and list your injuries so you'll be in the hospital for a while." One cop said.
"After that you'll most likely go to a Foster facility for a bit." A female cop said.
"Can I adopt her?" Inko asks surprising Izuku and Himiko.
"Eventually." The first cop said.
"You want me?" Himiko asks shocked.
"Yes." Inko smiles.
"Thank you." Himiko cries. Afterwards the cops take the parents away while the first cop whose name was Naomasa Tsukauchi takes Himiko after leaving his number with Inko.
"She will be Izuku." Inko said.
"Right" Izuku nods
"Now let's go get you treated." Inko said before gaining a worried look. "Izuku why did you do that?"
"I just knew I had to." Izuku admits. "Izuku." Inko sighs a bit but decides to scold him later as she picks him up to take him to a hospital.
"Mum I'm fine." Izuku sighs
"You're still getting a checkup." Inko said.
"Fine." Izuku sighs.
(Hours Later)
After getting checked up by a doctor Inko and Izuku were back at the hotel where Izuku was dreaming once more. He once again sees the older him but this time there is two Shadowy figures with him but Izuku can't make much out
Both of them puts on what Izuku recognized as the Hero Driver. They place it on their waist causing it to shoot out the straps before putting Quirk Medals on them. One was white with gold rim and a symbol based on the Crest of Courage from Digimon but colored gold with a pair of white wings in the center. The other one was blood red with black rim and a symbol based on a cartoonish bat with blood dripping from its fangs in the center.
READY TO START ON THE PATH OF BECOMING A TRUE HERO?
They then each bring out a DNAJar.
The first one was a clear cylinder jar the size of a Fullbottle from Kamen Rider Build with a white half and gold half DNA Helix in it. On the jar lid is a symbol based on the Crest of Courage from Digimon but colored gold with a pair of white wings and the symbol is a button.
The second one was a clear cylinder jar the size of a Fullbottle from Kamen Rider Build with a black half and blood red half DNA Helix in it. On the jar lid is a symbol based on a cartoonish bat with blood dripping from its fangs and the symbol is a button.

The Hero Drivers then stand to play their standby music
"Henshin!" Both of them shouts.
HERO RISE! WINGS THAT FLY TOWARDS THE FUTURE! RIDER JUMP AND FLY WITH WINGS FILLED WITH HOPE! HERO OF LIGHT! KAMEN RIDER SOLAR~WING! (Fresh Nature – Type 1 from Dynasty Warriors Gundam 3 plays while transforming)
HERO RISE! SHITATARU KIBA! KAMITSUKI CHI O SUI TSUKUS! YAMI NO FUKUSHŪ! CHI NO HISHŌ-TAI! KAMEN RIDER TEPES! (Kamen Rider Revice's Transformation Music with the Queen Bee Vistamp but darker in tone)
The first Rider suit is based on Elemental HERO Air Neos from Yu-Gi-Oh with the Armor of Elemental HERO Glow Neos and her helmet is based on Guts' helmet from Berserk, but bird based. She has Air Neos' wings but lightly armor and her talons are covered in silver armor. The body suit is white, the armor is gold, and her eyes are blue. She has a (what Izuku remembers that his older self had two and knows what it was called now) DNAJar holder on the right side of her waist and a white colored holster for her weapon on the left side of her waist.
This is Kamen Rider Solarwing.
The second one's helmet is based on Matron's Unique Helmet Variant from Gears of War with a bat shaped visor and the helmet is mostly blue with the visor being blood red. Her body suit is based on Kamen Rider Live's Bodysuit minus the original armor, it is colored black in place of grey and blood red in place of green, and the original black is changed to a dark purple/indigo mix. She has a pair of bat shaped breast armor colored black with blood red trim, a pair of black colored bats with blood red trim on the shoulders on the side and the wings are wrapped around the front and back sides, and four black colored bats with blood red trim on the elbows and knees on the back/front and the wings are wrapped around the joints completely but doesn't hinder her. She has a blood red colored DNAJar holster on the left side of her belt containing her weapon.
This is Kamen Rider Tepes.
Izuku blinks in surprise at these two rider girls who are obviously the older versions of the two girls he saved. Then like before in the first dream shadowy monsters appear causing the two girls to unholster their weapons.
Kamen Rider Solarwing's weapon is based on the Quantum Defender from Power Rangers Time Force but bird theme and colored white and gold with blue eyes. The slot for a DNAjar is in the back of it.
This is the Nova Defender.
Kamen Rider Tepes' weapon is based on the Transdagger from Power Rangers Lost Galaxy with all five modes, the yellow is changed to black, and the red/blue/green/pink part is changed to a bloody red color
This is the Bloody Tear.
Kamen Rider Tepes puts her weapon into bow mode before she and Kamen Rider Solarwing fires at the monsters. Izuku blinks in shock at the two fighting. Kamen Rider Solarwing and Kamen Rider Tepes who deploys a pair of black with blood trim bat wings takes to the sky as Kamen Rider Solarwing creates light spears and fires them at the monsters while Tepes does the same but with blood.
"They seem so similar." Izuku mutters. Kamen Rider Tepes then screams causing a sonic scream attack.
"Sonic scream, interesting." Izuku mutters wishing he had a notebook. Kamen Rider Tepes then changes the Bloody Tear into twin Dagger Mode while Kamen Rider Solarwing changes the Nova Defender into Sword mode. Using their flight speed, they slash the shadow monsters at high speeds!
"This is amazing!" Izuku cries out
They then activate their finishers.
HERO RISING! SOLARWING RIDER PUNCH! (U.A. Reporting for Duty from My Hero Academia plays)
HERO RISING! SCREECHING BLOODY BREAKER! (Bats Screeching)
Kamen Rider's Solarwing's fists becomes covered in solar energy before she punches some of the Shadow monsters while Kamen Rider Tepes gathers blood into her hands and rider chops the enemy several times with the blood hardening and becoming sharp.
"That is amazing!" Izuku blinks really wishing he could write this down. After the monsters were defeated the vision starts to fade away as Izuku then goes back into a normal sleep.
