Naruto and the team had taken off from the village a few hours ago and decided to set up a camp before it got dark. Currently, they are sitting around a fire eating fish that Naruto had caught. Neko was the first to speak after they finished dinner. "Can you both tell me your skill set? It would make things easier for planning when necessary."

"I'm skilled in Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, and Genjutsu. I was a jounin level shinobi but I took time off to have my son. This is the first mission I've taken in years so I'm a bit rusty but Igot back into fighting shape." Mikoto announced. "By the way Lord Uzumaki, my name is Mikoto Uchiha." Naruto smiled at the raven haired model. 'She is in fighting shape alright. Jiraya would definitely enjoy peeking on this body.' Naruto thought. He would too, not that he ever would peek or admit that. "Seeing how you both know my name, I'll list my skills. I am currently learning my Clans Taijutsu and Kenjutsu. I'm also studying Fuinjutsu, I have can use two jutsu from every element. One offensive and one defensive. I'm not as good as Jiraya at sealing but it won't be long before I catch up. I can use my clans chakra chains and am a sensor." Naruto said. Internally he is freaking out a bit. He really didn't want to reveal this but he needs some help and right now will be the best time to ask without it getting out. "I also have this. He showed them his Sharingan. He expected them to flip out. Maybe yell at him. Especially Mikoto.

Instead they just gaped at him. Feeling uncomfortable with the staring, Naruto spoke again. "I know. I can't really explain it either. I only showed you this so I can ask for your help Lady Mikoto. I only want information and a sparing partner. In return I will pay you with one of the jewels I have in my home. No need to answer now. It can wait until after the mission. Please don't tell anyone. Things are complicated enough as it is right now." Still gaping, Mikoto nodded. Neko already knew since she was in the office the day he awoke it.

Naruto made a Shadow Clone. "I will take first watch. When the two of you decide who will take second the clone will dispel letting me know." He took off into the trees, eager to get away from the awkward moment. That could have gone smoother. Way to go moron! Naruto chatised himself. He frowned as he heard Kurama laughing in his head. 'HaHa laugh it up. I need her help and the opportunity was to good to pass up.' Hearing a lazy yawn, Naruto rolled his eyes. 'Lazy bastard.'

Nothing much happened after that. Pretty boring traveling. It took three days to get to the capital of Fire Country. Naruto had never been to the capital before, so he was resisting looking around to maintain a professional attitude. They followed Neko until they made it to a huge mansion. "We have to disarm as soon as we get into the compound. Do not do anything rash and allow me to do the talking. Understood." Both Naruto and Mikoto gave a militaristic response. Mikoto's was relaxed as she has met Lord Mitsugoshi before. Naruto rushed his answer. He felt something was going to happen to him. Then it clicked. 'Shit. This man is probably not going to be happy to see me.' He technically is a citizen of Fire Country, having been born here. He skirted around a law set by him, using his clan status. Remembering that Naruto paled. Of course Neko noticed. If she didn't have her mask on you would have seen her smirking at him.

She heard about the way he busted through the daimyo's law from one of her colleagues. She thought him a bold bastard for that. Her whole sqaud felt the teen had brass balls for breaking the law and making himself untouchable while doing it. It was genius. Of course her curious nature is always goes strong against her. That is why she chose the cat mask. It was a reminder that curiosity can kill her and to reign it in.

But for months now she couldn't control it whenever she sees him in the big man's office. She still remembers the blonde with the whisker marks and fox like smile. Since the day of his change, that boy had disappeared. In his place was an enigma to her. Even now she is thinking about him. These particular thoughts came after seeing and hearing about his workout. She blushed as images of him doing crunches hanging from a branch invaded her mind. Subconsciously she licked her lips, wishing her lips were his abs. Mikoto was having similar thoughts, but were more subdued thanks to her ex husband trying to set her up with him. It has been a long time for both women since they weren't single and seeing his body and mature attitude is making them want to see what would come of a relationship with him would be like.

The three shinobi were allowed entry after a thorough search before which they had removed there swords and weapons pouches.

They were led to the study, where a portly man with glasses in a sedate blue kimono was seated. In front of him was a desk covered in paperwork. They slowly walked up to the desk but the man told them to sit on the couch by the wall.

Naruto was suprised at how calm he was now, since he was nervous just a few moments ago. He still was thankful that Neko handled all the talking. The mission was to escort his daughter and a messenger to the village. He wants to keep most of his samurai focused on finding the people after her. He will send samurai to pick her up when she is ready to return. They were told they were leaving tomorrow and were lead to rooms in the mansion. Naruto decided to do his usual workout. But stayed close to the daimyo's home. After finishing it he showered, ate a light dinner and went to bed. Never knowing he had two sets of eyes watching his every move.

Timeskip Next Day

Neko, Mikoto and Naruto were waiting by the door for who Naruto now knows as Yukimi (pronounced you-key-me just in case) to meet them. After 30 minutes the woman herself finally arrived. She had long light purple hair blue eyes that has a bit of purple at the top. (A/N Look up Mizore Shirayuki to see what she looks like from RosarioVampire). She was wearing a kimono with snowflakes on it, cut short to show off on of her long shapely legs.

She just stared at the shinobi. She had never been this close to one, that she could remember. They were poised as if ready to fight at any moment. She took a hard look at the redhead. He wasn't looking at her but her instincts told her that he could still see her. "My apologies for the delay. It took a little longer than expected to load my items into the carriage." She said with a bow. She blushed when she looked right into Naruto's blue eyes.

"Not a problem, Lady Yukimi. If you are ready now we can depart. Naruto will be riding with you for the duration of the trip. It will take about three to five days." Neko had informed her. Nodding, she led him to her carriage and soon they left for the leaf village.

A/N There will be another time skip in the next chapter. Do you want me to keep Yukimi around? Do you want her with Naruto? Someone else? I will have plenty of ideas for her.
